Referring to fig. 1 to 6 together, the clothes peg of the present invention will now be described. The clothes peg includes: the clamping device comprises a first clamping part 11, a second clamping part 12 pivoted on the first clamping part 11 through a pivot 2, a first ring body 13 arranged on the first clamping part 11, a second ring body 14 arranged on the second clamping part 12 and used for being abutted against the first ring body 13 to clamp an object to be clamped, and an elastic element 3 which is connected with the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12 and used for drawing the first ring body 13 to be close to the second ring body 14; when the first ring body 13 abuts against the second ring body 14, the first clamping portion 11, the second clamping portion 12, the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 enclose a clamping space 4.
Thus, the first clamping part 11 is pivoted on the second clamping part 12 through the pivot 2, and the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12 can rotate relatively; in the process that the first clamping portion 11 and the second clamping portion 12 are pulled by the elastic member 3 to enable the first ring 13 and the second ring 14 to clamp the object to be clamped, when the first ring 13 on the first clamping portion 11 abuts against/approaches the second ring 14 on the second clamping portion 12, the object to be clamped (specifically, in one embodiment, when the object to be clamped is clamped by the first ring 13 and the second ring 14 through the outer side wall of the first ring 13 and the outer side wall of the second ring 14, the annular first ring 13 and the annular second ring 14 are easy to contact with the object to be clamped of different shapes, so that the object to be clamped is not easy to loosen, in one embodiment, when the object to be clamped (such as clothes) is easy to deform, the contact surfaces of the first ring 13 and the second ring 14 and the object to be clamped are more tightly contacted when the object to be clamped is clamped, so that the object to be clamped is clamped by the first ring 13 and the second ring 14 The object to be clamped is not easily scratched; when a user directly pulls and takes off the object to be clamped by the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, the object to be clamped is not easily scratched by the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14; in addition, the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 can be used for hanging articles (specifically, in one embodiment, when the articles are hung on the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 are close to/abut against each other under the traction of the gravity of the articles, so that the tightness of the objects to be clamped between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 is improved; when the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 clamp an object to be clamped, the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 can improve the clamping force for clamping the object to be clamped under the traction of the elastic part 3, and the object to be clamped is not easy to loosen; when the object is to be clamped between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, the clamping space 4 is formed by enclosing the first clamping part 11, the second clamping part 12, the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, the object can be partially clamped between the clamping space 4, even if the object is to be clamped between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, the object to be clamped between the clamping space 4 can be clamped between the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12, and the possibility that the object to be clamped falls off is reduced.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first clamping portion 11 has a first through hole 113, and the second clamping portion 12 has a second through hole 123; the elastic member 3 is inserted into the first through hole 113 and the second through hole 123, respectively. So, elastic component 3 passes first through-hole 113 and second through-hole 123, and first through-hole 113 and second through-hole 123 can carry on spacingly to elastic component 3, prevent elastic component 3 excessive deformation.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, a sub-cavity 41 located in the holding space 4 is formed between the outer wall of the first ring body 13 and the outer wall of the second ring body 14; the width of subchambers 41 increases in a direction away from the contact portion of first ring 13 with second ring 14 (contact portion: the contact position of first ring 13 with second ring 14 when no article is gripped). In this way, when the object to be clamped in the sub-cavity 41 moves along the gap between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 to the clamping position (clamping position, i.e. the contact part between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 when the object is not clamped) of the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14, a narrower gap is met, and the possibility that the object to be clamped in the sub-cavity 41 is loosened from the gap between the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, a first protrusion 115 is disposed on the first clamping portion 11 in the clamping space 4, and a U-shaped groove 116 is disposed on the first protrusion 115; a second boss 125 is disposed on the second clamping portion 12 in the clamping space 4, and a pivot shaft 2 inserted in the U-shaped groove 116 is disposed on the second boss 125. Thus, the pivot shaft 2 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 116 and can rotate relative to the U-shaped groove 116, (specifically, in one embodiment, the second clamping portion 12 is connected to the pivot shaft 2 through the opening of the U-shaped groove 116; since the second clamping portion 12 is connected to the pivot shaft 2 through the opening of the U-shaped groove 116, when the pivot shaft 2 rotates in the U-shaped groove 116, the two end edges of the opening of the U-shaped groove 116 can limit the rotation angle of the pivot shaft 2), the U-shaped groove 116 can be supported by the first bosses 115, and the pivot shaft 2 can be supported by the second bosses 125.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the inner wall of the U-shaped groove 116 is circular in the cross-section of the U-shaped groove 116. Specifically, in one embodiment, the inner diameter of the U-shaped groove 116 is the same as the outer diameter of the pivot shaft 2. Specifically, in one embodiment, the arc of the inner wall of the U-shaped groove 116 is greater than 180 ° in the cross-section of the U-shaped groove 116; in this way, the pivot shaft 2 is prevented from coming off the opening of the U-shaped groove 116 from inside the U-shaped groove 116 in the radial direction of the pivot shaft 2. Specifically, in one embodiment, the arc of the inner walls of the U-shaped groove 116 is less than 300 degrees in the cross-section of the U-shaped groove 116
Specifically, in one embodiment, the inner wall of the first ring member 13 is smoothly connected at locations thereon, and/or the inner wall of the second ring member 14 is smoothly connected at locations thereon. Therefore, when the external object is hung on the first ring body 13, the external object is not easy to scratch and rub the inner wall of the first ring body 13; when being hung on the second ring body 14, external objects are not easy to scratch the inner wall of the second ring body 14.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the outer surface of the first ring 13 is smoothly connected with the outer surface of the first clamping portion 11, and/or the outer surface of the second ring 14 is smoothly connected with the outer surface of the second clamping portion 12. Therefore, the object to be clamped in the clamping space 4 slides to the first ring body 13 along the first clamping part 11 to be smoother and is not easy to scratch; the object to be clamped in the clamping space 4 slides to the second ring body 14 along the second clamping part 12 to be smoother and not easy to scratch.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first clamping portion 11 is provided with a U-shaped groove 116 for inserting the pivot shaft 2; the inner wall of the U-shaped groove 116 abuts against and wraps the outer surface of the pivot shaft 2. In this way, the pivot shaft 2 can be held in close contact with the U-shaped groove 116.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first boss 115 is located between the first clamping portion 11 and the second clamping portion 12; and/or the second boss 125 is located between the first and second clip portions 11, 12. Thus, the first boss 115 can be protected by the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12, and the interference of an external object to the first boss 115 is reduced; the second boss 125 may be protected by the first clamping portion 11 and the second clamping portion 12, and interference of an external object to the second boss 125 may be reduced.
In particular, in one embodiment, the first ring 13 is in one piece with the first grip 11 and/or the second ring 14 is in one piece with the second grip 12. Thus, the first ring 13 and the first clamping portion 11 are firmer, and the second ring 14 and the second clamping portion 12 are firmer.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first clamping portion 11, the first ring 13, the second clamping portion 12 and the second ring 14 are made of aluminum alloy materials.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, one end of the elastic element 3 is connected to the intersection of the first ring body 13 and the first clamping portion 11, and the other end of the elastic element 3 is connected to the intersection of the second ring body 14 and the second clamping portion 12. Therefore, the strength of the intersection of the first ring body 13 and the first clamping part 11 is high, and the elastic member 3 is used for pulling the intersection of the first ring body 13 and the first clamping part 11 to be difficult to deform; the strength of the junction of the second ring 14 and the second clamping portion 12 is relatively high, and the elastic member 3 is not easy to deform when pulling the junction of the second ring 14 and the second clamping portion 12.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, the first clamping portion 11 has a first surface 111 facing the second clamping portion 12 and a second surface 112 facing away from the second clamping portion 12; the second clamping portion 12 has a third surface 121 facing the first clamping portion 11 and a fourth surface 122 facing away from the first clamping portion 11; the second surface 112 and the outer side wall of the first ring body 13 form a first groove 15 with an opening deviating from the second ring body 14, and one end of the elastic element 3 abuts against the inner wall of the first groove 15; the fourth surface 122 and the outer side wall of the second ring 14 form a second groove 16 with an opening departing from the first ring 13, and the other end of the elastic element 3 abuts against the inner wall of the second groove 16. Thus, the elastic element 3 is not easy to be separated from the first groove 15 when the elastic element is abutted in the first groove 15 and pushes the first ring body 13 to the second ring body 14; the elastic element 3 is not easy to be separated from the second groove 16 when the elastic element is abutted in the second groove 16 and pushes the second ring body 14 to the first ring body 13.
In particular, in one embodiment, the first recess 15 has a V or U-shaped cross-section and/or the second recess 16 has a V or U-shaped cross-section.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as a specific embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, a first positioning groove 151 is formed in a concave manner on an inner wall of the first groove 15, and one end of the elastic element 3 is clamped in the first positioning groove 151; the inner wall of the second groove 16 is concavely formed with a second positioning groove 161, and the other end of the elastic element 3 is clamped in the second positioning groove 161. Thus, one end of the elastic element 3 is clamped in the first positioning groove 151, and the first positioning groove 151 limits one end of the elastic element 3; the other end of the elastic element 3 is clamped in the second positioning groove 161, and the second positioning groove 161 limits one end of the elastic element 3.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the extending direction of the first positioning groove 151 is parallel to the extending direction of the pivot shaft 2, and/or the extending direction of the second positioning groove 161 is parallel to the extending direction of the pivot shaft 2. Therefore, when the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12 rotate relatively, the elastic element 3 deforms, and because the first positioning groove 151 is parallel to the pivot 2, the elastic element 3 is not easy to slide out of the first positioning groove 151 in the process of bending in a plane vertical to the pivot 2; when the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 12 rotate relatively, the elastic element 3 deforms, and because the second positioning groove 161 is parallel to the pivot 2, the elastic element 3 is not easy to slide out from the second positioning groove 161 in the process of bending in the plane perpendicular to the pivot 2.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, when the first ring body 13 abuts against the second ring body 14, a plane passing through an axis of the pivot 2 and a contact point of the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 is set as a predetermined plane, and the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 are respectively and symmetrically disposed on two opposite sides of the predetermined plane. Therefore, when the first ring body 13 and the second ring body 14 clamp the object to be clamped from two sides, the two sides of the object to be clamped are stressed more uniformly.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, an inner wall of the first ring body 13 close to the pivot 2 is a first inner wall, an inner wall of the first ring body 13 far from the pivot 2 is a second inner wall, and a radius of curvature of each position on the second inner wall is greater than a radius of curvature of each position on the first inner wall; and/or the inner wall of the second ring body 14 close to the pivot 2 is a third inner wall, the inner wall of the second ring body 14 far away from the pivot 2 is a fourth inner wall, and the curvature radius of each part on the fourth inner wall is larger than that of each part on the third inner wall. Therefore, the curvature radius of the second inner wall of the first ring body 13, which is far away from the pivot 2, is larger than the curvature radius of the first inner wall of the first ring body 13, which is close to the pivot 2, so that an external object can be conveniently hung on the second inner wall, and the sliding of the external object relative to the first ring body 13 is reduced; the radius of curvature of the fourth inner wall of the second ring body 14, which is far away from the pivot 2, is larger than the radius of curvature of the third inner wall of the second ring body 14, which is close to the pivot 2, so that an external object can be conveniently hung on the fourth inner wall, and the sliding of the external object relative to the second ring body 14 is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, one end of the pivot shaft 2 is provided with a first stopping portion 21, the other end of the pivot shaft 2 is provided with a second stopping portion 22, an edge of one end of the U-shaped groove 116 abuts against the first stopping portion 21, and an edge of the other end of the U-shaped groove 116 abuts against the second stopping portion 22; the pivot shaft 2 is provided with an assembly hole along the axis of the pivot shaft 2, and the second stopping portion 22 is provided with a rod body 23 inserted into the assembly hole; one end of the rod body 23 is connected with the second stopping portion 22, a blind hole 231 is formed in the end face of the other end of the rod body 23, and a pin 24 inserted into the blind hole 231 is arranged on the first stopping portion 21. In this way, the pivot shaft 2 is limited by the first stopping portion 21 and the second stopping portion 22, and the pivot shaft 2 can be prevented from sliding out of the U-shaped groove 116 along the U-shaped groove 116; the first blocking portion 21 can be very easily detached from the pivot shaft 2.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the second stopper 22 and the rod 23 form a female rivet. Specifically, in one embodiment, the first stop 21 and the pin body 24 form a sub-set of the rivet.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the clothes peg provided by the present invention, the elastic member 3 is a U-shaped spring ring, and the spring ring is wrapped around the pivot 2. Thus, the structure is simple and the bending is easy; the spring ring can protect the pivot 2, and the spring ring is difficult to collide with the pivot 2/is limited by the pivot 2 in the expanding/contracting process.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first clamping portion 11 and the first ring 13 are integrally formed; and/or the second clamping portion 12 is integrally formed with the second ring member 14. Thus, the first clamping portion 11 and the first ring 13 are more firmly fixed, and the second clamping portion 12 and the second ring 14 are more firmly fixed.
In particular, in one embodiment, the elastic member 3 is an elastic strip.
In particular, in one embodiment, the cross-section of the elastic member 3 is circular. So, the processing of elastic strip is simple, and the elastic strip is difficult for colliding with the object of treating to press from both sides if taking place certain rotation around extending direction.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first through hole 113 is a strip-shaped hole, and/or the second through hole 123 is a strip-shaped hole. So, first through-hole 113 can supply the elastic strip to remove in order to adapt to the deformation of elastic strip along first through-hole 113, and second through-hole 123 can supply the elastic strip to remove in order to adapt to the deformation of elastic strip along second through-hole 123.
