In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 12, the joint 14 further includes a second sealing body 16. Specifically, along the shape of the fixing portion 1424, a mounting groove 181 is formed in the fixing portion 1424, the second sealing body 16 is disposed in the mounting groove 181, and the connecting head 1432 is pressed against the second sealing body 16. In this way, in the process of connecting the connecting head 1432 to the fixing portion 1424, the second sealing body 16 is pressed by the connecting head 1432, so that the second sealing body 16 is elastically deformed, and a gap between the connecting head 1432 and the fixing portion 1424 is sealed. Further, by providing the second sealing body 16 in the attachment groove 181, the attachment position of the second sealing body 16 can be defined by the attachment groove 181, and it is possible to ensure that the sealing position does not shift even if the second sealing body 16 is pressed, and sealing reliability is high. In this arrangement, the second sealing body 16 and the first sealing body 15 together seal the gap between the connecting head 1432 and the fixing portion 1424, thereby further improving the sealing performance of the air duct 141.
In a possible embodiment, the first sealing body 15 is provided as being made of sponge, while the second sealing body 16 is provided as being made of rubber or silicone or the like. Because the sponge can take place elastic deformation's performance great, compare in sponge material, rubber or silica gel can take place elastic deformation's performance slightly less than sponge material. This is provided so that the top surface of the first sealing body 15 is higher than the top surface of the second sealing body 16. Therefore, even if the height of the first sealing body 15 is higher than the height of the second sealing body 16 when the cover 143 is assembled to the joint main body 142, the first sealing body 15 can be elastically deformed by being pressed more than the second sealing body 16, and therefore the first sealing body 15 under a force does not block the second sealing body 16 from being elastically deformed, and both the first sealing body 15 and the second sealing body 16 can be deformed by being pressed. Thus, under the double sealing action of the first sealing body 15 and the second sealing body 16, the sealing performance between the cover body 143 and the joint body 142 is reliably improved, and the sealing performance of the gas transmission channel 141 is further ensured.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in one possible embodiment, the joint 14 further includes a rib 146. The rib 146 is disposed on the connector body 142 around the contour of the mounting notch 1423. Thus, an installation step is formed between the rib 146 and the fixing portion 1424, the cover 143 is disposed on the installation step, and the position where the cover 143 covers the installation notch 1423 can be located by the installation step, so that the convenience of installation between the cover 143 and the joint body 142 is improved. Meanwhile, since the first sealing body 15 is disposed on the fixing portion 1424, the mounting step can also position the mounting position of the first sealing body 15, so that even if the first sealing body 15 is squeezed, the sealing position can still be kept from shifting, and reliable sealing is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, in a possible embodiment, a mounting portion 111 matched with the shape of the fan 21 is provided on the first single body 11, the mounting portion 111 is used for accommodating the fan 21, and the volute 23 is connected with the mounting portion 111 to realize that the fan 21 is hermetically mounted between the volute 23 and the mounting portion 111. In this way, the first connection portion 112 is disposed on the mounting portion 111 to be capable of being coupled with the second connection portion 233 of the scroll casing 23. Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 6, in order to reliably achieve a sealing connection between the volute casing 23 and the mounting portion 111 and prevent air leakage, a sealing member 235 is further disposed on the volute casing 23, and the sealing member 235 is configured to be inserted into the mounting portion 111 and pressed against the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111. That is, after the scroll casing 23 is connected to the mounting portion 111, the lower end of the seal 235 is pressed against the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111, and a gap between the seal 235 and the mounting portion 111 is sealed. Thus, the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 233 are attached to each other to achieve a first seal, and the lower end of the sealing member 235 is pressed against the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111 to achieve a second seal. Therefore, two structures for sealing are arranged at the joint of the installation part 111 and the volute casing 23, the joint of the volute casing 23 and the installation part 111 can be sealed in a double-effect manner, air leakage is avoided, and the reliability of sealing the joint of the volute casing 23 and the installation part 111 is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the sealing member 235 is continuously provided along the contour shape of the scroll casing 23, and avoids the position of the air outlet 232. Specifically, the upper end of the sealing member 235 is connected to the bottom of the edge of the volute 23, and the lower end of the sealing member 235 extends downward, so that when the volute 23 is connected to the drying tunnel assembly 1 (refer to fig. 1), the lower end of the sealing member 235 can be inserted into the mounting portion 111 and pressed against the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111. By means of the arrangement, the sealing element 235 is arranged in the position range where the volute 23 is connected with the mounting portion 111 except the position where the air outlet 232 is located, the lower end of the sealing element 235 is pressed against the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111 and is kept in a squeezing state, and therefore a gap between the lower end of the sealing element 235 and the bottom wall of the mounting portion 111 can be reliably sealed, and the effect of preventing air leakage is achieved.
In the above description, the lower end of the sealing member 235 is an end of the sealing member 235 facing the direction in which the drying tunnel assembly 1 is located, and the upper end of the sealing member 235 is an end opposite to the lower end of the sealing member 235.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the second connection portions 233 are continuously arranged along the contour shape of the scroll casing 23, and are formed in a ring shape, and the inner edges of the second connection portions 233 are vertically connected to the side wall of the sealing member 235, and the outer edges of the second connection portions 233 extend outward for fixedly connecting with the first connection portions 112, while the first connection portions 112 arranged on the drying tunnel assembly 1 are distributed in the same manner as the second connection portions 233. In this way, the second connection portion 233 is disposed at a position on the volute casing 23 except for the air outlet 232, and the position of the second connection portion 233 is matched with the position of the first connection portion 112 disposed on the drying tunnel assembly 1, so that when the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 233 are overlapped, and then the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 233 are fixedly connected through a screw fastener.
Specifically, the fan 21 is located in the cavity 231 of the volute 23, and the wind generated by the rotation of the fan 21 flows out through the wind outlet 232 and enters the wind channel. As shown in fig. 6, in one possible embodiment, in order to enable the wind in the cavity 231 to be smoothly discharged into the wind channel, a volute tongue structure 236 is disposed at an end of the sealing member 235 at the wind outlet 232, and the volute tongue structure 236 is used to guide the wind in the cavity 231 to be discharged in time, and can prevent the discharged wind from flowing back and circulating in the cavity 231, which results in the situation that the wind cannot be discharged, and is beneficial to improving the exhaust efficiency of the fan 21. Moreover, the volute tongue structure 236 is formed by bending the sealing element 235 directly, and additional independent structure setting is not needed, so that the convenience of setting the volute tongue structure 236 is improved, and the difficulty of producing and manufacturing the volute 23 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 and 13, the volute tongue structure 236 includes a wind guide portion 2361 and a wind blocking portion 2362, one end of the wind guide portion 2361 is connected to the sealing member 235, and the other end of the wind guide portion 2361 is connected to the wind blocking portion 2362. Specifically, the air guide portion 2361 is bent toward the outside in the width direction of the air outlet 232, so that the air guide portion 2361 can be prevented from reducing the width of the air outlet 232, and the air outlet 232 can be ensured to have a sufficient air discharge area and the air inside the cavity 231 can be guided to be discharged. The wind blocking portion 2362 is a plate-shaped structure and is located at a side close to the wind passage. This wind-break portion 2362 sets up and is used for blockking the wind that flows out by air outlet 232 to flow back to in the cavity 231, makes from air outlet 232 exhaust wind after getting into the wind channel, through the blockking of wind-break portion 2362, can avoid the wind of high-speed flow to take place the swirl and flow back to in the cavity 231. In actual installation, the wind shielding portion 2362 is preferably disposed in an inclined manner, so that the shape of the air outlet 232 is substantially as follows: from the direction that wind flows out to the wind channel in by cavity 231, the width crescent of air outlet 232 to wind has bigger and bigger area of passing through at the in-process that air outlet 232 flows out, has promoted exhaust smoothness and easy nature.
In the above description, the outer side in the width direction of the outlet 232 means a direction in which the width of the outlet 232 can be increased.
In a possible embodiment, the wind guide portion 2361 is formed in an arc shape, and the radius of the wind guide portion 2361 is smaller than the radius of the fan 21. Specifically, the size of the shape of the wind guide portion 2361 affects the amount of noise generated when wind flows through the wind guide portion 2361. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the radius of the air guide portion 2361 is preferably set to 3% to 6% of the radius of the fan 21. Thus, the shape of the air guide portion 2361 can reduce noise while satisfying the discharge of the guide air, and improve the comfort in actual use.
As shown in fig. 7 and 13, in a possible embodiment, since the heating element 22 is disposed in the air duct for heating the air in the air duct, in order to detect the temperature of the hot air in the air duct, so that the heated temperature of the air in the air duct can be kept within a proper range, the temperature detecting element 20 is disposed to detect the temperature in the air duct, the temperature detecting element 20 detects the temperature of the hot air in the air duct in real time, and can feed back a temperature detecting signal, so that the control system can control the operating state of the heating element 22 according to the temperature detecting signal, and further keep the temperature in the air duct within a proper range. Specifically, this temperature detection spare 20 is installed on first monomer 11 and/or second monomer 12, moreover, in order to improve the leakproofness in wind channel the utility model discloses in the embodiment, the adoption is provided with the mounting structure 17 that does not communicate with the wind channel inside on first monomer 11 and/or second monomer 12, installs temperature detection spare 20 in this mounting structure 17. With this arrangement, the structural integrity of the first unit 11 and/or the second unit 12 is not damaged by the mounting structure 17, and the temperature in the air duct can be transmitted to the mounting structure 17. Therefore, the arrangement mode not only can detect the temperature in the air duct, but also ensures the sealing performance of the air duct, avoids the situation that the sealing performance of the air duct is damaged due to the arrangement of the temperature detection piece 20, meets the use requirement that the sealing performance of the air duct can be ensured while the temperature in the air duct is detected, and the installation structure 17 and the temperature detection piece 20 are good in arrangement ingeniously.
In one possible embodiment, the mounting structure 17 is configured as a blind mounting hole, as shown in fig. 13. The open end of the blind mounting hole faces outward (i.e., the side away from the air duct), and the temperature detecting member 20 is typically a temperature sensor. The blind mounting holes can reduce the wall thickness of the first single body 11 and/or the second single body 12, and the temperature in the air duct can be quickly transferred to the inner wall surfaces of the blind mounting holes through heat transfer. Thus, when mounting, the temperature detection member 20 is fixed in the mounting blind hole, and the temperature detection member 20 is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the mounting blind hole. Therefore, the temperature on the inner wall surface of the mounting blind hole can be detected by the temperature detection piece 20 in time, and the accuracy of temperature detection is improved.
As shown in fig. 13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the installation blind hole is protruded toward the inside of the air duct. Namely, the blind mounting holes formed in the first single body 11 and/or the second single body 12 protrude toward the inside of the air duct, so as to form a bulge structure. Set up like this, wind blows to the swell at the in-process that flows in the wind channel, and the heat of wind can be received to the swell, and the temperature that received heat made the swell structure risees to conduct to temperature detection spare 20 through the heat transfer, make temperature detection spare 20 can in time detect the temperature state, realize the detection to the temperature in the wind channel. In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting structure 17 is disposed on the second single body 12.
Specifically, since the temperature detecting member 20 is not directly disposed in the air duct, the temperature detecting member 20 detects the temperature by means of thermal conductivity sensing. Therefore, in an actual setting, the difference between the value of the actual temperature in the air duct and the value of the temperature detected by the temperature detecting member 20 can be corrected to ensure the accuracy of the temperature detection. Meanwhile, a plurality of mounting structures 17 can be arranged at intervals, and a temperature detection piece 20 is fixed in each mounting structure 17. Therefore, the temperature in the air duct is detected by the plurality of temperature detection pieces 20, and the accuracy of temperature detection in the air duct is improved in the temperature detection mode.

The first single body 12 is connected to the ventilation part 114, thereby forming an air duct between the ventilation part 114 and the first single body 12; the bending part 115 is used for connecting the ventilation part 114 and the mounting part 111 to form a whole, so that the whole formed structure is in a step-shaped structure after the ventilation part 114 and the mounting part 111 are connected through the bending part 115, and the step-shaped structure is matched with the shape of the barrel body 31 for mounting the ventilation assembly, so that the installation and fixation of the ventilation assembly can be met. Specifically, the ventilation portion 114 is located forward and upward of the mounting portion 111 in the direction in which the wind flows. In this way, the position of the mounting portion 111 is lowered compared to the plane of the vent portion 114, so that the plane of the mounting portion 111 is lower than the plane of the vent portion 114, and the outline shape formed by connecting the planes of the vent portion 114, the mounting portion 111 and the bending portion 115 is substantially stepped. The stepped configuration reduces the height of the mounting portion 111, i.e., reduces the depth to which the mounting portion 111 is formed. Set up like this, not only can satisfy the installation demand of fan, when through sheet metal component stamping forming installation department 111, need not the great installation department 111 of stamping forming degree of depth moreover, reduced the required stamping forming's of installation department 111 degree of depth, make the production degree of difficulty of installation department 111 obtain reducing, improved machine-shaping's convenience, also can prevent that installation department 111 from producing the fold, make the internal face keep for the planomum, promoted ventilation performance.
In the above description, the plane where the ventilation portion 114, the mounting portion 111, and the bent portion 115 are located refers to a plane on the first single body 11 that is in contact with the second single body 12 or the scroll 23.
