In view of this, the present invention provides a cover plate structure, which may include a cover plate body, a connection layer, and a reinforcement layer stacked on the connection layer, where the reinforcement layer covers at least a portion of an upper surface of the connection layer, the reinforcement layer is connected to the cover plate body through the connection layer, and the upper surface is a side surface of the connection layer away from the cover plate body. In some embodiments, the thickness of the connection layer 11 may be nanometer or micrometer, and the connection layer 11 may have good light transmittance, which may reach 88-90%.

the anti-fingerprint layer 23, the anti-fingerprint layer 23 and the connecting layer 21 are arranged on the same side of the cover plate body 20, the anti-fingerprint layer 23 is in direct contact with the cover plate body 20, or at least part of the anti-fingerprint layer 23 is arranged on the upper surface of one side, deviating from the cover plate body 20, of the connecting layer 21.
In the embodiment of the present application, the adhesion between the connection layer 21 and the cap body 20 is greater than the adhesion between the reinforcement layer 22 and the cap body 20. The cover body 20 may include a hard cover or a flexible cover, and in some embodiments, the hard cover may be a glass cover and the flexible cover may be a transparent polyimide cover. In other embodiments, the flexible cover sheet may also be a cover sheet made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material.
The material of the connection layer 21 in the embodiment of the present application may be a silane coupling agent, and in other embodiments, the connection layer 21 may also be another material layer which has better compatibility with the cover body 20 and the reinforcement layer 22 and can enhance the adhesion between the cover body 10 and the reinforcement layer 12. The connection layer 21 may be formed by evaporation, and the connection layer 21 partially or completely covers one side surface (not shown in the figure) of the cover plate body 20, and the following description will be given by taking a case where the connection layer 21 partially covers the cover plate body 20 as an example.
In some embodiments, the cover plate structure may be formed by randomly evaporating the connection layer 21 on the cover plate body 20, and then simultaneously evaporating the anti-fingerprint layer 23 and the enhancement layer 22 on the cover plate body 20; in other embodiments, the connecting layer 21 and the reinforcing layer 22 may be sequentially evaporated on the exposed cover body 20 based on a first mask plate with a preset shape, and then the anti-fingerprint layer 23 is evaporated on the rest positions on the cover body 20 by using a second mask plate with a shape complementary to that of the first mask plate to form the cover structure.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of a cover structure in which a reinforcing layer partially covers a connection layer according to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing layer 22 may partially cover the connection layer 21, the anti-fingerprint layer 23 and the connection layer 21 are disposed on the same side of the cover structure 20, and at least a portion of the anti-fingerprint layer 23 is disposed on an upper surface of the connection layer 21.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structural view of a cover plate structure in which a reinforcing layer completely covers a connection layer according to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing layer 22 completely covers the connection layer 21, and the anti-fingerprint layer 23 is in direct contact with the cover plate structure 20.
