4. The cuff of claim 3, wherein the velcro extends from one end of the elastic cuff body to the other end;
or the number of the nylon fastener tapes is multiple, and the nylon fastener tapes are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the elastic oversleeve body.
5. A cuff as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the adjustment means comprises a bladder disposed on an inner surface of the resilient cuff body, the bladder being provided with a valve for inflating the bladder or for venting gas from the bladder.
6. The cuff of claim 5, wherein the bladder extends from one end of the elastic cuff body to the other end;
or the number of the air bags is multiple, and the air bags are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the elastic oversleeve body.

The cuff as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the adjusting member comprises a protrusion and a groove disposed on the elastic cuff body, the width of the groove is a dimension perpendicular to the extending direction of the elastic cuff body, the width of the groove decreases from inside to outside, and the protrusion can be engaged with the groove to fix the elastic cuff body on the arm.

The cuff of claim 7, wherein the groove is disposed on an outer surface of the elastic cuff body and the protrusion is slidably disposed on an inner surface of the elastic cuff body, the protrusion being capable of engaging the groove and capturing a portion of the elastic cuff body between the protrusion and the groove.
9. The cuff of claim 7, wherein the groove and the protrusions are disposed on an outer surface of the elastic cuff body, the number of the protrusions is plural, the plural protrusions are spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction of the elastic cuff body, and the groove is engaged with one of the protrusions for fixing.
10. The cuff of claim 8 or 9, wherein the groove extends from one end of the elastic cuff body to the other end;
or the number of the grooves is multiple, and the grooves are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the elastic oversleeve body.
