With the development of the times, a steel structure building is widely applied to the building industry as a novel building system. One of the main points of construction of the steel structure building is the installation of a steel structure, the installation of the steel structure is complex, and safety accidents easily occur when the high-altitude operation of the steel structure is involved. In the prior art, in the process of installing a steel structure, a steel pipe is generally welded on the steel structure, and then a steel wire rope is connected with the steel pipe to serve as a protection device. In the actual construction process, the staff is connected safety belt and wire rope to be used for guaranteeing staff's safety. After the construction is finished, the steel pipe and the steel wire rope need to be stored respectively.
However, the steel wire ropes in the prior art are generally placed in a disordered manner, and before actual use, workers are required to arrange the disordered steel wire ropes. After the construction is finished, the steel wire rope is withdrawn by workers and is arranged and stored. Therefore, the winding and unwinding process of the steel wire rope is complex, and time and labor are wasted.
In order to solve the technical problem, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rope winding and unwinding device. The rope winding and unwinding device is used for winding and unwinding a rope. It should be understood that the rope may be a nylon rope, a steel wire rope, or an iron wire, etc. The following description is given by way of example only and should be understood as being illustrative and not limiting.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the rope reel apparatus may include: a sleeve 10, a bearing structure 11, a stopper 12 and a braking structure 13. The sleeve 10 has opposite first and second ends, the sleeve 10 extending through the sleeve from the first end to the second end. The bearing structure 11 includes a first bearing 110 and a second bearing 111. The limiting member 12 is disposed at a first portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110, and a second portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110 is received at a first end of the sleeve 10. A first portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111 is received in the second end of the sleeve 10 and the detent structure 13 is connected to a second portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111. A cord 14 is wound around the sleeve 10 and is located between the limiting member 12 and the braking structure 13. The restraining member 12 is configured to move the cord 14 in a first direction and the braking structure 13 is configured to move the cord 14 in a second direction, the first and second directions being opposite.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, since the cord 14 is wound around the sleeve 10, the surface of the sleeve 10 on which the cord 14 is wound should be relatively smooth to prevent corners of the sleeve 10 from scratching or damaging the cord 14. Further, the sleeve 10 is made of a material having high rigidity, such as steel or alloy. Because the material with high rigidity has strong deformation resistance, the rope winding and unwinding device is not easy to deform or crack in the actual application process, and the stability and the safety of the rope winding and unwinding device can be ensured. In the embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve 10 is a cylindrical steel sleeve. Above-mentioned columniform steel sleeve can adopt the abandoned steel pipe in building construction place to make to resources are saved, green.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, since the stopper 12 is disposed at a first portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110, a second portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110 is received at a first end of the sleeve 10. At this time, by rotating the limiting member 12 along the first direction, the rotating member drives the first bearing 110 to move, and further drives the sleeve 10 connected to the first bearing 110 to move. Also, because the cord 14 is wrapped around the sleeve 10, the cord 14 may be moved in a first direction. The setting mode can be welding, bonding, clamping and the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, the limiting member 12 is welded to the first portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110 (i.e. the upper portion of the outer ring of the first bearing 110). The above-mentioned second part of the outer ring of the first bearing 110 (i.e. the lower part of the outer ring of the first bearing 110) is welded with the first end of the sleeve 10, and the second part of the outer ring of the first bearing 110 is located within the first end of the sleeve 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the detent structure 13 is connected to the second portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111, as the first portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111 is received in the second end of the sleeve 10. At this time, by rotating the braking structure 13 in the second direction, the braking structure 13 can drive the second bearing 111 to move, and further drive the sleeve 10 connected to the second bearing 111 to rotate. And since the cord 14 is wound around the sleeve 10, the cord 14 can now be moved in the second direction. The setting mode can be welding, bonding, clamping and the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, a first portion of the outer ring of the second bearing 111 (i.e. an upper portion of the outer ring of the second bearing 111) is welded with the second end of the sleeve 10, and the first portion of the outer ring of the second bearing 111 is accommodated in the second end of the sleeve 10. The detent structure 13 is welded to a second portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111 (i.e., a lower portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111).
The first direction and the second direction are opposite. For example, when the first direction is clockwise, the second direction is counterclockwise. When the first direction is counterclockwise, the second direction is clockwise. In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first direction is the counterclockwise direction, the second direction is the clockwise direction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the rope reel 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the rope 14 is wound around the sleeve 10 and is located between the limiting member 12 and the braking structure 13. In this case, the ropes 14 can be kept orderly without time and labor consuming arrangement before use, thereby improving the working efficiency. Then, the first direction and the second direction are opposite. At this moment, the limiting part 12 and the braking mechanism can be used for realizing that the rope 14 moves along different directions under different application scenes, so that the rope 14 is quickly released and stored, and the device is simple, convenient, time-saving and labor-saving. Furthermore, the embodiment of the utility model provides a rope winding and unwinding devices 1 comprises sleeve 10, bearing structure 11, locating part 12 and braking structure 13, and this rope winding and unwinding devices 1's simple structure easily operates, and the staff fast assembly of being convenient for has practiced thrift operating time, has improved work efficiency. Further, the movement direction of the rope 14 is limited by the limiting member 12 and the braking structure 13. At this time, in a certain application scenario, it can be ensured that the rope 14 can only move in a certain direction, so as to prevent the safety belt connected with the rope 14 from generating problems due to the sudden release or the sudden retraction of the rope 14, and further ensure the construction safety of workers.
As a possible implementation, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the braking structure 13 may include a cylinder 130, a brake switch 131, a transmission member 132, and a braking assembly 133. The cylinder 130 is a cylindrical cylinder having upper and lower end surfaces, and the upper and lower end surfaces are provided with center holes. The transmission member 132 and the brake assembly 133 are both located within the barrel 130. When the braking structure 13 is in the idle state, the transmission member 132 abuts against the braking assembly 133. When the braking mechanism 13 is in the working state, there is a gap between the transmission member 132 and the braking assembly 133. One end of the brake switch 131 is disposed in the cylinder 130 and abuts against the brake unit 133. The transmission member 132 has a through hole, and the second portion of the outer race of the second bearing 111 is fastened to the through hole. In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission member 132 is a gear. Specifically, the gear is a ratchet.
In an alternative, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the brake assembly 133 may include a coupling member 1330, a brake member 1331 and an elastic member 1332. A first end of the connector 1330 is coupled to the sidewall of the barrel 130, and a second end of the connector 1330 is rotatably coupled to a first end of the detent 1331. Specifically, the connecting member 1330 is a connecting block, and a second end of the connecting block is rotatably connected to the first end of the braking member 1331 through a pin. A second end of the stopper 1331 abuts an end of the brake switch 131, and a first end of the elastic member 1332 is connected to a sidewall of the cylinder 130 in a direction away from the second end of the stopper 1331. The stop 1331 is used to move the cable in the second direction. When the braking mechanism 13 is in the idle state, there is a gap between the second end of the braking member 1331 and the transmission member 132, and the third end of the braking member 1331 abuts against the transmission member 132. The second end of the elastic member 1332 is positioned at one side of the third end of the stopper 1331, and a gap is formed between the second end of the elastic member 1332 and the third end of the stopper 1331. When the braking structure 13 is in the working state, there is a gap between the braking member 1331 and the transmission member 132, and the second end of the elastic member 1332 abuts against the third end of the braking member 1331.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the actual use (i.e. when the braking structure 13 is in the idle state), one end of the braking switch 131 abuts against the second end of the braking member 1331, a gap is formed between the second end of the braking member 1331 and the gear (the transmission member 132), the third end of the braking member 1331 abuts against the tooth surface of the gear, the second end of the elastic member 1332 is located on one side of the third end of the braking member 1331, and a gap is formed between the second end of the elastic member 1332 and the third end of the braking member 1331. Since the third end of the catch 1331 abuts the toothed surface of the gear, the third end of the catch 1331 prevents the gear from rotating clockwise, thereby preventing the cord from being pulled out of the sleeve.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the rope needs to be drawn out from the sleeve (i.e. the braking mechanism 13 is in the working state), the worker presses the braking switch 131 to move the braking switch 131 towards the inside of the cylinder 130, so that the braking switch 131 pushes the second end of the braking member 1331 to move towards the gear. It will be appreciated that at this point, there is still clearance between the second end of the detent 1331 and the gear. Since the second end of the stopper 1331 moves in a direction approaching the gear, the third end of the stopper 1331 moves in a direction departing from the gear. That is, the third end of the stopper 1331 no longer abuts against the tooth surface of the gear. Based on this, when the staff pulls the rope from the sleeve, the gear in the brake mechanism rotates clockwise to drive the second bearing 111 connected with the gear to move, and then drive the sleeve connected with the second bearing 111 to move. When the length of the drawn rope meets the actual requirement, the worker releases the brake switch 131. The third end of the catch 1331 moves away from the gear as the cord is withdrawn from the sleeve. In the process, the third end of the stopper 1331 pushes the second end of the elastic member 1332 to move away from the gear. That is, the elastic member 1332 is deformed. Accordingly, when the worker releases the brake switch 131, the elastic member 1332 resets the third end of the brake member 1331, thereby resetting the brake member 1331 as a whole for the next use.
In an alternative, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the brake 1331 may be a brake lever. In this case, the brake lever may be an L-type brake lever or a W-type brake lever. The elastic member 1332 may be a spring or an elastic sheet. In the present embodiment, the brake 1331 is an L-shaped brake lever. For the connection relationship between the L-shaped brake lever and the connecting member 1330, the positional relationship between the L-shaped brake lever and the elastic member 1332 and the driving member 132 can be referred to the above description, and will not be described herein again. The elastic member 1332 is an elastic sheet.
In an alternative, referring to fig. 3, the cord retraction device may further comprise a first connecting rod 15. The first connecting rod 15 penetrates the first bearing 110, the second bearing 111, the cylinder 130 and the through hole. The part of the first connecting rod 15 near the first end is tightly connected with the inner ring of the first bearing 110, and the part of the first connecting rod 15 near the second end is tightly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing 111. Specifically, a portion of the first connecting rod 15 near the first end is welded to the inner ring of the first bearing 110, and a portion of the first connecting rod 15 near the second end is welded to the inner ring of the second bearing 111.
In an alternative, referring to fig. 3, the cord retraction device may further include a fastener 16. The fastening member 16 is detachably coupled to a first end of the first connecting rod 15 for fastening the first bearing 110. Specifically, the fastener 16 may be threadedly coupled to the first connecting rod 15. In this case, the first connecting rod 15 is a shaft rod having external threads at both ends. The fastener 16 is a bolt with an internal thread. When the fastener 16 is connected to the first connecting rod 15, the fastener 16 abuts the first bearing 110. Based on this, the fastening member 16 may be used to fasten the first bearing 110, preventing the first bearing 110 from being released from the first end of the first connecting rod 15, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the rope reel.
As a possible realization, the rope reel 1 described above can also comprise an auxiliary element 17, see fig. 1 and 2. In the embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary member 17 is disposed at one end of the limiting member 12 away from the sleeve 10, and at this time, the auxiliary member 17 can further assist the rope 14 to move along the first direction. Based on this, not only can make rope 14 move along first direction fast, convenient, still can be convenient for the staff operation simultaneously, prevent that the staff is injured. The auxiliary member 17 may be a linear auxiliary bar or a U-shaped auxiliary bar. In the embodiment of the utility model, adopt a style of calligraphy auxiliary rod. Furthermore, the straight auxiliary rod can adopt steel bars or steel pipes which are abandoned in the building construction process, and protective materials can be coated on the surfaces of the steel bars or the steel pipes to form protective layers. At the moment, the safety of workers in the actual use process can be ensured, and meanwhile, the anti-skidding device can also prevent skidding.
As a possible implementation, referring to fig. 2, the sleeve 10 has at least one limiting hole 100. The limiting hole 100 is used for limiting the first end of the rope to be positioned in the sleeve 10, and the second end of the rope passes through the limiting hole 100 and then is wound on the sleeve 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the first end of the rope 14 may be placed in the sleeve 10 before the portion of the first connecting rod 15 near the first end is welded to the inner ring of the first bearing 110 and the portion of the first connecting rod 15 near the second end is welded to the inner ring of the second bearing 111, and the first end of the rope 14 has a size larger than that of the position limiting hole 100, so as to prevent the first end of the rope 14 from protruding out of the sleeve 10 through the position limiting hole 100, i.e., the position limiting hole 100 is used to limit the first end of the rope 14 to be only located in the sleeve 10. Then, the second end of the cord 14 is extended through the stopper hole 100 and wound around the sleeve 10. The shape and size of the limiting hole 100 may be set according to actual conditions, and are not particularly limited herein. In an embodiment of the present invention, the limiting hole 100 is a circular limiting hole.
In a second aspect, the utility model also provides a construction equipment. Referring to fig. 6, the construction equipment may include a second connecting rod 2 and the rope reel 1 according to the above-described technical solution. A first end of the second connecting rod 2 is connected with the rope winding and unwinding device 1, and a second end of the second connecting rod 2 is connected with the workpiece 4.
Referring to fig. 6, in particular, the second connecting rod 2 is a hollow steel pipe, and a bolt is disposed inside the hollow steel pipe for connecting with the second end of the first connecting rod 15 (a shaft rod having external threads at both ends). Based on this, the first end of the second link 2 is connected to the rope reel 1. Next, the second end of the second connecting rod 2 is connected to the workpiece 4 by the connecting piece 5. The connecting piece 5 may be a steel piece or the like.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a construction equipment's beneficial effect and above-mentioned technical scheme rope winding and unwinding devices's beneficial effect is the same, and here is not done repeatedly.
As a possible implementation, referring to fig. 1, the construction equipment may further include at least one fixing member 3. At least one fixing member 3 is fixedly coupled to the second connecting rod 2 for fixing the rope 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the fixing member 3 may be an L-shaped hook. The long side of the L-shaped hook is welded to the second connector bar 2, and the "hook" portion of the L-shaped hook is used to secure the cord 14. Three fixing pieces 3 are welded to the outer side of each of the second connection bars 2, and the fixing pieces 3 may be welded to the top end, the bottom end and 1/2 of the second connection bar 2, respectively. Further, a plurality of second connecting rods 2 are provided on the workpiece 4 in the longitudinal extending direction of the workpiece 4. In the embodiment of the present invention, three second connecting rods 2 are provided at equal intervals on the workpiece 4 along the length extending direction of the workpiece 4. The length of each second connecting rod 2 is 1.2m, and the fixing pieces 3 are respectively welded at the top end (1.2m position), the bottom end (0m position) and the 1/2 position (0.6m position) of the second connecting rod 2.
The following describes a concrete use mode of the rope winding and unwinding device and the construction equipment by taking a possible implementation mode as an example. It is to be understood that the following description is only for purposes of understanding, and is not intended to be limiting.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, after the rope reel 1 is assembled, the first connecting rod 15 (shaft rod) is connected to the first end of the second connecting rod 2 (steel pipe) by a nut, and the second end of the second connecting rod 2 is connected to the workpiece 4 by the connecting piece 5. Next, the worker pushes the brake switch 131 to pull the rope 14 in the second direction (clockwise direction) from the socket 10 until the length of the pulled rope 14 satisfies the actual requirement, and then releases the brake switch 131. Further, the rope 14 is fixed at a desired position by a fixing member 3 (L-shaped hook) provided on the second connecting rod 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, two ropes 14 are arranged between every two second connecting rods 2. During actual construction, the worker connects a safety belt to the rope 14 to secure the worker. When the construction is finished and the worker removes the safety belt from the rope 14, the worker retracts the rope 14 in the first direction (counterclockwise) by using the auxiliary 17 and winds the rope around the sleeve 10.
