3. The helmet of claim 1, wherein the helmet shield comprises a second cushioning layer, an inner liner, an annular bladder;
the annular air bag is fixedly covered on the upper portion of the second buffer layer, the lining is fixedly covered on the annular air bag, and the lining is fixed on the helmet shield through a connecting strip.

The helmet of claim 1, wherein the first snap-fit structure is a plug connector, and the second snap-fit structure is a slot that can mate with the plug connector; the clamping groove is provided with a pressing piece, and the pressing piece is connected with the clamping groove to form a bayonet.
