As shown in fig. 3, the whole of the closed cover body 5.1 is of a square structure, the top surface is provided with a circular air outlet, and the front vertex angle and the rear vertex angle are made into inclined planes, so that the distribution of an internal flow field is more reasonable, and the dust removal effect is improved. The door can also be made into a left part and a right part, and the door can be opened towards two sides so as to reduce the occupied space when the door is opened. The side-by-side door 5.6 is arranged behind the closed cover as shown in figure 3, so that people and small equipment can conveniently enter and exit.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, because the frame and the driving device of the metallurgical slag processing vehicle are arranged outside the closed cover, the bearing upright post of the closed cover moves outwards, and a rectangular window is left on the side surface of the closed cover, in order to realize full sealing, a sealing folding window 5.7 is arranged at the rear edge of the metallurgical slag processing vehicle, and a sealing sliding window 5.8 is arranged at the front edge of the metallurgical slag processing vehicle.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the sealed folding window of the closed cover is composed of a plurality of layers of steel plates, hinges are arranged on two sides of each steel plate in the middle, and two adjacent steel plates are hinged together through the hinges; the center of the steel plate is provided with a pin shaft, and the folding window can be constrained to move on a straight line through the pin shaft; the two steel plates at the two ends of the folding window are half smaller than the middle steel plate and are respectively hinged with the frame of the metallurgical slag processing vehicle and the closed hood body through hinges. When the folding window is in a folded state (figure 7), all layers of steel plates are overlapped together, the length is shortest, and the occupied space is small. When the metallurgical slag processing vehicle moves forwards, the steel plate at one end of the folding window is driven, the sealing folding window gradually extends along with the folding window (figure 8), and the rectangular window at the rear of the metallurgical slag processing vehicle is sealed.
As shown in fig. 9, the sealed sliding window of the enclosure comprises an inner sliding window body a and an outer sliding window body b, the upper end and the lower end of the inner sliding window body and the lower end of the outer sliding window body are processed into U-shapes, and the inner edge of the outer sliding window body b is matched with the outer edge of the inner sliding window body a, so that the inner sliding window body and the outer sliding window body are nested together and can slide relatively. One end of the outer sliding window body b is hinged with a metallurgical slag processing vehicle (figure 1) and moves back and forth along with the processing vehicle; the inner side sliding window body is supported on a guide wheel c on the side surface of the closed cover body. The upper part of the front end of the inner side sliding window body is provided with a limiting block, and the limiting position of the inner side sliding window body is limited by a stop block on the side surface of the closed cover body (figure 1). When the metallurgical slag treatment vehicle moves back and forth, the outer side sliding window body moves along with the treatment vehicle, the inner side sliding window body can move together with the outer side sliding window body and also can move relative to the outer side sliding window body, and therefore the rectangular window in front of the metallurgical slag treatment vehicle is guaranteed to be always closed in a limited installation space.
As shown in fig. 4, a square window with a certain height is opened above the closed cover body for facilitating the inlet and outlet of the liquid metallurgical slag ladle, and the closed cover body is closed by a movable cover 5.2 at ordinary times. When the slag pot needs to be accessed, the movable cover moves backwards under the action of the movable cover driving device 5.3, and the window is opened. The shape and size of the window ensure that the matching condition of the slag pot on the tilting device is clearly observed from the oblique upper part of the closed cover (the visual angle of an observer or an overhead traveling crane operator), and the operation safety is ensured.
