Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as detailed in the appended claims.
In a first aspect, the present embodiment provides a protective plate member 100 of a battery 10. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the protection plate member 100 may include a protection plate 110 and a housing 120 connected to the protection plate 110, wherein the protection plate 110 may monitor a temperature, a voltage, a current of a charge/discharge loop, and the like of the battery main body 200 in the battery 10, and stop charging the battery main body 200 when the battery main body 200 is over-temperature, over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, reverse connection, and the like, thereby extending a service life of the battery main body 200 and preventing a safety accident from occurring. The housing 120 may protect the protection plate 110, thereby extending the service life of the protection plate 110.
Specifically, the protective plate 110 may include a circuit board 111 on which electronic components 112, wires, and the like are disposed on the circuit board 111. The circuit board 111 is generally thin and has a first board surface 1111, a second board surface facing the first board surface 1111, and a peripheral side surface 1112 connected between the first board surface 1111 and the second board surface, and since the first board surface 1111 and the second board surface have a large area, the wiring and the electronic component 112 may be preferably arranged on the first board surface 1111 and/or the second board surface. For convenience of description, the electronic component 112 disposed on the first board 1111 will be described as an example.
The housing 120 may include a first portion 121 covering the first plate 1111 and the electronic device 112 on the first plate 1111, so as to prevent the electronic device 112 on the first plate 1111 from falling off, scratching, etc. by the first portion 121, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the protection plate 110. To solve the problem that the size of the protective plate member 100 is increased due to the arrangement of the first portion 121, which increases the installation space of the battery 10 in the electronic device, and hinders the development of light and thin electronic devices, the embodiment of the present application further proposes to provide the groove 1211 on the first portion 121. The provision of the groove 1211 can reduce the weight of the case 120, and thus the weight of the protective plate member 100, the battery 10, and the electronic device, and can reduce the weight of the electronic device.
In an exemplary scheme, the groove 1211 may be disposed on the first surface 1212 of the first portion 121 facing away from the first plate 1111, and the peripheral side surface 1112 of the circuit board 111 may include a first side surface 1113 for being attached to the battery main body 200, so that after the protection plate member 100 is assembled with the battery main body 200, that is, after the first side surface 1113 of the circuit board 111 is attached to the battery main body 200, the first portion 121 will be in an exposed state, and the groove 1211 disposed on the first surface 1212 of the first portion 121 will also be in an exposed state, so that after the protection plate member 100 is installed in the electronic device, the groove 1211 on the protection plate member 100 may be further used for accommodating other components in the electronic device, which achieves the effects of reducing a space occupied by the protection plate member 100 in the electronic device and improving a space utilization rate of the electronic device.
The specific arrangement area of the groove 1211 on the first surface 1212 may be arbitrary. Preferably, the arrangement region of the groove 1211 on the first surface 1212 may correspond to a region of the first plate 1111 where no electronic component 112 is arranged, and/or the arrangement region of the groove 1211 on the first surface 1212 may correspond to a region of the first plate 1111 where a smaller electronic component 112 is arranged. With this arrangement, even if the protective plate member 100 is provided to be thin in the direction perpendicular to the first plate surface 1111, the groove 1211 can be provided on the first portion 121, so that the first portion 121 can be made lightweight and compact, and the space efficiency of the electronic apparatus can be improved.
When the area of the groove 1211 disposed on the first surface 1212 corresponds to the area of the first board 1111 where the electronic component 112 is not disposed, specifically, referring to fig. 3, the first board 1111 may include a first area 1114 and a second area 1115 connected to the first area 1114, and all the electronic components 112 on the first board 1111 may be disposed in the first area 1114; in this case, the first portion 121 may include a first sub-portion 1213 covering the first region 1114 and the electronic element 112 on the first region 1114, and a second sub-portion 1214 covering the second region 1115, the first surface 1212 may include a first sub-surface 1215 and a second sub-surface 1216, the first sub-surface 1215 is a surface of the first sub-portion 1213 facing away from the first plate surface 1111, and the second sub-surface 1216 is a surface of the second sub-portion 1214 facing away from the first plate surface 1111, in which case, the groove 1211 may be disposed on the second sub-surface 1216. Since the second sub-portion 1214 with the groove 1211 only needs to cover the first plate surface 1111, after the groove 1211 is disposed on the second sub-portion 1214, the distance between the bottom surface of the groove 1211 and the first plate surface 1111 can be designed to be smaller, that is, the depth of the groove 1211 in the direction perpendicular to the first plate surface 1111 can be made as large as possible, so as to maximize the space utilization of the electronic device.
When the area of the groove 1211 disposed on the first surface 1212 corresponds to the area of the smaller electronic component 112 on the first board surface 1111, specifically, referring to fig. 4, the electronic component 112 on the first board surface 1111 may include a first electronic component 1121 and a second electronic component 1122, and a height dimension of the first electronic component 1121 may be greater than a height dimension of the second electronic component 1122 along a direction perpendicular to the first board surface 1111; in this case, the first portion 121 may include a first sub-portion 1213 covering the first electronic element 1121 and a second sub-portion 1214 covering the second electronic element 1122, the first surface 1212 may include a first sub-surface 1215 and a second sub-surface 1216, the first sub-surface 1215 is a surface of the first sub-portion 1213 facing away from the first plate surface 1111, and the second sub-surface 1216 is a surface of the second sub-portion 1214 facing away from the first plate surface 1111, in which case the groove 1211 may be disposed on the second sub-surface 1216. Since the second electronic element 1122 has a smaller height than the first electronic element 1121, when the second sub-surface 1216 of the second sub-portion 1214 is flush with the first sub-surface 1215 of the first sub-portion 1213, the thickness of the second sub-portion 1214 covering the second electronic element 1122 can be thicker than the thickness of the first sub-portion 1213 covering the first electronic element 1121, and the provision of the groove 1211 on the thicker second sub-portion 1214 facilitates the formation of the groove 1211, and the provision of the groove 1211 can ensure the effective coverage of the second sub-portion 1214 on the second electronic element 1122 to exert a protective effect.
It should be noted that the height dimension of the electronic component 112 can be understood as the distance between the surface of the electronic component 112 facing away from the first board surface 1111 and the first board surface 1111. In order to ensure that the first portion 121 can still provide a better protection effect for the first electronic element 1121, the second electronic element 1122, the first plate surface 1111, and the like after the groove 1211 is formed, the thickness of the sub-portion of the first portion 121 covering the first electronic element 1121, the sub-portion of the first portion covering the second electronic element 1122, and the sub-portion of the first portion 121 covering the first plate surface 1111 may be greater than or equal to the first dimension along the direction perpendicular to the first plate surface 1111. Preferably, after the groove 1211 is provided, the thickness of the sub-portion of the first portion 121 covering the first electronic element 1121, the sub-portion of the first portion 121 covering the second electronic element 1122, and the sub-portion of the first portion 121 covering the first plate 1111 may be equal in a direction perpendicular to the first plate 1111, so that the protection effect of each portion of the first portion 121 is uniform.
It is understood that, referring to fig. 5, in the electronic component 112 including a first electronic component 1121, a second electronic component 1122 and a third electronic component 1123 arranged in sequence along a first direction, and when the height dimensions of the first electronic element 1121, the second electronic element 1122 and the third electronic element 1123 are sequentially reduced along the direction perpendicular to the first board surface 1111, grooves 1211 may be formed in the first surface 1212 corresponding to the region of the second electronic element 1122 and the region corresponding to the third electronic element 1123, if the groove 1211 formed in the region corresponding to the third electronic element 1123 is defined as a first groove 1211a and the groove 1211 formed in the region corresponding to the second electronic element 1122 is defined as a second groove 1211b, a distance between a bottom surface of the first groove 1211a and the first plate 1111 may be smaller than a distance between a bottom surface of the second groove 1211b and the first plate 1111, that is, the first and second grooves 1211a and 1211b exhibit the effect of a stepped groove.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first portion 121 has a second side surface 1217 away from the first side surface 1113, and the groove 1211 disposed on the first surface 1212 may extend through the second side surface 1217. Providing the groove 1211 to extend through the second side 1217 of the first portion 121 allows the size of the groove 1211 to be designed to be larger to further increase the space utilization of the electronic device.
In an exemplary aspect, to make the contact between the protection plate member 100 and the battery main body 200 softer to achieve the effect of protecting the battery main body 200, the case 120 may further include a second portion 122 covering the first side 1113, the material hardness of the second portion 122 may be less than that of the protection plate 110, and the connection of the first side 1113 with the battery main body 200 may be converted into the connection of the second portion 122 with the battery main body 200. Specifically, the surface of the second portion 122 facing the first side 1113 may be connected to the first portion 121, and the surface of the second portion 122 facing away from the first side 1113 may be used to conform to the battery body 200. The second portion 122 can be made of soft material such as silica gel.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 again, the housing 120 may include a third portion, a fourth portion, and the like in addition to the first portion 121 and the second portion 122, so as to wrap the entire protection plate 110.
The housing 120 and the protection plate 110 may be integrally formed. For example, the housing 120 and the protection plate 110 can be integrally formed by an injection molding process, so that the connection between the housing 120 and the protection plate 110 is firmer, the assembling process of the housing 120 and the protection plate 110 can be saved, and the assembling efficiency can be improved. It is understood that other connection methods, such as adhesive bonding, clamping, etc., may be used between the housing 120 and the protection plate 110, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The recess 1211 on the housing 120 may be obtained during the molding process of the housing 120; for example, when the housing 120 is formed by an injection molding process, the recess 1211 may be formed on the formed housing 120 by controlling a spraying amount of the material, a moving position of the nozzle, and the like. The groove 1211 on the housing 120 can also be obtained after the housing 120 is formed; for example, the groove 1211 may be formed by machining or the like after the housing 120 is machined.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a battery 10. Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the battery 10 may include the protective plate member 100 and the battery main body 200, and the battery main body 200 may include a main body portion 210 attached to the first side surface 1113 of the protective plate 110, and a tab 220 electrically connecting the main body portion 210 and the protective plate 110 of the protective plate member 100. The battery 10 according to the embodiment of the present application has advantages of being small and light, and improving the space utilization of the electronic device when being used in the electronic device.
In an exemplary scheme, the tab 220 and the protection plate member 100 may be located at the same side of the main body portion 210, and the housing 120 of the protection plate member 100 may further wrap the tab 220. Because the tab 220 is mainly used for electrically connecting the main body portion 210 and the protection plate component 100, the tab 220 is generally thin and light, and is easily broken, and in the embodiment of the application, the shell 120 is further wrapped around the tab 220, so that the shell 120 can also play a role in protecting the tab 220.
Further, in order to enable the housing 120 to better wrap the tab 220, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the main body portion 210 may include a first structure portion 211 and a second structure portion 212, the first structure portion 211 having a third side 2111 facing the first side 1113; the second structure portion 212, the tab 220 and the protection plate component 100 can be located on one side of the third side 2111 of the first structure portion 211, and along the direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the main body portion 210, the second structure portion 212 is located in the middle of the first structure portion 211, the second structure portion 212 is electrically connected to the first structure portion 211 and the tab 220, and the second structure portion 212 is arranged in the middle of the first structure portion 211, so that the housing 120 can also wrap the second structure portion 212 when wrapping the tab 220, and the housing 120 can wrap the tab 220 completely. Preferably, the tab 220 may be connected to a side of the second structure portion 212 facing away from the first structure portion 211 to facilitate electrical connection of the tab 220 with the protection plate part 100.
In the above description, the middle of "the second structure portion 212 is located at the middle of the first structure portion 211 in the direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the body portion 210" may be understood as: the first structure portion 211 may have a first end surface 2112 and a second end surface 2113 which are sequentially arranged in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the body portion 210, the second structure portion 212 may have a third end surface 2121 and a fourth end surface 2122 which are sequentially arranged in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the body portion 210, and both the third end surface 2121 and the fourth end surface 2122 may be located between the first end surface 2112 and the second end surface 2113; rather than merely including the case where the third end face 2121 is spaced from the first end face 2112 by an amount equal to the spacing of the fourth end face 2122 from the second end face 2113.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the protection plate 110 and the second structure portion 212 may be sequentially distributed along a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the main body portion 210, so as to reduce the length dimension of the battery 10 in the direction perpendicular to the third side 2111, thereby realizing a miniaturized design of the battery 10.
In an exemplary aspect, the hardness of the material of the second portion 122 of the protection plate member 100 may be less than that of the main body portion 210, so that the second portion 122 may have a good protection effect on the main body portion 210.
