The positioning mechanism 10 includes a fixing seat 11, a positioning member 12, a connecting rod 13 and a pushing member 14.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing base 11 is substantially rectangular plate-shaped. Two receiving grooves 111 are formed on one surface of the fixing base 11 along the X-axis direction at intervals.
The positioning member 12 is a block-shaped structure. The number of the positioning members 12 is two, and each positioning member 12 is slidably disposed in the corresponding receiving slot 111 and can move along a first direction or a second direction opposite to the first direction. Each positioning member 12 is provided with a pressing portion 121 for pressing a workpiece, and the pressing portion 121 is matched with the fixing seat 11 to press or release the corresponding workpiece. For convenience of understanding, the first direction is defined as a positive X-axis direction, and the second direction is defined as a negative X-axis direction.
When clamping a workpiece, placing the workpiece on both left and right sides, moving the left positioning element 12 in the left accommodating groove 111 along the negative direction of the X axis until the pressing part 121 corresponding to the left positioning element 12 presses the workpiece on the fixed seat 11; meanwhile, the right positioning member 12 moves in the right accommodating groove 111 in the positive X-axis direction until the pressing portion 121 corresponding to the right positioning member 12 presses another workpiece against the fixed seat 11.
When a clamped workpiece needs to be loosened, the left positioning piece 12 moves in the left accommodating groove 111 along the positive direction of the X axis, and the workpiece pressed by the left pressing part 121 is loosened; at the same time, the right positioning member 12 moves in the negative X-axis direction in the right accommodating groove 111, and the right pressing portion 121 releases the other workpiece pressed by the right pressing portion.
In one embodiment, at least one of the two workpieces is an elongated workpiece, the elongated workpiece has a fixing portion, the fixing portion is located between the pressing portion 121 and the fixing seat 11 for fixing, and the other workpiece is fixed by using the other pressing portion 121 and the fixing seat 11. The body of the elongated member may be extended at least to the location of and in contact with another workpiece to facilitate welding the two workpieces together after the two workpieces are secured using the positioning mechanism 10. Of course, the shapes of the two workpieces are merely illustrative, and in other embodiments, the two workpieces may be identical or not elongated, so long as they can be simultaneously secured using the positioning mechanism 10 of the present application.
The link 13 is substantially an L-shaped plate-like structure. The connecting rod 13 is arranged on one side of the fixed seat 11, one end of the connecting rod 13 is movably connected with the positioning part 12, and the other end of the connecting rod 13 is fixedly connected with the pushing part 14 in a bolt connection mode so as to move along a third direction or a fourth direction perpendicular to the first direction under the driving of the pushing part 14 and drive the positioning part 12 to move along the first direction or the second direction, thereby compressing or loosening the corresponding workpiece.
For convenience of understanding, the third direction is defined as a positive Y-axis direction, and the fourth direction is defined as a negative Y-axis direction.
One end of the connecting rod 13 close to the positioning member 12 is provided with a slotted hole 131 inclined relative to the first direction and the third direction, one end of the positioning member 12 close to the connecting rod 13 is provided with a positioning pin 122, and the positioning pin 122 is movably arranged in the slotted hole 131. The angle of inclination of the slotted holes of the two connecting rods 13 is the same, the direction of inclination is opposite, the width of the slotted hole 131 is equivalent to the diameter of the positioning pin 122, the length of the slotted hole 131 is larger than the diameter of the positioning pin 122, that is, the moving directions of the two positioning members 12 are opposite. In this embodiment, an angle between the length direction of the left waist-shaped hole 131 and the positive X-axis direction is 45 degrees, and an angle between the length direction of the right waist-shaped hole 131 and the negative X-axis direction is 45 degrees. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the angle between the length direction of the left waist-shaped hole 131 and the positive direction of the X-axis may be 30 degrees, and the angle between the length direction of the right waist-shaped hole 131 and the negative direction of the X-axis may be 30 degrees, but is not limited thereto.
Pusher member 14 is a block-like structure. Pushing member 14 is disposed on one side of fixing base 11, and specifically pushing member 14 and fixing base 11 are disposed along the Y-axis.
The positioning mechanism 10 further includes a first elastic member 15 and a lateral positioning member 16.
The first elastic member 15 is disposed in the receiving groove 111. One end of the first elastic member 15 abuts against one end of the positioning member 12 away from the link 13, and the other end of the first elastic member 15 abuts against a groove wall of the accommodating groove 111. In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 15 is a spring, and it is understood that in other embodiments, the first elastic member 15 is rubber.
The lateral positioning piece 16 is arranged on the pushing piece 14 in a sliding mode through a second elastic piece 17, and the pushing piece 14 presses the workpiece in the fourth direction when moving towards the fourth direction.
In the present embodiment, the number of the lateral positioning elements 16 is one, and the lateral positioning elements correspond to one of the two positioning elements 12, so as to fix the corresponding workpiece in the third direction. Lateral positioning member 16 includes a lateral positioning block 161 and a positioning post 162. The pushing member 14 has a sliding cavity 141 formed therein and penetrating opposite side surfaces thereof, and the sliding cavity 141 extends in the Y-axis direction. The lateral positioning block 161 is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity 141 and located at one side of the fixing base 11, and one end of the lateral positioning block 161 close to the fixing base 11 is U-shaped; the positioning column 162 is arranged at the top of the lateral positioning block 161, a position of the pushing member 14 corresponding to the positioning column 162 is provided with a limiting hole 142, the limiting hole 142 is a strip-shaped hole, the width of the limiting hole is equivalent to the diameter of the positioning column 162, the length of the limiting hole extends along the Y-axis direction, and the positioning column 162 is arranged in the limiting hole 142 and can move along the Y-axis direction relative to the limiting hole; one end of the second elastic element 17 abuts against one end of the lateral positioning block 161 away from the fixing base 11, so that the lateral positioning block 161 elastically abuts against the outer sidewall of the fixing base 11. A notch 112 adjacent to the lateral positioning block 161 is formed on the sidewall of the accommodating slot 111 corresponding to the lateral positioning element 16, a portion of the pressing portion 121 extends out of the notch 112, and after the lateral positioning block 161 elastically presses the workpiece against the outer sidewall of the fixing base 11 in the third direction, the pressing portion 121 moves along the second direction to further press the workpiece, so as to accurately position the workpiece.
For the other accommodating slot 111, the lateral positioning element 16 is not disposed due to the difference of the workpieces, and the pressing portion 121 can move along the first direction to press the workpiece between the pressing portion 121 and the fixing base 11.
In this embodiment, the second elastic member 17 is a spring. In other embodiments, the second elastic member 17 may also be rubber.
It is understood that the receiving groove 111 may be configured in different shapes, such as a rectangle, or a shape after the rectangle and the circle are connected, and may be specifically configured according to actual needs, and is not limited specifically herein.
Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application further provides a positioning apparatus 100, which includes a plurality of positioning mechanisms 10, a base plate 20, and a power member 30.
The plurality of positioning mechanisms 10 are provided at intervals in the third direction on the substrate 20.
The power member 30 is rod-shaped. The power members 30 are respectively connected with the pushing members 14 of the plurality of positioning mechanisms 10 to drive the plurality of pushing members 14 to move in the third direction or the fourth direction simultaneously. Specifically, the power member 30 is inserted between the two receiving slots 111 of each positioning mechanism 10, and the other end of the second elastic member 17 abuts against one side of the fixing seat 11 of the other positioning mechanism 10.
