背景技术
现有设备中洗净室门结构分为两层，外门在玻璃板上面，较多的焊接件暴露在门外部；内门在玻璃板的下面，通过设置桶状结构进行固定，需要焊接的部分很多。玻璃板四周由不锈钢包裹，可视范围受限，成本较高。连接处用O型密封圈使用不锈钢支架固定，零件较多，需要工时较多。
因此，需要一种全玻璃的剥离单元门。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种全玻璃的剥离单元门。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种全玻璃的剥离单元门，包括玻璃板，所述玻璃板上安装有内门和外门，外门的一侧通过转轴一与玻璃板连接，外门设有连接件，玻璃板上设有与连接件相匹配的第一固定件，以使连接件卡在第一固定件上，从而关闭外门；内门通过转轴二安装在玻璃板上，内门设有门锁。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-5，一种全玻璃的剥离单元门，包括玻璃板1，玻璃板1上安装有内门2和外门3，外门3的一侧通过转轴一4与玻璃板1连接，外门3设有连接件5，连接件5设有挂接端和锁止端，玻璃板1上设有与连接件5相匹配的第一固定件6，以使连接件5卡在第一固定件6上，从而关闭外门3；内门2通过转轴二7安装在玻璃板1上，内门2设有门锁8。
外门3设有把手9，用以打开外门3，内门2的端部与玻璃板1连接处设有密封圈10，外门3与内门2通过第二固定件连接。
本实用新型的使用方法：内门2与外门3均安装在玻璃板1上，其中外门3的一端通过转轴一4安装在玻璃板1，使得外门3能够绕转轴一4进行打开或闭合，外门3的另外三处，均设有连接件5，连接件5与第一固定件6相互配合，用以将外门3关闭，其中外门3的一端设有两个连接件5，且两个连接件5之间设有把手9，用以打开外门3，外门3与内门2通过第二固定件11连接，第二固定将11的数量为3个，内门2的一端也通过转轴二7与玻璃板1连接，以使内门2也绕转轴二7转动，当通过把手9打开外门3时，内门2同时也被打开，也就是说内门2与外门3为连接在一体的结构。
内门2与玻璃板1的连接处还设有门锁8，用以锁止内门2。
