The present invention provides a window type air conditioner, which will be described in detail below.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows an exploded view of a window type air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the window type air conditioner includes:
the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner shell 10, wherein an accommodating groove 11 is formed in the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10;
the retractable curtain assembly 20 is rotatably arranged in the accommodating groove 11, the retractable curtain assembly 20 is provided with an accommodating position and a working position, and the retractable curtain assembly 20 can be turned back and forth between the accommodating position and the working position;
when the retractable curtain assembly 20 is in the storage position, the retractable curtain assembly 20 is located in the accommodating groove 11, so that the retractable curtain assembly 20 is flush with the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10; when the retractable curtain assembly 20 is in the working position, the retractable curtain assembly 20 forms a preset included angle with the outer wall of the air conditioner casing 10, so that the retractable curtain assembly 20 shields the outside of the air conditioner casing 10.
According to the window type air conditioner, the accommodating groove 11 for accommodating the retractable curtain assembly 20 is formed in the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10, meanwhile, the retractable curtain assembly 20 is rotatably installed in the accommodating groove 11, when the retractable curtain assembly 20 is located at the accommodating position, the retractable curtain assembly 20 is located in the accommodating groove 11, the retractable curtain assembly 20 is flush with the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10, the retractable curtain assembly 20 and a host of the window type air conditioner can be packaged together when the window type air conditioner is packaged, and the packaging and transportation cost of the window type air conditioner is reduced; when the retractable curtain assembly 20 is in the working position, the retractable curtain assembly 20 and the outer wall of the air conditioner shell 10 form a preset included angle, so that the retractable curtain assembly 20 shields the outer side of the air conditioner shell 10, and the mounting port corresponding to the window type air conditioner can be completely sealed to isolate indoor space, indoor space and outdoor space only by rotating the retractable curtain assembly 20, thereby simplifying the structure and mounting difficulty of the retractable curtain of the window type air conditioner.
Specifically, the air conditioner case 10 is used to enclose internal components of a window type air conditioner, such as an evaporator, a compressor, a fan, etc., to protect the internal components of the window type air conditioner. Wherein, the outer wall surface of the air conditioning casing 10 is provided with a receiving groove 11, and the receiving groove 11 can be installed with the retractable curtain assembly 20. Generally, since the window type air conditioner mainly seals the left and right sides, the receiving groove 11 is mainly formed on the wall surface of the left and right sides of the air conditioner case, and it can be understood that the receiving groove 11 may be further formed on the outer wall surface of the air conditioner case 10 corresponding to the upper and lower sides, so as to install the retractable curtain assembly 20 sealed corresponding to the upper and lower sides.
It should be noted that the present application does not specifically limit the shapes of the air conditioning casing 10 and the receiving groove 11, but for easy understanding, the air conditioning casing 10 in the embodiment of the present application has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the receiving groove 11 has a rectangular shape. It will be understood that the air conditioning case 10 and the receiving groove 11 may have other shapes, such as a hexagonal shape.
The retractable curtain assembly 20 is used to completely seal the side mounting opening of a window air conditioner to isolate the indoor, interior and exterior spaces from heat dissipation in the room. The retractable curtain assembly 20 is rotatably mounted in the accommodating groove 11 and has a storage position and a working position, and the retractable curtain assembly 20 can be turned back and forth between the storage position and the working position.
Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the retractable curtain assembly 20 of the present embodiment in a retracted position. Wherein, when flexible curtain subassembly 20 was in the position of accomodating, flexible curtain subassembly 20 was in holding tank 11 to make flexible curtain subassembly 20 and air conditioner casing 10 outer wall parallel and level, and then when packing and transporting the window air conditioner, this flexible curtain subassembly 20 can be with window air conditioner host computer integrated package shaping, be favorable to reducing the packing and the cost of transportation of window air conditioner.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a state of the retractable curtain assembly 20 in the working position according to the embodiment of the present application, wherein when the retractable curtain assembly 20 is in the working position, the retractable curtain assembly 20 forms a predetermined included angle with the outer wall of the air conditioning casing 10, so that the retractable curtain assembly 20 covers the outside of the air conditioning casing 10. When the window type air conditioner is installed, the telescopic curtain component 20 is turned over to enable the telescopic curtain component to form a preset included angle with the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10, for example, the telescopic curtain component 20 is perpendicular to the outer wall surface of the air conditioner shell 10, and the mounting port of the side surface of the window type air conditioner is sealed by the telescopic curtain component 20, so that the purpose of isolating indoor space and outdoor space is achieved. Compared with the existing telescopic curtain, the window type air conditioner mounting opening can be sealed by turning the telescopic curtain component 20, so that the structure of the telescopic curtain is simplified, and the mounting difficulty of the window type air conditioner is reduced.

Further, in order to facilitate the first and second latches 214 and 215 to be clamped into the first and second clamping grooves 221 and 222, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the end of the shielding body 22 has a guiding inclined surface 223, the guiding inclined surface 223 is used for guiding the end of the shielding body 22 to be clamped into the opening 210, and the guiding inclined surface 223 can avoid the phenomenon of collision damage during the process that the end of the shielding body 22 is clamped into the opening 210, for example, the guiding inclined surface 223 guides the first and second latches 214 and 215 to be clamped into the first and second clamping grooves 221 and 222, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the first and second latches 214 and 215 directly collide with the end of the shielding body 22 to be damaged.
It will be appreciated that for other embodiments, such as for example embodiments where the first catch 214 and the second catch 215 are disposed on the shield body 22, the guide ramp 223 may also be disposed on the flip seat 21 to avoid damage from the catches on the shield body 22.
Further, in order to adjust the length of the retractable curtain assembly 20 for sealing the installation openings of window air conditioners with different widths, referring to fig. 4, the shielding body 22 includes a retractable curtain parent body 224 and a retractable curtain sub-body 225, the retractable curtain parent body 224 has a receiving chamber 220 for the retractable curtain sub-body 225 to extend and retract, and the retractable curtain sub-body 225 is installed in the receiving chamber 220. When the length of the retractable curtain assembly 20 needs to be adjusted, the retractable curtain sub-body 225 can transversely move along the accommodating chamber 220 of the retractable curtain parent body 224, and the width of the retractable curtain sub-body 225 exposed outside the accommodating chamber 220 is adjusted, so that the length of the retractable curtain assembly 20 is adjusted, and the retractable curtain assembly is sealed against window type air conditioner installing ports with different widths.
It is understood that the receiving chamber 220 may be provided for the retractable curtain sub-body 225, and the next retractable curtain sub-body 225 may be provided in the receiving chamber 220, so as to realize the multi-stage retractable curtain assembly 20.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, for example, for the embodiment in which the shielding body 22 includes the retractable curtain parent body 224 and the retractable curtain child body 225, referring to fig. 4, a side of the retractable curtain child body 225 facing away from the retractable curtain parent body 224 is provided with a mounting plate 226 parallel to the outer wall surface of the air-conditioning casing 10, and the mounting plate 226 is provided with a threaded connection hole 227. The mounting plate 226 parallel to the outer wall surface of the air conditioner case 10 may be attached to a mounting opening for mounting the air conditioner, so as to ensure the sealing property between the retractable curtain body 225 and the mounting opening. Meanwhile, the screw can be installed through the screw connection hole 227 to fix the retractable curtain body 225, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the retractable curtain body 225 retracts to generate a gap.
