As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a wall-mounted laundry treating apparatus and a drying assembly thereof. The drying assembly comprises an air guide channel 300, and a mounting hole 308 is formed in the air guide channel 300. The sensor 400 is inserted into the mounting hole 308, and an induction end of the sensor 400 extends into the air guide channel 300 and is used for detecting the temperature or humidity inside the air guide channel 300. A flexible sealing structure 500 is embedded between the mounting hole 308 and the sensor 400 in an interference fit manner. The sensor 400 is fastened through the flexible sealing structure 500, and the fastening of fasteners such as screws and the like is not needed in the fixing mode, so that the number of parts is reduced, the assembly steps are simplified, and the problem of insensitive induction caused by vibration can be relieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the flexible sealing structure 500 includes an annular body 501, one end of the annular body 501 located outside the air guiding channel 300 is provided with an outwardly turned annular flange 502, and the annular flange 502 is in interference connection with the end of the mounting hole 308.
In detail, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 308 presses the outer wall surface of the annular body 501, and the inner wall surface of the annular body 501 presses the sensor 400, thereby fixing the sensor 400. The annular body 501 is provided with the annular folded edge 502 which is abutted against the end of the mounting hole 308, so that the flexible sealing structure 500 can be limited, and the flexible sealing structure 500 with the sensor 400 can be further prevented from sliding down from the mounting hole 308.
In a further scheme, a groove 503 is arranged on the end face of one end of the annular flange 502 far away from the mounting hole 308; the sensor 400 comprises a body 401 and a terminal 402, wherein the body 401 is inserted into a through hole of the annular body 501 in an interference fit manner, and the terminal 402 is embedded in the groove 503.
In the above scheme, the end face of the annular flange 502 is provided with the groove 503 for arranging the terminal 402 of the sensor 400, so that the terminal 402 of the sensor 400 is embedded in the groove 503, and the annular flange 502 has a protection effect on the terminal 402, thereby further improving the stability of the sensor 400.
In a further scheme, a limiting protrusion protruding outward along the radial direction of the annular body 501 is arranged at one end of the annular body 501 located inside the air guide channel 300; the limiting protrusion is connected with the end of the mounting hole 308 in an abutting mode.
In detail, a limiting protrusion is arranged at one end of the annular body 501, which is located inside the air guiding channel 300, so that the flexible sealing structure 500 is clamped on the mounting hole 308 by matching the outer annular flange 502 with the inner limiting protrusion.
Further, the limiting protrusion is an annular rib 504, and the cross-sectional area of the annular rib 504 is gradually reduced from the outer wall of the annular body 501 to the outside.
In detail, the annular rib 504 surrounds the annular body 501 circumferentially, so that the annular flange 502 and the annular rib 504 are disposed to form an annular groove 505 on the outer wall of the annular body 501, and the width of the annular groove 505 is slightly smaller than the wall thickness of the air guiding channel 300, so that when the flexible sealing structure 500 is embedded between the mounting hole 308 and the sensor 400, the annular groove 505 is completely clamped on the mounting hole 308.
Further, the body 401 of the sensor 400 is inserted into the through hole of the annular body 501 with an interference fit, and the annular body 501 is compressed between the body 401 and the mounting hole 308, thereby fixing the sensor 400.
It can be understood that, in order to achieve better drying effect of the laundry treating apparatus, the sensor 400 may be a temperature sensor 400, and may also be a humidity sensor 400.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the wind guiding channel 300 has an air inlet and an air outlet, and the mounting hole 308 is disposed at an end near the air inlet.
In detail, in order to make the installation space of the heating pipe as large as possible, the sensor 400 is arranged in the air guide channel 300, so that the air temperature at the air inlet of the air guide channel 300 is at a higher level.
In a further scheme, a reinforcing rib plate 301 connected with two opposite side walls is arranged at the air outlet. The reinforcing rib plate 301 can increase the assembly strength at the air outlet of the air guide channel 300, and avoid deformation of the air guide channel 300 caused by bearing high-temperature air for a long time.
In addition, the air outlet of the air guiding channel 300 of the present invention can extend into the clothing taking and placing opening 105 of the inner cylinder 102, that is, the air guiding channel 300 of the present invention can replace the air inlet channel on the window gasket 200 to bear cold and hot impact, thereby preventing the window gasket 200 made of rubber from aging, and preventing the problem that the air with high temperature is harmful to the user due to poor sealing.
In a further aspect, in order to facilitate an assembling process of the air guiding channel 300, a cross-sectional area of the air guiding channel 300 is gradually reduced from the air inlet to the air outlet, so that the air guiding channel 300 is a flat and tapered structure as a whole.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a wall-mounted laundry treating apparatus includes a laundry treating drum 100, a window pad 200, and a drying assembly as described above. The drying component comprises a drying tunnel body provided with a heating pipe, a fan shell provided with a fan and an air guide channel 300.
The laundry processing drum 100 has a laundry input/output port 105, the laundry input/output port 105 is used for inputting or outputting laundry into the laundry processing drum 100, and a first passage 104 communicating with the inside of the laundry processing drum 100 is disposed at the laundry input/output port 105.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the laundry treating drum 100 includes an outer drum 101 and an inner drum 102 rotatably disposed in the outer drum 101, and the first passage 104 directly communicates with the inside of the inner drum 102.

As described above, after the air guide channel 300 is assembled, one end of the air guide channel is inserted into the second channel 202 and extends into a position flush with at least one end of the second channel 202 close to the door body. Therefore, in order to facilitate the insertion of the air guiding channel 300 into the second channel 202, the outer wall of at least one section of the pipeline of the air guiding channel 300 extending into the second channel 202 is set to be in a contracted shape, that is, the air guiding channel 300 is in an inverted bell mouth shape along the flow direction of the drying hot air.
It should be noted that the cross-sectional shape of the air guiding channel 300 should match the cross-sectional shapes of the second channel 202 and the first channel 104, so that the second channel 202 can be tightly fitted between the air guiding channel 300 and the first channel 104.
In one embodiment, the present invention only defines the outer wall of at least one section of the air guiding channel 300 extending into the second channel 202 as a shrinking shape, so that the inner wall of the air guiding channel 300 maintains a straight cylindrical structure, thereby achieving the purpose of easy insertion, without reducing the cross-sectional area of the air guiding channel 300, and without reducing the amount of air entering the laundry treating drum 100, thereby increasing the drying rate.
In detail, as shown in fig. 5, a section of the duct of the air guiding channel 300 inserted into the second channel 202 is an air outlet, an outer wall of the air outlet is retracted inward by a certain wall thickness, a shoulder structure is formed on the outer wall of the air outlet and an outer wall of the upper main body of the air guiding channel 300, and when the air outlet is inserted into the second channel 202, the shoulder structure can play a role in limiting.
In another embodiment, the whole air guiding channel 300 is set to be contracted along the flow direction of the drying hot air, so that the air guiding channel 300 can be inserted into the second channel 202 more conveniently.
The two embodiments can also be combined for use, so that a shoulder structure is formed on the outer wall of the air outlet, and the air outlet is integrally in a shrinkage structure.
In the above scheme, the longitudinal section of the air guiding channel 300 is in an inverted trapezoid shape along the flow direction of the drying hot air, and the transverse section of the air guiding channel 300 is in a rectangular shape.
Further, the end of the second channel 202 is provided with a folded portion 203, the folded portion forms a groove-shaped structure with an opening facing the window mat body, so that when the second channel 202 is inserted into the first channel 104, the upper edge of the first channel can be embedded into the groove-shaped structure, that is, the end of the second channel 302 is fixed under the matching action of the groove-shaped structure and the upper edge of the first channel, so that the second channel will not be displaced when the wind guide channel 300 is inserted into the second channel.
In a further aspect, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first fixing structure 106 is disposed at a front side of the laundry treatment drum 100, and a second fixing structure 302 is disposed at an outer portion of the air guiding channel 300; a fixed connection is provided between the first fixed structure 106 and the second fixed structure 302.
In detail, the air guiding channel 300 is a hollow pipeline structure surrounded by a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall and a fourth side wall, and a second fixing structure 302, for example, a lug with a through hole, is respectively disposed outside the first side wall and the third side wall. Preferably, the second fixing structure 302 is disposed at a middle position of the first and third sidewalls in the flowing direction of the drying hot wind. Meanwhile, a first fixing structure 106, for example, a boss with a screw hole, is provided on the front side of the laundry treating drum 100, i.e., on the outer drum front plate 103 at a position matching the position of the second fixing structure 302.
When the air guide channel 300 is assembled, the air guide channel 300 is firstly inserted into the second channel 202, then the positions of the second fixing structure 302 and the first fixing structure 106 are matched in place, and then the first fixing structure 106 and the second fixing structure 302 are fastened by fastening screws, so that the air guide channel 300 is further fixed.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned lug and convex pillar are only one embodiment capable of implementing the technical solution of the present invention, and the other technical solutions capable of implementing the fixed relative fixed connection of the air guide channel 300 and the laundry treatment drum 100 are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Alternatively, the number of the first fixing structures 106 and the second fixing structures 302 may be multiple, for example, two, and the first fixing structures and the second fixing structures are disposed on the left and right sides of the air guide channel 300, which is beneficial to improving the fixing effect of the air guide channel 300 and the outer barrel front plate 103.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims.
