本实用新型用于室内铺地，属于木制品。
已往应用于家庭、宾馆、办公室等铺地用的木质地板块，在夏季由于空气湿度大受潮而膨胀鼓起；在冬季由于空气干躁脱水而收缩，使地板块之间的缝隙变大。影响美观和地板的使用。
本实用新型的发明目的是避免上述情况发生，将石腊在一定温度熔化后，使其浸入地板块各面浅表层（即蜡封），这样地板块就产生了疏水性，解决了由于空气温度变化而引起的地板块胀缩，同时可不必刷油，保持木质原有特色，具有光滑明亮，不发霉，不被虫蛀等特点。
本实用新型的基本结构是在不同规格的木板块各面浅表层浸入石蜡约2mm。

下面是本实用新型的最佳实施例——疏水性木质地板块的制备。
首先将固体石蜡放入容器内，加热熔化使成液体，并使温度达100－120℃，然后将木质地板块放入容器内石蜡液体中，炸3－5分钟后，取出木质地板块立即放入另外60－80℃石蜡液体中浸泡3－5分钟，然后取出即得。见附图，木质地板块（1）。在木质地板块的各表面浸有石蜡层（2），有防潮防水功能。
