Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
As described above, in the related art, the display member provided in the cooking appliance for displaying the operation state is mostly provided on the door or the body of the cooking appliance. Since cooking appliances usually cook food by the high temperature of the interior cavity of the appliance, it is difficult to avoid the high temperature in the cavity from being conducted to the door during the cooking process, especially for ovens, the oven cavity temperature often exceeds 180 ℃ during normal operation, so that the temperature at the oven door often also exceeds 80 ℃. However, electrical components such as displays are often difficult to work properly in environments exceeding 80 ℃. Thus, the display member provided on the door may fail due to high temperature, thereby affecting the normal operation of the cooking appliance (e.g., an oven). In the prior art, a heat dissipation assembly may need to be added to actively dissipate heat of the display. On the other hand, the display member fixedly installed on the oven door is usually oriented toward the front of the cooking appliance, and the user cannot read the information of the display member from various angles, which affects the daily operation of the user. For example, when the oven is disposed on the ground or at a position with a low horizontal position, the display member disposed on the oven door faces the front of the oven, and a user standing on the oven may not be able to clearly read the information displayed on the display member, and must take a posture of bending down or the like to lower the eye position to read the information, which greatly affects the user experience.
To address at least one of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a door assembly and a cooking appliance. The display part is arranged on the handle of the door body assembly, so that the distance from the display part to the door body is longer, the adverse effect of environmental factors such as high temperature on the display part is reduced, and the display part can be ensured to work normally without a heat dissipation assembly; moreover, the display part can pivot for the handle, and under the condition that high temperature is reduced to the display part influence, the angle that further makes the user can adjust the display part, and convenience of customers observes or operates the display part from a plurality of angles to promote user experience.
A door body assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 and 2 show schematic views of different angles of a door body assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIGS. 3 and 4 are schematic views illustrating a door body assembly with a display member in a pivoted state according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 shows an exploded schematic view of a door body assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the door body assembly 100 includes: a door main body 110; a handle 120, the handle 120 being disposed on top of a first side (i.e., a side facing a line of sight in fig. 1 to 3) of the door body 110, and protruding outward from the first side; and a display member 130, the display member 130 being provided on the handle 120 and being pivotably connected with the handle 120 for displaying information.
The door body 110 may be a rectangular door body having a certain thickness, and the door body 110 defines a frame structure of the door body assembly 100. The door main body 110 may be a one-piece door body or assembled from a plurality of door frames.
The handle 120 may be disposed on the top of the first side (or referred to as an outer side surface) of the door main body 110 through various coupling means. For example, the handle 120 may be connected to the outer side surface of the door main body 110 by means of a screw connection or a bolt connection, and extend to the outside of the door, so as to form a certain force application area, which is convenient for a user to open or close the door body assembly 100. Since the handle 120 is disposed at the outer side of the door main body 110 and extends to the outer side of the door main body 110, the display member 130 disposed on the handle 120 can be as far away from a heat source located at the inner side of the door main body 110 as possible, thereby reducing the influence of high temperature on the display member 130 and preventing the display member 130 from being failed due to high temperature.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 4, the handle 120 has a plate-like shape extending outward perpendicular to the outer side surface. The plate-shaped handle 120 has a large force application area, and thus, it is convenient for a user to open and close the door body assembly 100 at each position of the handle. Also, the plate-shaped pull handle 120 provides as large and regular an installation space as possible for the display member 130 disposed thereon to accommodate the display member 130 having a large area, thereby enhancing the functional versatility and configuration flexibility of the display member 130. The plate-like shape may be not only a long plate-like shape shown in fig. 1 to 4 but also a circular plate shape, an elliptical plate shape.
The handle 120 may also be provided with a handle protrusion 122 located on the bottom surface of the handle 120. The pull tab 122 shown in fig. 4 is an elongated tab protruding downward to assist a user in applying force to the pull 120 or grasping the pull 120 to facilitate a door opening action. It should be understood that although FIG. 4 illustrates the pull tab 122 as being elongated, the pull tab 122 may be any shape suitable for grasping or facilitating application of a force, without limitation. In addition, the grip tab 122 may be integrally formed with the grip 120, making the grip tab 122 more robust and aesthetically pleasing.
The display member 130 may be an electrical component in which a display function and a control function are integrated, the display member 130 may be used to display information such as a set temperature value, a cooking time, a cooking mode, and the like, and the display member 130 may send a signal to control the cooking appliance, for example, the display member 130 may be operated to set a cooking mode, a temperature, a cooking time, and the like of the cooking appliance. The display 130 may be an LCD touch screen or an OLED touch screen with a human-computer interface.
As shown in fig. 4, the handle 120 is formed with a groove 121, and the display member 130 can be completely received in the groove 121. When the display 130 is completely received in the recess 121, the door body assembly 100 is as shown in fig. 1. Therefore, on one hand, the display piece 130 accommodated in the groove 121 may not occupy the space except the handle 120, so that the overall space of the door body assembly 100 can be saved; on the other hand, the groove 121 can protect the display member 130 received therein, preventing the display member 130 from being damaged by an accidental collision.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the groove 121 extends downward from the top surface of the handle 120, and when the display member 130 is completely received in the groove 121, the top surface of the display member 130 is flush with the top surface of the handle 120 (as shown in fig. 1). Therefore, on one hand, the top surface of the display piece 130 and the top surface of the handle 120 form a flat surface, so that the matching of the handle 120 and the display piece 130 is more attractive, and sundries are not easy to accumulate in the groove; on the other hand, when the display member 130 is completely accommodated in the groove 121, the top surface of the display member 130 for displaying information is disposed upward, so that a user can directly read the displayed information in a standing posture without needing to take a posture of lowering the eye position such as bending down to read the information, and the use experience of the user is improved.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments not shown, the display 130 may also be provided directly on the upper surface of the pull handle 120 and pivotally connected to the pull handle 120 without the need for a recess in the pull handle.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, a display 130 disposed on the pull handle 120 is able to pivot relative to the pull handle 120. Although a pivot shaft is not shown in fig. 3 and 4, it is understood that a pivot shaft may be provided on the handle 120 and also on the display member 130, the display member 130 being capable of pivotal movement about the pivot shaft. For example, when the user needs to view the display member 130 from different angles, a force may be applied to the display member 130 to pivot the display member 130 about the pivot axis to any angle (about 45 degrees as shown in fig. 3 or 4) relative to the handle 120, and the display member 130 can be fixed at the 45 degree angle to facilitate the user to read or operate the display member 130 at the angle. Therefore, the user can clearly observe the display piece 130 from various angles and perform corresponding operation on the display piece, the position or the posture of the user is not required to be changed, and the use experience of the user is improved. It is understood that the pivot angle shown in fig. 3 and 4 is merely an illustrative example, and the angle may be any angle relative to the handle 120, such as 10 degrees, 30 degrees, 90 degrees, etc. When the user applies force to the display member 130 again, the display member 130 can be readjusted back to the position completely received in the recess 121, or the display member 130 can be adjusted to any angle to suit different use requirements.
The door body assembly 100 may further include an electric driving member (not shown) for driving the display member 130 to pivot. The electric drive may be an electric motor (motor) and may be disposed below the pull handle 120 or in the recess 121. A power output shaft of the motor is coupled directly or indirectly to the display member 130 for transmitting power to the display member 130 to cause the display member 130 to pivot about the pivot axis. Therefore, the angle of the display piece 130 can be adjusted through the electric driving piece, and labor can be saved.
In one embodiment, a control unit of the electric actuator is disposed in the display member 130, and the user can operate the electric actuator to pivot the display member 130 by operating the control unit in the display member 130. For example, by manipulating a control unit within the display member 130, the pivoting movement of the display member 130 may be activated or deactivated, or the pivoting speed and angle of the display member 130 may be adjusted. Therefore, the control unit of the electric driving part is arranged in the display part 130, the switch of the electric driving part does not need to be separately arranged, and the related control function is integrated in the display part 130, so that the daily operation of a user is facilitated.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the door main body 110 may further include a first door frame 111 at a first side (or referred to as an outer side surface), and the handle 120 may be disposed at the top of the first door frame 111. Accordingly, the door main body 110 may further include a second door frame 113 positioned at a second side (or referred to as an inner side surface) opposite to the first side, and the second door frame 113 is coupled to the first door frame 111. Since the handle 120 is disposed on the first door frame 111 of the outer side surface that is farther from the inside of the cooking appliance, the display member 130 disposed on the handle 120 can be as far away from the high temperature inside the cooking appliance as possible, thereby ensuring that the display member 130 can normally operate.
The handle 120 may be connected to the first door frame 111 by a rigid connection, such as a screw connection, a bolt connection, a snap connection, etc. The handle 120 can be integrally formed with the first door frame 111, and the integrally formed handle 120 is not only strong enough and not easy to damage, but also more attractive.
The first door frame 111 may be provided with a window 112 through which a sight line can pass. The viewing window 112 may be made of tempered glass. The user can observe the other side of the door body assembly 110 through the transparent or semitransparent window 112, for example, observe the food inside the door body assembly 110 mounted on the cooking appliance being cooked. Since the display member 130 is disposed on the handle 120, not on the door main body 110 or the first door frame 111 of the door main body, the size of the window 112 may be as large as possible (e.g., the same as or similar to the size of the entire first door frame 111), and thus, the increased area of the window 112 may further facilitate a user to observe the cooking state of food through the window 112.
Further, the door body assembly 100 may further include a sensor 140, and the sensor 140 is disposed on the handle 120. The sensor 140 may be used, for example, to measure cooking temperature or perform face recognition, voice recognition, gesture recognition, two-dimensional code recognition, and the like. Unlike the sensor provided on the door main body, the sensor 140 provided on the handle 120 can be as far away as possible from the high temperature inside the cooking appliance, thereby ensuring that the sensor 140 can operate normally. The sensor 140 may also be disposed in the groove 121, for example, between the bottom surface of the display member 130 and the groove 121. The sensor 140 may also be integrated with the display 130, thereby simplifying the structure of the door body assembly 100 as much as possible. The sensor 140 may be coupled to the control unit of the electric drive and send data measured by the sensor 140, such as human face recognition result data or voice recognition data, to the control unit of the electric drive to cause the electric drive to drive the display member to pivot to a corresponding angle set by each user according to different user settings.
It should be understood that door assembly 100 described above may also include other components, such as a door latch for latching door assembly 100.
It should be understood that although the door assembly 100 shown in the above embodiments includes one display 130, the door assembly 100 may include two displays 130, three displays 130, or more displays 130 disposed on the handle 120. Each of the plurality of display members 130 may have the same function or may have different functions, for example, two display members 130 may be used to display the temperature and the operation mode of the cooking appliance, respectively. Also, each display member 130 can be independently pivoted with respect to the handle 120, i.e., each display member 130 can be pivoted to a different angle with respect to the handle 120 to meet various needs of a user. Accordingly, the handle 120 may further include two grooves 121, three grooves 121, or more grooves 121 for accommodating the above-mentioned two display members 130, three display members 130, or more display members 130, respectively. The plurality of grooves 121 may be arranged spaced apart from each other. Correspondingly, the door body assembly 100 may further include two electric drivers, three electric drivers, or more electric drivers, which are respectively used for driving the two display members 130, the three display members 130, or the more display members 130 to pivot.
Two or more display pieces 130 are arranged on the handle 120 of the door body assembly 100, so that the distance between the two or more display pieces 130 and the door body is longer, the adverse effect of environmental factors such as high temperature on the display pieces 130 is reduced, and the display pieces 130 can work normally without a heat dissipation assembly; moreover, two or more display members 130 can pivot relative to the handle 120, and under the condition that the influence of high temperature on the display members 130 is reduced, the angle of the display members 130 can be further adjusted by a user, so that the user can conveniently observe or operate the display members 130 from multiple angles, and the use experience of the user is improved.
