The utility model discloses a neck massager, wherein clamping arms can rotate to different states relative to a middle support and keep the states, and the stability is good.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, a schematic structural diagram of a neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, the neck massager 100 includes a middle support 10, two clamping arms 20 and a fixing structure, the two clamping arms 20 are rotatably connected to the middle support 10, the two clamping arms 20 both have an unfolding state of unfolding relative to the middle support 10 and a folding state of folding relative to the middle support 10, the fixing structure includes an elastic fastener 31 and a clamping portion 32 matched with the elastic fastener 31, the elastic fastener 31 is disposed on one of the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20, the clamping portion 32 is disposed on the other of the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20, and the elastic fastener 31 is used for clamping the clamping portion 32 to keep the clamping arm 20 in the unfolding state and/or the folding state.
Wherein, the two clamping arms 20 are respectively connected to two ends of the middle bracket 10 in a rotating manner, and the size of the wearing space a formed between the two clamping arms 20 and the middle bracket 10 can be adjusted by rotating the two clamping arms 20 relative to the middle bracket 10.
It is understood that the present embodiment is pivotally connected to the middle frame 10 by two clamping arms 20, so that the clamping arms 20 can rotate relative to the middle frame 10 and can be switched to the unfolded state or the folded state. Wherein, the state that the state of expanding is the relative middle support 10 of arm lock 20, and at this moment, form between two arm lock 20 and the middle support 10 and wear space A to in adaptation user neck, fold condition is the relative middle support 10 folding state of arm lock 20, and at this moment, two arm lock 20 are folded each other in middle support 10, and this neck massager 100's whole volume is less, can reduce the space that this neck massager 100 occupy, portable and accomodate.
As shown in fig. 1, when the clamping arm 20 rotates to the expanded state relative to the middle bracket 10, the clamping arm is generally used for being worn on the neck of a user, at this time, the clamping arm 20 is easily affected by other external forces and rotates relative to the middle bracket 10, so that the wearing space a of the neck massage apparatus 100 changes, and the clamping arm cannot be adapted to the neck of the user, for example, the wearing space a becomes large, so that the neck massage apparatus 100 is separated from the neck of the user, or the wearing space a becomes small, so that the clamping arm 20 clamps the neck of the user, and the wearing comfort is affected. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the elastic fastener 31 of the fixing structure is engaged with the fastening portion 32, so that the clamping arm 20 can maintain the unfolded state after rotating to the unfolded state relative to the middle bracket 10, and the stability is high, which is beneficial to improving the wearing comfort of the neck massager 100. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 2, when the clamping arms 20 rotate to the folded state relative to the middle support 10, the neck massager 100 is usually stored or carried, and at this time, the clamping arms 20 are susceptible to external force and rotate relative to the middle support 10, so as to cause collision between the two clamping arms 20 or between the clamping arms 20 and the middle support 10, and further cause damage to the clamping arms 20 and/or the middle support 10. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the elastic fastener 31 of the holding structure is engaged with the fastening portion 32, so that the clamping arm 20 can be kept in the folded state after rotating to the folded state relative to the middle bracket 10, and the stability is high, thereby being beneficial to reducing the risk of damage to the neck massager 100.
Alternatively, in consideration of the structural differences between the middle support 10 and the clamping arms 20 of different neck massage apparatuses 100, the elastic fastener 31 and the fastening portion 32 may be respectively disposed on the middle support 10 and the clamping arms 20, or respectively disposed on the clamping arms 20 and the middle support 10, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The different schemes are selected according to the actual structures of the middle support 10 and the clamping arms 20, so that the applicability of the holding structure is improved, in some other embodiments, the different schemes can be selected according to the weights of the elastic clamping piece 31, the clamping part 32, the middle support 10 and the clamping arms 20, and the weight of the elastic clamping piece 31 is used for realizing the counterweight function of the counterweight block, so that the whole weight of the neck massager 100 is reasonably distributed.
For convenience of description, the present embodiment is described by taking the elastic fastener 31 disposed on the clamping arm 20 and the clamping portion 32 disposed on the middle bracket 10 as an example.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fastening portion 32 is a fastening slot, the elastic fastening member includes a housing 311, a spring 312 and a main body portion 313, the housing 311 is embedded in the clamping arm 20, two ends of the spring 312 are respectively connected to the housing 311 and the main body portion 313, and the spring 312 is located in the housing 311. In some other embodiments, the housing 311 may be embedded in the middle bracket 10, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that the principle of the elastic snap is specifically as follows: when the main body 313 receives external force, the spring 312 can be compressed to compress the elasticity, and the main body 313 can move to be hidden in the housing 311, when the main body 313 receives external force and is removed, the spring 312 can provide elastic force to enable the main body 313 to move towards the outside of the housing 311, and further enable at least part of the main body 313 to be located outside the housing 311.
That is, by using the principle of the elastic fastener, the elastic fastener 31 can be cooperatively connected with the fastening portion 32, so as to maintain the clamping arm 20 in the unfolded state or the folded state relative to the middle bracket 10. Specifically, when the clamping arm 20 is located between the expanded state and the folded state relative to the middle bracket 10, the main body 313 is located in the housing 311, the spring 312 is in the compressed state, and when the clamping arm 20 is located between the expanded state and the folded state relative to the middle bracket 10, the elastic member is used for providing an elastic force, so that at least a portion of the elastic locking member is located outside the housing 311 and is locked in the locking slot. It will be appreciated that when the clamping arms 20 are between the expanded state and the folded state relative to the intermediate frame 10, the main body 313 is pressed by the intermediate frame 10 to move to be hidden in the housing 311, and at this time, the clamping arms 20 can rotate relative to the intermediate frame 10. When the clamping arm 20 is in the expanded state or the folded state relative to the middle support 10, the elastic fastener 31 moves to align with the fastening portion 32 along with the clamping arm 20, at this time, the main body portion 313 is not extruded by the middle support 10, the spring 312 provides an elastic acting force to enable the main body portion 313 to move to at least partially outside the housing 311 and fasten to the fastening portion 32, so that the clamping arm 20 is maintained to be in the expanded state or the folded state, and the clamping arm 20 is not easy to rotate relative to the middle support 10 due to the external force.
It is contemplated that when the clamping arms 20 are in the expanded or folded state, a user may apply a large force to the clamping arms 20 to rotate the clamping arms 20 relative to the middle bracket 10, so that the main body 313 is separated from the clamping slot and is pressed by the middle bracket 10 to move into the housing 311. Therefore, the design that the clamping groove is the spherical groove 411 matched with the shape of the main body part 313 is adopted in the embodiment, the scheme that the matching surface of the clamping groove and the main body part 313 is a spherical surface is utilized, the guiding effect of the spherical surface is utilized, the difficulty that the main body part 313 is separated from the clamping groove is reduced, and the rotation of the clamping arm 20 positioned in the unfolding state or the folding state by a user is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the fixing structure has two spaced-apart fastening portions 32, which are respectively a first fastening portion 32a and a second fastening portion 32b, when the clamping arm 20 rotates to the expanded state relative to the middle bracket 10, the elastic fastening member 31 is fastened to the first fastening portion 32a to keep the clamping arm 20 in the expanded state, and when the clamping arm 20 rotates to the folded state relative to the middle bracket 10, the elastic fastening member 31 is arranged at the second fastening portion 32b to keep the clamping arm 20 in the folded state. The first engaging portion 32a and the second engaging portion 32b are disposed at an interval on the middle bracket 10. It can be understood that, when the user needs to use the neck massage apparatus 100, the clamping arm 20 can be switched from the folded state to the unfolded state, so as to wear the neck massage apparatus 100 to the neck of the user, at this time, the user can apply an acting force to rotate the clamping arm 20 relative to the middle support 10, and further the elastic buckle 31 is separated from the second clamping portion 32b, and when the clamping arm 20 rotates to the unfolded state, the elastic buckle 31 can be clamped in the first clamping portion 32a to keep the clamping arm 20 in the unfolded state. And as the user uses up neck massage appearance 100, need accomodate or carry neck massage appearance 100, can convert into fold condition with arm lock 20 from the expansion state, at this moment, the user can apply the effort and make arm lock 20 take place to rotate for middle support 10 relatively, and then makes elasticity fastener 31 break away from first joint portion 32a, when arm lock 20 rotated to fold condition, but elasticity fastener 31 joint makes arm lock 20 keep fold condition in second joint portion 32 b.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 again, the neck massager 100 further includes a rotating mechanism 40, the rotating mechanism 40 includes a first member 41 and a second member 42 rotatably connected to the first member 41, the middle bracket 10 is fixedly connected to one of the first member 41 and the second member 42, the clamping arm 20 is fixedly connected to the other of the first member 41 and the second member 42, the clamping portion 32 is disposed on the first member 41, and the elastic buckle 31 is disposed on the second member 42.
For convenience of description, the present embodiment will be described by taking as an example that the intermediate bracket 10 is fixedly connected to the first member 41, and the clamping arm 20 is fixedly connected to the second member 42. It can be understood that, the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20 are connected by the rotating mechanism 40, and the clamping arm 20 can rotate relative to the middle support 10, on one hand, the structures of the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20 can be simplified, on the other hand, considering that the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20 have larger volumes, the assembly difficulty of rotationally connecting the middle support 10 and the clamping arm 20 is larger, the middle support 10 is fixedly connected to the first part 41 by rotationally connecting the first part 41 and the second part 42 which have smaller volumes, and the clamping arm 20 is fixedly connected to the first part 41, which is beneficial to reducing the assembly difficulty and improving the production efficiency.
Illustratively, the first member 41 defines a recess 411 that opens toward the second member 42, and the second member 42 extends at least partially into the recess 411 for rotation within the recess 411. It can be understood that by providing the first member 41 with the recess 411 having the opening facing the second member 42, the recess 411 is utilized to provide a space for the second member 42 to rotate relative to the first member 41, and the second member 42 at least partially extends into the recess 411, so as to reduce the overall volume of the first member 41 and the second member 42, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the design of the neck massager 100.
Further, the first component 41 is further provided with an avoiding groove 412 communicated with the groove 411, and the avoiding groove 412 is used for providing an avoiding space for the second component 42 to rotate relative to the first component 41. It can be understood that, by providing the avoidance slot 412 on the first component 41 to provide an avoidance space for the rotation of the second component 42, the interference of the second component 42 with the first component 41 during the rotation can be avoided, and the rotatable angle of the second component 42 relative to the first component 41 can be increased, so as to increase the rotatable angle of the clamping arm 20 relative to the middle bracket 10, so that the neck massager 100 can obtain a larger wearing space a, which is beneficial for the neck massager 100 to adapt to the necks of different users.
In some embodiments, the first member 41 has a first surface 41a and a second surface 41b adjacent and connected, the first surface 41a is disposed toward the second member 42, the recess 411 is disposed on the first surface 41a, and the relief groove 412 is disposed on the second surface 41 b. It will be appreciated that the recess 411 and the bypass groove 412 are formed on different surfaces of the first member 41 such that the second member 42 can rotate from a position approximately perpendicular to the first surface 41a (as shown in fig. 5) to a position approximately perpendicular to the second surface 41b (as shown in fig. 6), i.e., the bypass groove 412 formed on the second surface 41b can provide a larger bypass space for the second member 42 to rotate relative to the first member 41, thereby further increasing the angle of rotation of the second member 42 relative to the first member 41.
Optionally, the elastic fastening members 31 are disposed in pairs and respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the second member 42, the fastening portions 32 are disposed in pairs and respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first member 41 corresponding to the elastic fastening members 31, and the two opposite sides of the first member 41 are respectively disposed toward the two opposite sides of the second member 42. It can be understood that the elastic snap 31 and the snap portion 32 arranged in pairs can increase the force for keeping the clamping arms 20 in the unfolded state or the folded state, thereby improving the stability of the clamping arms 20 in the unfolded state or the folded state.
Considering that the rotating mechanism 40 rotates many times when the neck massager 100 is used and stored, it is easy to wear and even damage. Therefore, in order to ensure the connection strength and reliability of the rotating mechanism 40, the first member 41 and the second member 42 are both made of a metal material. The metal material may be aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper alloy, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, in order to realize the rotational connection between the middle frame 10 and the clamping arms 20, one of the middle frame 10 and the clamping arms 20 is provided with an elastic shaft 50, and the other of the middle frame 10 and the clamping arms 20 is provided with two shaft holes, wherein two ends of the elastic shaft 50 are telescopically and respectively rotatably connected to the two shaft holes. Specifically, the elastic shaft 50 is disposed on the second member 42 fixedly connected to the clamping arm 20, and two shaft holes are disposed on the first member 41 fixedly connected to the middle bracket 10. It can be understood that, in consideration of the small volume of the first and second members 41 and 42, the space for installing the elastic shaft 50 is small when assembled. Therefore, the present embodiment employs the elastic shaft 50 with two ends retractable, and when assembling, the two ends of the elastic shaft 50 can be aligned with the two shaft holes by pressing the two ends of the elastic shaft 50, so that the present embodiment can be applied to the assembling of the first component 41 and the second component 42 with small volume.
Illustratively, the shaft hole is a blind hole. Specifically, two shaft holes are respectively formed in two opposite groove walls of the groove 411 of the first component 41, and the design of a blind hole is adopted, so that the elastic shaft 50 with two telescopic ends can be matched, the elastic shaft 50 can be disassembled and assembled in the blind hole, and the integrity of the outer surface of the first component 41 is kept.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a neck massager 100, which is rotatably connected to the middle support 10 through two clamping arms 20, so that the two clamping arms 20 are respectively provided with an unfolded state which is unfolded relative to the middle bracket 10 and a folded state which is folded relative to the middle bracket 10, and when the clamping arms 20 are positioned at the unfolded state, the two clamping arms 20 can form a wearing space a with the middle bracket 10 to adapt to the neck, and when the clamping arms 20 are in the folded state, the two clamping arms 20 are folded at the inner side of the middle bracket 10 to facilitate the accommodation of the neck massage instrument 100, the elastic buckle 31 and the clamping part 32 of the holding structure are respectively arranged at one and the other of the middle bracket 10 and the clamping arms 20, the elastic buckle 31 is clamped and matched with the clamping part 32, so that the clamping arms 20 can be kept in the unfolded state and/or the folded state, the stability is better, and the condition that the clamping arms 20 are rotated to collide with the middle bracket 10 to cause damage is avoided.
The neck massager disclosed by the embodiment of the utility model is described in detail, the principle and the implementation mode of the utility model are explained by applying an example, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the neck massager and the core idea of the neck massager; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
