The pot body 110 includes a housing 111, a middle plate 112 positioned inside the housing 111, and a base 113 positioned below the middle plate 112. The inner pot 130 receiving part for storing the inner pot 130 may be formed between the middle plate 112 and the base 113. The cover 111 is disposed between the middle plate 112 and the base 113, and detachably coupled to the middle plate 112 and the base 113, respectively. For example, an upper portion of the housing 111 may be snapped to the middle plate 112 and a lower portion of the housing 111 may be snapped to the base 113. In the present embodiment, the middle plate 112 is manufactured by a mold forming process, such as an injection molding process, by means of a middle plate mold.
A connector 140 is further provided in the pot body 110, and the connector 140 can be detachably provided between the middle plate 112 and the base 113. The middle plate 112 and the base 113 can be connected by a connector 140. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the cooking appliance 100, cooking appliances 100 of different capacities can be manufactured using the same middle plate 112. Specifically, by providing the connector 140 between the middle plate 112 and the base 113 or selectively providing the connectors 140 of different heights, it is possible to adapt to the inner pots 130 having different capacities, so that the cooking appliances 100 having different capacities can be prepared.
It will be appreciated that the distance between the midplane 112 and the base 113 may be different in different instances where a connector 140 is used, where no connector 140 is used, or where connectors 140 of different heights are used. The present embodiment enables cooking appliances 100 of different capacities to have different installation distances between the middle plate 112 and the base 113 by using the connector 140 and installing the connectors 140 of different heights during the manufacturing process of the cooking appliance 100. Cooking appliances 100 of different capacities have different heights.
The inner pots 130 having different heights have substantially the same radial size. In other words, the inner pans 130 having the same radial dimension but different heights are suitably arranged between the middle plate 112 and the base 113. In the case of producing cooking appliances 100 of different capacities using the connectors 140 of different heights, or without using the connectors 140, the heights of the housings of the cooking appliances 100 fitted to the different capacities are different.

The corresponding middle plate fixing column 115 and the base fixing column 114 are connected through a connector 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the screw posts 114 are shown as four, and accordingly, four connectors 140 and four middle plate fixing posts 115 are provided in the cooking appliance. Four connectors 140 are arranged discretely around the inner pan 130. Specifically, each two screw posts 114 are respectively disposed at the front of the base 113 and the rear of the base 113. Accordingly, every two middle plate fixing posts 115 are disposed at the front of the middle plate 112 and the rear of the middle plate 112, respectively. Here, it should be noted that the direction of the cooking appliance 100 facing the user is "front", and the direction away from the user is "rear".
The middle plate fixing post 115 has an axially extending mounting hole 116. In the case of producing the cooking appliance 100 without using the connector 140, the screw post 114 and the mounting hole 116 of the middle plate fixing post 115 may be connected by a fastener such as a screw. In the case of producing the cooking appliance 100 using the connector 140, the connector 140 may be installed between the screw post 114 and the middle plate fixing post 115 and detachably connected with the screw post 114 and the middle plate fixing post 115.
As shown in fig. 3, the connector 140 includes a first cylinder 141 connected to the middle plate 112 and a second cylinder 142 connected to the base 113. The first column 141 and the second column 142 extend in the same direction and have non-collinear axes. In other words, the first and second bodies 142 are disposed off-axis. In this embodiment, when the second cylinder 142 is caught in the screw cylinder 114 of the base 113, the first cylinder 141 may be rotatable about the axis of the second cylinder 142, thereby enabling adjustment of the relative position between the first cylinder 141 and the middle plate fixing cylinder 115. After the first cylinder 141 is aligned with the middle plate fixing post 115, the first cylinder 141 and the middle plate fixing post 115 are connected by a fastener, and the second cylinder 142 and the screw post 114 of the base 113 are connected. In the illustrated embodiment, the first cylinder 141 and the second cylinder 142 are shown as cylinders. Of course, the first and second cylinders 141 and 142 are not limited to cylinders, and may be provided in other suitable shapes as needed.
Specifically, the first cylinder 141 is provided with a first locking hole 143 extending in the axial direction. The first cylinder 141 is a hollow cylinder provided with a first locking hole 143 at an upper portion thereof. The screw enters the first cylinder 141 from below and extends into the mounting hole 116 of the middle plate fixing column 115 through the first locking hole 143 to be connected. The second cylinder 142 is provided with a second locking hole 144 (fig. 2) extending in the axial direction. The other screw enters the screw post 114 of the base 113 from below and is connected through the screw post 114 into the second locking hole 144 of the second post 142.
Optionally, a card slot 145 with an upward opening is disposed at the top of the first cylinder 141. The catching groove 145 is disposed above a horizontal plane where the first locking hole 143 is located. As shown in fig. 5, the middle plate fixing post 115 is provided with a radially extending catching portion 117. The snap-in portion 117 is adapted to fit into the snap-in slot 145. Specifically, the catching portion 117 extends outward from the outer surface of the middle plate fixing post 115. The clamping portions 117 correspond to the clamping slots 145 one to one. The card slot 145 can retain the card portion 117 in the card slot 145 so that the first post 141 and the midplane securing post 115 can be quickly aligned during installation of the connector 140.

The transverse base 146 is horizontally disposed, the bottom of the first cylinder 141 is connected to the transverse base 146, and the top of the second cylinder 142 is connected to the transverse base 146. In order to reinforce the structural strength of the connector 140, in the present embodiment, a first reinforcing rib 147 for connecting the first cylinder 141 and the transverse base 146 is provided therebetween. A second reinforcing rib 148 connecting each other is provided between the second cylinder 142 and the lateral base 146. The first reinforcing bead 147 and the second reinforcing bead 148 each extend in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the column.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the front portion of the middle plate 112 is lower than the rear portion of the middle plate 112. Specifically, the height position of the middle plate fixing post 115 at the front of the middle plate 112 is lower than that of the middle plate fixing post 115 at the rear of the middle plate 112, and the height positions of the screw posts 114 on the base 113 are substantially the same, and thus, the connector 140 further includes a front connector 140a disposed at the front of the middle plate 112 and a rear connector 140b disposed at the rear of the middle plate 112. The height of the front connector 140a is smaller than the height of the rear connector 140 b. This allows the mid-plate 112 and base 113 to be coupled together using connectors 140 of different heights.
