Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a massage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 20 and a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is connected to the body 20 to fix the body 20 to a human body, so that the massage device can massage a portion to be massaged. The massage part may be a shoulder part of the human body or a back part of the human body. In some embodiments, the massage part comprises the shoulder and the back of the human body, namely, the massage device can simultaneously meet the massage requirements of the shoulder and the back of the human body.
The fixing piece can include two shoulder straps 10 that are arranged symmetrically, and two shoulder straps 10 are all connected with body 20, and two shoulder straps 10 enclose with body 20 respectively and close and form dress position 30, and dress position 30 is used for dressing body 20 in human shoulder.
In some embodiments, the body 20 is a bag body, and an accommodating space with a storage function is formed in the bag body, so that the massage device can meet massage requirements and can also carry articles, and fatigue can be relieved by utilizing the massage function of the massage device when the massage device is worn and used.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the massage device includes an air bag unit 210, and the air bag unit 210 is used for massaging a portion of a human body to be massaged.
The airbag unit 210 includes an airbag 211 and a pad 210 a. The pad 210a is connected with the body 20, the air bag 211 is arranged on one side of the pad 210a facing the human body, when the fixing piece fixes the body 20 on the human body, the air bag 211 is supported and limited by the pad 210a, and the air bag 211 can expand towards one side away from the pad 210a in the inflating process to massage the part to be massaged of the human body. In this embodiment, the cushion 210a supports one side of the air bag 211, so that when the air bag 211 is inflated, the air bag 211 can only expand towards one side back to the cushion 210a, i.e. towards the part of the human body to be massaged, so as to obtain a larger massage amplitude and improve the massage effect.
In some embodiments, the pad 210a may also be disposed on the fixing member, as long as when the fixing member fixes the body 20 on the human body, the pad 210a can abut and limit the air bag 211 disposed corresponding thereto, so that the air bag 211 is expanded toward the part of the human body to be massaged as much as possible.
It should be noted that, when the airbag 211 is in the expanded state, the size of the pad 210a is greater than or equal to the size of the projection area of the airbag 211 on the pad 210a, so that when the airbag 211 is inflated, the abutting area of the airbag 211 by the pad 210a is large enough, so that the massage amplitude of the airbag 211 expanded towards the side of the part to be massaged is larger, and the massage effect on the back of the human body is enhanced.
In some embodiments, the pad 210a disposed on the body 20 is connected to the body 20 by sewing, and accordingly, the pad 210a disposed on the fixing member can also be connected to the fixing member by sewing, and the sewing connection is simple and stable, and is not easy to shift, so that the air bag 211 can stably massage the portion to be massaged under the abutting limit of the pad 210 a.
In some embodiments, the gasket 210a is a rubber gasket or a silicone gasket, and such a gasket 210a is flexible and has a certain flexibility. On one hand, the pad 210a can be conveniently sewn in the cloth body 20, and meanwhile, the air bag 211 can be well abutted and limited due to certain hardness of the pad 210a, so that when the air bag 211 is inflated, the pad is expanded towards one side of the part to be massaged as much as possible, and the massage effect on the part to be massaged of the human body is enhanced.
Continuing to refer to fig. 4 and 5, the massage apparatus includes the first cushion pad 101, the first cushion pad 101 is disposed on a side of the airbag 211 facing away from the pad 210a, when the airbag 211 inflates and expands, the first cushion pad 101 deforms more than the pad 210a, that is, the first cushion pad 101 deforms more easily under the same expansion force of the airbag 211, so that the airbag 211 expands toward the side facing away from the pad 210a as much as possible, a larger massage amplitude is obtained on the side of the first cushion pad 101, the massage effect is improved, and meanwhile, the first cushion pad 101 can better protect the airbag 211 to prevent the airbag 211 from being exposed and damaged easily, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the massage apparatus.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the massage part is the back of the human body, and the number of the airbag groups 210 may be multiple, so that the airbag 211 of the plurality of airbag groups 210 is used to increase the massage area to meet the requirement of massaging the part to be massaged in a large area. Since the airbag module 210 includes the airbag 211 and the pad 210 a. Therefore, in this embodiment, the number of the air bags 211 and the number of the pads 210a are multiple, specifically, the number of the air bags 211 is equal to the number of the pads 210a, the air bags 211 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the pads 210a, and the air bags 211 are located on the side of the corresponding pads 210a facing the human body, so that the air bags 211 can obtain a larger massage amplitude under the abutting limit of the corresponding pads 210a, and the massage effect of the part to be massaged is improved.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the air bags 211 and the pads 210a may not be disposed in a one-to-one correspondence. For example, in the above embodiment, the plurality of pads 210a are integrally formed, in other words, the plurality of air cells 211 can be inflated toward the portion to be massaged under the abutting limit of the same pad 210 a. Therefore, the number of the pads 210a may be one or more, as long as the air bag 211 in the massage device can massage a large amount toward the side of the massage portion under the abutting limit of the pads 210 a.
In the embodiment that the body is the bag body, the accommodating space of the bag body can be used for storing articles. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the bag body is provided with the second cushion pad 102, the second cushion pad 102 is provided on a side of the pad 210a facing away from the airbag 211, and the accommodating space is located on a side of the second cushion pad 102 facing away from the pad 210a, so that the second cushion pad 102 can achieve a good buffering effect by separating the pad 210a from the accommodating space by the second cushion pad 102.
When the bag body is provided with the air bag 211, the air bag on the bag body is used for massaging the back of the human body.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the inner side of at least one shoulder strap 10 is provided with an airbag set 210 near the body 20, that is, one or both shoulder straps 10 may be provided with the airbag set 210. For example, if the user only has one shoulder to massage to relieve the discomfort of the shoulder, the airbag unit 210 may be provided to the shoulder strap 10 corresponding to the one side. Accordingly, in other embodiments, when both shoulders of the user need to be massaged, the air bag units 210 may be provided on both shoulder straps 10, so as to meet the massage needs of both shoulders.
It should be noted that, in the airbag unit 210 disposed in the shoulder strap 10, the airbag 211 may be provided with the corresponding pad 210a, or may not be provided with the pad 210 a. That is, the pad 210a is not necessary for massaging the shoulder of the human body with the air bag 211 provided in the shoulder strap 10, but the air bag 211 can obtain more massage amplitude under the abutting limit of the pad 210a when the pad 210a is provided, so that the air bag 211 provided in the shoulder strap 10 can massage the shoulder better.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment where the body 20 is a bag, the bag includes a backrest surface 20a, and the backrest surface 20a refers to a surface of the bag that contacts with the back of the human body when the bag is secured to the human body. When the bag body is fixed to the human body, the massage device may be worn, and the backrest surface 20a may be only partially in contact with the back of the human body, as long as the airbag 211 provided in the bag body can massage the back of the human body.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the backrest surface 20a has a first edge 201 and a second edge 202, and two side edges 203 connected between the first edge 201 and the second edge 202, and the first edge 201 of the backrest surface 20a is closer to the shoulders of the human body than the second edge 203 when the massage apparatus is worn.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, shoulder strap 10 has opposite first and second ends 10a, 10 b. The first end 10a is connected to the backrest surface 20a at a first edge 201, the second end 10b is connected to the backrest surface 20a, and the second end 10b is located between the first edge 201 and a second edge 203.
The second end 10b is connected to the side edge 202 of the backrest surface 20a through the fastening band 12, the fastening band 12 can adjust the length of itself, and pulls the shoulder strap 10 to tighten the wearing position 30, so that the airbag unit 210 on the shoulder strap 10 is close to the shoulder of the human body, and the massage effect of the airbag unit 210 on the shoulder is enhanced.
The end of the fastening band 12 far from the second end 10b is connected to the middle position of the side edge 202 of the backrest surface 20a, so that the fastening band 12 is closer to the lower part of the shoulder, and after the fastening band 12 is adjusted to a proper wearing tightness, that is, the accommodating size of the wearing position 30 is adjusted, so that the shoulder strap 10 can tightly press the air bag 211 at the shoulder strap 10 against the part to be massaged of the shoulder, thereby enhancing the shoulder massage stability. The air bag 211 positioned at the shoulder strap 10 to avoid the wearing part 30 from being too loose can not massage the shoulder well.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the massage device further includes a waist belt 22, and the waist belt 22 is used for being fixed on the waist of the human body. Specifically, the waistband 22 is connected to the main body 20, the waistband 22 and the backrest surface 20a enclose a surrounding space 22a, and the waistband 22 can adjust its own length and tighten the surrounding space 22 a.
In this embodiment, after the user wears the massage device, the airbag unit 210 located on the body 20 has a massage effect on the back or the waist by binding the waistband 22, so as to further improve the user experience.
The two ends of the waist belt 22 are connected to the two side edges 202 of the backrest 20a, respectively, and the connection position of the waist belt 22 and the body 20 is closer to the second edge 203 of the backrest 20a than the second end 10b of the shoulder strap 10, so as to enhance the skin-contact feeling between the backrest 20a and the back and improve the massage effect on the back.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the massage device further includes an air pump 50, the air pump 50 is disposed on the body 20, the massage device includes at least 2 air bags 211, and the air pump 50 is connected to the at least 2 air bags 211, so as to effectively improve the utilization rate of the air pump 50, reduce the number of the air pumps 50, reduce the overall size of the massage device, and achieve a low cost of the massage device.
It should be noted that the massage apparatus includes a control box 40, and an air pump 50 for inflating and deflating the air bag 211 is provided in the control box 40. Referring to fig. 4, the control box 40 may be disposed in the body 20, such that the air pump 50 can be used to inflate and deflate the air bag 211 to meet the massage requirement of the air bag 211 on the backpack of the human body.
The manner of inflating the airbag 211 is not limited to the air pump 50, and the airbag 211 may be inflated and deflated by externally connecting the airbag 211 to a bag-like structure and repeatedly pressing the bag-like structure.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the air pump 50 may not be disposed in the control box 40, but may be directly installed and fixed in the body 20 or fixed outside the body 20, as long as the air pump 50 is fixed to the body 20, so as to avoid the air pump 50 from generating large vibration when operating. The control box 40 can improve the installation stability of the air pump 50, and the integration degree is higher, thereby being convenient for improving the whole manufacturing efficiency of the massage device.
In some embodiments, the control box 40 includes a box body 41 and a cover body 42, and the box body 41 is formed with a plurality of receiving grooves to mount the air pumps 50, respectively. The cover 42 is covered on the box 41, and meanwhile, the cover 42 is provided with a through hole 421, and the through hole 421 is used for a pipeline to pass through, thereby meeting the requirement that the pipeline is connected with the air pump 50 located in the control box 40. When there are a plurality of air pumps 50, there are a plurality of through holes 421 on the cover 42, for example, as shown in fig. 9, 4 air pumps 50 are installed in the control box 40, and correspondingly, 4 through holes 421 are opened on the cover 42.
In some embodiments, the air pump 50 is coupled to the main air tube 220 to inflate and deflate the balloon 211 using the main air tube 220.
One end of the main air pipe 220 is connected to the air pump 50, and the other end is provided with at least 2 ports. The port may be formed directly at the end of the main air pipe 220 as part of the main air pipe 220, for example, the pipe at one end of the main air pipe 220 has at least 2 branches, so that the open ends of the branches form the respective ports.
In other embodiments, other structures may be used to connect to one end of the main air tube 220 to provide a corresponding port. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, taking the main air pipe 220 connected to the three-way valve 230 as an example, the three-way valve 230 includes 3 ports 230a, so that when the main air pipe 220 is connected to one of the ports 230a, the other 2 ports 230a form the ports of the main air pipe 220.
In some embodiments, airbag unit 210 includes an air tap 212 and a branched air tube 213. The air nozzle 212 is communicated with the air passage of the air bag 211, and two ends of the branch air pipe 213 are respectively communicated with the air nozzle 212 and the main air pipe 220, so that the air pump connected with the main air pipe 220 can inflate the branch air pipe 213 from the main air pipe 220, so that the branch air pipe 213 inflates the air bag 211 through the corresponding air nozzle 212, and a massage effect is achieved. With this arrangement, the branch air pipe 213 can be flexibly connected to the main air pipe 220, thereby facilitating the pipeline arrangement in the main body 20.
It should be noted that, when at least 2 ports are provided on the main air tube 220, different air bags 211 can be connected to the main air tube 220 through the branch air tube 213 and the air tap 212 via different ports, so that a plurality of air bags 211 can share one main air tube 220, and thus, after one end of the main air tube 220 is connected to the air pump 50, the air bag 211 connected to the main air tube can be inflated and deflated by one air pump 50.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, each of the 2 air bag sets 210 is formed as a set and connected to the corresponding air pump 50 through the same main air tube 220. Thus, when the air pump 50 is operated, the air bags 211 of the 2 air bag units 210 can be inflated and deflated through the main air tube 220.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the 2 air bag groups 210 connected to the same main air tube 220 are distributed side by side along the left and right directions of the body 20 when the massage apparatus is worn on the human body. Fig. 6 shows 6 airbag groups 210 arranged in an array on the body 20, and it is understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the airbag groups 210 may also be 3, 5 or 7, only some of the airbag groups 210 are connected to the corresponding air pump 50 through the same main air pipe 220 in pairs, and some of the airbag groups 210 may be connected to the air pump 50 through the main air pipe 220 separately. The number and arrangement of the airbag units 210 are not limited herein.
The structure of the massage device will be further described below by taking only the air bag units 210 arranged in pairs as an example.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the two branched air tubes 213 are respectively located at two sides of the main air tube 220 among the two air bag groups 210 connected to the same main air tube 220, so that the two air bag groups 210 can be disposed at two opposite sides of the main air tube 220, or the main air tube 220 is disposed along the middle portion of the body 20 close to the back surface 20a, which is more compact and does not damage the arrangement of the air bag groups 210, thereby making the whole massage apparatus small.
In some embodiments, the end of branch air tube 213 connected to air nozzle 212 is bent in an L-shape, U-shape or V-shape toward the side away from main air tube 220.
