Description

本实用新型涉及检波装置类,具体地说就是一种用于地质勘探和地震测量的检波器。
地震检波器是将地面振动变为电信号的一种传感器,或者说地震检波器是把机械振动转化为电信号的机电装置。根据用途不同地震检波器分为地面检波器、沼泽检波器和井中检波器等。由于检波器的输出电压与线圈相对磁铁的运动速度成正比,因此磁铁就成了检波器的关键部件。目前所使用的检波器通常采用铝镍钴磁钢。该类磁钢居里点高,温度稳定性较好,但磁性能较低,因而产品体积较大,另外我国钴资源溃乏,钴的售价很高,降低成本几乎是行不通的。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既具有良好的温度稳定性,又体积小成本低的地震检波器。
本实用新型提供的地震检波器,由外壳、线圈架、轭铁、磁钢等构成,磁钢、线圈架、外壳依次套在外部,线圈架上缠有线圈,两块轭铁固定在磁钢的两极,上下两个端盖将轭铁固定,起聚磁作用,其特征在于:在磁钢的外部还套有一补偿护套环,护套环中具有温度补偿作用的材料如FeNiCr、FeNiAl、FeNiMn等制成。下面通过附图结合实施例详细叙述本实用新型。

实施例:
如附图所示,磁钢1、补偿护套环2、线圈架3、外壳4依次套在外部,线圈架3上缠有线圈5,两块轭铁6固定在磁钢1两极,端盖7将磁钢固定。本实用新型由于在磁钢1外表面套上了补偿护套环2,该环具有温度补偿作用,其导磁率和饱和磁化强度随温度变化,随温度升高而降低,随温度降低而升高。该环2和上下轭铁6组成一个磁屏蔽系统,在居里点以下此系统分流一定比例的磁力线,此部分磁力线是随温度升高而降低的,以补偿磁钢1随温度升高磁性能的降低,使工作磁场随温度变化很小,甚至可以使磁场温度系数从负到正进行变化。由于磁钢1被封闭在轭铁6及套环2之中,因此可以防止由于振动、冲击等原因造成的磁体粉末颗粒外泄到磁屏蔽层之外,保证检波器的正常工作,同时也具有良好的防腐性能。该环还具有均匀工作磁场,抑制杂散磁场的作用,有利于降低检波的失真系数。本实用新型可以选用温度稳定性不太好,但具有良好磁性能及成本低的磁体做磁钢,从而缩小产品体积降低产品成本。

1、一种地震检波器,由外壳、线圈架、轭铁、磁钢等构成,磁钢、线圈架、外壳依次套在外部,线圈架上缠有线圈,两块轭铁固定在磁钢的两极,上下两个端盖轭铁使磁钢固定,其特征在于:在磁钢(1)的外部还套有一补偿护套环(2),护套环可整体套在磁钢外部,也可套在两轭铁中间,护套环(2)为具有温度补偿作用的材料。
