In other instances, well-known structures and processes are not shown in detail to avoid obscuring the description of the invention with unnecessary detail. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles disclosed herein.
The main body of the present embodiment is a window type air conditioner, which includes a window type air conditioner housing, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in the solution provided by the present embodiment, the window type air conditioner housing includes a housing 10 and a retractable curtain 20, and further includes:
a rotating part 30, wherein the rotating part 30 comprises a first matching part 31 arranged on the shell 10 and a second matching part 32 arranged on the retractable curtain 20;
an insertion rod 50, wherein the insertion rod 50 passes through the first matching part 31 and the second matching part 32, so that the first matching part 31 and the second matching part 32 are pivoted, and a limiting part 51 used for abutting against the rotating part 30 is formed on the insertion rod 50;
the stopping portion 40, the stopping portion 40 and the rotating portion 30 are respectively located outside two opposite sides of the limiting portion 51 in the axial direction of the insert rod 50, so as to limit the insert rod 50 to be separated from the rotating portion 30.
When installing rotating part 30 and inserted bar 50, installer at first removes first cooperation portion 31 and second cooperation portion 32 to predetermineeing the mounted position, then passes first cooperation portion 31 and second cooperation portion 32 with the one end of inserted bar 50 in proper order to make mutual pin joint between first cooperation portion 31 and the second cooperation portion 32. At this time, the retractable curtain 20 can rotate to some extent relative to the housing 10.
Since the stopper portion 51 of the insert pin 50 can abut against the rotating portion 30, the insert pin 50 is free on the side facing away from the rotating portion 30 in the axial direction. When the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 rotate to a predetermined included angle, that is, the retractable curtain 20 is in a use state, the stopping portion 40 is located outside the axial direction of the limiting portion 51, which faces away from the rotating portion 30, so as to limit the movement of the inserted link 50, which faces away from the rotating portion 30, in the axial direction, and prevent the inserted link 50 from being separated from the rotating structure in the use process of the window type air conditioner.
For the case of the window type air conditioner, since the insertion rod 50 directly passes through the first matching portion 31 and the second matching portion 32, an axially fixed limiting part assembled on the insertion rod 50 can be omitted, thereby accelerating the installation efficiency of the window type air conditioner. After the installation is completed, the installer can establish a limit for the insertion rod 50 by installing the stopping portion 40, and prevent the insertion rod 50 from separating from the rotating portion 30. The stopping portion 40 may be joined to the housing 10, may be joined to the retractable curtain 20, or may be independent from the housing 10 or the retractable curtain 20, for example, in another embodiment, the stopping portion 40 is formed by a window frame.
The window type air conditioner shell and the window type air conditioner provided by the embodiment effectively guarantee the installation efficiency and the installation stability between the shell 10 and the telescopic curtain 20 in the window type air conditioner through simplifying the rotating structure, and further improve the production efficiency of the window type air conditioner or the installation experience of a user.
Since the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 are pivotally connected by the rotating portion 30 and the inserting rod 50, the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 can rotate to move the retractable curtain 20 to different positions relative to the housing 10. In the embodiment, when the retractable curtain 20 rotates to a predetermined included angle relative to the housing 10, the stopping portion 40 is located at the position of the limiting portion 51, which is opposite to the side of the rotating portion 30 in the axial direction of the inserting rod 50, that is, the stopping portion 40 is mainly used for limiting the inserting rod 50 when the retractable curtain 20 is in the use state of the window type air conditioner, so as to protect the retractable curtain 20 from being stably connected when the window type air conditioner is in the use state, but not limited thereto. For example, in another embodiment, the above-mentioned abutting portion 40 is configured to: during the whole rotation process of the retractable curtain 20 relative to the housing, the stopping portion 40 is located outside one side of the limiting portion 51, which faces away from the rotating portion 30 in the axial direction of the insert rod 50.
It can be understood that, as for the above-mentioned retractable curtain 20, it can be disposed at the side of the housing 10, and also can be disposed at the top or bottom of the housing 10, please refer to fig. 1 again, in the solution provided by the present embodiment, the retractable curtain 20 is disposed at the side of the housing 10. The practitioner can specifically select it according to his or her own needs, and the disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
Regarding to preset the included angle, when the included angle between the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 is the preset included angle, the retractable curtain 20 is approximately in the use state, in the present embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of the retractable curtain 20 when the included angle is preset, a first buckle is formed on the housing 10, a second buckle is formed on the retractable curtain 20, the first buckle and the second buckle are combined to form a rotating buckle structure 71, please refer to fig. 5, when the retractable curtain 20 is in the preset included angle, the first buckle and the second buckle are mutually clamped, and further the retractable curtain 20 is fixed when the included angle is preset. The first buckle and the second buckle may also be other connectors, which are not particularly limited in this disclosure.
The rotating portion 30 is mainly composed of a first engaging portion 31 and a second engaging portion 32 formed on the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 in separate plates, and the practitioner can integrally form the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 on the retractable curtain 20 or the housing 10. In the present embodiment, the first and second fitting portions 31 and 32 are each in a convex shape, and are formed with insertion holes for the insertion rods 50 to pass through.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the insertion rod 50 is pre-assembled in the rotating portion 30 during the production stage of the window type air conditioner, and the stopping portion 40 is installed during the installation and use stage of the user. For example, in another embodiment, the insertion rod 50 and the stopping portion 40 are both installed at the stage of installation and use by the user. For another example, in another embodiment, the insertion rod 50 and the stopping portion 40 are pre-installed in the production stage of the window type air conditioner.
It should be noted that, the stopping portion 40 limits the insertion rod 50 from separating from the rotating portion 30, and the stopping portion 40 may be always abutted against the limiting portion 51 on the insertion rod 50, for example, in another embodiment, the stopping portion 40 and the rotating portion 30 are respectively abutted against two opposite sides of the limiting portion 51 at the same time, so as to achieve the limiting. Referring to fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, a gap is formed between the rotating portion 30 and the stopping portion 40, and the limiting portion 51 can move along the axial direction of the inserting rod 50, and the length of the inserting rod 50 is configured such that when the limiting portion 51 abuts against the stopping portion 40, the inserting rod 50 is respectively rotatably engaged with the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32.
The stopping part 40 and the limiting part 51 are arranged at intervals, so that the position accuracy between the stopping part 40 and the limiting part 51 can be effectively reduced. It can be understood that, since the stopping portion 40 and the limiting portion 51 are spaced from each other, the insertion rod 50 and the limiting portion 51 thereof can move a certain distance along the axial direction of the insertion rod 50 toward the side away from the rotating portion 30, as long as the insertion rod 50 is not separated from the rotating portion 30 when the limiting portion 51 is in contact with the stopping portion 40, i.e., when the insertion rod 50 is in the limiting position. Compared with the technical scheme that the stopping part 40 and the rotating part 30 are respectively abutted on two opposite sides of the limiting part 51 at the same time, the structure precision requirements of the stopping part 40 and the limiting part 51 can be further reduced.
The stopper 51 is mainly used to abut against the rotating part 30 or the abutting part 40 to limit the position of the insert rod 50, and may be a flange or the like. For the insert rod 50 having a structure such as a flange, the insert rod 50 needs to be machined, and the cutting amount is large, which affects the implementation efficiency of mass production.
Therefore, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the insert rod 50 includes an insertion section 52 and a bending section 53 connected to each other, the insertion section 52 is connected to the rotating portion 30, and the bending section 53 is bent with respect to the insertion section 52 to form the limiting portion 51. In this embodiment, the limiting portion 51 is formed by the bending section 53 with a simpler processing technology, and the bending section 53 is bent to a certain degree relative to the insertion end, so as to abut against the rotating portion 30 or the abutting portion 40 when the insertion rod 50 moves along its own axial direction. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the stopper portion 51 is bent in a handle shape to facilitate an installer to hold the insert pin 50 by hand and insert the insert pin 50 into the rotating portion 30. The operator may also bend the stopper 51 into another shape such as a folded edge, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
The stopper 40 may be engaged with the housing 10 or the retractable curtain 20, or may be a part of the window frame. Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, a mounting groove 11 is formed on the housing 10, an opening is formed at an end of the mounting groove 11 facing the retractable curtain 20, the mounting bracket 60 further includes at least one frame edge for contacting with a window frame, a portion of the at least one frame edge is inserted into the mounting groove 11 through the opening, and another portion of the at least one frame edge extends to above the retractable curtain 20 to form the stopping portion 40.
In this embodiment, the frame edge engaged with the housing 10 is used as the stopping portion 40, and when the window type air conditioner is installed, the frame edge is inserted into the mounting groove 11 of the housing 10 to complete the installation, and the frame edge is used to contact with the window frame after the window type air conditioner is installed. That is, in the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 60 is used to limit the position of the inserted link 50, so as to avoid additional arrangement of other stopping components, and reduce the complexity of the whole window type air conditioner housing.
It should be noted that the connection manner between the frame edge and the housing 10 is not limited to the insertion type provided in the embodiment, and may also be other types such as a screw connection or a snap connection. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the installation manner of the window air conditioner in this embodiment is: after the retractable curtain 20 and the housing 10 are coupled by the insertion rod 50, the mounting bracket 60 is installed.
More specifically, referring to fig. 7 again, in the present embodiment, the mounting frame 60 includes a plurality of frame edges, and each frame edge includes a first frame edge 61, a second frame edge 62, and a third frame edge 63, wherein the first frame edge 61 and the second frame edge 62 are respectively disposed on the upper and lower sides, the third frame edge 63 is disposed between the first frame edge 61 and the second frame edge 62 and respectively connected to the first frame edge 61 and the second frame edge 62, the first frame edge 61, the second frame edge 62, and the third frame edge 63 enclose a mounting position, and the mounting position is configured to receive the retractable curtain 20 when the retractable curtain 20 is at a preset included angle relative to the housing 10.
When the retractable curtain 20 rotates to a predetermined included angle relative to the housing 10, the first frame edge 61 and the second frame edge 62 are respectively located outside two opposite sides of the retractable curtain 20 in the axial direction of the insertion rod 50. As described above, when the retractable curtain 20 rotates to a predetermined included angle relative to the housing 10, the entire retractable curtain 20 is in a use state, and at this time, the first frame 61 and the second frame 62 are respectively disposed at two sides of the retractable curtain 20, even if the inserting rod 50 fails or breaks, the retractable curtain 20 cannot be easily separated from the installation position, thereby further ensuring the stability of the retractable curtain 20 on the housing 10.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, the number of the retractable curtains 20 and the corresponding mounting brackets 60 is two, the retractable curtains 20 are disposed on the left and right sides of the housing 10, and the first frame edges 61 of the mounting brackets 60 on the two sides are inserted into each other to improve the connection stability of the mounting brackets 60 on the two sides.
For the above retractable curtain 20, the form in the traditional manner can be adopted, and the retractable curtain 20 in the traditional form mainly adopts a folded structure, so that the retractable curtain 20 has poor rigidity and thickness on the premise of ensuring the folding performance of the retractable curtain 20.
Correspondingly, the present embodiment also provides certain improvements to the structure of the retractable curtain 20, specifically, please refer to fig. 1, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the retractable curtain 20 includes a plurality of movable plates 21, and the plurality of movable plates 21 are sequentially arranged along a side close to the housing 10 to a side far from the housing 10;
the adjacent two movable plates 21 are configured to move toward each other and at least partially overlap each other to bring the retractable curtain 20 into a retracted state, or move away from each other to bring the retractable curtain 20 into an extended state.
In this embodiment, the retractable curtain 20 is mainly configured to be composed of a plurality of movable plates 21, and compared with the retractable curtain 20 in a folding style, the retractable curtain 20 composed of the plurality of movable plates 21 can effectively ensure the rigidity of the entire retractable curtain 20, and can be more easily expanded in thickness, so that the heat insulation performance of the retractable curtain 20 is improved, and the use experience of a user on a window type air conditioner in a cold environment is improved.
With regard to the above-described movable plates 21, in another embodiment, the respective movable plates 21 are sequentially stacked in a direction and faces of adjacent two movable plates 21 facing each other are slidably fitted to each other. With this configuration, when the number of the movable plates 21 is large, the size of the retractable curtain 20 is likely to be large.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 9 again, in the present embodiment, the movable plates 21 are hollow, and a sliding opening 22 is formed at a portion of a first one of the two adjacent movable plates 21 facing a second one of the two adjacent movable plates, and the second one is slidably sleeved in the first one through the sliding opening 22. It can be understood that the first and the second movable plates 21 refer to different movable plates, and the present embodiment mainly sets the movable plates 21 to be in a sliding fit with each other, thereby effectively avoiding the condition that the thickness of the retractable curtain 20 is too large.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the two movable plates 21 adjacent to each other are connected by a limiting structure, the limiting structure includes a stopper 23 and a rib 24a sequentially arranged along the relative movement direction of the two movable plates 21 adjacent to each other, the stopper 23 is formed on one of the two movable plates 21 adjacent to each other, the rib 24a is formed on the other one of the two movable plates 21 adjacent to each other, and the stopper 23 abuts against the rib 24a when the retractable curtain 20 is in the retracted state or the extended state. The limit positions of the movable plates 21 can be effectively determined by the stoppers 23 and the ribs 24a, so that excessive movement of the movable plates 21 is avoided, and separation between the movable plates 21 or mutual compression is avoided. In the present embodiment, the rib 24a is formed in the retaining groove 24 and is formed by a part of the sidewall of the retaining groove 24, the stopper 23 is configured to be able to move in the corresponding retaining groove 24, and the retaining groove 24 is concavely formed on the movable plate 21.
