a support frame (70) connected to the base plate (1);
a second dosing block (71) slidably connected to the base plate (1);
the first spring (72) is sleeved between the second dose block (71) and the bottom plate (1);
a second support block (73) connected to the base plate (1);
a second spring (74) connected between the first movable bar (76) and the second support block (73);
a first fixed block (75) connected to the support frame (70);
the first movable rod (76) is connected to the discharging inclined plate (77) in a sliding manner, the first movable rod (76) is connected with the second dosage block (71), and the first movable rod (76) is connected with the first fixed block (75) in a sliding manner;
a discharge sloping plate (77) which is rotatably connected to the material receiving frame (78);
and a material receiving frame (78) connected to the protection frame (2).
