The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the utility model aims to provide a massage instrument which is low in noise and good in massage effect.
According to the massage apparatus of the embodiment of the utility model, the massage apparatus comprises: a main body; the massage unit is used for contacting with a human body and is arranged on one side of the main body, facing the human body, and the massage unit is provided with an installation cavity; a linear drive disposed within the mounting cavity, the linear drive comprising: the massage device comprises a beating part and a driving part, wherein the driving part is used for driving the beating part to reciprocate so as to beat the massage unit, so that the massage unit generates vibration; the buffer piece is arranged in the mounting cavity, the hammering portion moves to the end part far away from the human body and/or the hammering portion moves to the end part close to the human body, and the hammering portion is in contact with the buffer piece.
According to the massage instrument provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the linear driving part has the advantages of simple structure, stable motion, low noise, long service life, safety and reliability. The driving part can drive the beating part to reciprocate so as to beat the massage unit, so that the massage unit generates vibration to massage a human body. Meanwhile, the buffer piece can play a limiting role, the beating part is contacted with the buffer piece when moving to the limit position so as to play a buffering role, the impulse of the reciprocating motion of the beating part is buffered, the noise can be reduced, and the service life of the massager is favorably prolonged.
In some examples, the beating part is a magnetic part, the driving part comprises a coil and a winding bracket, the coil is wound on the periphery of the winding bracket, the winding bracket is fixedly connected in the massage unit, and the magnetic part can reciprocate along the axis of the winding bracket under the action of a magnetic field when the coil is electrified.
In some examples, the magnetic member is a magnet, and the winding bracket has a guide hole penetrating in a moving direction of the magnet, and the magnet is movably mounted to the guide hole.
In some examples, the guide hole communicates with an inner space of the main body.
In some examples, the buffer member is arranged in the guide hole, the buffer member is tightly matched with the guide hole, and the buffer member is provided with a vent hole which is communicated with the inner space of the main body; or the buffer piece is arranged in the guide hole, an exhaust gap is arranged between the buffer piece and the guide hole, and the exhaust gap is communicated with the inner space of the main body.

A massage machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7, the massage machine 100 including a main body 10, a massage unit 20, a linear driving member 30, and a buffer member 70.
As shown in fig. 3, the massage unit 20 is used for contacting with the human body, the massage unit 20 is disposed on one side of the main body 10 facing the human body, the massage unit 20 has a mounting cavity 21, and the linear driving member 30 is disposed in the mounting cavity 21, so that the mounting and fixing of the massage unit 20 and the linear driving member 30 are realized, and the massage device is simple in structure and reliable in mounting.
The linear driving member 30 may include a hammering portion and a driving portion 31, and the driving portion 31 is used to drive the hammering portion to reciprocate to hammer the massage unit 20, so that the massage unit 20 generates vibration. The buffer member 70 is arranged in the mounting cavity 21, and the hammering part is contacted with the buffer member 70 when moving to the end part far away from the human body and/or when moving to the end part close to the human body. The linear driving member 30 has a simple structure, stable movement, low noise, long service life, safety and reliability. Meanwhile, the buffering effect can be achieved by arranging the buffering member 70, the hammering portion can be in contact with the buffering member 70 to reduce friction during reciprocating motion, and noise can be absorbed. For example, the buffer member 70 may be made of silicon rubber, or the like, and is not limited herein. For example, the opening of the mounting cavity 21 is opened towards the moving direction of the hammering part, so that the hammering part cannot be separated from the mounting cavity 21 during moving, and further, other mounting structures do not need to be arranged, and only the linear driving part 30 is limited and fixed through the mounting cavity 21, so that the comfort level of massage is ensured.
According to the massage apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the driving part 31 may drive the hammering part to reciprocate to hammer the massage unit 20, so that the massage unit 20 generates vibration to massage the human body. Meanwhile, the buffer member 70 can play a limiting role, the beating portion is contacted with the buffer member when moving to the limit position so as to play a buffering role, the impulse of the reciprocating motion of the beating portion is buffered, the noise can be reduced, and the service life of the massager 100 can be prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the striking part may be a magnetic member 32, the driving part 31 includes a coil 313 and a winding frame 311, the coil 313 is wound around the winding frame 311, the winding frame 311 is fixedly connected to the massage unit 20, and the magnetic member 32 can reciprocate along the axis of the winding frame 311 under the action of a magnetic field when the coil 313 is energized. For example, the outer periphery of the winding frame 311 is cylindrical, and the direction of the "axis of the winding frame 311" is the reciprocating direction of the magnetic material 32. Therefore, the linear driving member 30 can generate a magnetic field and drive the magnetic member 32 to reciprocate by using the variable magnetic field, so that the linear driving member 30 has simple structure, stable motion and low noise, and the structure of the massage apparatus 100 is simplified. For example, the magnetic member 32 may have a cylindrical shape, and the magnetic member 32 reciprocates in the axial direction of the magnetic member 32. The magnetic member 32 thus provided is easy to process and, at the same time, moves smoothly.
For example, the linear driving element 30 may have the property of alternating magnetic field poles generated by alternating current, and the reciprocating motion of the magnetic element 32 is realized by utilizing the principle of opposite poles attracting each other and same poles repelling each other. Alternatively, the linear driving element 30 may convert the dc power into two types of positive and negative pulse currents, and generate a constantly and uniformly changing magnetic field by the driving unit 31 to drive the magnetic element 32 to move up and down repeatedly. The linear drive 30 may be a linear motor.
In other embodiments, the hammering portion may be a coil 313, the driving portion 31 includes a winding bracket 311 and a magnetic member 32, the coil 313 is movably sleeved on the outer circumference of the winding bracket 311 along the axial direction of the winding bracket 311, the magnetic member 32 and the winding bracket 311 are both fixedly connected to the inside of the massage unit 20, and when the coil 313 is energized, the coil 313 can reciprocate along the axial line of the winding bracket 311 under the action of a magnetic field. Thus, the linear driving member 30 can generate a magnetic field and drive the coil 313 to reciprocate by using the variable magnetic field, so that the linear driving member 30 is simple in structure, stable in motion, low in noise, and simplified in structure of the massage apparatus 100.
In some examples, the hammering portion may be a magnetic member 32, the magnetic member 32 may be a magnet, and the winding bracket 311 has a guide hole 311a penetrating in a moving direction of the magnet, and the magnet is movably mounted to the guide hole 311 a. Therefore, the magnet is positioned and installed, the weight can be reduced, and the smoothness of the reciprocating motion of the magnet can be ensured. Further, the guide hole 311a communicates with the inner space of the main body 10 to ensure the balance of air pressure to ensure the smoothness of the movement of the magnet.
When the driving part 31 generates a magnetic field, the driving part 31 is provided with the guide hole 311a, and the magnetic member 32 is arranged in the guide hole 311a, the magnetic member 32 can be in a suspension state, the center of the guide hole 311a and the center of the magnetic member 32 can be overlapped, so that the stress of the magnetic member 32 is balanced, the friction force between the magnetic member 32 and the driving part 31 during reciprocating motion is reduced, the assembly of the magnetic member and the driving part is reliable, and the noise generated in the working state of the linear driving member 30 is reduced.
In some embodiments, the buffer member 70 is disposed in the guide hole 311a, the buffer member 70 is tightly fitted to the guide hole 311a, the buffer member 70 has a vent hole 71, the vent hole 71 communicates with the inner space of the main body 10, for example, the vent hole 71 may be disposed opposite to the guide hole 311 a. Or the buffer member 70 is provided in the guide hole 311a, the buffer member 70 may have an air discharge gap with the guide hole 311a, the air discharge gap being communicated with the inner space of the main body 10. Here, the "exhaust gap" may have various structures such as a hole, a groove, a mesh, or a gap, and is not limited thereto. Therefore, the weight of the linear driving member 30 can be reduced, and the air pressure can be further balanced to ensure the air pressure balance, so as to ensure the smoothness of the reciprocating motion of the magnetic member 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the winding frame 311 may further include a first annular protrusion 311b and a second annular protrusion 311c, the first annular protrusion 311b and the second annular protrusion 311c are respectively disposed at two ends of the winding frame 311, and the coil 313 is disposed between the first annular protrusion 311b and the second annular protrusion 311 c. Accordingly, the coil 313 can be wound around the middle portion of the bobbin 311, and the first and second annular protrusions 311b and 311c provided at both ends of the bobbin 311 can restrain the coil 313 to prevent the coil 313 from being separated from the bobbin 311. In addition, the first annular protrusion 311b and the second annular protrusion 311c are respectively disposed at two ends of the winding bracket 311, so that a coil 313 with a larger length can be conveniently wound, and the reciprocating distance of the magnetic member or the limit value of the beating force or the beating frequency can be conveniently increased.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 7, the buffer member 70 is located on a side of the magnetic member 32 facing away from the eyes of the human body, and when the magnetic member 32 moves to an end away from the human body, the magnetic member 32 abuts against the buffer member 70. Thus, the buffer member 70 can buffer and limit the magnetic member 32. Of course, the buffering member 70 may be disposed at other positions, for example, the buffering member 70 may be disposed at a side of the magnetic member 32 facing the eyes of the human body, so as to improve the softness of the beating massage of the magnetic member 32, and the buffering member may be disposed specifically according to the practical application, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, in combination with fig. 6 and 7, the linear driving member 30 may further include a housing 35, and a side of the housing 35 near the main body has a through hole 314, and the through hole 314 is communicated with the main body 10. The housing 35 may be in contact with the massage unit 20 and may serve as a support for the massage unit 20. Through the arrangement of the through hole 314, the air pressure can be further balanced, and the smoothness of the reciprocating motion of the hammering part is ensured. For example, the housing 35 may be a metal member, which has a reliable structure and good stability. The housing 35 is an interference fit with the winding frame 311. Thereby, the housing 35 can press the winding frame 311 to fixedly mount the winding frame 311.
Further, when the hammering portion is the magnetic member 32, the inner diameter of the through hole 314 is smaller than the outer diameter of the magnetic member 32. This prevents the magnetic material 32 from coming out of the through-hole, and ensures the structural reliability of the housing 35.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the buffer member 70 has an air hole 71, the driving portion 31 includes a wire winding bracket 311, the wire winding bracket 311 is fixedly connected to the massage unit 20, the wire winding bracket 311 has a guide hole 311a penetrating in the movement direction of the beating portion, and the guide hole 311a, the air hole 71 and the through hole 314 are communicated with each other to ensure the air pressure balance inside the linear driving member 30, prevent the air pressure imbalance and increase the resistance of the beating portion during the movement, and facilitate the reciprocating smooth movement of the beating portion.
As shown in fig. 7, the linear driving member 30 further includes a housing 35, and a side of the housing 35 away from the main body 10 has an escape hole 316, and the hammering portion may protrude through the escape hole 316 to hit the massage unit 20. Through the arrangement of the avoiding hole 316, the beating part can be conveniently contacted with the massage unit 20, the vibration intensity of the massage instrument 100 is favorably improved, and the massage experience of a user is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4-7, the massage unit 20 may include a matching section 22 and a limiting section 23, the limiting section 23 is connected to one end of the matching section 22 close to the human body, an inner diameter of the matching section 22 is smaller than an inner diameter of the limiting section 23, a step surface 24 is formed at a connection portion of the matching section 22 and the limiting section 23, a massage surface 231 is formed at one side of the limiting section 23 close to the human body, the linear driving member 30 includes a matching portion 33 and a limiting portion 34, an outer diameter of the limiting portion 34 is larger than an outer diameter of the matching portion 33, the limiting portion 34 matches with the shape of the limiting section 23, the limiting portion 34 is installed in the limiting section 23 and clamped between the step surface 24 and the massage surface 231, the matching portion 33 matches with the shape of the matching section 22, and the matching portion 33 extends into the matching section 22.
The linear driving member 30 thus configured can facilitate the shaping of the massage unit 20 and the supporting of the shape of the massage unit 20, and at the same time, the outer diameter of the position limiting portion 34 is larger than the outer diameter of the engaging portion 33, and the position limiting portion 34 is in contact engagement with the massage unit 20, thereby further improving the supporting effect. The fitting section 22 has an inner diameter smaller than that of the stopper section 23, which facilitates the installation of the linear driving member 30. For example, the engaging portion 33 and the limiting portion 34 may be both disposed on the housing 35, and the housing 35 has good structural strength, good structural reliability, and good supporting effect for the massage unit 20.
In some examples, the massage apparatus 100 is an eye massage apparatus, the massage units 20 are spaced apart from each other, and the massage units 20 are disposed around the eyes of the human body, so that the massage units 20 disposed in this way can ensure the degree of fit between the massage units 20 and the eyes of the human body, and at the same time, the massage area is ensured, for example, the linear driving members 30 are disposed corresponding to the massage units 20, and the linear driving members 30 correspond to the massage units 20 one to one, thereby ensuring independent control of the components of each massage unit 20, and preventing any one linear driving member 30 from malfunctioning, which may result in the situation where the massage units 20 cannot be used. The massage unit 20 protrudes from a side of the main body 10 facing the human eye to facilitate tapping massage to the human eye. In connection with fig. 1 and 3, the massage units 20 and the linear drive 30 may each be sixteen, wherein eight massage units 20 encircle one of the eyes of the person, and wherein eight other massage units 20 encircle the other eight eyes of the person.
In some embodiments, the main body 10 may further include an inner shell 11, an outer shell 60, and an intermediate bracket 50, the intermediate bracket 50 having a receiving hole 51, the linear driving member 30 being inserted through the receiving hole 51. By providing the receiving hole 51, on the one hand, the weight of the massage apparatus 100 can be reduced and the comfort can be improved, and on the other hand, the reliability of the assembly of the linear drive 30 can be improved and the linear drive 30 can be prevented from being detached from the massage unit 20. The inner case 11, the intermediate bracket 50, and the outer case 60 are sequentially stacked, and the intermediate bracket 50 is engaged with the outer case 60. The shell 60 can locate the one side that deviates from the human body of massager 100, for example, one in middle support 50 and the shell 60 has the buckle that a plurality of intervals set up, another has a plurality of draw-in grooves that correspond the setting with the buckle, a plurality of buckles and a plurality of draw-in groove block one-to-one, can realize the assembly of middle support 50 and shell 60, simultaneously, when exerting external force to buckle and draw-in groove, the buckle can separate with the draw-in groove, in order to realize the dismantlement of inner shell 11 and shell 60, so set up, the installation reliability is good, and the dismouting of being convenient for.
In some embodiments, the massage unit 20 and the inner shell 11 of the main body 10 may be both made of silicone pieces, so as to ensure comfort of the massage unit 20 and the inner shell 11 in fitting with the eyes of the human body, and the main body 10 may float relative to the eyes of the human body, so as to facilitate fitting of the massage unit 20 with the eyes of the human body. The massage unit 20 is integrally formed with the inner case 11 of the main body 10 to secure the assembling stability of the massage unit 20 and the main body 10 and to facilitate the processing and installation. For example, the inner case 11 is in contact with the skin of a human body.
Wherein, the massage apparatus 100 may further include a controller (not shown), which can independently control one or more of the stroke, the tapping force and the tapping frequency of the reciprocating motion of the magnetic member 32, that is, the tapping force, the motion stroke, the frequency and the like of the magnetic member 32 are independent modules, and when the motion stroke of the magnetic member 32 is adjusted, the tapping force and the stroke are not changed. The massage apparatus 100 may include a button assembly 40, and the above parameters may be adjusted by pressing or rotating or touching the button assembly 40 to facilitate the user in adjusting the desired massage effect. Of course, the above parameters may also be controlled by the diameter of the coil 313, the driving voltage, the number of windings of the coil 313, and the like.
