The embodiment of the application provides a broom head 20 and a broom, which can adapt to different cleaning scenes and improve the use experience of a user.
First, an embodiment of the present invention provides a broom head 20, and fig. 1 is a schematic overall structure diagram of the broom head provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the broom head 20 includes: a support frame 21, wherein the bottom of the support frame 21 is provided with an opening; a flexible portion 23, a first end of the flexible portion 23 is connected to the support frame 21 and located in the opening of the bottom portion, the flexible portion 23 has a second end opposite to the first end, the second end is used for connecting with the cleaning member, the flexible portion 23 can be elastically bent to enable the second end to swing relative to the first end; the inner wall of the opening can be abutted against the flexible part 23 to limit the swing of the second end;
the flexible portion 23 is displaceable relative to the opening of the support frame 21 to vary the length of the flexible portion 23 extending through the opening.
Here, the flexible portion 23 has opposite ends, a first end of which is attached to the support frame 21 and a second end of which is used for attaching the cleaning member. Alternatively, the cleaning elements may be bristles or blades, and the cleaning elements may be removably mounted to the second end of the flexible portion 23 to facilitate replacement of the cleaning elements by a user after a period of use. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the second end of the flexible portion 23 has a plurality of mounting holes 23a for mounting bristle bundles.
When a user uses the broom head 20 to perform a sweeping operation, the cleaning member moves on the ground and is subjected to resistance given to the cleaning member by the ground, so that the flexible portion 23 is elastically bent, the second end of the flexible portion 23 swings relative to the first end, and the cleaning member is inclined toward the ground, so that the contact area with the ground is increased.
The flexible portion 23 and the opening of the support frame 21 may be displaced relatively, the flexible portion 23 may be displaced relatively to the opening of the support frame 21, or the support frame 21 may be displaced relatively to the flexible portion 23, so as to change the position relationship between the opening of the support frame 21 and the flexible portion 23, thereby changing the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening at the bottom of the support frame 21.
The support frame 21 is abutted against the flexible part 23 through the inner wall of the opening thereof to limit the swing of the second end of the flexible part 23, including limiting the swing amplitude of the second end relative to the first end or completely limiting the swing of the second end. The support frame 21 is made of rigid material, and will not deform when receiving external force, and the flexible portion 23 cannot deform further when abutting against the inner wall of the opening of the support frame 21, so that the limitation of the swing of the second end of the flexible portion 23, that is, the limitation of the elastic bending of the flexible portion 23, is realized.
Illustratively, when the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening is long (e.g., almost the entire flexible portion 23 extends out of the outlet), the swing amplitude of the second end relative to the first end is also large, and the contact area of the cleaning member with the floor surface is larger; if the relative displacement occurs between the flexible part 23 and the opening of the support frame 21, along with the gradual reduction of the length of the flexible part 23 extending out of the opening, the flexible part 23 is abutted against the inner wall of the opening when being elastically bent, and the swing amplitude of the second end relative to the first end is also reduced, so that the contact area between the cleaning piece and the ground is gradually reduced; when the second end of the flexible portion 23 is directly in abutment with or within the opening, the inner wall of the opening abuts the flexible portion 23, thereby completely restricting the second end (and the cleaning members) from swinging.
It should be understood that the opening of the support frame 21 can abut against the flexible portion 23, and the support frame 21 may have a certain gap with the peripheral side of the flexible portion 23, so that the opening of the support frame 21 also has a certain gap with the flexible portion 23, but the gap should not be too large, otherwise the opening cannot play a role in limiting the flexible portion 23 from elastically bending; the support frame 21 may also be located next to the flexible portion 23.
According to the broom head 20 that this application embodiment provided, the second end of flexible portion 23 is used for connecting the cleaning member, thereby the flexible portion 23 can take place the elastic bending and the second end (cleaning member promptly) can take place the swing relatively first end, make the cleaning member to the degree increase (with the contained angle on ground) that is close to the slope of ground direction, the area of contact of cleaning member and ground increases promptly, can push down it when cleaning light objects such as dust or hair, be difficult for kicking up, can reach better clean effect, promote user's use experience. The broom head 20 provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a support frame 21 with an opening at the bottom, and the support frame 21 can abut against the flexible portion 23 through the opening so as to limit the swing of the second end of the flexible portion 23. The support frame 21 provides a mounting support for the flexible portion 23, and on the other hand, because the flexible portion 23 and the opening of the support frame 21 can be relatively displaced, so that the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening can be changed, the support frame 21 can limit the swing of the second end of the flexible portion 23 and also can release the swing limit of the second end of the flexible portion 23. When the swing of the second end of the flexible part 23 is completely limited, the cleaning piece can not swing, and at the moment, the cleaning piece receives larger pushing force from a user, so that the cleaning piece has larger cleaning force and is more suitable for cleaning garbage with large volume and heavy weight or collecting the garbage into a dustpan.
The broom head 20 provided by the embodiment of the application is not only suitable for cleaning operation scenes of light objects, but also suitable for cleaning operation scenes needing large force through the matching of the flexible part 23 and the supporting frame 21, and can achieve a good cleaning effect, thereby providing great convenience for users.
Here, the flexible portion 23 may be a flexible plate or may be another structure that can be elastically bent.
In the embodiment of the present application, the flexible portion 23 can be elastically bent, when the second end of the flexible portion 23 is acted by an external force (for example, the cleaning element is acted by a resistance of the ground), the second end swings relative to the first end, and after the external force disappears, the second end of the flexible portion 23 is restored by the elasticity of the flexible portion 23, and returns to the position before the bending deformation occurs.
Optionally, the flexible portion 23 is movably connected to the support frame 21 and can extend and retract relative to the opening of the support frame 21.
Through the arrangement, the flexible portion 23 can move relative to the support frame 21 and can extend outwards or retract inwards from the opening of the support frame 21, so that the position relation between the opening of the support frame 21 and the flexible portion changes, the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening changes, and the support frame 21 limits or releases the limitation of the second end of the flexible portion 23 to swing relative to the first end.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the support frame 21 includes a support main body 21a and a rigid sleeve 22, a first end of the flexible portion 23 is connected to a bottom of the support main body 21a, and a bottom of the rigid sleeve 22 forms the opening; and the rigid sheath 22 is telescopically coupled to the support body 21a to vary the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the rigid sleeve 22 may be sleeved on the periphery of the support main body 21a, and is extended and contracted outside the support main body 21a, at this time, the rigid sleeve 22 is penetrated up and down, and the top and the bottom of the rigid sleeve form an opening; the rigid sleeve 22 may be fitted around the inner periphery of the support main body 21a and extended and contracted inside the support main body 21 a.
With the above arrangement, the rigid sheath 22 can be made to expand and contract with respect to the support main body 21a, that is, the rigid sheath 22 can be made to expand and contract with respect to the flexible portion 23, so that the positional relationship between the opening and the flexible portion 23 is changed. When the rigid sleeve 22 extends outwards relative to the support main body 21a, the length of the flexible part 23 extending out of the opening is gradually reduced, and the swing amplitude of the second end of the flexible part 23 relative to the first end is also gradually reduced until the swing of the second end is completely limited; when the rigid sleeve 22 is retracted inward relative to the support main body 21a, the length of the flexible portion 23 extending out of the opening gradually increases, and the rigid sleeve 22 releases the restriction of the flexible portion 23 from being elastically bent.
In the embodiment of the present application, the rigid sleeve 22 is slidably fitted around the outer periphery of the support main body 21 a. The rigid sheath 22 is slid on the support main body 21a to expand and contract with respect to the support main body 21a and the flexible portion 23.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a broom head provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is an exploded structural schematic view of the broom head provided in the embodiment of the present application. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the support body 21a is provided with a vertical slot 211, and the rigid sleeve 22 is provided with a sliding pin 222 slidably engaged with the vertical slot 211.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a side wall of the rigid sleeve 222 is provided with a connecting hole 221, and the sliding pin 222 is inserted into the connecting hole 221, so that when the sliding pin 222 slides up and down in the vertical groove 211, the rigid sleeve 22 is driven to slide up and down on the outer periphery of the support main body 21a relative to the support main body 21 a.
Alternatively, the vertical groove 211 is opened on the side wall of the support main body 21a, and the vertical groove 211 may be a through groove or a blind groove.
Alternatively, the positions of the vertical slot 211 and the slide pin 222 may be reversed, for example, the vertical slot 211 is disposed on the rigid sleeve 22, and the slide pin 222 is disposed on the support main body 21a, so that the rigid sleeve 22 can slide up and down relative to the support main body 21 a.
Alternatively, a plurality of vertical slots 211 may be provided on the support body 21a, and a plurality of sliding pins 222 may be correspondingly provided on the rigid sleeve 22, so as to make the sliding of the rigid sleeve 22 smoother.
The sliding pin 222 is matched with the vertical groove 211 to realize the sliding of the rigid sleeve 22, the structure is simple and stable, the production process and the assembly process are easy to realize, and the cost of the broom head 20 can be effectively controlled.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the flexible portion 23 is attached to the bottom of the support main 21a by a mounting member 24. The mounting member 24 may be mounted inside the support body 21a by means of snap-fitting or the like, and the mounting member 24 includes a mounting groove 241 in which the first end of the flexible portion 23 is mounted in the mounting groove 241.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the vertical groove 211 on the support body 21a extends downward to the top of the mounting member 24, and the top of the mounting member 24 is recessed inward at a position corresponding to the vertical groove 211 to form an escape groove 242.
The broom head provided by the embodiment of the present application further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the rigid sleeve 22 to slide relative to the support body 21 a.
The user can slide the rigid sleeve 22 relative to the support body 21a by the driving mechanism, facilitating the operation of the user.
Alternatively, the driving mechanism may be an electric driving mechanism including a motor, a controller and a power supply, and the user drives the sliding of the rigid sleeve 22 by directly controlling a switch of the power supply, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
In the present embodiment, the driving mechanism is a manual driving mechanism, and as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the supporting body 21a is further provided with a transverse slot 212, and the driving mechanism includes the operating member 25 and the connecting rod 26. Wherein the operating member 25 is disposed in the transverse slot 212, and one end of the connecting rod 26 is hinged with the operating member 25, and the other end is hinged with the sliding pin 222, so that the rigid sleeve 22 can be driven by the operating member 25 to move up and down along the vertical slot 211.
The operating part 25 is arranged in the transverse slot 212, a user can move the operating part 25 left and right in the transverse slot 212, the connecting rod 26 is respectively hinged with the operating part 25 and the sliding pin 222, when the operating part 25 moves left and right in the transverse slot 212, the connecting rod 26 can be driven to move, the connecting rod 26 drives the sliding pin 222 to slide up and down in the vertical slot 211, and the sliding pin 222 can drive the rigid sleeve 22 to slide up and down along the vertical slot 211.
Through setting up connecting rod 26, the user moves control 25 about and can drive rigid sleeve 22 and slide from top to bottom, and the direction of exerting oneself when the user is operating control 25 is push-and-pull about the horizontal direction, accords with user's use habit more, can promote user's use experience.
Illustratively, when the user needs to sweep dust and hair on the floor, the manipulating member 25 is moved leftwards or rightwards in the transverse slot 212, so that the rigid sleeve 22 slides upwards along the vertical slot 211, and the length of the opening of the flexible part 23 extending out of the bottom of the rigid sleeve 22 is increased, and elastic bending can occur; when the garbage is collected into the dustpan after cleaning, the operating member 25 is moved to the right or left, so that the rigid sleeve 22 moves downward along the vertical groove 211, and the flexible portion 23 is restricted from being elastically bent, so that a large cleaning force is obtained to sweep the garbage into the dustpan.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the link 26 is an arc-shaped link. The vertical groove 211 has a guiding and limiting effect, the sliding pin 222 is limited by two side walls of the vertical groove 211 to slide only in the vertical direction, the sliding process of the sliding pin 222 can be smoother by arranging the arc-shaped connecting rod, friction between the sliding pin 222 and the vertical groove 211 is reduced, and meanwhile, the resistance of a user for moving the control piece 25 is also reduced, so that the user is more labor-saving in operation, and the vertical sliding process of the rigid sleeve 22 is smoother.
Alternatively, the link 26 may include a plurality of interconnected links. Compared with the arrangement of a plurality of connecting rods, one arc-shaped connecting rod can achieve similar effects, the space of the broom head 20 can be saved, and the production cost and the assembly difficulty of products can be reduced.
Alternatively, the broom head 20 may include a plurality of driving mechanisms, and the number of the vertical slots 211, the horizontal slots 212, and the slide pins 222 corresponds to the driving mechanisms. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the broom head 20 includes two driving mechanisms, which are disposed at two opposite ends of the support body 21a in the length direction, and when the rigid sleeve 22 is driven, a user can simultaneously move the two operating members 25 with both hands to slide the rigid sleeve 22, so that the rigid sleeve 22 is more uniformly stressed and slides more smoothly.
For example, when two driving mechanisms are provided on the broom head 20, the connecting rod 26 may be arranged in a plane symmetry, and the vertical slot 211 and the horizontal slot 212 at the two ends are also in a plane symmetry, so that when the user moves the operating member 25, the left hand and the right hand apply force in different directions to move the two operating members 25 towards each other or in opposite directions, which is convenient for the user to perform the moving operation.
In the embodiment of the present application, the broom head 20 further comprises a positioning mechanism for positioning the rigid sleeve 22.
Specifically, the positioning mechanism is capable of positioning the rigid cover 22 at a position where the second end of the flexible portion 23 is restricted from swinging or a position where the swing restriction is released. That is, the rigid cover 22 slides upward relative to the support body 21a, and at this time, the flexible portion 23 extends out of the opening of the rigid cover 22 by a certain length, so that the flexible portion 23 can be flexibly bent to incline the cleaning member toward the ground, and the rigid cover 22 can be positioned at a position where the flexible portion 23 can be elastically bent, so that the broom head 20 can be used to sweep light objects; the rigid sleeve 22 slides downwards relative to the support body 21a, and at the moment, the length of the flexible part 23 extending out of the opening of the rigid sleeve 22 is short or is completely positioned in the opening of the rigid sleeve 22, so that elastic bending cannot occur to drive the cleaning piece to swing, and the rigid sleeve 22 can be positioned at a position for limiting the flexible part 23 to bend, so that the broom head 20 can have high sweeping force.
By providing the positioning mechanism, the rigid sleeve 22 can be positioned at different positions to meet different working requirements, and the cleaning operation of the user is not affected.
Alternatively, the positioning of the rigid sleeve 22 can be achieved by positioning the operating member 25 in the two end positions in the transverse slot 212.
When the operating member 25 is located at two end positions in the transverse slot 212, the sliding pin 222 is located at the top end or the bottom end of the vertical slot 211, and the sliding pin 222 and the rigid sleeve 22 are located by locating the operating member 25. When the sliding pin 222 is positioned at the bottom end of the vertical slot 211, the rigid sleeve 22 limits the flexible part 23 to be elastically bent; when the slide pin 222 is positioned at the tip of the vertical groove 211, the rigid sheath 22 releases the bending restriction of the flexible portion 23.
The operating pieces 25 are located at both ends of the lateral groove 212 and the rigid cover 22 can be kept stationary with respect to the support main body 21a and the flexible portion 23 when not receiving a horizontal thrust force applied by the user, so that the cleaning work by the user is not affected.
As shown in fig. 3, the operating member 25 optionally includes a fixedly connected dial 251 and a cross bar 252, the cross bar 252 is hinged to the connecting rod 26, and the user dials the dial 251 left or right to move the connecting rod 26.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, two opposite ends of the connecting rod 26 are respectively provided with an opening, and the cross rod 252 and the sliding pin 222 are respectively inserted into the openings at the two ends, so as to realize the hinge connection between the two ends of the connecting rod 26 and the cross rod 252 and the sliding pin 222.
Illustratively, the dial 251 may be configured as a protruding structure as shown in fig. 1 and 3, which is convex in the middle and facilitates the user to hold and dial.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, two side walls of the supporting body 21a are opened with opposite vertical slots 211 and horizontal slots 212.
The sliding pin 222 penetrates through the two opposite vertical slots 211 and is connected with both sides of the rigid sleeve 22 through the connecting hole 221, so that the rigid sleeve 22 is uniformly stressed and slides more smoothly when the sliding pin 222 drives the rigid sleeve 22 to slide.
The cross bar 252 penetrates through the two opposite cross grooves 212, the two ends of the cross bar 252 are fixedly connected with the shifting pieces 252, and a user can shift the shifting pieces 252 from any direction of the broom head 20, so that the operation of the user is facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the positioning mechanism is a positioning rod 27, one end of the positioning rod 27 is hinged in the supporting body 21a, the other end of the positioning rod 27 extends along the length direction thereof to form a strip-shaped hole 271, and the cross rod 252 is inserted into the strip-shaped hole 271 so that the dial 252 is connected with the positioning rod 27.
Exemplarily, fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the support body 21a provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, a fixing seat 213 is disposed on an inner wall of the support body 21a, and the positioning rod 27 is hinged to the fixing seat 213 through a hinge shaft 272.
When a user dials the dial 251, the cross bar 252 moves along with the dial 251 to drive the connecting rod 26 and the positioning rod 27 to move, wherein the positioning rod 27 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise around the fixing seat 213, and the cross bar 252 slides back and forth in the strip-shaped hole 271.
Fig. 4 is a schematic overall structure diagram of the positioning rod provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, two ends of the strip-shaped hole 271 are arc-shaped grooves 271a, and the arc-shaped grooves 271a pass through the positioning cross bar 252 so as to position the dial 251; when the finger 251 is located at both end positions in the transverse groove 212, the cross bar 252 is located in the arc-shaped grooves 271a at both ends of the strip-shaped hole 271.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the arcs of the two arc-shaped grooves 271a are major arcs.
Since the arc of the arc-shaped groove 271a is a major arc, when the cross bar 252 is located in the arc-shaped groove 271a, the cross bar 252 cannot leave the arc-shaped groove 271a unless the push member 251 receives a horizontal pushing force applied by a user, so that the pull member 251 is located, the connecting rod 26 is located, and the rigid sleeve 22 is also located. When the broom head 20 is used for cleaning, the rigid sleeve 22 tends to slide downwards along the vertical groove 211 under the action of gravity, and the supporting force of the arc-shaped groove 271a on the cross rod 252 can overcome the action of gravity to position the rigid sleeve 22.
Further, the extension length of the vertical groove 211 matches the sliding stroke of the rigid sleeve 22, the rigid sleeve is in a position to limit the flexible portion 23 from being elastically bent when the sliding pin 222 slides to the bottom end of the vertical groove 211, and the bottom wall of the vertical groove 211 can also play a role in positioning the rigid sleeve 22 by abutting against the sliding pin 222.
In addition, the positioning rod 27 can share the pressure of some driving mechanisms on the supporting main body 21a in the moving process, and the strength of the broom head 20 is improved. The supporting main body 21a has a thin wall and insufficient supporting strength, and the possibility of damage to the supporting main body 21a can be reduced by sharing some pressure with the positioning rod 27, thereby prolonging the service life of the broom head 20.
Fig. 6 is an overall structural view of the broom provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the broom includes a broom handle 10 and a broom head 20 provided in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and the broom head 20 is connected to the bottom of the broom handle 10 through a connection head 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, an open slot 214 is formed at the top of the broom head 20, and the connecting shaft of the connecting head 30 is inserted into the open slot 214 to connect the broom head 20 and the connecting head 30.
Optionally, the connector 30 is threaded to the bottom of the sweeper handle 10.
Since the broom comprises the broom head 20 provided by the above embodiment, the broom also has the technical effect corresponding to the broom head 20, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
