4. The cleaning base of claim 2, wherein the conduit assembly further comprises a three-way valve having an inlet end adapted to communicate with the cleaning fluid and two outlet ends connected to the inlets of the first and second conduits, respectively.
5. The cleaning base of claim 1, wherein the first suction assembly is disposed on the seat; alternatively, the first suction assembly is a suction assembly in the cleaning apparatus.
