The outer gear member 62 is integrally provided with one of the gear members of the second transmission set 5, and the outer gear member 62 protrudes out of the wall portion of the second barbecue unit 12 so as to be coupled with or separated from the inner gear member 61. Specifically, the external gear member 62 is integrally provided with the head gear of the second transmission set 5 to drive the entire second transmission set 5 to operate. In other embodiments, the external gear member 62 may be provided integrally with any one of the gear members of the second power transmission set 5 as long as the motion obtained by the internal gear member 61 can be transmitted to the second power transmission set 5. When the external gear member 62 is meshed with the internal gear member 61, the second transmission set 5 is connected into a power transmission chain formed by the first transmission set 4 and driven to run; when the external gear member 62 is separated from the internal gear member 61, the power transmission chain formed by the second transmission set and the first transmission set is separated, and the second transmission set stops operating.
In the present embodiment, the internal gear member 61 is embedded in the housing 1, and a part thereof may protrude from the inner housing 14 or may be completely sunk into the inner housing 14. In order to facilitate the coupling of the second gear train 5, the inner gear wheel 61 is arranged in a lower position in the first gear train 4. The outer gear member 62 is disposed on a wall portion of the second grilling unit 12, that is, on a supporting portion of the base plate 121. Also, the internal gear member 61 is power-connected to the drive gear 42, and when the drive gear 42 is operated, the internal gear member 61 rotates with the drive gear 42; the external gear member 62 is drivingly connected to the second drive group 5, and when the external gear member 62 meshes with the internal gear member 61, the second drive group 5 is connected to the first drive group 4 and rotates with the first drive group 4.
Further, the coupler 6 includes an inner gear member 61 and an outer gear member 62, the inner gear member 61 having first outer teeth 611 and first inner teeth 612, the first outer teeth 611 being in meshing transmission with the transition gear 8. The external gear member 62 has second external teeth 621 and third external teeth 622, the second external teeth 621 are disposed in conformity with the first internal teeth 612 and mesh-transmit with each other, and the third external teeth 622 mesh-transmit with the other gear member 51 as the first gear of the second transmission set 5. When the external gear member 62 rotates, the second transmission set 5 rotates therewith; in addition, the inner and outer gear members 61, 62 have mating guide surfaces thereon, and when the outer gear member 62 is inserted to a predetermined position in the inner gear member 61, the inner and outer gear members 61, 62 mesh with each other to form a coupled transmission to transmit power to the second transmission set 5. It can also be described that just as the second grilling unit 12 is inserted into the predetermined range within the housing 1, the outer gear member 62 is also inserted into the inner gear member 61, which are in driving connection.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment, the inner gear member 61 may also be power-connected to the gear member 41 of the first transmission set 4, or other transmission chain driven by the driving gear 9.
In addition, it should be noted that the heat-resistant silica gel in the present embodiment refers to a silica gel having a melting point of more than 250 ℃.
The second barbecue unit 12 is configured as a drawer-type structure that can be taken out of the housing 1, and the second gear set 5 and the external gear member 62 are provided on the drawer-type structure so that the second gear set 5 is power-connected to the first gear set 1 when inserted to a preset position, and taken out of the interior of the housing 1 by withdrawing the second barbecue unit 12. In a state where the second roast unit 12 is separated from the inside of the housing 1, a roast tag may be inserted or removed in the second roast unit 12.
As shown in FIG. 4, a support structure for supporting the second barbecue unit 12 to prevent it from toppling over is provided on the bottom wall of the second barbecue unit 12. 4. The electric barbecue apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second transmission set comprises a plurality of gear members in meshing transmission with each other, and at least one of the gear members is provided with a clamping device.
5. An electric barbecue apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the clamping means includes an insertion groove formed on the gear member and a flexible clamping member inserted into the insertion groove.
6. An electric barbecue apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the clamping device is configured such that no stop edge is formed on the path of insertion of the barbecue grill into the flexible clamping member to resist insertion of the barbecue grill.
