The steam port 131 can communicate with the steam passage 105.
In the present embodiment, the steam port 131 may be located at the rear side of the heat generating pipe 110 in the front-rear direction of the cover 100. So that the steam passage 105 communicating with the steam port 131 can be defined to be located at the rear side of the heat generating pipe 110. And at least a portion of steam port 131 may be located between two cold side sections 113. Further, at least a portion of the projection of the vapor port 131 on the horizontal plane of the cold end section 113 may be located between the two cold end sections 113. It should be noted that, in the directional terms such as "front-back", "front side", "rear side", etc., used herein, "front" may be understood as a direction of the cover 100 close to the user, and "rear" may be understood as a direction of the cover 100 away from the user.
With this embodiment, by setting the position of the steam port with respect to the heat generating pipe, it is possible to arrange the steam passage communicating with the steam port by using the space between the two cold side sections 113 of the heat generating pipe which are close to each other, and the steam passage can be arranged more reasonably at the rear side of the heat generating pipe, whereby the arrangement of each component in the cover body can be made more compact, the space utilization ratio of the cover body is improved, and it is beneficial to miniaturizing the cover body.
The heat generating tube 110 may have a bent configuration. That is, the heat generating tube 110 may be a bent element having any suitable shape, such as a C-shape, a U-shape, an arc shape, a ring shape, etc. In the illustrated embodiment, the heat generating pipe 110 may have a circular ring shape. The heat generating tube 110 may be symmetrical with respect to a center line of the cover body 100 extending in the front-rear direction. The geometric center of the heat generating pipe 110 may be vertically collinear with the geometric center of the inner pot to improve heating efficiency. The geometric center of the steam port 131 is collinear with the projection of the geometric center of the heat generating pipe 110 on the horizontal plane.
As shown in fig. 2, a distance D1 between the geometric center of the steam port 131 and the geometric center of the heat generating pipe 110 in the horizontal direction may be greater than or equal to the inner radius of the heat generating pipe 110. The steam ports 131 may be arranged based on the position of the geometric center of the steam ports 131 in the horizontal direction with respect to the geometric center of the heat generating pipe 110, thereby making the position of the steam passage in the horizontal direction more reasonable. Alternatively, the distance D1 may be 40mm to 200mm, such as 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, and the like.
Further, the cover body 100 may be provided with a steam passage 105 in which the temperature measuring device 104 communicates with the steam port. The temperature measuring device 104 is used to detect the temperature of the steam, thereby judging the cooking state. At least a temperature measuring portion of the temperature measuring device 104 may be located in the steam passage 105 so as to be directly contacted with the steam, more sensitively detecting the temperature of the steam. The temperature measuring device 104 can be located on the rear side of the center line C1 of the steam passage 105 in the front-rear direction.
In this embodiment, the temperature measuring device 104 can be disposed at a position farther from the heating tube 110 in the steam channel 105, so that the temperature measuring device 104 is far away from the heating tube 110 as much as possible, and the heat generated by the heating tube 110 is reduced from being transferred to the temperature measuring device 104, thereby reducing or even avoiding the influence of the heat generated by the heating tube 110 on the measurement result of the temperature measuring device 104, enabling the temperature measuring device 104 to accurately measure the temperature of the steam, and thus being capable of accurately judging the cooking state and accurately controlling the cooking process.
In the illustrated embodiment, the temperature measuring device 104 may be located on the rear side of the steam path 105 in the front-rear direction, and the temperature measuring portion may extend into the steam path 105 from the rear side of the steam path 105. Thus, the temperature measuring device 104 can be installed in the space of the cover 100 behind the steam passage 105, and the temperature measuring device 104 can be further away from the heat pipe 110 in the horizontal direction, thereby further reducing the heat generated by the heat pipe 110 from being transferred to the temperature measuring device 104. In this embodiment, the steam channel 105 may be a straight channel extending in a vertical direction. In an embodiment that is not shown, the temperature measuring device 104 can be located on the upper side of the steam channel 105 in the vertical direction, and the temperature measuring part can protrude from the upper side of the steam channel 105 into the steam channel 105. In this embodiment, the steam channel 105 may be a curved channel extending in a vertical direction and having a curved portion at which the temperature measuring device 104 is disposed.
The temperature measuring device 104 may be arranged in a horizontal direction. Therefore, the position of the temperature measuring device 104 in the vertical direction can be adjusted, so that the temperature measuring device 104 as a whole can be farther away from the heating tube 110 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the heat generating tubes 110 may also be arranged in a horizontal direction. The heat generating tube 110 may have a heat generating tube center line C2 extending in a horizontal direction; the temperature sensing device 104 may have a temperature sensing device centerline C3 that extends in a horizontal direction. The distance D2 between the central line of the temperature measuring device and the central line of the heating tube in the vertical direction can be larger than or equal to 1 mm. For example, the distance D2 may be 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, etc. The temperature measuring device 104 can be arranged based on the position of the center line of the temperature measuring device in the vertical direction relative to the center line of the heating tube, so that the position of the temperature measuring device 104 in the vertical direction is more reasonable, and the temperature measuring device can be farther away from the heating tube 110.
As shown in fig. 3, the cover body 100 may further include a partition plate 120 disposed below the heat generating pipe 110. The isolation plate 120 is used to isolate the heating tube 110, so as to prevent water, liquid, steam, etc. from entering the heating tube 110 and affecting the heating tube 110, and prevent the user from directly touching the heating tube 110 when the cover body 100 is opened, thereby causing scalding or electric shock.
The isolation plate 120 can be disposed above or outside the removable cover 130. The partition plate 120 is at least partially made of a transparent material so that heat generated from the heat generating tube 110 is easily radiated downward through the partition plate 120. The transparent material may be transparent glass. The removable cover 130 can be partially provided with an aperture 132. The opening 132 corresponds to the position of the heat generating tube 110. In other words, the opening 132 is located directly below the heat generating tube 110. The heat that heating tube 110 that sets up in lid 100 radiated can see through transparent division board 120, directly radiates to the culinary art space in via the trompil 132 of removable lid 130 to heating tube 110's heating efficiency is higher, reaches better heating effect.
The removable cover 130 may include the aperture 132 and the cover portion 133 described above. The capping portion 133 surrounds the opening 132. The covering portion 133 can cover an area of the partition plate 120 outside the transmissive portion 121, and the opening hole 132 can correspond to a position of the transmissive portion 121. Thus, the heat generated from the heat generating pipe 110 can be directly radiated to the cooking space through the penetration portion 121 via the opening 132; the covering portion 133 of the detachable cover 130 can cover the area of the partition plate 120 other than the penetrating portion 121, thereby further reducing the area where food remnants are attached to the partition plate 120 and the washing area of the partition plate 120 without affecting heat penetration. And the heat generating tube 110 can be viewed from the opening 132 when the cover 100 is opened.
The shape of the opening 132 may correspond to the shape of the outer contour of the heat generating pipe 110. In this embodiment, the opening 132 may be formed according to the shape of the outer contour of the heat generating tube 110 away from the center of the cover 100, and for the circular heat generating tube 110, the opening 131 is formed in a rounded shape with a broken corner, so that the structure of the detachable cover 130 may be simplified, and the detachable cover 130 may be more easily manufactured. The radius of the opening 131 is larger than that of the heat generating tube 110. Thus, more of the downwardly radiated heat can pass through the opening 132 without being blocked by the removable cover 130. The utilization rate of heat is improved to the maximum extent, and energy is saved.
The steam port 131 may be located at the rear side of the opening hole 132 in the front-rear direction. Thus, the steam channel 105 may be located outside the area defined by the inner contour of the heat generating tube 110, i.e. the steam channel 105 may not be disposed in the area enclosed by the heat generating tube 110, so that the heat radiated in more directions of the heat generating tube 110 may be prevented from being transferred to the temperature measuring device 104.
The heat generating pipe 110 may be in the shape of a circular arc. Correspondingly, the shape of the opening 132 is configured to be circular. The detachable cover 130 may be formed with an arc-shaped protrusion 134 protruding toward the center of the opening 132 such that the opening 132 is formed in a circular shape with an arc-shaped unfilled corner. For the embodiment of the heat generating tube 110, the locations of the arc-shaped protrusions 134 correspond to the two cold end sections 113 of the heat generating tube 110. At least a portion of the steam ports 131 can be located at the arcuate projections 134. On the one hand, the arrangement of the various components in the cover body 100 can be made more compact, which is beneficial for miniaturizing the cover body 100; on the other hand, when the cover body 100 is opened, a reasonable arrangement structure can be presented to a user, the visual sense of the user is improved, and therefore the user experience sense is better.
As shown in fig. 2, the centers of the openings 132 and the arcuate projections 134 are collinear, and in particular, both are on a centerline of the removable cover 130 that extends in the front-to-rear direction. In other words, the opening hole 132 is symmetrical with respect to a center line of the cover body 100 extending in the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 3, the detachable cover 130 may be provided with a steam port 135 protruding downward, and the steam port 131 can be provided on the steam port 135. The steam port portion 135 is configured to be circular, i.e., the outer contour of the steam port portion 135 is circular. The center of the steam port portion 135 (corresponding to the geometric center of the steam port 131 above) coincides with the center of the arc-shaped projection 134, i.e., both are concentric. From this, can make each part structural arrangement of removable lid 130 compact, the overall arrangement is neat, when lid 100 is opened, can present reasonable arrangement to the user, promotes user's visual sensation to it feels better to make user experience.
The cover 100 may further include a reflecting member 140. The reflecting member 140 can be disposed above the heat generating pipe 110.
