an inflatable member having a tube portion and an airbag disposed around an outer periphery of the tube portion, the tube portion having a first passage, the airbag being inflatable and expandable such that when the inflatable member is coupled to the drain opening, the first passage communicates with the drain opening and the airbag can tightly block the drain opening; and
the water level adjusting pipe penetrates through the pipe part and can perform lifting displacement adjustment relative to the pipe part, and the water level adjusting pipe is provided with a second passage which can be communicated with the first passage.
