the oil filling pump is arranged between the oil storage tank and the oil-water mixing device and is used for controlling the oil quantity entering the oil-water mixing device from the oil storage tank;
the first flowmeter is arranged at an outlet of the water adding pump and used for detecting the amount of water entering the oil-water mixing device;
