Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, LED light bar 100 includes a profile 110, a mask 130, and a display assembly 120. The section bar 110 is provided with a containing cavity 111 communicated with the outside, and the mask 130 and the display component 120 are arranged in the containing cavity 111. The mask 130 is provided with a through hole 131, and the display module 120 penetrates through the through hole 131 to the outside of the accommodating cavity 111. The accommodating cavity 111 includes a bottom wall 112 and at least two opposite side walls 113 connected to the periphery of the bottom wall 112, and second connecting portions 113b are opened on the at least two opposite side walls 113. The opposite side surfaces of the mask 130 are provided with first connection parts 133 fixedly connected with the second connection parts 113 b. In other words, by fixing the face cover 130 in the accommodating cavity 111, the distance between two adjacent LED light bars 100 can be relatively increased under the condition that the overall size of the LED grille screen 10 is not changed, so that the permeability of the LED grille screen 10 is relatively improved.
In the above embodiment, the two opposite side walls 113 of the accommodating cavity 111 are respectively provided with the second connecting portions 113b, the two opposite side walls 113 of the accommodating cavity 111 on the mask 130 are respectively provided with the first connecting portions 133, and the first connecting portions 133 are fixedly connected with the second connecting portions 113 b.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the profile 110 includes a first side 114, and the receiving cavity 111 is connected to the outside at the first side 114. The face shield 130 includes a second side 134, the second side 134 being the side of the face shield 130 that is distal from the bottom wall 112. The through hole 131 is opened on the second side 134, and the second side 134 and the first side 114 are located on the same plane. By providing the second side 134 in the same plane as the first side 114, i.e. on the side of the LED grille panel 10 from which the image is output, the cover 130 is flush with the profile 110. Because the display component 120 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 111, and the display component 120 penetrates through the through hole 131 to the outside of the accommodating cavity 111, the viewable angle of the LED grid screen 10 can be increased by making the face mask 130 flush with the profile 110. The above-mentioned viewable viewing angle means that the LED grille 10 is usually installed on a building such as a building, that is, the installation position of the LED grille 10 has a certain height relative to the ground, and if the face shield 130 is protruded from the accommodating cavity 111, a part of the content displayed on the LED grille 10 viewed by the viewer on the ground is blocked by the protruded face shield 130. Therefore, by making the second side 134 of the face shield 130 and the first side 114 of the section bar 110 be located on the same plane, the viewable angle of the viewer can be relatively increased without changing the structural size of the section bar 110 and the display assembly 120, and the display effect of the LED grille screen 10 can be further improved.
In one embodiment, to reduce the difficulty of processing and installation, the first side surface 114 and the second side surface 134 may be arranged in parallel, and the second side surface 134 is located in the accommodating cavity 111.
