Description

Shielding device for supply equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shielding device, and more particularly to a shielding device for a supply apparatus.
Background
In the injection molding process, a desired product is usually manufactured through a mold, and before the injection molding operation, a release layer is coated in the mold to facilitate the subsequent demolding operation.
In a conventional operation of coating a releasing layer, as shown in fig. 1, a releasing agent is sprayed onto mold pieces 1a,1b of the mold in a supply direction F through a nozzle 10 of a supply device 1, i.e., the releasing agent is sprayed in a single direction, and after the releasing layer is formed on one mold piece 1a, the nozzle 10 is turned (e.g., in a rotating direction R) to spray the other mold piece 1 b.
However, in the conventional supply apparatus 1, the nozzle 10 is apt to scatter the deformatant around the side faces 1c of the modules 1a,1b during the spraying process, which causes the fouling of the units around the supply apparatus 1 and even the failure of the units around the supply apparatus 1, resulting in poor product.
Therefore, how to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art has become a problem to be overcome in the present industry.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a shielding device for a supply apparatus, comprising: a carrier for carrying a target; two (plural) side plates provided on the front and rear sides of the target on the stage; and two (a plurality of) stoppers which are arranged on the two side plates and respectively provided with a groove, so that when the two stoppers are closed, the grooves of the two stoppers form an accommodating space.
In the shielding device, the carrying platform is provided with a frame and a track structure disposed on the frame, so that the two blocking members are disposed on the track structure, and at least one of the two blocking members is displaced through the track structure. For example, the frame body is provided with the two side plates at the positions corresponding to the lower parts of the two stoppers and at the front and the rear parts of the target respectively.
In the shielding device, one side plate of the box body is movable to facilitate the taking out of the target object.
The shielding device further comprises at least one wall plate for fixing the object. For example, the wall plate displaces the target. Alternatively, the plurality of side plates, the wall plate on the object and the plurality of stoppers form a semi-closed box.
In the shielding device, a supply component corresponding to the target is disposed on the carrier, and the supply component includes: a support structure; a first supply device disposed on the support structure for spraying the target material onto the target object in a first supply direction; and a second supply device disposed on the support structure for spraying the target material onto the target object in a second supply direction, wherein the first supply direction of the first supply device is different from the second supply direction of the second supply device, so that the shielding device of the supply apparatus shields the outer peripheral surface of the target object when the first and second supply devices spray the target material onto the target object. For example, the supply assembly further includes a vertical displacement device and a horizontal displacement device for displacing the first supply device and the second supply device. Further, the first supply device and the second supply device are arranged below the up-down displacement device and the left-right displacement device.
Therefore, the shielding device of the supply equipment of the utility model mainly bears the target object through the carrying platform, so that when the shielding device is applied to the supply equipment, the semi-closed box body and the accommodating space can protect the external environment of the target object in the process of spraying the target material by the supply equipment, so that the supply device can not spray the target material to the external environment of the target object in the process of spraying the target material, and compared with the prior art, the shielding device of the utility model can prevent the supply equipment from being polluted, thereby avoiding the problem of poor product caused by damage of other units.

FIG. 2, FIG. 2-1 and FIG. 2-2 are schematic views of a supply apparatus 2 to which a shielding device 2a of the supply apparatus 2 of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 2, 2-1 and 2-2, the supply apparatus 2 comprises a shielding device 2A for carrying at least one object 9 (shown in fig. 2-2) and a supply assembly 2c disposed corresponding to the object 9, the supply assembly 2c comprises a supporting structure 20 (shown in fig. 2A), a first supply device 21 (shown in fig. 2A) and a second supply device 22 (shown in fig. 2A) disposed on the supporting structure 20, and the first supply direction F1 of the first supply device 21 is different from the second supply direction F2 (shown in fig. 2A) of the second supply device 22.
In the present embodiment, the first supply direction F1 of the first supply device 21 is opposite to the second supply direction F2 of the second supply device 22.
The support structure 20 may be designed to have a desired appearance and interior, such as a laminate, a frame or other suitable structures, as shown in fig. 2A, 2B and 2C, without any particular limitation.
The first supply device 21 includes a first spraying structure 21a (shown in fig. 2A) for supplying the target material 8 (shown in fig. 4) to spray the target material 8 onto the target 9 in the first supply direction F1.
In this embodiment, the first spraying structure 21a has at least one first nozzle 210 for spraying the target material 8. For example, the first spraying structure 21a has a plurality of sets of first nozzles 210 arranged, as shown in FIG. 2B and FIG. 2C.
Furthermore, the object 9 of the present embodiment is a mold for casting a plate material (e.g. a floor), which has a first mold 9a and a second mold 9b opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 2-2, and the object 8 is a release agent, so that the cast object 9 can be easily released. The object 9 is not limited to the production of a cast plate.
The second supply device 22 includes a second spraying structure 22a for supplying the target material 8 to spray the target material 8 onto the target 9 in the second supply direction F2.
In the present embodiment, the second spraying structure 22a has at least one second nozzle 220 for spraying the target material 8. For example, the second spraying structure 22a has a plurality of sets of second nozzles 220 arranged in rows, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C.
Furthermore, the first supply device 21 and the second supply device 22 are disposed on opposite sides, such as left and right sides, of the supporting structure 20.
Furthermore, the supply device 2 further includes a vertical displacement device 30 and a horizontal displacement device 40 disposed on the support structure 20 for actuating the first supply device 21 and/or the second supply device 22, as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the first supply device 21 and/or the second supply device 22 are disposed at the lower end of the vertical displacement device 30. For example, the up-down displacement device 30 and the left-right displacement device 40 can be driven by a motor or a hydraulic device, so that the up-down displacement device 30 and the left-right displacement device 40 can move on a slide rail. It should be understood that there is no particular limitation regarding the variety of the displacement device 30.
In addition, the supply device 2 further includes a control base 2b for controlling the operation of the shielding device 2a, the up-down displacement device 30, the left-right displacement device 40, the first supply device 21 and the second supply device 22, and the up-down displacement device 30, the left-right displacement device 40, the first supply device 21 and the second supply device 22 are installed on the control base 2b, and the lower end of the control base 2b is fixed on a machine base preset by the supply device 2.
The shielding apparatus 2a of the present invention comprises a first stopper 24a and a second stopper 24b, and the first stopper 24a and the second stopper 24b are disposed above a carrier 23, as shown in fig. 2 and 2-1.
In the present embodiment, the first stopper 24a has a first recess S1, and the second stopper 24b has a second recess S2, so that the first stopper 24a and the second stopper 24b can move linearly on a track structure 26. For example, the first stopper 24a is usually stationary, so that when the second stopper 24b is close to the first stopper 24a, the first recess S1 and the second recess S2 form a receiving space S (as shown in fig. 2-2) for receiving the vertical displacement device 30 and the horizontal displacement device 40, and the target material 8 can be prevented from being sprayed upward, wherein the target material 8 is a toxic substance, which is likely to cause environmental problems.
Furthermore, the carrying platform 23 is provided with a frame 25 and a track structure 26 disposed on the frame 25, so that the first stopper 24a and the second stopper 24b are disposed on the track structure 26, and the first stopper 24a and the second stopper 24b can move linearly relatively. For example, a movable side plate 27a (e.g. capable of moving linearly left and right or lifting) can be disposed on the frame 25 corresponding to the lower portion of the first stopper 24a and the second stopper 24b and in front of the object 9, so as to facilitate easy removal of the object 9 after casting, a fixed side plate 27b is also installed on the opposite side of the side plate 27a and forms a semi-closed box with the wall surface of the first mold 9a and the second mold 9b to prevent the target material 8 from being sprayed out to the periphery, and flows out from the bottom of the box body, and a tray 28 can be arranged at the bottom of the box body, as shown in figures 3C and 3D, to collect the target material 8 flowing out from the bottom of the box, and connect the tray 28 with a pipeline 280, so that the tray 28 is connected to a tank 29 for collecting waste liquid (such as the target material 8 flowing out from the bottom of the box) through the pipeline 280.
Furthermore, the shielding device 2a further comprises at least one wall plate 27,27 'disposed on the frame 25 for fixing the object 9, and the wall plate 27, 27' can move relative to the carrier 23. For example, the wall plates 27, 27' may bring the first mold 9a and/or the second mold 9b closer to or away from each other.
In addition, an injection molding device 2d is disposed on the carrier 23, and is adjacent to the shielding device 2a to communicate with the object 9, so that the injection molding device 2d can supply at least one molding material to the object 9. For example, another rectangular receiving tray 28a can be disposed under the injection molding device 2d, as shown in fig. 3C and 3E, to collect the waste liquid (such as lubricant, water, etc.) flowing out from under the injection molding device 2d, and the receiving tray 28a is connected to a receiving tank 28b through a slide-shaped branch pipe 282 to branch the waste liquid to the receiving tank 28b to prevent the waste liquid from overflowing from the receiving tray 28 a. Specifically, the receiving groove 28b is in a rectangular ring shape and surrounds the injection molding device 2d and the shielding device 2a to collect the lubricant and the condensed water flowing out from the lower portion of the box body, and the receiving groove 28b is connected to a pipeline 281, so that the receiving groove 28b is communicated to a tank 29a for collecting the waste liquid through the pipeline 281.
Therefore, when the supply apparatus 2 is used, after the injection molding device 2d supplies the molding material to the object 9 and the casting is completed, the first mold 9a and the second mold 9B are opened, after the casting is taken out, the control device of the control base 2B can make the first supply device 21 and the second supply device 22 move (moving directions L1, L2 shown in fig. 3A and 3B) to the box body and locate at the middle position of the first mold 9a and the second mold 9B (shown in fig. 4), spray the object material 8 on the surfaces of the first mold 9a and the second mold 9B in the first supply direction F1 and the second supply direction F2 respectively, and make the object material 8 (e.g. the release agent) form a release pattern on the spray surface a (shown in fig. 4) of the first mold 9a and the spray surface a (shown in fig. 4) of the second mold 9B, so as to facilitate the demolding operation of the casting formed by the next casting.
Furthermore, the surplus target material 8 (such as the release agent) will be scattered to the tray 28 at the bottom of the box body, and the tray 28 will guide the surplus target material 8 to the tank 29 through the pipeline 280, so as to store the surplus target material 8 in the tank 29.
In summary, the shielding device 2a of the present invention mainly forms a semi-closed box body through the first and second stoppers 24a and 24b, the two side plates 27a and 27b and the wall plates 27 and 27' (or the wall surfaces of the first and second molds 9a and 9 b) to shield the outer peripheral surface of the first mold 9a and the outer peripheral surface of the second mold 9b, so compared with the prior art, the shielding device 2a of the present invention is applied to the supply equipment 2, the target material 8 sprayed by the first and second supply devices 21 and 22 in the spraying process of the target material 8 will not be sprayed out of the box body to pollute the environment, and the waste liquid (such as the target material 8 flowing out from the bottom of the box body) can be fully recovered to solve the environmental problem.
Furthermore, the first supply direction F1 through the first supply device 21 is different from the second supply direction F2 of the second supply device 22, so as to spray the target material 8 on the first mold 9a and the second mold 9b simultaneously, thereby greatly reducing the spraying time, so that the supply apparatus 2 is advantageous to reduce the time for manufacturing the target material 9 into a product, i.e., the time for the die casting operation.
Furthermore, the design of the plurality of sets of the first nozzle 210 and the second nozzle 220 facilitates the uniform spraying of the target material 8, so that the target material (release layer) can effectively separate the product made by the target 9.
The utility model is described above, but not intended to limit the scope of the claims. Those skilled in the art should also realize that such changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
