Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a financial media storage module 100 according to some embodiments, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a media storage box 130 of the financial media storage module 100 shown in fig. 1 being detached from a frame 110. The financial media storage module 100 includes a frame 110 and a media storage box 130, and the frame 110 is opened with a receiving cavity 111 for receiving the media storage box 130 and has an opening 112 communicating with the receiving cavity 111. The medium storage box 130 can enter the housing cavity 111 from the opening 112 and be locked with the frame 110, and can be separated from the housing cavity 111 from the opening 112. It is understood that the financial medium storage module 100 can be applied to a financial self-service device (not shown) and used as a bill storage structure, specifically, the frame 110 is fixed in the financial self-service device, the medium storage box 130 can be locked in the receiving cavity 111, the medium storage box 130 is used for storing bills such as money orders, checks, bills or deposit notes in the financial self-service device, and the locking effect of the frame 110 on the medium storage box 130 can prevent the bills from being lost. Media storage box 130 can also be disengaged from frame 110 to facilitate ticket transfer or removal.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the frame 110 includes a first plate 113, a first connecting plate 115, a second connecting plate 116, and a third connecting plate 117, the first connecting plate 115 connects the first plate 113 and the second connecting plate 116 end to end, respectively, and the third connecting plate 117 connects the first plate 113, the first connecting plate 115, and the second connecting plate 116, respectively, to form the receiving cavity 111 in an enclosing manner. The first plate 113, the first connecting plate 115 and the second connecting plate 116 are surrounded by the edge departing from the third connecting plate 117 to form an opening 112. It should be noted that when the frame 110 is fixed on the self-service financial device, the notches defined by the edges of the first plate 113, the second connecting plate 116 and the third connecting plate 117 facing away from the first connecting plate 115 may be closed by the self-service financial device, so that the medium storage box 130 can only enter or exit the receiving cavity 111 from the opening 112, thereby improving the stability of locking the medium storage box 130 by the frame 110 and the safety performance of the financial medium storage module 100.
Referring collectively to fig. 2, 3 and 4, fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the first lock assembly 118 locking the media storage box 130 in some embodiments, and fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the first lock assembly 118 unlocking in some embodiments. The first plate 113 is formed with a first locking groove 114 penetrating the first plate 113. The frame 110 further includes a first locking component 118, the first locking component 118 includes a locking block 119 and an elastic member 123, and the elastic member 123 connects the locking block 119 and the first plate 113 and enables the locking block 119 to have a tendency of moving to eject from the first locking slot 114 toward the side where the receiving cavity 111 is located. The medium storage box 130 includes a second lock assembly and an exposed second board 133, the second board 133 has a second locking groove 134, and when the second board 133 moves relative to the first board 113 to the position where the second locking groove 134 is opposite to the first locking groove 114, the locking block 119 extends into the second locking groove 134. The second lock component is disposed on a side of the second board 133 away from the first board 113 and corresponds to the second locking groove 134, and is configured to controllably drive the locking block 119 to be pushed out of the second locking groove 134.
It will be appreciated that the first panel 113 is opposite the second panel 133 when the media storage bin 130 is inserted into the receiving cavity 111 from the opening 112. When the medium storage box 130 moves in the accommodating cavity 111 until the first locking groove 114 corresponds to the second locking groove 134, under the action of the elastic member 123, the part of the locking block 119 ejected from the accommodating cavity 111 can extend into the second locking groove 134 to limit the medium storage box 130, so that the medium storage box 130 is prevented from moving in a direction parallel to the first plate 113, and the medium storage box 130 is locked. When the second lock assembly is controlled to drive the lock block 119 out of the second lock slot 134, the media storage box 130 can move relative to the frame 110 to disengage from the receiving cavity 111. And when the medium storing box 130 is separated from the receiving cavity 111, the locking piece 119 is restored to a state of being ejected out of the receiving cavity 111 from the first locking groove 114 due to the elastic member 123.
Above-mentioned locking mechanical system, when medium storage box 130 moves to second keyway 134 and first keyway 114 relative to frame 110, because the effect of elastic component 123, locking piece 119 can pop out and stretch into in second keyway 134 from first keyway 114 for second plate 133 can't move in the direction that is on a parallel with first plate 113, and then realizes the locking of second plate 133, and the locking need not with the help of instruments such as keys, and it is more convenient to operate, is favorable to promoting work efficiency. When it is required to unlock the second plate 133, the second lock assembly is controlled to drive the lock block 119 out of the second lock slot 134. After the media storage box 130 is separated from the frame 110, due to the action of the elastic member 123, the locking piece 119 can be restored to the state of being ejected out of the accommodating cavity 111 from the first locking groove 114 again, so that other operations are not required, and the work efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the second lock assembly is controlled to drive the lock block 119 out of the second lock slot 134, including but not limited to mechanical unlocking, fingerprint or combination unlocking. In some embodiments, when the second lock component adopts the mechanical unlocking, the key matched with the second lock component is adopted to perform the unlocking operation, so that the second lock component performs the pressing operation on the lock block 119, and the lock block 119 is driven to exit the second lock groove 134. When the fingerprint or password unlocking is performed, the unlocking assembly controllably drives the locking piece 119 to exit the second locking groove 134, that is, the fingerprint identification or password matching is performed for authentication, and only when the fingerprint or password unlocking is performed, the unlocking assembly presses the locking piece 119 to drive the locking piece 119 to retract to the first locking groove 114 by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member 123. Thus, without the engagement of the locking piece 119 with the second locking groove 134, the second plate 133 can move relative to the first plate 113.
Further, the specific configuration of the second lock assembly is not limited, in some embodiments, the second lock assembly includes a lock cylinder 135 and a lock tongue 131 that are connected to each other, the lock cylinder 135 can drive the lock tongue 131 to rotate on a side of the second plate 133 away from the first plate 113, and the lock block 119 is located on a rotation path of the lock tongue 131, when the lock tongue 131 rotates to a position where the lock block 119 is located, the lock block 119 can be pushed to move, and when the lock tongue 131 continues to rotate, the lock tongue 131 can be away from the lock block 119, so that the lock block 119 can lock the media storage box 130.
In some embodiments, the media storage box 130 further comprises a side plate 136 connected to the second panel 133, the side plate 136 being located on a side of the second panel 133 facing away from the first panel 113, the side plate 136 being perpendicular to the second panel 133. The lock cylinder 135 is mounted on the side plate 136, and the axis of the lock cylinder 135 is perpendicular to the side plate 136. In other words, when the key (not shown) is used to rotate the key cylinder 135, the key cylinder 135 can be rotated with the axis parallel to the second plate body 133 as the shaft with respect to the side plate 136. The extending direction of the bolt 131 is perpendicular to the side plate 136, the end of the bolt 131 is fixedly connected with the lock cylinder 135, and the lock cylinder 135 can drive the bolt 131 to rotate to push the lock block 119.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the description that two structures are perpendicular or parallel is only one example, and the two structures may be arranged obliquely as long as the two structures are inclined to each other to achieve the corresponding functions. For example, in other embodiments, the side plate 136 is disposed obliquely to the second plate 133, and the rotation axis of the locking tongue 131 is oblique to the second plate 133, so long as the locking piece 119 is located on the rotation path of the locking tongue 131, the locking tongue 131 can push the locking piece 119 out of the second locking groove 134.
The moving manner of the locking piece 119 is not limited, as long as the locking piece 119 can move in a direction approaching or separating from the second locking groove 134 to extend into or separate from the second locking groove 134. For example, in some embodiments, the elastic member 123 is hinged to an end of the locking block 119, and the locking block 119 can rotate relative to the first plate 113 about a hinge axis. Specifically, referring also to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of the frame 110. In some embodiments, the first plate 113 protrudes away from the second plate 133 to form a mounting block 125, and the mounting block 125 is disposed adjacent to the first locking slot 114. The elastic member 123 is a torsion spring, the elastic member 123 is located on a side of the first plate body 113 away from the second plate body 133, an end of the elastic member 123 abuts against the first plate body 113, and the elastic member 123 is hinged to the locking block 119 through the mounting block 125, so that the locking block 119 can rotate relative to the first plate body 113 by using the hinge shaft as an axis. Further, in some examples, two mounting blocks 125 are provided, and the two mounting blocks 125 are respectively disposed on two sides of the locking block 119 to improve the stability of the installation of the locking block 119.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the mounting block 125 and the latch 131 both perform a rotation motion. In other embodiments, the mounting block 125 and the locking tongue 131 can also move linearly in a direction perpendicular to the first plate 113, as long as the mounting block 125 can extend into or disengage from the second locking groove 134, and the locking tongue 131 can push the mounting block 125 out of the second locking groove 134.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the first lock assembly 118 further includes a limit block 124, and the limit block 124 is fixedly connected to the lock block 119, for example, the limit block 124 and the lock block 119 are connected by screws or integrally formed. The limiting block 124 is located on a side of the first board body 113 departing from the second board body 133, and when the locking block 119 extends into the second locking groove 134 to lock the medium storage box 130, the limiting block 124 abuts against the first board body 113 to prevent the locking block 119 from excessively protruding towards the accommodating cavity 111 to affect locking and unlocking of the medium storage box 130. Further, in some embodiments, two limiting blocks 124 are provided, and the two limiting blocks 124 are respectively disposed on two sides of the locking block 119 to improve the stability of the locking assembly.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first locking groove 114 may not penetrate through the first plate 113, as long as the first locking groove 114 can accommodate the installation of the locking block 119 and the elastic member 123, and accommodate the locking requirement between the first plate 113 and the second plate 133. For example, the first locking groove 114 is formed by stamping the first plate 113, at this time, the locking block 119 may be rotatably connected to the side wall of the first locking groove 114 through a rotating shaft, the elastic member 123 is mounted on the rotating shaft, and the elastic member 123 is used to provide an elastic restoring force for the locking block 119 to move towards the side of the second plate 133. Other possibilities for forming the first locking groove 114 are also possible, and are not described herein.
In some embodiments, when the media storage box 130 enters the receiving cavity 111 along a direction parallel to the first plate 113, i.e., a direction a shown in fig. 2, a shortest distance between the second plate 133 and the first plate 113 is smaller than a size of the locking piece 119 ejected out of the receiving cavity 111, i.e., smaller than a length of a portion of the locking piece 119 ejected out of the receiving cavity 111 in a direction perpendicular to the first plate 113. Thus, when the second plate 133 is opposite to the first plate 113 and the second locking groove 134 is not opposite to the first locking groove 114, the second plate 133 applies a force to the locking block 119, which is directed from the second plate 133 to the first plate 113. When the second plate 133 moves relative to the first plate 113 to a position where the second locking groove 134 is opposite to the first locking groove 114, the acting force applied by the second plate 133 to the locking block 119 is removed, and due to the action of the elastic member 123, the locking block 119 extends into the second locking groove 134, so that the medium storage box 130 is locked. Therefore, the financial medium storage module 100 can lock the medium storage box 130 without using a tool such as a key, and the locking operation is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, it can be understood that, in the process that the second plate 133 moves to contact the locking block 119 and applies a force to the locking block 119 to push the locking block 119 to move away from the second plate 133, the second plate 133 and the locking block 119 are easy to collide. To avoid that the collision between the second plate 133 and the locking piece 119 damages the locking piece 119 or affects the movement of the locking piece 119, in some embodiments, the locking piece 119 has a first surface 121 facing the opening 112, and the first surface 121 is inclined with respect to the first plate 113 towards the opening 112. Therefore, when the second plate 133 contacts the lock block 119, the second plate 133 can gradually push the stopper to the direction away from the second plate 133 along the first surface 121, the inclination of the first surface 121 can provide a buffer for the collision between the second plate 133 and the lock block 119, and the lock block 119 is prevented from being damaged due to the collision, and meanwhile, the second plate 133 can push the lock block 119 more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to lock the lifting lock 119 to the media storage box 130, in some embodiments, the media storage box 130 further includes a baffle 137, the baffle 137 is located on a side of the second plate 133 facing away from the first plate 113 and perpendicular to the second plate 133, and the baffle 137 is disposed adjacent to the second lock groove 134, for example, the baffle 137 is flush with an edge of the second lock groove 134 away from the opening 112. Locking piece 119 also includes a second surface 122 facing away from opening 112, second surface 122 being perpendicular to second plate 133 and second surface 122 abutting stop 137 when locking piece 119 is extended into second locking slot 134. The baffle 137 is abutted against the locking block 119, so that the locking block 119 can prevent the second plate body 133 from being separated from the accommodating cavity 111 to the maximum extent, and the locking effect of the locking block 119 on the medium storage box 130 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates an exploded view of the media storage tank 130 in some embodiments. The medium storing box 130 includes a front cover 132, a body 138, and a cover 142, wherein the front cover 132 of the medium storing box 130 is formed by the second plate 133 and the side plate 136 connected to each other. The body 138 includes a base 139 and a housing 141, the base 139 is substantially rectangular with one side opening 112, and a storage chamber 140 for storing bills is formed in the base 139. The housing 141 is sleeved on the base 139 to improve the structural strength of the body 138. The cover 142 is connected to a side of the body 138 facing away from the base 139 and is capable of rotating relative to the body 138 to expose or close the storage cavity 140.
The media storage bin 130 further includes a locking assembly 143, the locking assembly 143 being capable of locking the cover 142 when the cover 142 closes the storage cavity 140 such that the cover 142 is secured with the body 138. The specific arrangement of the locking assembly 143 is not limited as long as the cover 142 can be locked. For example, in some embodiments, the locking assembly 143 may include a second lock cylinder 144 and a second lock tongue (not shown) fixed on the cover 142, a second lock groove (not shown) is formed on the housing 141 at a position corresponding to the locking assembly 143, and the second lock cylinder 144 is rotated by a key to enable the second lock tongue 131 to enter the second lock groove to lock the cover 142. The locking assembly 143 is arranged, when the medium storage box 130 is separated from the frame 110, the cover plate 142 can be locked, the locking effect of the locking assembly 143 on the cover plate 142 and the locking effect of the locking block 119 on the medium storage box 130 are matched, the safety of the medium storage box 130 can be greatly improved through double protection, and the bill is prevented from being lost.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the front cover 132 formed by the second plate 133 and the side plate 136 is separated from the body 138, and the front cover 132 is fixed to the body 138 by means of snap, screw, interference fit, or the like. In other embodiments, the second plate 133 and the side plate 136 are integrally formed with the body 138, for example, the second plate 133 may be a plate of the body 138 facing the first plate 113, and the side plate 136 may be a plate of the body 138 connecting an edge of the second plate 133. Of course, in some embodiments, the housing 141 and the base 139 may be integrally formed.
In some embodiments, media storage box 130 further includes two tower springs 146 spaced apart at the bottom of base 139 and a push plate 147, push plate 147 resting on tower springs 146 and lying parallel to the bottom surface of base 139, notes resting on the side of push plate 147 facing away from the bottom surface of base 139. Set up turriform spring 146 and push pedal 147, when the ticket according to get into the storage space, turriform spring 146's elasticity makes push pedal 147 butt bill all the time to make the bill all the time with apron 142 butt, can prevent that the bill from putting chaotic condition in the storage space, the order of depositing of bill can not be in disorder yet when removing medium storage box 130, is favorable to the classification of bill.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, a ticket inlet 148 facing the first plate 113 is formed between the housing 141 and the base 139, and the ticket inlet 148 communicates with the storage cavity 140 for the tickets to enter the medium storage box 130. The media storage box 130 also includes a transport roller 149 for rolling notes from the note inlet 148 into the storage chamber 140, and an electrostatic brush 151. The electrostatic brush 151 is fixed on the housing 141 and extends into the ticket inlet 148, and the electrostatic brush 151 can contact with the bills entering the medium storage box 130 through the ticket inlet 148 to remove static electricity on the bills and prevent the bills from being attached to the cover plate 142 to influence the classification of the bills. It can be understood that the first plate 113 is provided with a ticket inlet slot corresponding to the ticket inlet 148, so that the ticket can enter the ticket inlet 148 through the ticket inlet slot.
Note that the ticket inlet 148 may also be formed between the cover 142 and the body 138, specifically, when the cover 142 and the body 138 are closed, a gap exists between them, and the gap forms the ticket inlet 148. The form of the inlet 148 is not limited herein, so long as the inlet 148 can still meet the requirements of the note input storage cavity 140 when the cover 142 closes the storage cavity. Accordingly, a transport roller 149 may be provided on the body 138 and also on the cover 142, the transport roller 149 being capable of drawing notes from the inlet 148 into the storage chamber 140 when the cover 142 closes the storage chamber 140.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, fig. 7 shows a schematic view of the distribution of the delivery roller 149 within the ticket inlet 148 in some embodiments. In some embodiments, the ticket inlet 148 has a centerline 152 and the transport roller 149 is offset from the centerline 152 toward one side of the centerline 152. In other words, the transport roller 149 is closer to one side of the ticket inlet 148. When a note enters the media storage box 130 from the note inlet 148, one of the edges of the note abuts the side of the note inlet 148 closer to the transport roller 149, in other words, the note is offset from the transport roller 149 toward the same side of the centerline 152 as the centerline 152. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the document is offset from the transport roller 149 to the left of the centerline 152 relative to the centerline 152. Thus, even if the size of the bill changes, the transport roller 149 can always apply a force to one edge of the bill, so that the bill has sufficient power to enter the media storage box 130. In addition, the conveying roller 149 can realize the effect of conveying the bill without being arranged along the whole bill inlet 148, and the arrangement cost of the conveying roller 149 can be saved. It will be appreciated that the centerline 152 is merely a virtual straight line drawn for convenience in describing the distribution of the feed rollers 149 and does not actually exist, and the spaces on either side of the centerline 152 at the feed ports 148 are of equal length.
In some embodiments, a side of the cover 142 facing away from the housing 141 may also be provided with a handle (not shown) to facilitate carrying the media storage box 130 by the handle when transferring the media storage box 130. Of course, in other embodiments, the handle may be replaced by other structures as long as they assist in manually transferring the media storage box 130. For example, in some embodiments, an auxiliary slot 153 is formed at one side of the housing 141, so that a human hand or a robot arm can be inserted into the auxiliary slot 153 to carry the medium storage box 130 by hand when the medium storage box 130 is transferred.
The present application further provides a financial self-service device (not shown) having an acceptance module, which is configured to receive bills such as drafts, checks, promissory notes, or deposit slips, and store the bills in the media storage box 130. Specifically, the acceptance module includes a mounting seat and the financial medium storage module 100 according to any of the above embodiments, the financial medium storage module 100 is mounted on the mounting seat, and the bill received by the acceptance module enters the storage cavity 140 through the bill inlet 148 for storage.
