Exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The cooking appliance of the present invention includes a cover body 100 and a pot body (not shown). The pot body may include a pot body housing (not shown) configured substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped or a cylinder or a truncated cone. An inner pot (not shown) may also be disposed within the pot body housing. For example, the outer shell of the cooker body can be provided with a concave cavity with a cylindrical shape, and the inner pot can be freely put into or taken out of the concave cavity, so that the inner pot can be cleaned conveniently. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening 122 for receiving material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., therein. The pot body is usually provided therein with a heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot.
The cover body 100 is configured to be pivotably connected to the pot body about a pivot axis. When the cover body 100 is closed, a cooking space is formed between the cover body 100 and the inner pot.
The cooking appliance according to the utility model may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan or other cooking appliance.
Hereinafter, a cover according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cover 100 of the present invention includes a cover 110 and a glass panel 120. The cover 110 generally forms an outer shell of the cover 100, and has a top with a gap for placing the glass panel 120.
The cover 110 is provided with a mounting portion 111 for mounting the glass panel 120. Also, the surface of the glass panel 120 facing the face cover 110 is provided with a fixing portion 121 protruding downward. When the glass panel 120 is assembled to the face cover 110 and coupled to the face cover 110, the fixing portion 121 and the mounting portion 111 can form an interface.
The material forming the fixing portion 121 is different from the material forming the glass panel 120. For example, the material forming the fixing portion 121 may be polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide, or other resin. The fixing portion 121 is preferably integrally molded with the glass panel 120 by in-mold molding. For example, FIG. 4 shows a glass panel 120 prior to in-mold molding, which has a smooth surface without other parts. Fig. 5 shows the in-molded glass panel 120 as a unitary piece with a plurality of fixtures 121.
According to the cover body 100 of the present invention, the fixing portion 121 and the glass panel 120 are integrally formed by means of in-mold injection, so that the glass panel 120 itself has a structure fastened to the cover body 110, thereby eliminating the fixing frame, forming the cover body into a new structure, reducing the assembly process and improving the production efficiency.
Continuing with reference to fig. 1 and 2. The mounting portion 111 may have a groove 112 formed by being depressed downward. So that the fixing portion 121 can extend at least partially into the recess 112 when the glazing panel 120 is assembled. Therefore, the alignment positioning of assembly is facilitated, and the production efficiency can be further improved.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the fixing portion 121 includes a fixing hole 123, and an internal thread is formed in the fixing hole 123. That is, the fixing portion 121 may be a stud with an internal thread, and a screw hole of the stud is the fixing hole 123. Correspondingly, the mounting portion 111 is provided with a mounting hole 113. The cover 110 and the glass panel 120 can be fixed together by screws from below the cover 110.
In the above embodiment, the mounting portion 111 is recessed downward to form a groove 112, and a mounting hole 113 is opened on the bottom wall of the groove 112. The stud extends into the recess 112 and the threaded bore of the stud is opposite the mounting hole 113, preferably coaxially.
In an embodiment not shown, the fixing portion 121 may be a snap. Correspondingly, the mounting portion 111 may be a slot or other component capable of forming a snap fit with a buckle. The installation can be fixed through the joint, and the installation is simple and efficient.
It will be readily appreciated that the above arrangement may also be reversed. That is, the fixing portion 121 may include a card slot. Correspondingly, the mounting portion 111 is configured as a snap.
Please refer to fig. 3 and 5. The fixing portions 121 are preferably uniformly formed on the periphery of the glass panel 120, so as to improve the fixing strength and reduce the possibility of a gap occurring when the edge of the glass panel 120 is lifted. Preferably, the minimum distance between the two fixing parts 121 is 20 to 80 mm. More preferably, the minimum distance between the two fixing portions 121 is 30 to 50 mm.
In this embodiment, a micro-pressure valve 130 penetrating the cover body 100 may be further disposed in the cover body 100, and the glass panel 120 is correspondingly provided with an opening 122 to allow the micro-pressure valve 130 to pass through. Since the temperature change at the opening 122 is large, in order to reduce the warping of the glass panel 120 caused by thermal expansion and contraction, it is preferable to provide several fixing portions 121 at the periphery of the opening 122. For example, at least two openings 122 are provided around the periphery thereof. It is easy to understand that a plurality of fixing portions 121 may be uniformly disposed on the periphery of the opening 122. The minimum distance between the two fixing portions 121 is preferably 20 to 80mm, and more preferably 30 to 50 mm.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, face cover 110 may also be formed with display panel mounting slots 114 for mounting display panels and/or key frames, etc. Since the glass panel 120 may have a gap at the display panel installation recess 114, it is preferable to provide a plurality of fixing portions 121 at positions of the glass panel 120 corresponding to the periphery of the display panel installation recess 114.
In addition, the glass panel 120 and the fixing portion 121 have different shrinkage rates with temperature change due to different materials. Thereby, there may occur a problem that the fixing portion 121 is greatly contracted to pull the glass panel 120 apart. In order to prevent the above phenomenon, it is necessary to control a contact area of the fixing portion 121 and the glass panel 120.
Preferably, the area of the projection of the fixing portion 121 on the glass panel 120 accounts for no more than 80% of the total area of the glass panel 120. More preferably, the area of the projection of the fixing portion 121 on the glass panel 120 accounts for no more than 50% of the total area of the glass panel 120. With such an arrangement, the glass panel 120 can be prevented from being pulled apart by the non-glass fixing portion 121 due to expansion with heat and contraction with cold after demolding.
