The detailed structure of the laundry basket assembly provided in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to some embodiments.
Example one
A first guide plate 11 is arranged on the inner side wall of the balance ring 10, and two first guide inclined planes 111 arranged at intervals are formed on the first guide plate 11, as shown in fig. 3 and 4; the outer sidewall of the washing basket 20 is provided with a second guide plate 213, the second guide plate 213 is formed with two second guide inclined surfaces 2131 arranged at intervals, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the two second guide inclined surfaces 2131 correspond to the two first guide inclined surfaces 111 one to one.

Similarly, the number of the second guide plates 213 is multiple, and the multiple second guide plates 213 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the balance ring 10, so that the area of the second guide inclined surface 2131 is significantly increased, the probability that the first guide inclined surface 111 and the second guide inclined surface 2131 are in contact fit when the laundry basket 20 is placed is also increased, the operation freedom of the user when the laundry basket 20 is placed is further increased, and the use experience of the user is further improved; and a first guide plate 11 is arranged between at least one pair of adjacent second guide plates 213, so that the second guide plates 213 and the first guide plates 11 are matched to perform a good limiting effect and a good supporting effect on the laundry basket 20, and the laundry basket 20 can be prevented from circumferential rotation or axial movement under the condition of no external force, thereby improving the stability of the laundry basket 20 in the using process.
Preferably, the number of the first guide plates 11 is four, the four first guide plates 11 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the balance ring 10, the number of the second guide plates 213 is four, the four second guide plates 213 surround the laundry basket 20 to form a saw-toothed structure, and then the four first guide plates 11 and the four second guide plates 213 are distributed in a crossed manner after assembly is completed, so that a user places the laundry basket 20 at any position, the laundry basket 20 can automatically slide in place, the assembly stability of the laundry basket 20 is ensured after assembly is completed, the structures of the laundry basket 20 and the balance ring 10 are simplified, meanwhile, the probability of clamping stagnation and the like caused by the excessive number of the first guide plates 11 and the second guide plates 213 is avoided, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, one of the washing basket 20 and the balance ring 10 is provided with a buckle 23, the other is provided with a clamping groove 12, and the buckle 23 can be clamped with or separated from the clamping groove 12.
Utilize the cooperation of buckle 23 and draw-in groove 12, can realize that the joint of laundry basket 20 and compensating ring 10 is fixed, prevent that laundry basket 20 from rotating and axial motion relative to compensating ring 10 in the use to guaranteed the stability of laundry basket 20 in the use, and the joint is fixed has the advantage that the dismouting is simple and easy, convenient, and the user of being convenient for carries out the dismouting to laundry basket 20 and compensating ring 10 more conveniently, high-efficiently.
Specifically, the fastener 23 may be disposed on the laundry basket 20, and the slot 12 may be disposed on the inner sidewall of the balancing ring 10; the positions of the buckle 23 and the clamping groove 12 can be changed, the clamping groove 12 is arranged on the washing basket 20, and the buckle 23 is arranged on the inner side wall of the balance ring 10. The laundry basket 20 comprises a washing barrel 21 and a barrel cover 22, the washing barrel 21 is used for containing clothes to be washed, the barrel cover 22 is annular and is arranged at the position of a barrel opening of the laundry basket, washing water in the washing barrel 21 can be prevented from splashing outwards, the outer edge part of the barrel cover 22 is formed into a convex edge, and the convex edge is supported on the balance ring 10, so that the balance ring 10 can stably support the laundry basket 20. Further, for the solution that the above-mentioned laundry basket 20 is provided with the buckle 23, the buckle 23 is provided on the tub cover 22.
Further, a drain hole 212 is formed at an upper portion of the sidewall of the laundry basket 20, and a drain opening 13 communicating with the drain hole 212 is formed on the balance ring 10, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7.
The side wall of the washing basket 20 is provided with the drain hole 212, and the corresponding position on the balance ring 10 is provided with the drain port 13 communicated with the drain hole 212, so that the washing water in the washing basket 20 can be upwards drained to a position between the inner barrel and the outer barrel through the drain hole 212 and the drain port 13, a good drainage effect is achieved, the washing water cannot completely upwards impact the top structure of the washing basket 20, and splashing of water caused by high-speed dehydration is prevented.
Preferably, the number of the drain holes 212 is plural, and the plural drain holes 212 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the laundry basket 20. As for the shape of the drain hole 212 and the drain opening 13, there is no particular limitation, for example, the drain hole 212 includes a plurality of circular holes, and the drain opening 13 has a square shape. The drain hole 212 may be disposed between the adjacent second guide plates 213, and the drain port 13 may penetrate the first guide plate 11.
EXAMPLE six
The difference from the fifth embodiment is that: on the basis of the fifth embodiment, a water retaining ring 24 is further provided on the top of the washing basket 20, as shown in fig. 1 and 7.
A water guard ring 24 is provided at the top of the laundry basket 20 to block the washing water flowing upward, thereby preventing splash caused by high-speed dehydration.

EXAMPLE seven
The difference from the sixth embodiment is that: the water guard ring 24 is integrally formed with the laundry basket 20.
The water retaining ring 24 may be mounted to the laundry basket 20 by a fixed connection structure (e.g., a fastener such as a screw), or may be formed directly with the laundry basket 20 as an integral structure (e.g., welded, injection molded, adhesively molded, etc.). Specifically, for the above solution that the laundry basket 20 includes the washing tub 21 and the tub cover 22, the water retaining ring 24 may be assembled on the tub cover 22 through a fixed connection structure, or may be formed as an integrated structure with the tub cover 22, where the water retaining ring 24 is equivalent to the inner edge of the tub cover 22.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a washing machine (not shown in the drawings), comprising: an inner tub and a laundry basket assembly as in any of the embodiments of the first aspect, with a balancing ring 10 attached to the top of the inner tub.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes any one of the washing basket assemblies of the embodiments of the first aspect, so that all the beneficial effects of any one of the embodiments are provided, and details are not repeated herein.
In any of the above embodiments, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine.
The washing machine and the operation thereof provided in the present application will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment.
A pulsator washing machine comprises an outer barrel, an inner barrel sleeved in the outer barrel and a washing basket assembly, wherein the washing basket assembly comprises a washing basket 20 and a balance ring 10 fixed at the top of the inner barrel.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the washing basket 20 includes a tub body (i.e., a washing tub 21), a tub cover 22, a catch 23, a drain hole 212, a guide groove (i.e., a second guide plate 213), and a water-blocking ring 24. A plurality of convex lateral wall ribs (namely lifting ribs 211) are arranged in the barrel body, and the lateral wall ribs are arranged in a splayed shape, so that a good water flow stirring and lifting effect is realized. The included angle between the barrel wall of the barrel body and the vertical direction is larger than 5 degrees so as to realize good dehydration and drainage effects, and 4 groups (at least 1 group, but poor drainage effect) of drainage holes 212 penetrating through the barrel wall are distributed on the upper edge of the barrel body. The barrel cover 22 is provided with 2 (at least 1, but the fixing effect is poor) buckles 23 which are symmetrical around the circumference.
The laundry basket 20 is disposed on the balance ring 10 by the snap 23, and as shown in fig. 2, the balance ring 10 is provided inside with a guide groove (i.e., the first guide plate 11) matching with the guide groove on the laundry basket 20, and a drain hole 212 (i.e., the drain hole 13) matching with the drain hole 212 on the laundry basket 20. In addition, 4 (at least 2 can realize positioning, and 4 can realize positioning in every 90 degrees direction) clamping grooves 12 which are symmetrical around the circumference are arranged on the balance ring 10.
Fig. 3 and 4 are indication diagrams of the autonomous positioning of the laundry basket 20. As shown in fig. 3, when a user places the laundry basket 20 from any angle, the guide grooves on the laundry basket 20 and the guide grooves on the balance ring 10 reach a first position, the first position is changed according to the position where the user puts down the laundry basket 20, the guide grooves on the laundry basket 20 and the guide grooves on the balance ring 10 form a certain angle relative to the horizontal plane, under the action of gravity, the force for driving the basket to rotate around the central axis of the basket in the horizontal direction is resolved by the inclined plane to the gravity, and the basket gradually moves downwards to reach a second position completely matched with the balance ring 10, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, a user places the laundry basket 20 on the balancing ring 10 from any angle, and due to the gravity, the guide groove on the laundry basket 20 automatically fits with the guide groove on the balancing ring 10, so that the catch 23 of the laundry basket 20 reaches the position of the corresponding slot 12 on the balancing ring 10. When a user presses the buckle 23, the protrusion (i.e., the buckle protrusion 233) at the end of the buckle 23 is buckled into the slot 12, so that the laundry basket 20 is fixed to the balance ring 10. After the washing process is started, the side wall ribs stir water flow, and the clothes cleaning effect is achieved. When the washing is finished and the washing is in a dewatering stage, under the action of centrifugal force, the clothes are tightly attached to the side wall of the barrel body, residual water in the clothes and the washing basket 20 rises and is discharged into a space between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine through the water discharge holes 212 on the washing basket 20 and the water discharge holes 212 on the balance ring 10, and water splash caused by high-speed dewatering can be prevented under the dual action of the water retaining ring 24 and the outer barrel cover. After the whole washing procedure is finished, the user only needs to lightly dial the buckle 23 (the upper shifting part 231) to separate the buckle 23 from the clamping groove 12 and lift the washing basket 20.
Compare traditional impeller washing machine, adopt big bucket integrated configuration of size in this patent, the user can independently select to use traditional impeller vat washing, or uses the keg to carry out the water conservation of smallclothes clothing, precious clothing and baby's clothing, the care washing, also can select keg and vat to wash simultaneously, realizes subregion, high-efficient washing.
Simultaneously, the laundry basket 20 of this application is fixed in on the gimbal ring 10 through buckle 23, and not only the user takes the convenience, and the structure itself also has good stability and security. Good washing effect can be realized through washing basket 20 "splayed" lateral wall muscle stirring rivers, and the condition that takes place the splash to splash when washing basket 20 high-speed dehydration can effectively be prevented to drainage structures and water retaining structure's design.
Furthermore, a spring device can be added on the lower part of the buckle 23, so that the laundry basket 20 can be automatically clamped into the clamping groove 12 by putting down the buckle 23, and can be taken out by overcoming the spring force through the lifting force when the laundry basket 20 is taken out.
In conclusion, compared with the structure that the washing basket is connected to the impeller at the bottom of the large barrel through the transmission device in the prior art, the washing basket assembly provided by the invention has the advantages that the washing basket is nested and assembled in the balance ring and is supported on the balance ring, the transmission device can be prevented from occupying the space of the inner barrel of the washing machine, so that the washing space of the inner barrel of the washing machine is larger, the washing effect is better, and the problem that clothes are wound on the transmission shaft can be avoided; and through the cooperation on first direction inclined plane and second direction inclined plane between laundry basket and the compensating ring for the laundry basket utilizes gravity can autogiration decline at the in-process of assembly, slide to predetermined mounted position until the laundry basket, the user only needs place the laundry basket in the position that first direction inclined plane and second direction inclined plane contacted when doing the laundry like this, then loosen the hand, the laundry basket can automatic sliding to predetermined mounted position, need not the user and carry out complicated operation, thereby showing the assembly efficiency who has improved the laundry basket, user's use experience has been improved.

1. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine, comprising:

the laundry basket (20) is installed in the balance ring (10) and supported by the balance ring (10), a second guide inclined surface (2131) is arranged on the outer side wall of the laundry basket (20), and the second guide inclined surface (2131) is matched with the first guide inclined surface (111) and is used for guiding the laundry basket (20) to rotate and descend relative to the balance ring (10) in the assembling process so as to enable the laundry basket (20) to automatically slide to a preset installation position;
