The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bite-block fixture 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, which can be used to clamp a workpiece for subsequent processing. The snap clamp apparatus 100 includes a base 10 and a clamping mechanism provided on the base 10, wherein the base 10 is adapted to be mounted to a support (e.g., a machine tool). The clamping mechanism is used to position a workpiece to be machined on the base 10.
The clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping block 20 and a second clamping block 30 which are arranged on the base 10, and a clamping opening is formed between the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30. The first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 are movable members, and in particular, they are both slidable with respect to the base 10 to adjust the size of the clamping opening, so as to be able to clamp workpieces of different sizes.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the base 10 has a slide groove 103 extending in the axial direction, and the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 move in the slide groove 103 in the axial direction. The slide groove 103 communicates with the outside through the top 101 of the base 10, and allows the upper ends of the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 to protrude. The axial length of the sliding groove 103 is greater than or equal to the maximum distance between the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 to be opened and closed. The lower end of the first clamping block 20 is provided with a first sliding block 40, and the first sliding block 40 is used for being connected with the sliding groove 103 in a sliding manner. The first clamping block 20 is removably attached to the first slide block 40 or is a unitary piece of the two. The lower end of the second clamping block 30 is provided with a second sliding block 50, and the second sliding block 50 is used for being connected with the sliding groove 103 in a sliding manner. The second clamping block 30 is detachably connected with the second slide block 50 or is a single piece. For example, the first clamping block 20 and the first sliding block 40 can be detachably connected by a screw (a connector with an external thread), and an operator can replace the first clamping block 20 with different specifications as required. Similarly, the second clamping block 30 and the second sliding block 50 can be detachably connected by screws, and an operator can replace the second clamping block 30 with different specifications as required. At least one of the two axial ends of the slide groove 103 has an opening for inserting the first slider 40 and/or the second slider 50, and the opening may be opened at the top 101 or the side wall of the base 10. As shown in fig. 1, the opening is an insertion opening 110 opened in a side wall of the base 10. Preferably, the side wall of the sliding groove 103 is provided with a T-shaped groove 120 along the axial direction, so that the first sliding block 40 and the second sliding block 50 can be more stably matched with and relatively slide with the sliding groove 103.
Taking the clamping mechanism of the present embodiment as an example, during assembly, the first slider 40 and the second slider 50 are sequentially inserted into the sliding slot 103 from the insertion opening 110, so that the first clamping block 20 is slidably connected to the base 10 through the first slider 40, and the second clamping block 30 is slidably connected to the base 10 through the second slider 50. Further, after the assembly is completed, the first clamping block 20 abuts against the top 101 of the base 10, and the second clamping block 30 abuts against the top 101 of the base 10. In this way, when the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 slide relative to the base 10, the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 both move under the dual guidance of the top 101 of the base 10 and the sliding groove 103, the precision of the sliding path of the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 is higher, and the sliding is smoother.
In another embodiment, the base 10 may have insertion ports 110 at both axial ends thereof. So that the first slider 40 and the second slider 50 can be inserted into the slide grooves from both axial ends of the base 10, respectively.
In order to provide the clamping mechanism with a self-locking function, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, long grooves 130 communicating with the slide grooves 103 are respectively provided on outer side surfaces of the base 10 on both sides of the insertion port 110. The long groove 130 is axially disposed. The first slider 40 and the second slider 50 are respectively provided with a positioning hole 60. The clamping mechanism further includes a locking member 70 for passing through the elongated slot 130 and locking with the positioning hole 60. When clamping a workpiece, the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 are slid to proper positions, and then the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 are fixed on the base 10 by the locking members 70 which pass through the elongated slots 130 and are locked with the positioning holes 60, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, the long groove 130 is a kidney-shaped groove, and the length range thereof covers the sliding range of the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30. The slot 130 is also not limited to a kidney slot, and may be a rectangular slot, for example. The positioning hole 60 is embodied as a threaded hole, and the locking member 70 is embodied as a bolt. The positioning hole 60 may be a pin hole, and the locking member 70 may be a positioning pin.
The first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 may be fixed members, and the other may be movable members. If the second clamping block 30 is fixedly disposed on the base 10 to form a fixed jaw, the first clamping block 20 is slidably disposed on the base 10 to form a movable jaw. It will be appreciated that when only the first clamping block 20 is a movable member, the length of the elongated slot 130 and the sliding slot 103 need only be sufficient to cover the sliding range of the first clamping block 20.
In order to better clamp a workpiece, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in a specific embodiment, the first clamping block 20 is a movable member, and includes a clamping body 210, a movable portion 220, and a driving member 230, one end of the movable portion 220 is connected to the clamping body 210 (hereinafter referred to as a connecting end), the other end of the movable portion 220 (hereinafter referred to as an open end) is spaced apart from the clamping body 210 to form a gap 240 between the movable portion 220 and the clamping body 210, a meshing structure 250 is disposed on a side of the movable portion 220 facing the other clamping block, the driving member 230 is relatively movably disposed on the clamping body 210, and the driving member 230 has an abutting end 231 penetrating through the clamping body 210 and abutting against the movable portion 220. Specifically, one end of the movable portion 220 near the base 10 is connected to the clamping body 210. The gap 240 extends in the radial direction of the base 10. Generally, the axial direction of the base 10 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the radial direction is perpendicular to the axial direction.
Due to the gap 240, the movable portion 220 can be slightly deformed when being pressed by the external pressure, i.e. the movable portion 220 has a certain deformation capability and the characteristics of an elastic portion, with the clamping body 210 as a reference. In use, the actuator 230 is operated to move the movable portion 220 towards the second clamping block 30, such that the engagement structure 250 contacts the engagement structure on the workpiece.
In a preferred embodiment, the engagement structure 250 is a dovetail groove. The matching structure on the workpiece is a dovetail structure processed corresponding to a dovetail groove. The snap-fit structure 250 is in tight engagement with the dovetail structure on the workpiece, thereby firmly clamping the workpiece. In addition, the engaging structure 250 may also be a concave-convex structure, such as a tooth structure.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the holding body 210 is provided with a first threaded hole 211, and the driving member 230 is a screw engaged with the first threaded hole 211. When the screw is tightened, the movable portion 220 can be moved toward the workpiece. When the screw is unscrewed, the movable portion 220 can move away from the workpiece to release the workpiece, and the operation is flexible and convenient and the structure is simple. The driver 230 may be of other types of construction, such as an optional electric push rod. The driving member 230 may be directly mounted on the clamping body 210 or may be mounted on the base 10.
Further, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the gap 240 includes a first section 241, a second section 242, and a third section 243 in sequence from the connecting end to the open end (from bottom to top in this embodiment), wherein the second section 242 communicates the first section 241 and the third section 243. Meanwhile, the first and third segments 241 and 243 each have a size greater than that of the second segment 242 in the axial direction, and the first screw hole 211 is provided at a position on the clamping body 210 corresponding to the third segment 243.
As shown in fig. 5, the first clamp block 20 is moved in the left-right direction. The first section 241 is larger than the second section 242 in the left-right direction, so that a larger gap is formed between the end of the movable part 220 connected to the clamping body 210 and the clamping body 210, and the movable part 220 has a cantilever structure and better elastic deformation capability. In a specific implementation, the cross-sectional profile of the first segment 241 is circular in the left-right direction. In the left-right direction, the size of the third segment 243 is larger than that of the second segment 242, so that when the first threaded hole 211 is machined in the clamping body 210, a large distance exists between the movable part 220 and the first threaded hole 211, the head of the machining tool does not touch the movable part 220, and the first threaded hole 211 is conveniently machined.
When the gap 240 is formed, the first segment 241 and the third segment 243 may be formed by first processing the second segment 242 according to the size thereof and then expanding the second segment 242 at both ends thereof.
When the workpiece is clamped by the engaging and clamping device 100, the first clamping block 20 is adjusted to a proper position, and then the workpiece is placed between the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30, and the dovetail structure of the workpiece faces the engaging structure 250 of the first clamping block 20. The first clamping block 20 is then slid so that the snap-in structure 250 snaps into engagement with a mating structure on the workpiece, and the first slide block 40 is locked by the locking member 70 to lock the first clamping block 20. So that the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 firmly clamp the workpiece. When it is desired to release the workpiece, the locking member 70 need only be disengaged from the first slide 40.
As shown in fig. 1, the second clamping block 30 may also refer to the structural design of the first clamping block 20 shown in fig. 4, regardless of whether the second clamping block 30 is fixed or movable, that is, the second clamping block 30 also includes the above-mentioned clamping body 210, the movable portion 220, and the driving member 230, and the movable portion 220 is provided with the engaging structure 250. At this moment, the both sides of work piece all set up corresponding cooperation structure can.
In a preferred embodiment, the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 have the same structure, and specifically, both comprise the clamping body 210, the movable portion 220, and the driving member 230, and the movable portion 220 is provided with the engaging structure 250. Furthermore, the dimensions and specifications of the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 are completely the same, so that when the clamping device 100 is assembled, the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30 do not need to be considered to be distinguished, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
The engagement clamping device 100 can move and clamp quickly by sliding the first clamping block 20 and/or the second clamping block 30 and then locking, and has higher clamping speed and higher efficiency. In addition, the movable part 220 has deformation capability by clamping the meshing structure 250 arranged on the movable part 220, so that the damage to the workpiece is small, and meanwhile, the meshing structure 250 meshes with a matching structure on the workpiece to ensure the clamping effect, so that the clamping device can be suitable for clamping harder and brittle materials compared with the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to enrich the function of the snap clamp 100, in a specific embodiment, a first clamping block 20 and a second clamping block 30 are both provided movably mounted to the base 10. Meanwhile, the clamping mechanism further includes a third clamping block 80, and the third clamping block 80 is detachably fixed to the base 10 and is located between the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the top portion 101 of the base 10 is provided with two second screw holes 102. The third clamping block 80 is fixed to the base 10 by two mounting screws 810 cooperating with the second threaded holes 102.
By using the third clamping block 80, two small-sized workpieces can be clamped at the same time, so that the clamping efficiency is improved. Namely, a workpiece is clamped between the third clamping block 80 and the first clamping block 20; another workpiece can be clamped between the third clamping block 80 and the second clamping block 30.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to increase the clamping effect, the side of the third clamping block 80 facing the first clamping block 20 is provided with a snap-in structure 250, and/or the side of the third clamping block 80 facing the second clamping block 30 is provided with a snap-in structure 250. That is, at least one of the two sides of the third clamping block 80 is provided with the engaging structure 250. The structure of the engaging structure 250 may be identical to or different from the engaging structure 250 on the first clamping block 20 and the second clamping block 30.
As shown in fig. 6, the base 10 of the clamp 100 may also be assembled with a quick-fit vise base 90, the quick-fit vise base 90 enabling the quick-change function of the bite clamping device 100 on a machine tool.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the quick-mounting vise base 90 includes a bottom plate 910 and an elastic blind rivet 920, wherein the bottom plate 910 is provided with a fixing hole 911, and the blind rivet includes a clamping portion 921 and a screw portion 922 connected to the clamping portion 921. The thread portion 922 is connected with the base 10 by a thread, and the clamping portion 921 is clamped in the fixing hole 911, so that the chassis 910 is assembled with the base 10.
The chassis 910 is also provided with locking structures 930 on each side for mounting to a machine tool. The quick-fit vise base 90 may be a prior art snap-in vise base, such as the one available under the brand LANG of germany.
Further, in order to improve the clamping stability between the base 10 and the quick-mounting vice base 90, the clamping part 921 is improved in the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the engagement portion 921 includes a plurality of elastic units 9211 that can contract inward and close together, and the elastic units 9211 are engaged with the fixing holes 911. After the clamping portion 921 is inserted into the fixing hole 911, the elastic unit 9211 can abut against the inner wall of the fixing hole 911 under the action of elastic force, so that clamping can be more stable.
