Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a recycled ink cartridge according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the recycled ink cartridge according to the present invention as viewed from below; fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the regeneration ink cartridge according to the present invention taken along the front-rear direction thereof.
The recycling ink cartridge 100 includes a casing 200 for containing ink, and a latch 2 and an ink outlet 4 provided on the casing 200, and the recycling ink cartridge 100 is defined to have a front side, a rear side, an upper side, a lower side, a left side and a right side as shown in fig. 1 with reference to a position of the recycling ink cartridge 100 in fig. 1, and accordingly, the casing 200 has a front surface 11 at the front side, a rear surface 12 at the rear side, an upper surface 13 at the upper side and a lower surface 14 at the lower side, and the recycling ink cartridge 100 is installed from the top to the bottom in the up-down direction.
Joint spare 2 is located the place ahead of casing 200, and ink outlet 4 is located the below of casing 200, and is concrete, and joint spare 2 sets up in the place ahead of front surface 11, and ink outlet 4 sets up on lower surface 14, and when regeneration ink horn 100 was installed, what set up in joint spare 2 and the ink jet printer was blocked each other by the union piece joint, with the stable installation in ink jet printer of regeneration ink horn 100, ink outlet 4 is connected with the blotting needle in the ink jet printer for supply the ink in the casing 200 to the ink jet printer.
The housing 200 includes a bottom case 1 and a top cover 2 combined with each other, and a cavity for accommodating ink is formed between the bottom case 1 and the top cover 2, as shown in fig. 3, the cavity includes a first cavity 51 and a second cavity 52 separated by a partition 55, the first cavity 51 is communicated with the ink outlet 4, and in the original ink cartridge (the ink cartridge before regeneration), the first cavity 51 and the second cavity 52 are both used for storing ink and are communicated with each other through a channel 53 located on the top cover 2 or the bottom case 1.
The appearance of the original ink box is approximately the same as that of the regenerated ink box, the difference is that in the ink-jet printer which is suitable for the regenerated ink box, a limit bulge is arranged adjacent to the ink absorption needle, and correspondingly, a limit groove matched with the limit bulge is required to be arranged on the ink box which is suitable for the ink-jet printer; specifically, the limiting protrusion corresponds to the second cavity 52 in the vertical direction, and for an original ink cartridge without a limiting groove, the ink cartridge cannot be applied to an ink jet printer with the limiting protrusion after being regenerated in a conventional manner.
Therefore, the utility model provides a regeneration method for regenerating an original ink box without a limiting groove into an ink-jet printer which can be applied and provided with a limiting protrusion, which comprises the following specific steps:
a limiting groove 56 facing to the cavity (second cavity) is formed in the lower surface of the original ink box, the limiting groove 56 is provided with an opening 54 and is communicated with the second cavity 52, and the limiting groove 56 is positioned between the ink outlet 4 and the clamping piece 2 along the front-back direction;
blocking the passage 53 and cutting off the communication between the first chamber 51 and the second chamber 52.
The recycled ink cartridge obtained by the above method can be applied to an ink jet printer provided with a limit protrusion, in which case, the limit protrusion enters the limit groove 56 through the opening 54, and the ink in the first cavity 51 does not enter the second cavity 52 through the channel 53.
Understandably, before regenerating the original ink box, the method also comprises the step of cleaning the cavity; the passage 53 may be blocked by installing a plug body 6 in the connection hole 531 of the passage 53 and the first cavity 51 or/and the connection hole 532 of the passage 53 and the second cavity 52, by deforming the housing around the passage 53 by means of high temperature ironing to block the passage 53, or by installing a filler in the passage 53 to block the passage 53, whether the plug body 6, the filler or the housing deformed into the passage 53 may be referred to as a blocking member, as long as the communication between the first cavity 51 and the second cavity 52 can be cut off.
Furthermore, in order to respond to the use requirements of end users, the existing ink-jet printer can be set to be suitable for two ink boxes with different sizes and capacities, the two ink boxes are basically consistent in appearance, and only the cavity is different in size, so that the regeneration ink box related to the utility model can be regenerated into a high-capacity ink box in a capacity expansion mode.
As shown in the figure, the regeneration ink cartridge 100 further includes an external body 300 communicated with the casing 200, the casing rear surface 12 is provided with a communication hole 7, the external body 300 is communicated with the first cavity 51 through the communication hole 7, and meanwhile, the external body 300 is further provided with an air inlet 301, and as the ink is consumed, the external air enters the external body 300 or the first cavity 51 through the air inlet 8, so as to maintain the pressure balance in the regeneration ink cartridge 100.
The external body 300 may be filled with a proper amount of ink according to the requirement of the target ink cartridge, and even the external body 300 may not be filled with ink and only serves as a grasping portion for a user to grasp the regeneration ink cartridge.
Further, in the case where the position of the engagement member 2 in the original ink cartridge is slightly different from that in the target ink cartridge, in the regeneration process of the original ink box, the position of the clamping piece 2 in the regenerated ink box can be adjusted according to the position of the clamping piece 2 in the target ink box, at the moment, the regeneration method also comprises the step of cutting off the clamping piece 2 in the original ink box, meanwhile, a new clamping piece 2 is arranged in the external body 300, the relative position of the new clip member 2 in the reproduction ink tank is the same as the relative position of the clip member in the target ink tank, the new clamping piece 2 is connected with the body of the external body 300 through a connecting plate 302, the connecting plate 302 covers the upper surface 13 of the shell 200, even if the air inlet of the original cartridge is provided on the upper surface 13, the cartridge regenerated by the above method does not affect the air inlet of the regenerated cartridge because the external body 300 is provided with the air inlet 301.
As described above, the recycling ink cartridge according to the present invention has the limiting groove formed on the housing 200, and the passage 53 for communicating the first cavity 51 with the second cavity 52 is blocked, that is, the communication between the first cavity 51 and the second cavity 52 is cut off, so that the recycling ink cartridge is not only suitable for the inkjet printer having the limiting protrusion, but also suitable for the inkjet printer without the limiting protrusion, and the recycling ink cartridge can be additionally provided with the external body 300 capable of accommodating ink as required, thereby further enhancing the versatility of the recycling ink cartridge.
