Referring to fig. 17, in some embodiments, a second annular protrusion 88 is circumferentially disposed on an inner wall of the annular hole of the ring segment 82 along a circumferential direction of the ring segment 82. In this embodiment, by adopting the above scheme, the second annular protrusion 88 on the inner wall of the annular hole of the annular sleeve section 82 elastically abuts against the outer wall of the connecting pipe 15, so that on one hand, the sealing function similar to a sealing ring can be achieved, the sealing performance of the sliding connection between the annular sleeve section 82 and the connecting pipe 15 is enhanced, the aerosol-forming substrate leakage is prevented, and on the other hand, the contact area between the inner wall of the annular sleeve section 82 and the outer wall of the connecting pipe 15 is reduced, and the friction is reduced. It is understood that more than two second annular protrusions 88 may be provided, and more than two second annular protrusions 88 are spaced apart to further enhance the sealing performance and prevent leakage.
Referring to fig. 5, 13 and 14, in some embodiments, the atomizing assembly 2 includes an atomizing cover 21 supported on the base 12 at an open end and an atomizing core 22 for generating heat to heat the aerosol-forming substrate when the power is turned on, an inner cavity of the atomizing cover 21 forms an atomizing chamber 6, the atomizing core 22 is disposed in the atomizing chamber 6, a smoke guide port 212 is formed at a closed end of the atomizing cover 21, a bottom end of the vent pipe 13 is communicated with the smoke guide port 212, a liquid storage chamber 5 is defined by a cavity portion inside the main housing 11 outside the atomizing cover 21, the sealing sleeve 8 and the vent pipe 13, and the liquid inlet hole 211 is disposed on a side wall of the atomizing cover 21. When the atomizer works, aerosol-forming substrates in the liquid storage cavity 5 of the liquid storage part 1 enter the atomizing cavity 6 through the liquid inlet hole 211, the atomizing core 22 is driven by the power supply device 7 to heat and atomize the aerosol-forming substrates entering the atomizing cavity 6, after external air enters the atomizing cavity 6 from the air inlet hole 121 on the base 12 and the air inlet channel on the sealing seat 3, the external air and the atomized aerosol-forming substrates can be rapidly mixed to form smoke, and the smoke is guided to the smoke outlet 111 through the vent pipe 13 along with negative pressure airflow formed when a user sucks the smoke. It will be appreciated that the atomizing core 22 may include, but is not limited to, a heat generating filament 221 that can be electrically heated and a liquid guide 222 that is wound around the periphery of the heat generating filament 221 to uniformly guide the aerosol-forming substrate to the heat generating filament 221, and the liquid guide 222 may be, but is not limited to, a liquid guide cotton. Understandably, when the atomizing assembly 2 includes the atomizing cap 21 supported on the base 12 at the open end thereof, the sealing assembly 8 includes a first sleeve portion 81 slidably fitted over the vent pipe 13, a ring portion 82 for abutting against the closed end of the atomizing cap 21, and a second sleeve portion 83 fitted over the closed end of the atomizing cap 21, the ring portion 82 connecting the first sleeve portion 81 and the second sleeve portion 83 to form the sealing assembly 8.
Referring to fig. 14, 15 and 17, in some embodiments, the inner diameter of the second sleeve section 83 is larger than the diameter of the annular hole of the ring section 82, so as to form a third step surface 86 at the connection position of the second sleeve section 83 and the ring section 82, and the third step surface 86 is used for supporting the closed end of the atomizing mask 21. In this embodiment, by adopting the above scheme, after the closed end of the atomizing cover 21 is inserted into the second sleeve section 83, the closed end abuts against the third step surface 86 formed at the joint of the second sleeve section 83 and the ring sleeve section 82, and the atomizing cover 21 pushes the sealing sleeve 8 to move from the first preset position to the second preset position, so as to enhance the stability and reliability of the movement of the atomizing assembly 2 abutting against the sealing sleeve 8.
Referring to fig. 17, in some embodiments, a third annular protrusion 89 is circumferentially disposed on the inner wall of the second casing section 83 along the circumferential direction of the second casing section 83. It is understood that more than two third annular protrusions 89 may be provided, and more than two third annular protrusions 89 are spaced apart to further enhance the sealing performance and prevent liquid leakage.
Referring to fig. 13, 15 and 16, in some embodiments, the atomizer further includes a sealing seat 3 supported on a surface of the base 12 facing the accommodating cavity, an open end of the atomizing cap 21 of the atomizing assembly 2 is supported and fixed on the sealing seat 3 to form an atomizing cavity 6 in an inner cavity of the atomizing cap 21, and the liquid inlet 211 is disposed on a side wall of the atomizing cap 21. In this embodiment, by adopting the above scheme, the atomizing cover 21 of the atomizing assembly 2 is supported and fixed on the base 12 by the sealing seat 3, so as to enhance the sealing property and prevent liquid leakage.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12 together, an atomizer according to another embodiment of the present invention will now be described. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 9, in some embodiments, the blocking assembly 4 includes a sealing member 41 disposed in the air inlet passage 31 in an axially slidable manner along the air inlet passage 31, and a push-pull member 42 for pulling the sealing member 41 to separate the sealing member 41 from the air inlet passage 31, one end of the push-pull member 42 is connected to the sealing member 41, an opening 122 is correspondingly disposed on the liquid storage member 1 for passing the other end of the push-pull member 42, and the other end of the push-pull member 42 passes through the opening 122 to protrude outside the liquid storage member 1. It is understood that the number of the annular retaining projections 411 on the outer peripheral surface of the seal member 41 may be set to one, two, or more than three. When the number of the annular abutting protrusions 411 on the outer circumferential surface of the sealing member 41 is set to be more than three, the distance between two adjacent annular abutting protrusions 411 can be made equal, so that the sealing performance is enhanced, the stability of the sliding of the sealing member 41 along the inner wall of the air inlet channel 31 can be enhanced, and the phenomenon of blocking of the sealing member 41 can be avoided.

Of course, in other embodiments, the air inlet holes 121 are formed on both the main housing 11 and the base 12, and only the air inlet holes 121 on the main housing 11 and the air inlet holes 121 on the base 12 are respectively communicated with the air inlet channel 31, or the air inlet holes 121 on the main housing 11 are communicated with the air inlet channel 31 through the air inlet holes 121 on the base 12.
Referring to fig. 3 and 12, in some embodiments, the atomization cap 21 is disposed in a tubular shape, the axial direction of the air inlet channel 31 is parallel to the axial direction of the atomization cap 21, the blocking assembly 4 includes a sealing member 41 slidably disposed in the air inlet channel 31 and a push-pull member 42 for pulling the sealing member 41 along the axial direction of the atomization cap 21 to separate the sealing member 41 from the air inlet channel 31, one end of the push-pull member 42 is connected to the sealing member 41, an opening 122 for the other end of the push-pull member 42 to pass through is correspondingly disposed on the base 12, the other end of the push-pull member 42 passes through the opening 122 to extend out of the liquid storage member 1, a first port 311 of the air inlet channel 31 is communicated with the atomization chamber 6, a first groove 123 for accommodating the sealing member 41 is disposed on a surface of the base 12 facing the seal holder 3, and the first groove 123 communicates the air inlet 121 with a second port 312 of the air inlet channel 31. By adopting the above scheme, the first groove 123 is arranged on the surface of the base 12 facing the sealing seat 3, and the sealing element 41 can be directly accommodated in the first groove 123 after being separated from the air inlet channel 31 under the pulling action of the pushing and pulling element 42, and at this time, the air inlet 121 can be communicated with the air inlet channel 31 through the first groove 123. Referring to fig. 5 and 11, in some embodiments, the sealing seat 3 is provided with a vent groove 32 at a position adjacent to the second port 312 of the air inlet channel 31, so that when the push-pull member 42 is about to pull the sealing member 41 out of the air inlet channel 31, the vent groove 32 communicates the atomizing chamber 6 with the first groove 123 and/or the air inlet hole 121, so that external air can enter the atomizing chamber 6 through the vent groove 32, and a large amount of liquid leakage caused by the negative pressure generated in the atomizing chamber 6 to suck the aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage chamber 5 out during the process of pulling the sealing member 41 out of the air inlet channel 31 by the push-pull member 42 is prevented. It is understood that one or more than two vent grooves 32 may be provided, and the specific number of vent grooves 32 may be selected according to the actual use requirement, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in some embodiments, a protrusion 124 is protruded from the base 12 at a position corresponding to the air inlet channel 31, and the protrusion 124 is located in the first groove 123, so that the first groove 123 forms a reservoir at a portion outside the protrusion 124. Like this, after sealing member 41 breaks away from inlet channel 31, the aerosol formation substrate of following the inlet channel 31 seepage can be stored in the reservoir, guarantees that the phenomenon of inlet port 121 weeping can not take place at the in-process that the atomizer used, promotes user's use and experiences. By adopting the above scheme, the positioning groove 125 is arranged on the protruding portion 124 in the first groove 123, and the sealing member 41 is directly positioned in the positioning groove 125 after being separated from the air inlet channel 31 under the pulling action of the push-pull member 42, which is beneficial to rapidly tearing off the long rod segment 421 from the sealing member 41.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in some embodiments, a second groove 412 is recessed on a surface of the sealing member 41 facing the atomizing cover 21, so that the liquid leaking through the air inlet channel 31 is stored by the second groove 412, which is beneficial to preventing the liquid from leaking to the air inlet hole 121, and further improving the liquid leakage preventing effect. Moreover, after the sealing member 41 is separated from the air inlet channel 31, the height of the opening of the air inlet hole 121 is higher than the height of the notch of the second groove 412 in the direction from the base 12 to the smoke outlet 111, so that when a user uses the atomizer to smoke, the leakage generated through the air inlet channel 31 does not flow to the air inlet hole 121, and the airflow entering from the air inlet hole 121 blows off the surrounding condensate, thereby further improving the leakage prevention effect.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the sealing member 41 is provided with a stop protrusion 413 protruding from the sealing member 41. By adopting the above scheme, the stopping protrusion 413 is convexly arranged on the sealing element 41, and when the air inlet channel 31 is sealed by the sealing element 41, the stopping protrusion 413 abuts against the first port 311 of the air inlet channel 31, so as to remind the sealing element 41 of being assembled in place. After the sealing member 41 is pulled to be separated from the air inlet channel 31 by the push-pull member 42, the bottom of the sealing member 41 is directly positioned in the positioning groove 125 and is abutted against the second port 312 of the air inlet channel 31 by the stop protrusion 413, so that the sealing member 41 is fixed in the positioning groove 125, and the sealing member 41 can be effectively prevented from being loosely displaced.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in some embodiments, the seal base 3 is provided with a positioning hole 33 for receiving and positioning the opening end of the atomizing cover 21, the first port 311 of the air inlet channel 31 is communicated with the opening end of the atomizing cover 21, and the diameter of the positioning hole 33 is larger than the diameter of the air inlet channel 31, so as to form a stepped hole on the sealing member 41. Through the scheme again, be equipped with the locating hole 33 on seal receptacle 3, only need with the open end holding of atomizing cover 21 and be fixed a position in locating hole 33, reinforcing atomizing cover 21's the steadiness and the leakproofness of installation. Moreover, the first port 311 of the air inlet channel 31 is communicated with the opening end of the atomizing cover 21, and the aperture of the positioning hole 33 is larger than the diameter of the air inlet channel 31, so as to form a stepped hole on the sealing member 41, and the first port 311 of the air inlet channel 31 is directly abutted against the opening end of the atomizing cover 21, so that the air inlet channel 31 can well communicate the atomizing chamber 6 with the air inlet 121
Referring to figure 18 of the drawings, there is also provided an aerosol generating device comprising an atomiser for atomising an aerosol-forming substrate and power supply means 7 for supplying power to the atomiser, the atomiser being as described in any one of the embodiments above, the atomiser being operable by electrical actuation of the power supply means 7 of the aerosol generating device. The aerosol generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention has all the technical features of the atomizer according to any one of the above embodiments, and therefore has the same technical effects as the atomizer described above.

Claims (10)

1. An atomizer for an aerosol generating device, comprising:
the liquid storage part comprises a main shell, a base and a vent pipe, wherein the main shell is internally provided with a containing cavity, the base is detachably assembled on an opening at the bottom of the main shell, at least part of the vent pipe is contained in the containing cavity, a smoke outlet is formed in the top of the main shell, the top end of the vent pipe extends to the smoke outlet and is communicated with the smoke outlet, and the bottom end of the vent pipe extends into the containing cavity;
an atomizing assembly for atomizing an aerosol-forming substrate to form an aerosol for inhalation by a user, the atomizing assembly being supported on the base and received in the receiving cavity, the atomizing assembly having an atomizing cavity therein spaced from the receiving cavity; and
the sealing sleeve is sleeved at the bottom end of the vent pipe in a sliding manner and can slide from a first preset position to a second preset position along the axial direction of the vent pipe under the action of external force;

The atomizer of claim 1, wherein said seal assembly comprises a first sleeve segment for slidably engaging said vent tube, a ring segment for abutting an end of said atomizing assembly, and a second sleeve segment for engaging an end of said atomizing assembly, said ring segment connecting said first sleeve segment to said second sleeve segment to form said seal assembly, and said first sleeve segment having an inner diameter greater than an annular diameter of an annular bore of said ring segment to form a first step surface at a junction of said first sleeve segment and said ring segment.
3. The atomizer of claim 2, wherein a first annular protrusion is circumferentially disposed on an inner wall of said first shroud segment along a circumference of said first shroud segment.

The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein a connecting pipe for connecting the atomizing chamber and the vent pipe is provided on a bottom end surface of the vent pipe, the connecting pipe extends from a bottom end orifice of the vent pipe toward the base, and an outer diameter of the connecting pipe is smaller than an outer diameter of the first casing pipe section, so as to form a second step surface at a joint of the vent pipe and the connecting pipe, and the second step surface is adapted to abut against the first step surface.
5. The atomizer of claim 4, wherein a second annular protrusion is circumferentially disposed on an inner wall of the annular bore of said collar segment along a circumferential direction of said collar segment.
6. The atomizer according to claim 1, wherein said atomizing assembly includes an atomizing hood supported at an open end thereof on said base and an atomizing core for generating heat when energized to heat an aerosol-forming substrate, an inner cavity of said atomizing hood defining said atomizing chamber, said atomizing core disposed within said atomizing chamber, a closed end of said atomizing hood defining a smoke outlet, a bottom end of said vent tube communicating with said smoke outlet, a portion of said main housing interior outside said atomizing hood, said seal assembly and said vent tube defining said reservoir, said liquid inlet opening disposed on a side wall of said atomizing hood.

The nebulizer of claim 6, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a first sleeve segment for slidably engaging the vent tube, a ring segment for abutting against the closed end of the nebulizing cap, and a second sleeve segment for engaging the closed end of the nebulizing cap, the ring segment connecting the first sleeve segment and the second sleeve segment to form the sealing assembly.

The atomizer of claim 7, wherein an inner diameter of said second sleeve segment is greater than an aperture of said annular ring of said annular sleeve segment to form a third step surface at a junction of said second sleeve segment and said annular sleeve segment, said third step surface for abutting against a closed end of said atomizing cap.
9. The atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a sealing seat supported on a surface of the base facing the accommodating chamber, wherein an open end of an atomizing cover of the atomizing assembly is supported and fixed on the sealing seat to form the atomizing chamber in an inner cavity of the atomizing cover, and the liquid inlet hole is formed in a side wall of the atomizing cover.
10. An aerosol generating device comprising an atomiser for atomising an aerosol-forming substrate and power supply means for supplying power to the atomiser, wherein the atomiser is an atomiser as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9.
