Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly provides washing equipment.
Background
Generally, in order to satisfy different cleaning requirements of clothes and shoes, the clothes and the shoes are washed by a dedicated laundry device and a dedicated shoe washing device, respectively. However, some users do not have a space for placing a plurality of washing devices in their homes, and it is difficult to easily arrange a dedicated shoe washing device to clean shoes, and it is difficult for the washing device to reliably clean the surfaces of shoes, in addition to the washing devices with high frequency of use. In view of this, some conventional pulsator washing machines have both washing functions and shoe washing functions. Particularly, a plurality of shoe washing components can be detachably mounted on the impeller of the impeller washing machine, such as a shoe washing brush, so that the shoe washing components are driven to stir and brush the shoe surface through the rotation of the impeller, the aim of cleaning shoes is fulfilled, the shoe washing components are dismounted under the condition of washing, and the impeller can meet the stirring requirements of clothes and washing water. In this case, in order to detachably connect the shoe washing members to the pulsator, corresponding mounting structures are generally provided on the pulsator corresponding to the number of the shoe washing members to meet the detachable requirement of each shoe washing member. But the above-mentioned impeller type washing machine that can wash shoes's design drawback lies in: the mounting structure who sets up on the impeller can occupy the arrangement space of dialling the muscle on the impeller, can reduce the stirring ability of impeller by a wide margin when mounting structure's a great deal or area occupied is great to influence rotary drum washing machine's laundry efficiency or laundry effect. Furthermore, the frequency of use of the washing function of the pulsator washing machine in daily life is usually much higher than the frequency of shoe washing of the shoe washing function, and when the mounting structure comprises a plurality of mounting holes and other hollowed mounting structures, the use strength of the pulsator can be greatly reduced, so that the durability of the pulsator is not matched with the long-term washing requirement of a user. In addition, when the number of the shoe washing components is large, a user needs to install and detach each shoe washing component one by one before and after washing shoes at each time, the use steps are complicated, and the operation convenience is poor.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the washing apparatus of the present invention includes a casing (not shown), a washing tub, a washing pulsator 2, and a shoe washing pulsator 3. Specifically, the washing tub includes an outer tub (not shown in the figure) fixed in the casing and an inner tub 1 coaxially disposed inside the outer tub, a tub body of the outer tub is closed to contain washing water, the inner tub 1 is used to contain clothes, and a water through hole allowing the washing water to pass in and out is disposed on the tub body of the inner tub 1. The inner barrel 1 is rotatably or non-rotatably arranged in the outer barrel, and when the inner barrel 1 is rotatably arranged, a driving device is arranged below the bottom of the outer barrel and penetrates through the outer barrel to be connected with the bottom of the inner barrel 1 so as to drive the inner barrel 1 to rotate. The washing pulsator 2 is rotatably disposed at the inner bottom of the inner tub 1, and similarly, the driving device of the washing pulsator 2 is also disposed below the bottom of the outer tub and connected to the washing pulsator 2 through the outer tub (since the inner tub 1 and the washing pulsator 2 are driven in the same manner as those of the conventional pulsator washing machine, detailed arrangement and structure of the driving device of the inner tub 1 and the washing pulsator 2 will not be described in detail in this embodiment). The top surface of the laundry pulsator 2 is provided with a plurality of first water stirring ribs 21 which are raised, exemplarily, the plurality of first water stirring ribs 21 are centered at the top of the laundry pulsator 2 and are uniformly distributed at the top of the laundry pulsator 2 in a centrosymmetric manner, and each first water stirring rib 21 extends from the top center of the laundry pulsator 2 approximately along the radial direction of the laundry pulsator 2 towards the edge, so that the laundry pulsator 2 can stir the laundry and the washing water through the plurality of first water stirring ribs 21 which rotate when rotating. The shoe washing pulsator 3 is provided with at least one shoe washing member, the washing pulsator 2 is provided with a first connection member 22, the shoe washing pulsator 3 is provided with a second connection member 32, the first connection member 22 and the second connection member 32 can be detachably connected and thus the shoe washing pulsator 3 is shieldingly mounted above the washing pulsator 2 in a shoe washing situation, so that the shoe washing pulsator 3 is exposed to a washing space of the inner tub 1 instead of the washing pulsator 2.
By the above-mentioned detachable fitting of the first and second connection members 22 and 32, the shoe washing pulsator 3 can be selectively installed at the top of the washing pulsator 2 according to the shoe washing demand, so that the washing apparatus can directly expose the washing pulsator 2 to the washing space to agitate the laundry and the washing water in the washing situation, and shield the washing pulsator 2 by the shoe washing pulsator 3 to thereby place the shoe washing pulsator 3 in the washing space to agitate the shoes and the washing water in the washing situation.
In the above embodiment, the shoe washing member is any one of washing members having a shoe cleaning function and suitable for the purpose of friction washing of shoes, such as a brush for washing shoes with bristles, a rubber brush for washing shoes, and a water repellent rib. As an example, a plurality of second water-repellent ribs 31 are distributed on the top of the shoe washing pulsator 3 shown in fig. 2 in a centrosymmetric manner, a brush column 33 is vertically arranged at the top center of the shoe washing pulsator 3, a plurality of bristles are spirally implanted in the side part of the column body of the brush column 33, so that the second water-repellent ribs 31 can stir shoes to be washed and washing water when the shoe washing pulsator 3 is driven to rotate by the shoe washing pulsator 2, and the brush column 33 can rub and scrub shoe uppers and soles. Of course, the kind and number of the shoe washing components arranged on the shoe washing impeller 3 are not limited to the examples in the figure, for example, a plate-shaped brush may be arranged on the top of the shoe washing impeller 3 between every two second water-repellent ribs 31, or a plurality of friction bumps may be distributed on the top surface of the shoe washing impeller 3.
The detachable connection mode is any connection matching detachable connection mode capable of realizing the connection between the washing impeller 2 and the shoe washing impeller 3, such as any one or combination of any multiple of detachable connection modes including clamping, screwing, magnetic adsorption, splicing and the like, and the shoe washing impeller 3 can be installed or detached as long as the selected connection mode can be convenient for users to use daily.
In a preferred embodiment, one of the first connecting member 22 and the second connecting member 32 is a screw hole structure, the other of the first connecting member 22 and the second connecting member 32 is a threaded post matched with the screw hole structure, the screw hole structure/threaded post is arranged at the top center of the washing impeller 2, and the threaded post/screw hole structure is arranged at the bottom center of the washing impeller 3, so that a user can connect or disconnect the washing impeller 3 and the washing impeller 2 only by holding the washing impeller 3 with hands and screwing the threaded post into the threaded hole or screwing the threaded post out of the threaded hole, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
Further, a conical protrusion 23 is disposed at the top center of the washing pulsator 2, the plurality of first water stirring ribs 21 extend from the circumferential direction of the conical protrusion 23 toward the radial outer side (i.e., the washing pulsator 2 is close to the circumferential outer edge along the radial direction), a screw hole structure is formed on the conical protrusion 23 and located in the middle of the conical protrusion 23, and a threaded column is correspondingly disposed at the bottom center of the washing pulsator 3. Compare with setting up the screw thread post on laundry impeller 2, the structure of probably scraping the clothing when the setting of the smooth side of toper arch 23 and screw hole makes laundry impeller 2 top can not have the laundry to the setting of toper arch 23 can avoid laundry impeller 2 to reduce durable degree because of the top is directly punched.
In the above, it should be understood that the arrangement structure of the first connecting member 22 and the second connecting member 32 is not limited to the threaded columns and the threaded holes, and the first connecting member 22 and the second connecting member 32 may be any combination of connecting structures capable of facilitating the quick assembly and disassembly of the washing pulsator 2 and the shoe washing pulsator 3, such as a combination structure of clamping slots and clamping claws, a combination structure of inserting slots, an insertion column and an anti-dropping bolt, or a combination structure of threaded holes, through holes and fastening screws.
Preferably, the washing device of the present invention further comprises a cover member 34, and the cover member 34 is provided with a third coupling member which can be detachably coupled to the first coupling member 22 in a washing situation to shield the first coupling member 22 from the laundry and isolate the first coupling member 22 from the washing space to prevent the laundry from directly contacting the first coupling member 22. For example, when the first connecting member 22 is the above threaded post, the blocking cover member 34 may be a cylindrical structure with an open bottom, and an inner thread matched with the threaded post is provided inside a cylindrical opening of the cylindrical structure, so that the blocking cover member 34 can cover the blocking threaded post, and the threaded post is covered by a flat cover body thereof, thereby preventing the laundry from being worn out, or, when the first connecting member 22 is the above threaded hole, the blocking cover member 34 may be a dome-shaped blocking cover as shown in the drawings, and the third connecting member is an external thread structure extending downward from the bottom of the cover body of the dome-shaped blocking cover, and the radial dimension of the dome-shaped blocking cover is larger than that of the threaded hole, and the external thread structure is matched with the threaded hole, so that the dome-shaped blocking cover can be screwed and fixed to the top of the tapered protrusion 23, thereby blocking the threaded hole, thereby preventing water or laundry from being held inside the threaded hole. Of course, besides the first connection member 22, other connection members may be disposed on the washing pulsator 2 to be detachably connected with the third connection structure on the cover structure.
With any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the radial dimension of the shoe washing pulsator 3 is not smaller than the washing pulsator 2, so that the shoe washing pulsator 3 can completely shield the washing pulsator 2 after being mounted on the washing pulsator 2.
Further, under the condition of being installed, the lateral part of the shoe washing impeller 3 is close to the inner side barrel wall of the inner barrel 1, and the bottom of the shoe washing impeller 3 is close to or abutted to the top of the laundry impeller 2 so as to reduce the gap width between the shoe washing impeller 3 and the inner side barrel wall of the inner barrel 1 to the maximum extent, and prevent shoes from falling below the shoe washing impeller 3, so that all shoes can obtain a good washing effect based on the shoe washing impeller 3.
Preferably, under the condition of the retention requirement that has a large gap between the inside barrel wall of the shoe washing impeller 3 and the inner barrel 1, the lateral part of the shoe washing impeller 3 can also be provided with a skirt structure downwards along the circumferential direction, the skirt structure is a flange extending downwards along the circumferential direction from the outer edge lateral part of the shoe washing impeller 3, so that under the installed condition, the skirt structure shields the radial outer side of the circumferential gap between the shoe washing impeller 2 and the shoe washing impeller 3, thereby sealing the gap between the top of the shoe washing impeller 2 and the bottom of the shoe washing impeller 3, avoiding the shoes from falling and clamping and plugging in the gap, and even if the shoes fall below the shoe washing impeller 3, the normal rotation of the shoe washing impeller 3 cannot be influenced by the clamping condition.
Alternatively, in the mounted condition, the bottom of the shoe washing pulsator 3 is disposed close to or abutting the top of the laundry pulsator 2, so as to reduce the height dimension of the gap between the bottom of the shoe washing pulsator 3 and the top of the laundry pulsator 2, thereby avoiding accidental pinching of small shoe accessories such as shoelaces in the gap.
In summary, the shoe washing pulsator 3 can be installed above the washing pulsator 2 of the washing device of the present invention in a screw connection manner, so that the user can selectively keep the shoe washing pulsator 3 in the inner tub 1 according to the washing or shoe washing requirements, and only the shoe washing pulsator 3 needs to be held to be screwed or unscrewed when the washing device is disassembled and assembled, thereby greatly improving the use convenience of the washing device while ensuring the diversification of the washing function of the washing device.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the utility model, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the utility model.
