As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the neck massager 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a wearing support 10, an air bag 20, and a heating layer 30.
The wearable brace 10 surrounds a receiving space for receiving the neck of a human body, for example, the wearable brace 100 may be curved or substantially curved. The airbag 20 is provided on the side of the wearable support 10 facing the neck of the human body. The heating layer 30 is disposed on a side of the wearing support 10 facing the neck of the human body, the heating layer 30 is provided with a hollow portion 31 corresponding to the position of the airbag 20, and the airbag 20 passes through the hollow portion 31 when being inflated to apply an acting force to the neck of the human body, where it is understood that the airbag 20 may pass through the hollow portion 31 when not being inflated, or may not pass through the hollow portion 31.
For example, the wearing support 10 reserves a space for installing structures such as the air bag 20 and the heating layer 30, and the wearing support 10 has certain rigidity and elasticity as the skeleton structure of the neck massage apparatus 1, and the wearing support 10 can provide support for the heating layer 30 and the air bag 20 on the side of the air bag 20 and the heating layer 30 facing away from the neck of the human body during the massage process. The air bag 20 is made of elastic material, when the air bag 20 is inflated, the hollow part 31 can be retracted from the air bag 20, so that the air bag 20 is bulged through the hollow part 31 to contact the neck of the human body. The air bag massage mode is to circularly inflate and deflate the air bag 20, so as to extrude and release the neck of the human body, and meanwhile, the heating layer 30 can generate heat to realize hot compress.
According to the neck massage apparatus 1 of the present invention, the air bag massage function and the hot compress function can be realized by providing the air bag 20 and the heating layer 30. Moreover, the heating layer 30 is provided with the hollow part 31 corresponding to the position of the air bag 20, on one hand, compared with the prior art that the air bag and the heating layer are laminated, the whole thickness of the air bag 20 and the heating layer 30 is reduced, so that the space occupied in the wearing bracket 10 is reduced, the space utilization rate is improved, and the neck massager 1 is favorably miniaturized; on the other hand, the airbag 20 passes through the hollow part 31 of the heating layer 30 when inflated and expanded, the airbag 20 is expanded without generating an acting force on the heating layer 30 to cause the deformation of the heating layer 30, namely, the heating layer 30 is not jacked up when the airbag 20 is expanded, so that the heating layer 30 is prevented from being damaged, and the durability of the neck massage instrument 1 is improved. In addition, the arrangement position of the heating layer 30 is smaller away from the neck of the human body, so that the heat loss is reduced, and the hot compress effect and the energy utilization rate are ensured.
Therefore, the neck massage apparatus 1 according to the present invention can perform hot compress massage of the air bag 20, and has advantages of small volume and good durability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the balloon 20 is in a spherical segment shape after being inflated, and the cross section of the hollow portion 31 is a circle matching the spherical segment shape. The air bag 20 in the shape of the segment does not occupy too large space, and meanwhile, the expansion volume and the air pressure of the air bag 20 can be kept in a proper range, so that the air bag 20 can generate large massage force when being in contact with the neck of a human body for massage, and has large contact area and better massage effect. Moreover, the cross section of the hollow part 31 is circular, so that the air bag 20 can well penetrate through the hollow part 31 after being expanded, the heating layer 30 can be prevented from being burst, and the hot compress effect of the neck massager 1 is ensured.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the diameter of the cross section of the hollow-out portion 31 is greater than the maximum diameter of the segment shape. Thus, the hollow portion 31 forms a large space, which does not hinder the expansion of the airbag 20, and the spherical-segment-shaped airbag 20 can expand to a large volume to smoothly pass through the hollow portion 31.
Wherein, the maximum diameter of the segment shape can be 15 mm-38 mm. The segment-shaped air bag 20 in the size interval can keep larger expansion and contraction amplitude and larger massage force. And a higher frequency of inflation and deflation of the bladder 20 can be maintained. In addition, gasbag 20 can not occupy and wear the inside too big space of support 10, guarantees the whole miniaturization of neck massager 1, and the quantity of arranging of gasbag 20 can set up in a flexible way, massages a plurality of positions of human neck, further promotes massage effect.
Further, the diameter of the cross section of the hollow part 31 may be 16mm to 39 mm. Therefore, the air bag 20 can penetrate through the hollow part 31 after being expanded, the massage area of the air bag 20 is not affected, the heating layer 30 keeps a larger area, the heating layer 30 has stronger heating capacity, and the neck massager 1 has better air bag massage and hot compress massage effects.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, the air bag 20 is plural,
the number of the hollow-out portions 31 arranged on the heating layer 30 may also be less than that of the air bags 20, for example, only one hollow-out portion 31 is arranged, the hollow-out portions 31 are arranged in an extending manner, four air bags 20 are arranged, and the four air bags 20 penetrate through the same hollow-out portion 31 when being expanded, so that when the air bags 20 are expanded, the distance between the air bags 20 is closer, and the air bags are more fit with the neck of a human body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating layer 30 may be provided with a plurality of hollow-out portions 31, the number of the hollow-out portions 31 is greater than the number of the air bags 20, for example, four hollow-out portions 31 are provided at intervals, two air bags 20 are provided, the air bags 20 pass through the middle two hollow-out portions 31 when being inflated, and the two hollow-out portions 31 at the two ends are not provided with the air bags 20 and are shielded, so that the hollow-out portions 31 facing the neck of the human body when the support 10 is worn have a stronger integrity and perform a decorative function.
Of course, the number of the hollowed-out portions 31 may be equal to the number of the airbags 20. The heating layer 30 is provided with a plurality of hollow portions 31, and the plurality of hollow portions 31 correspond to the plurality of airbags 20, respectively. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the number of the air bags 20 is four, the number of the corresponding hollow-out portions 31 is also four, the neck of the human body is massaged by arranging the air bags 20, so that the air bags 20 have a larger contact area with the neck of the human body, and the massage area is further increased, the heating layer 30 is provided with the hollow-out portions 31, each air bag 20 passes through the corresponding hollow-out portion 31 when being expanded, and it is ensured that the heating layer 30 is not damaged when the air bags 20 are expanded.
It is understood that each air cell 20 of the plurality of air cells 20 can be individually inflated and deflated, and that the plurality of air cells 20 can be simultaneously inflated and deflated to achieve different massage effects, and the utility model is not limited thereto.
Furthermore, it is understood that the shape and size of each airbag 20 in the plurality of airbags 20 may be the same or different, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.

The protective layer 40 is made of flexible material, the protective layer 40 is installed on the wearing support 10 and is approximately attached to the heating layer 30 and the airbag 20, the heating layer 30 and the airbag 20 are completely shielded by the protective layer 40, the heating layer 30 and the airbag 20 are separated from the neck of the human body, and good touch feeling is provided. In the process of inflating and deflating the air bag 20, the protective layer 40 deforms along with the expansion and contraction of the air bag 20, and the protective layer 40 and the air bag 20 always keep good adhesion. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the neck massager 1 further comprises an air pump 50, an air tube 60 and an inflation switch 70. The air pump 50 is disposed in the wearing stand 10. The air tube 60 is provided in the wearing frame 10 and connects the air pump 50 and the air bag 20. The inflation switch 70 is provided in the wearing frame 10 and connected to the air tube 60. The air pump 50 supplies air to the air bag 20 to enable the air bag 20 to have sufficient air pressure to be inflated, the air tube 60 communicates the air pump 50 with the air bag 20 to inflate and deflate the air bag 20, and the inflation switch 70 controls the flow and the closure of the air and controls the amount of the flow of the air.
Further, the charge switch 70 is a solenoid valve. The first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the intermediate bracket 11 together enclose an accommodation space for accommodating the neck of a human body.
