Fig. 1 to 12 are corresponding drawings of various embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the smoke discharging device includes: the smoke exhaust cover 30 is provided with a smoke flow channel 31 formed in the smoke exhaust cover 30, and the smoke exhaust cover 30 is provided with a smoke inlet port 32 and a smoke outlet port 34 which are communicated with the smoke flow channel 31; the water retaining component 33 is arranged in the smoke runner 31 and close to the smoke outlet port 34, the smoke outlet cover 30 is provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite to the smoke outlet port 34, the water retaining component separates the smoke runner to form a first output runner 311 close to the first side and a second output runner 312 close to the second side.
The smoke outlet cover 30 is internally provided with a hollow chamber to form a smoke flow channel 31, a smoke inlet of the smoke flow channel 31 can be used for communicating with a smoke exhaust pipeline of the water heater, and a smoke outlet 34 is communicated with the outside of the water heater.
The water retaining component 33 is disposed in the flue gas channel 31, and is configured to divide the flue gas output by the flue gas channel 31, so that the flue gas is divided and output by the first output channel 311 and the second output channel 312 respectively. Taking the structure shown in fig. 1 as an example, the water blocking assembly 33 divides the flue gas channel 31 into a first output channel 311 located at the upper portion and a second output channel 312 located at the lower portion, when the flue gas flows from left to right, when the flue gas flows through the water blocking assembly 33, the flue gas is divided, a part of the flue gas flows out from the first output channel 311 to the flue gas outlet 34, and a part of the flue gas flows out from the second output channel 312 to the flue gas outlet 34.
Referring to fig. 2, the water retaining member 33 may be a flat plate structure for blocking the interior of the flue gas channel 31. The water guard assembly 33 may also be of a trapezoidal overall cross-section configuration as shown in fig. 1. The water blocking assembly 33 has a water blocking surface facing the smoke outlet port 34. The water retaining component 33 is disposed close to the smoke outlet 34, and when water enters the smoke channel 31 through sputtering from the outside of the smoke outlet along the direction a1, the water retaining surface of the water retaining component 33 can sputter water to the outside of the smoke outlet 34 along the direction a2, so as to prevent the water from entering the smoke inlet 32 along the smoke channel 31.
When the smoke exhaust device is used in a water heater, the smoke exhaust port 34 is not generally disposed upward for water resistance. The water retaining component 33 can prevent water from entering the flue gas channel 31 on the inner wall of the smoke outlet device, so that the problem that water enters the burner 110 of the water heater along the flue gas channel 31 is avoided, and the normal operation of the water heater is kept. When the cigarette device is used for the open air, the baffle can block water splash into one side of the cigarette inlet port, and then the effect of preventing rainwater from entering the water heater is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first side and the second side are an upper side and a lower side of the smoke exhaust cover 30, and the first output flow passage 311 and the second output flow passage 312 are respectively disposed near upper and lower ends of the smoke exhaust cover 30. The water dam assembly 33 may be used to prevent water from splashing into the flue gas channel 31 from the underside or the upper side.

B2 under the action of the water blocking assembly 33, and the water flows downward under the action of gravity toward the lower end of the smoke outlet cover 30. When the water outlet 35 is provided on the smoke exhaust hood 30, water can be directly discharged through the water outlet 35.
Referring to fig. 6, when water splashes from top to bottom to the lower end of the water blocking assembly 33 along the direction shown in fig. C1, the water splashes toward the smoke outlet 34 along the direction shown in fig. C2 under the action of the water blocking assembly 33, and the water flows downward under the action of gravity toward the lower end of the smoke outlet cover 30. When the water outlet 35 is provided on the smoke exhaust hood 30, water can be directly discharged through the water outlet 35.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a first inner baffle 321 is disposed at an end of the first output flow channel 311 away from the smoke outlet 34, one end of the first inner baffle 321 is connected to an inner wall of the smoke outlet cover 30, and the other end of the first inner baffle 321 protrudes toward the water blocking assembly 33, and the first inner baffle 321 is used for blocking the inner side of the first output flow channel 311 and preventing water from flowing toward the smoke inlet 32 along the inner wall of the smoke outlet cover 30 when water obliquely splashes into the first output flow channel 311. Referring to fig. 8, when water splashes from bottom to top into the first output flow channel 311 along the direction E1, the first inner baffle 321 can splash water away from the smoke inlet 32, so that water cannot flow into the smoke inlet 32.
In an embodiment, a second inner baffle 322 is disposed at an end of the second output flow channel 312 away from the smoke outlet 34, one end of the second inner baffle 322 is connected to the inner wall of the smoke outlet hood 30, and the other end protrudes toward the water blocking assembly 33. The second inner baffle 322 is used for blocking the inner side of the second output flow channel 312, and is used for preventing water from flowing along the inner wall of the smoke outlet cover 30 towards the smoke inlet port 32 when the water obliquely splashes into the second output flow channel 312. Referring to fig. 7, when water splashes from top to bottom along the direction D1 into the second output flow channel 312, the second inner baffle 322 can splash the water away from the smoke inlet 32, so that the water cannot flow into the smoke inlet 32. When the hood 30 is provided with the drain port 35, water can be directly discharged through the drain port 35.
Because the water retaining assembly 33 can block most of the water splashed into the flue gas channel 31, when some of the water is splashed into the flue gas channel 31 at a small angle along the direction D1 in fig. 7 or the direction E1 in fig. 8, the first inner baffle 321 and the second inner baffle 322 can further play a role of retaining water, and the water is prevented from flowing into the flue gas inlet port 32.
The first inner barrier 321 and the second inner barrier 322 may be disposed at the smoke inlet port 32 to reduce the obstruction of the first output flow passage 311 and the second output flow passage 312. Or may be spaced from the smoke inlet port 32.
The first inner baffle 321 and/or the second inner baffle 322 protrude toward the water blocking assembly 33, so that the first inner baffle 321 and/or the second inner baffle 322 are perpendicular to the extending direction of the flue gas channel 31, or are inclined toward the flue gas outlet 34.

The first outer baffle 341 is configured to shield the smoke outlet 34 to reduce an effective flow area of the smoke outlet 34, so as to prevent water from splashing into the smoke flow channel 31 at a position close to the first side of the smoke outlet 30. Under the action of the first outer baffle 341, the water near the smoke outlet 34 is partially blocked.
After some water is splashed into the flue gas channel 31, the water can be splashed to the outside of the flue gas outlet 34 along the direction A2 in FIG. 2 under the action of the water retaining assembly 33. When some water splashes into the second output flow channel 312, the water is splashed toward the smoke outlet 34 in the direction D2 in fig. 7 by the second inner baffle 322, so as to further prevent the water from entering the smoke inlet 32.
In an embodiment, the second side of the smoke exhaust hood 30 is provided with a second outer baffle 343, one end of the second outer baffle 343 is connected with the smoke exhaust hood 30, the other end of the second outer baffle 343 protrudes towards the middle of the smoke exhaust port 34, and a smoke output channel is formed between one end of the second outer baffle 343 far away from the second side of the smoke exhaust hood 30 and one end of the first outer baffle 341 far away from the first side of the smoke exhaust hood 30. The first outer baffle 341 and the second outer baffle 343 form the smoke output passage, so that the effective flow area of the smoke outlet port 34 for outputting smoke is reduced. The second baffle can block part of water from entering the flue gas flow channel 31 from bottom to top.
The first outer baffle 341 can partially block the first output flow passage 311, thereby preventing water from directly entering the first output flow passage 311 horizontally. The second outer blocking plate 343 can partially block the second output flow channel 312 to prevent water from directly horizontally entering the second output flow channel 312. In an embodiment, in a direction from the first side to the second side, the width of the first outer baffle 341 is greater than or equal to the width of the first output flow channel 311, so that the flue gas output from the first output flow channel 311 can only be output through the flue gas output channel.
In another embodiment, the width of the second outer baffle 343 is greater than or equal to the width of the second output flow channel 312. So that the smoke output from the second output flow passage 312 can be output only through the smoke output passage. From the first side to the second side, the width of the flue gas output channel is less than or equal to the width of the water retaining assembly 33. Water cannot enter the first output flow channel 311 and the second output flow channel 312 in a horizontal direction.
In an embodiment, an end of the first outer baffle 341, which is away from the smoke outlet 34 of the smoke outlet hood 30, is bent towards the water blocking assembly 33 to form a first folded edge 342, and the first folded edge 342 is used for being blocked on the first outer baffle 341 to facilitate the forming of the first outer baffle 341, so that the smoke outlet hood 30 can be more easily installed and fixed during installation. When water splashes into the first output flow channel 311 in the direction of E1 in fig. 8, the first folding edge 342 can extend the shielding range of the first outer baffle 341 against water, so that water does not splash directly onto the end of the first inner baffle 321 close to the water baffle assembly 33.
In another embodiment, an end of the second outer baffle 343 away from the smoke outlet 34 of the smoke outlet hood 30 is bent toward the water guard assembly 33 to form a second flange 344. The first and second flanges 342 and 344 may have the same length in the first lateral direction and the second lateral direction. When water splashes into the second output flow channel 312 along the direction D1 in fig. 7, the second folded edge 344 can extend the shielding range of the second outer water baffle against water, so that water does not directly splash onto the end of the second inner baffle 322 close to the water baffle assembly 33.
In one embodiment, the smoke exhaust hood 30 has third and fourth oppositely disposed sides forming the smoke exhaust port 34; a third outer baffle 35 is arranged on the third side of the smoke outlet cover 30, one end of the third outer baffle 35 is connected with the smoke outlet cover 30, and the other end of the third outer baffle 35 protrudes towards the middle direction of the smoke outlet port 34; a fourth outer baffle 36 is arranged on the fourth side of the smoke outlet cover 30, one end of the fourth outer baffle 36 is connected with the smoke outlet cover 30, the other end of the fourth outer baffle 36 protrudes towards the middle direction of the smoke outlet 34, and the first outer baffle 341, the third outer baffle 35, the second outer baffle 343 and the fourth outer baffle 36 are sequentially connected to form an annular structure.
Taking the example that the length of the smoke exhaust hood 30 in the left-right direction is greater than the length of the smoke exhaust hood in the up-down direction as shown in fig. 3, the first side and the second side of the smoke exhaust hood 30 are the upper side and the lower side of the smoke exhaust hood 30, and the third side and the fourth side of the smoke exhaust hood 30 are the left side and the right side of the smoke exhaust hood 30. The third outer baffle 35 and the fourth outer baffle 36 are used for preventing water from sputtering into the flue gas flow channel 31 from the left side and the right side of the smoke outlet cover 30.
