The inner pot can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot containing part, or can be freely put into the inner pot containing part or taken out from the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot can be conveniently cleaned. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body 10 includes therein heating means for heating the inner pot, such as a heat generating plate, to heat the inner pot.
It is understood that the cooking appliance according to the present invention may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other cooking appliances, and the cooking appliance may have various functions such as cooking porridge, etc. in addition to the function of cooking rice.
The lid body 20 has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body 10. The lid 20 is openably and closably provided on the pot body 10, and specifically, it is pivoted to the pot body 10 by a pivot shaft, and can be freely pivoted about the pivot axis where the pivot shaft is located between a closed position and an open position with respect to the pot body 10, so as to facilitate the closing and opening of the pot body 10. When the lid 20 is closed on the pot body 10, it covers the inner pot, and a cooking space is formed between the inner pot and the lid. The lid body 20 also typically has a pot mouth seal, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, disposed between the lid body 20 and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the lid body 20 is in the closed position.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a steam valve 100, and the steam valve 100 can be disposed on the cover body 20 for exhausting steam inside the cooking space to the outside environment. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the steam valve 100 may include a steam valve upper cover 110, a steam valve cover 120, and a first sealing ring 130. The steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a steam discharge port 111 for communicating with the external environment. The steam valve cover 120 may be disposed on an upper side of the steam valve cover 110, and may cover at least a portion of the steam valve cover 110, for example, the steam valve cover 120 is shown covering a portion of the steam valve cover 110 where the steam outlet 111 is not disposed. A first seal ring 130 can be clamped between the steam valve upper cover 110 and the steam valve cover 120 for providing a seal at the connection therebetween.
It will be appreciated that the first seal ring 130 is resiliently deformable; which is deformed by a clamping force between the steam valve cover 110 and the steam valve housing 120. It should be noted that directional terms used herein to describe various components, portions, etc. of the steam valve 100, such as "upper," "lower," "above," "below," "up," "down," etc., are relative to the steam valve 100 in a horizontally disposed and upright position (i.e., the steam valve shown in fig. 2 and 3).
The steam valve 100 may further include a steam valve lower cover 140. The steam valve lower cover 140 can be disposed at a lower side of the steam valve upper cover 110, and can be connected with the steam valve upper cover 110. Further, the steam valve upper cover 110 may be detachably coupled with the steam valve lower cover 140 by at least one of snapping, screwing, and fastening of fasteners such as screws. Thus, the steam valve lower cover 140 can be quickly assembled to the steam valve upper cover 110. The steam valve lower cover 140 may form a steam passage with the steam valve upper cover 110 for communicating the cooking space with the external environment.
As shown in fig. 4, the steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a steam valve upper cover hole 112, and the steam valve cover 120 may be provided with a positioning post 121; the first seal ring 130 may be provided with a first seal ring hole 131. The positioning post 121 can pass down through the first gasket hole 131 and out through the lower part of the steam valve upper cover hole 112. The penetrating portion 122 of the positioning post 121 may be connected to the steam valve upper cover 110 by welding.
In this embodiment, the steam valve cover 120 can be connected with the steam valve upper cover 110 at the sealing ring by welding, so that the connection structure between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 is more stable and reliable, and even if the steam valve cover 120 is heated or deformed by stress, the stable connection between the two can be ensured; therefore, the sealing ring between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 can be always kept in a clamped state, the sealing between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 is ensured to be more stable and reliable, the sealing effect is better, and liquid and steam such as water are prevented from easily entering the steam valve cover 120. The steam valve 100 of the present embodiment has more stable and reliable sealing performance in a high temperature environment, so that the product quality and the user experience can be improved.
Further, the positioning column 121 may extend vertically, in other words, the positioning column 121 may be straight. The first packing hole 131 and the steam valve upper cover hole 112 can be positioned to vertically correspond to each other. Therefore, the positioning column 121 can be conveniently and sequentially inserted into the first sealing ring hole 131 and the steam valve upper cover hole 112, and the assembling process is simple and easy to operate.
As shown in fig. 5, the penetrating portion 122 of the positioning post 121 may be welded to form a convex portion 123. The welding means may be any suitable means such as thermal welding, ultrasonic welding, etc. In a preferred embodiment, the male portion 123 can be snapped to the lower surface of the steam valve upper cover 110. In this embodiment, the upper surface of the convex portion 123 abuts against the lower surface of the steam valve upper cover 110. The size of the convex portion 123 is larger than the diameter of the steam valve upper cover hole 112. By means of the convex portion 123, the positioning column 121 can be stably fixed to the steam valve upper cover 110, preventing the positioning column 121 from loosening relative to the steam valve upper cover 110 or from being pulled out upward from the steam valve upper cover hole 112. And the steam valve cover 120 may be made of a different material from the steam valve upper cover 110. In other words, the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve cover 110 may be made of different materials. This can improve the degree of freedom in designing the steam valve 100. For example, the steam valve cover 120 may be made of a transparent or translucent material. From this, can be provided with the line that is used for decorating at the upper surface of steam valve upper cover 110, the user can see through steam valve cover 120 and observe this line, promotes the design of product and feels, makes the product more pleasing to the eye.
In other embodiments, the projection 123 can be welded to the lower surface of the steam valve upper cover 110. In this embodiment, the convex portion 123 can be fused with the steam valve upper cover 110 as one body to provide a more stable connection structure.
The male portion 123 may have a circumferential rim portion 124. Peripheral portion 124 can be contiguous with the lower surface of steam valve cover 110 at the edge of steam valve cover aperture 112, around steam valve cover aperture 112. That is, the convex portion 123 can be connected to a ring of hole edges of the steam valve upper cover hole 112. Therefore, the connection structure between the convex portion 123 and the steam valve upper cover 110 can be firmer, so that the positioning column 121 is not easy to loosen or fall out of the steam valve upper cover hole 112 upward relative to the steam valve upper cover 110.
The piercing portion 122 may have a piercing dimension L that protrudes from the lower surface of the steam valve upper cover 110 before welding. The exit dimension L may be greater than or equal to 3mm, for example, the exit dimension L may be 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, and the like. The positioning post 121 may be a solid post. Of course, the positioning post 121 can also be a hollow post if needed and/or desired.
The shape of the first seal ring hole 131 corresponds to the shape of the positioning post 121. For example, the positioning post 121 is a circular post, and the first gasket hole 131 is a circular hole. The positioning post 121 can be in interference fit with the first seal ring hole 131. The positioning post 121 can closely adhere to the inner surface of the first gasket hole 131, so that the sealing performance of the steam valve cover 120 at the first gasket hole 131 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the steam valve cover 120 is provided with a central aperture 125. The exhaust port 111 can be located within the central bore 125. Further, the top of the steam valve cover 110 can be located in the central hole 125, and the top of the steam valve 100 is opened with a steam outlet 111. The steam valve cover 120 may include an inner circumferential wall 126 enclosing a central bore 125 and an outer circumferential wall 127 spaced from the inner circumferential wall 126. The outer peripheral wall 127 may be connected to the steam valve upper cover 110.
The lower surface of the inner peripheral wall 126 may be provided with a plurality of positioning posts 121 arranged at intervals. A plurality of positioning posts 121 are arranged in an annular array about the center line of the central bore 125. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7, the first sealing ring 130 may be correspondingly provided with a plurality of first sealing ring holes 131, and the steam valve upper cover 110 may be correspondingly provided with a plurality of steam valve upper cover holes 112. Specifically, the figure shows 5 locating posts 121, 5 first gasket holes 131, and 5 steam valve upper cover holes 112. Thus, a sealing structure may be formed at the inner circumference of the steam valve housing 120 to prevent liquid, such as water, steam from entering the steam valve housing 120 from the inner circumference of the steam valve 100. The dimension of the positioning post 121 in the horizontal direction may be smaller than the wall thickness of the inner circumferential wall 126. The lower surface of the steam valve cover 120 at the portion surrounding the positioning post 121 can abut against the upper surface of the first sealing ring 130, so that the first sealing ring 130 has substantially the same deformation at each position. So that the sealability of the steam valve cover 120 at the first packing hole 131 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the first sealing ring 130 may include two sealing ring side walls 132 arranged at intervals and extending vertically and a sealing ring top wall 133 connecting the two sealing ring side walls 132. Further, the first sealing ring 130 may have a groove shape in cross section. The first seal ring aperture 131 can be provided in the seal ring top wall 133. In this embodiment, on the one hand, it is convenient to open the first sealing ring hole 131, and on the other hand, the first sealing ring 130 can provide a larger elastic deformation capability, particularly a larger elastic deformation capability in the vertical direction, which is more advantageous in the embodiment where the positioning column 121 is clamped to the steam valve upper cover 110. When the penetrating portion 122 of the positioning post 121 is welded, the first sealing ring 130 may be pressed and deformed, and after welding, the formed protruding portion 123 may be closely attached to the lower surface of the steam valve upper cover 110 due to the elastic force of the first sealing ring 130.
The steam valve 100 may further include a second sealing ring 150. The second seal ring 150 is clamped between the outer peripheral wall 127 of the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110. A sealing structure may be formed at the periphery of the steam valve housing 120 to prevent liquid, such as water, steam from entering the steam valve housing 120 from the periphery of the steam valve 100. As shown in fig. 8, the steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a first groove 114 and a second groove 115 that open upward. The first groove 114 is spaced apart from the second groove 115, and is closer to the center of the steam valve upper cover 110 with respect to the second groove 115. The first sealing ring 130 can be retained within the first groove 114, and the inner peripheral wall 126 of the steam valve cover 120 can partially extend into the first groove 114. The bottom of the first groove 114 is provided with a steam valve upper cover hole 112. The second seal ring 150 can be captured within the second groove 115 and the outer peripheral wall 127 of the steam valve cover 120 can extend partially into the second groove 115.
Of course, a gasket may be provided between the steam valve upper cover 110 and the steam valve lower cover 140, and the gasket may be provided on the side of the steam outlet 111 close to the center of the steam valve upper cover 110, or may be provided on the outer periphery of the steam valve upper cover 110.
Further, the peripheral wall 127 may be connected to the steam valve upper cover 110 by at least one of snapping, screwing, fastening with a fastener such as a screw, and welding. For the embodiment that the periphery of the steam valve cover 120 is welded to the steam valve upper cover 110, the connection structure between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 can be further made more stable and reliable, and even if the steam valve cover 120 is heated or stressed to deform, the stable connection between the two can be ensured; therefore, the sealing ring between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 can be kept in a clamped state all the time, the sealing between the steam valve cover 120 and the steam valve upper cover 110 is ensured to be more stable and reliable, and the sealing effect is better.
As shown in fig. 9, in the illustrated embodiment, the steam valve cover 120 is shown with its outer periphery snap-fitted to the steam valve cover 110. Specifically, the outer circumferential wall 127 may be provided with a catch 128, and the steam valve upper cover 110 may be provided with a catch hole 113 corresponding to the catch 128. The catch 128 can be snapped into the catch hole 113. In an embodiment not shown, the peripheral wall 127 may be connected to the steam valve lower cover 140 by at least one of snapping, screwing, fastening with fasteners such as screws, and welding.
