Abstract
一种脊柱滑脱整复固定器，涉及矫形用器具，其
特征是板体(1)上设有长条形通孔(2)，板体(1)一端
设有条形骶骨钉(3)及骶骨板(4)，板体(1)为两块，可
分别固定在脊柱骨背面两侧，本实用新型用于脊柱的
矫形，手术操作简单，板体(1)及骶骨所受的应力分
散。
Description
本实用新型属于矫形用器械，具体地说是一种脊柱滑脱整复固定器。
众所周知，用于矫正脊柱滑脱的器具主要为两片开关相同的钢板，使用时将每个钢板的一端弯曲成一定角度并对应插入骶孔内，然后用螺钉分别通过患椎椎弓根整复固定，左右对称。这种结构的固定器虽然结构较简单，但在钢板折弯处由于应力过于集中，容易使钢板折断和骶椎板骨折，同时因将钢板插入骶孔可引起骶神经损伤。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种，手术操作简单、应力分散、不引起骶神经损伤的脊柱滑脱整复固定器。
本实用新型的特征是：条形板体上设有长条形通孔，板体一端设有条形骶骨钉及骶骨板。
本实用新型使用时将两个板体上所连的骶骨钉打入骶骨内，两枚紧固螺栓穿过滑脱的椎体椎弓根，对应将两块板体固定，骶骨板压在骨体外侧面，从而使应力分散，手术操作简单，并且不能引起骶神经损伤。
本实用新型还可通过如下措施来实现，骶骨钉与板体呈一定角度。

本实用新型板体1为两块且呈长条形，由不锈钢板制成，板体1上开有条形通孔2，板体1一端加工有条形骶骨钉3和骶骨板4，本实用新型使用时，首先将骶骨钉3弯至与板体1垂直位置，然后将两块板体1的骶骨钉3在合适的位置上对应打入骶骨内，再将两枚带有沉头的螺栓5分别经椎弓根打入椎体，螺栓5穿过通孔2，最后用螺母拧紧螺栓5，从而使两块板体1紧紧地夹在脊柱骨的两侧，骶骨板4的尾端突出于骶骨钉3的折弯处，并且紧紧地贴在骨表面，从而使板体1及骶骨所受的应力分散。

1、一种脊柱滑脱整复固定器，设有两个条形板体、紧固螺栓，其特征在于板体上设有长条形通孔，板体一端设有条形骶骨钉及骶骨板。
2、根据权利要求1所述脊柱滑脱整复固定器，其特征在于所说的骶骨钉与板体呈一定角度。
