According to the neck massage apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the massage head assembly 20 and the main body 10 can be positioned by the arrangement of the connecting column 11 and the mounting hole 21, and the positioning effect is good and the assembly efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the connection column 11 is adapted to extend into the mounting hole 21 so as to electrically connect the connection column 11 with the electrical connector 211, which facilitates the detachable fitting connection of the connection column 11 and the massage head assembly 20, and when the connection column 11 is separated from the mounting hole 21, the electrical connection can be disconnected to ensure the safety performance of the neck massage apparatus 100.
In some examples, the mounting holes 21 may be through holes or blind holes. The through holes and the blind holes can limit the connecting columns 11, so that the assembling reliability can be ensured. The mounting hole 21 can be specifically set to be a blind hole or a through hole according to actual requirements, so that the practical application can be better met.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the connection pole 11 may include a main body 111 and a bump 112, and the main body 111 may be connected to the main body 10. The projection 112 is provided at one end of the body 111 facing the neck of the human body, and the projection 112 is adapted to the shape of the mounting hole 21. The projection 112 is adapted to protrude into the mounting hole 21 to secure the reliability of the mounting of the main body 10 and the massage head. For example, the mounting holes 21 may be clearance fit with the bosses 112 to facilitate assembly and adjustment of the massage head assembly 20 with the motion of the person. The bump 112 may be connected to the main body portion 111 by a fastener (not shown), so that the reliability of the connection of the bump 112 to the main body portion may be ensured.
In some embodiments, a first step portion 212 may be disposed in the mounting hole 21, and a second step portion 114 may be formed at a position where the main body portion 111 and the bump 112 are connected, and the first step portion 212 may abut against the second step portion 114. The first stepped portion 212 may be formed at an end of the mounting hole 21 facing the main body 10, and the second stepped portion 114 may be formed at an end of the connection column 11 facing the massage head assembly 20, and may be configured in a ring structure disposed around the protrusion 112. For example, the mounting hole 21 may be a through hole, the peripheral wall of the first stepped portion 212 may also be annular, the bottom wall of the first stepped portion 212 may abut against an end of the second stepped portion 114 facing the massage head assembly 20, and the protrusion 112 may extend into the mounting hole 21, so that the contact area between the mounting hole 21 and the connecting column 11 may be increased to improve the reliability of the assembly. Meanwhile, the peripheral wall of the first step portion 212 and the peripheral wall of the second step portion 114 can be in clearance fit, so that the massage head assembly 20 can be adjusted along with the action of the human body, and the massage effect is ensured.
Of course, in other examples, the bottom wall of the first stepped portion 212 may be in clearance fit with the end of the second stepped portion 114 facing the massage head assembly 20, or the peripheral wall of the first stepped portion 212 may abut against the peripheral wall of the second stepped portion 114, which is not limited herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, one of the connecting column 11 and the mounting hole 21 has a groove 115, and the other has a positioning rib 213, and the groove 115 is inserted into and matched with the positioning rib 213, so as to further improve the positioning effect, and at the same time, the function of limiting can be performed, and the angular deviation during mounting can be prevented. For example, the first step portion 212 has a groove 115, the second step portion 114 has a positioning rib 213, and the positioning rib 213 and the groove 115 can be in clearance fit when being installed.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the neck massager 100 may further include a heat generating film 30, and the neck massager 100 may have a function of applying heat through the arrangement of the heat generating film 30. Spliced pole 11 can include main part 111 and lug 112, and the lug 112 is located the one end of main part 111 towards human neck, and heating film 30 is located between lug 112 and the main part 111, and lug 112 can be the metalwork, and the heat conduction of metal is effectual, so, can be convenient for heat energy transmit in human neck fast and high-efficiently to guarantee the effect of hot compress. For example, the bump 112 may be aluminum or magnesium aluminum alloy, which is light and fast in heat conduction.
In some examples, the end of the main body 111 connected to the bump 112 and the bump 112 define a mounting cavity 40, and the heat generating film 30 is disposed in the mounting cavity 40, for example, the heat generating film 30 may be attached to a side of the bump 112 facing the main body 10 to improve the efficiency and effect of heat conduction, so as to ensure the comfort of hot compress. Meanwhile, the bump 112 protrudes out of the mounting hole 21 in the direction towards the neck of the human body, so that the bump 112 is attached to the neck of the human body, the bump 112 with certain heat is directly contacted with the skin of the human body, the heat conduction is faster, and the heat loss is smaller. In addition, the positioning effect is better, and the deviation can be prevented during installation.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-7, the neck massager 100 may further include a circuit board 50, and the circuit board 50 may be disposed inside the connection post 11 to facilitate electrical connection with the massage head assembly 20. The Circuit board 50 may be electrically connected to the main body 10 through an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) cable 60. In this manner, electrical connection of the massage head assembly 20 can be achieved. Meanwhile, the FPC is small in size, light in weight and bendable, and the reliability of electric connection is guaranteed. For example, the circuit board 50 may be reinforced by two plastic clips to ensure the connection reliability. The heat generating film 30 may be spaced apart from the circuit board 50 to prevent the heat generating film 30 from generating heat to affect the circuit board 50.
In some examples, the end of the connection post 11 facing the massage head assembly 20 is provided with a pogo pin connector 116, and the pogo pin connector 116 is fixed to the circuit board 50. For example, the pogo pin connector 116 may be soldered to the circuit board 50 to ensure reliability of the connection. The massage head assembly 20 includes a bracket 22, and the electrical connection 211 may be provided to the bracket 22. The bullet pin connector 116 is matched with the electric connector 211, and the connecting column 11 can be in clearance fit with the mounting hole 21 so as to be convenient for assembly. Meanwhile, the mounting hole 21 and the connecting column 11 can be adjusted adaptively, so that when a user performs twisting or rotating actions and the like, the massage head assembly 20 can be adjusted to follow the actions of the human body, and the massage effect of the massage head assembly 20 is ensured. For example, the massage head assembly 20 can vibrate to massage the neck of the human body in a vibrating manner, and the connecting column 11 is in clearance fit with the mounting hole 21, so that the vibration transmission of the massage head assembly 20 to the main body 10 can be reduced, the vibration consumption is avoided, and the massage effect is ensured.
When the connection post 11 is clearance fitted into the mounting hole 21, the pogo pin connector 116 is in contact with and electrically connected to the electrical connector 211. Therefore, the elastic needle connecting piece 116 is in contact fit with the electric connecting piece 211 to realize circuit connection, and after the elastic needle connecting piece 116 is separated from the electric connecting piece 211, the conduction of the circuit can be disconnected, so that the safety performance of the neck massage instrument 100 is ensured. The mounting hole 21 may be disposed on the bracket 22, and the bracket 22 may be made of a hard material such as plastic, so as to ensure structural reliability of the mounting hole 21. In addition, the arrangement of the groove 115 and the positioning rib 213 can enable the bullet pin connector 116 and the electric connector 211 to be in accurate butt joint, and meanwhile, the situation that the electric connection is unstable due to relative rotation of the two can be prevented. For example, the pogo pin connector 116 and the electrical connector 211 may be provided in plural to improve reliability of electrical connection.
Further, one of the pogo pin connector 116 and the electrical connector 211 is a pogo pin male, and the other is a pogo pin female. For example, the pogo pin connector 116 is a pogo pin male and the electrical connector 211 is a pogo pin female. When the elastic needle male and the elastic needle female are contacted with each other, acting force can be generated between the two elastic needles, so that one elastic needle or both elastic needles are compressed, and the tightness of assembly is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the connection column 11 may have a first bullet hole 117, the bullet pin connector 116 may be inserted into the first bullet hole 117, and one side of the bullet pin connector 116 facing the massage head assembly 20 protrudes out of the first bullet hole 117. For example, the height of the protrusion may be 1 mm. The bracket 22 has a second elastic pin hole 221, and the electrical connector 211 can be inserted through the second elastic pin hole 221. Therefore, through the arrangement of the two elastic pin holes, the installation and the positioning of the elastic pin connecting piece 116 and the electric connecting piece 211 can be facilitated, the position can be limited, poor contact between the elastic pin and the elastic pin hole is prevented, meanwhile, the contact surface between the elastic pin and the elastic pin is prevented from being inclined, and the reliability of electric connection is further guaranteed.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the massage head assembly 20 includes a bracket 22, the electrical connector 211 is disposed on the bracket 22, a conductive layer 222 may be disposed on a side of the bracket 22 facing the neck of the human body, and the elastic needle nut is pressed on the conductive layer 222 to ensure a tight fit therebetween, and the structure is simple and reliable. Meanwhile, the electrical connection between the two can be realized. The massage head assembly 20 may include a gel sheet 23, and the gel sheet 23 is attached to a side of the conductive layer 222 facing the neck of the human body. The gel sheet 23 is soft in texture and not convenient to replace independently, and the neck massage instrument 100 arranged in the way can facilitate replacement of the gel sheet 23, so that the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
For example, the current of the circuit board 50 can be transmitted to the skin of the human body through the conductive layer 222 and the gel sheet 23 after passing through the two elastic pins, so as to realize a massage mode such as EMS (micro current). The second elastic pin hole 221 is formed in the bottom wall of the blind hole, and the elastic pin nut can be pressed on the conductive layer 222, so as to ensure the structural reliability and the electrical connection reliability of the massage head assembly 20. The support 22 may be a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) sheet or a PI (polyimide) sheet, and the silver paste layer may be printed on the support 22.
In some embodiments, the conductive layer 222 may be a silver paste layer, and the silver paste layer may be printed on the support 22 by using an LDS (Laser Direct Structuring) process, so that the massage head assembly 20 has the characteristics of small volume, simplified manufacturing process, short development and manufacturing time, stable manufacturing process, and the like. So set up support 22 and silver thick liquid layer structure simpler, guaranteed the effect of gluing, also solved the problem that easily takes place the off normal on the support 22 of cambered surface simultaneously. Of course, in other embodiments, the silver paste layer may be a silver paste film, and the silver paste film may be fixed to the bracket 22 by using a double-sided adhesive tape.
The conductive layer 222 may be plural, and the gel sheet 23 may be plural corresponding to the conductive layer 222 to secure a massage effect of the massage head assembly 20. A plurality of conductive layers 222 may be disposed at intervals on the massage head assembly 20, and any two conductive layers 222 are insulated from each other to ensure reliability of electrical connection of the conductive layers 222. For example, the number of the conductive layers 222 may be even, the even number of the conductive layers 222 are uniformly disposed on the massage head assembly 20, any two of the conductive layers 222 are insulated from each other, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the conductive layers 222 may be four, and four conductive layers 222 are disposed corresponding to four gel sheets 23. Of course, the number of the conductive layers 222 may also be odd, and the specific number of the conductive layers 222 may be specifically set according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the massage head assembly 20 may include a flexible casing 24, the connection column 11 is formed on a side of the flexible casing 24 facing the neck of the human body, and the support 22 is disposed in the flexible casing 24, for example, the latch can be wrapped inside the flexible casing 24 to ensure the structure of the latch is reliable. For example, the latch male may extend into the second mounting hole 21 to electrically connect the latch male and the latch female. The flexible casing 24 has a mounting groove 241 correspondingly arranged with the gel sheet 23, and the gel sheet 23 is mounted in the mounting groove 241, so that the gel sheet 23 can be wrapped by a part of the mounting groove 241, thereby ensuring the mounting reliability and being more beautiful. In addition, the disassembly and the assembly can be convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the mounting groove 241 is adapted to the shape of the gel sheet 23, a portion of the gel sheet 23 is located outside the mounting groove 241 so that the gel sheet 23 protrudes out of the notch of the mounting groove 241, a surface of the gel sheet 23 facing the bottom of the mounting groove 241 is a first surface 231, a surface of the gel sheet 23 facing away from the bottom of the mounting groove 241 is a second surface 232, a distance from the first surface 231 to the notch of the mounting groove 241 is greater than a distance from the second surface 232 to the notch of the mounting groove 241, and a distance from the second surface 232 to the notch of the mounting groove 241 ranges from 0.1mm to 0.6 mm. Therefore, the stability of the gel sheet 23 being mounted in the mounting groove 241 and the fitting degree of the gel sheet 23 to the neck of the human body can be both satisfied. For example, the height of the protrusion may be 0.3 mm.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the connection column 11 may be provided with a first magnetic attraction piece 118, the massage head assembly 20 may be provided with a second magnetic attraction piece 25, and the first magnetic attraction piece 118 and the second magnetic attraction piece 25 attract each other, so that detachable cooperation of the massage head assembly 20 and the main machine body 10 may be realized, and meanwhile, reliability of installation of the two may be improved, and bare-handed disassembly and assembly of the massage head assembly 20 and the main machine body 10 may also be realized, thereby improving convenience and efficiency of disassembly and assembly.
In some embodiments, to ensure the reliability of the connection between the massage head assembly 20 and the connection post 11, the two magnetic attracting members can have a larger attraction force therebetween. In this way, the first magnetic member 118 can be adhered to the connecting column 11 by a first adhesive layer (not shown), and the second magnetic member 25 can be adhered to the massage head assembly 20 by a second adhesive layer (not shown). Therefore, when the massage head component 20 and the connecting column 11 are detached, the first magnetic attraction piece 118 is separated from the connecting column 11, and the second magnetic attraction piece 25 is separated from the massage head component 20, so that the reliability of connection between the massage head component 20 and the connecting column 11 and the reliability of the neck massage instrument 100 are both considered.
Of course, in other examples, the massage head assembly 20 and the main body 10 may have various fitting manners. For example, the two may be snap-fitted by a rotary buckle, a button buckle, a metal spring buckle, a steel wire buckle, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 includes a wearing frame 12 adapted to be worn on the neck of a human body, and the connecting column 11 is provided on a side of the wearing frame 12 facing the neck of the human body. One side of the wearing bracket 12 facing the neck of the human body is provided with a first corrugated part 121, one side of the connecting column 11 facing the wearing bracket 12 is provided with a second corrugated part 119 corresponding to the first corrugated part 121, a gap is formed between the first corrugated part 121 and the second corrugated part 119, one of the first corrugated part 121 and the second corrugated part 119 is suitable for providing deformation allowance for axial floating of the connecting column 11, and the other is suitable for providing deformation allowance for circumferential floating of the connecting column 11.
By providing the first corrugated part 121 and the second corrugated part 119, relative floating between the connecting column 11 and the wearing bracket 12 can be achieved, and the first corrugated part 121 and the second corrugated part 119 are overlapped to achieve universal floating. Here, "fold" refers to a structure having a certain curved shape resulting from folding or bending at least a portion of the structure, whereby it is avoided to have a fold position relatively fixed, so that there is a certain deformation margin, i.e., relative floating, between the wearing bracket 12 and the attachment post 11.
Therefore, on one hand, the massage head assembly 20 can move towards any direction, and the massage head assembly 20 can move along with the neck of the human body when being worn, so that the massage head assembly 20 is ensured to be tightly attached to the neck of the human body. On the other hand, when the massage head assembly 20 is worn, the end of the massage head assembly 20 can be prevented from pressing one side of the massage head assembly 20 when the user turns the head or turns the head, which can cause the situation that the massage head assembly 20 is unevenly stressed and is separated from the connecting column 11 under the action of the lever principle. For example, the wearing support 12 may be made of a flexible material such as silicone rubber, so as to improve the comfort of the user when wearing the wearing support. For example, the first corrugation part 121 and the second corrugation part 119 may be plural, a plurality of the first corrugation parts 121 may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the wearing frame 12, and the second corrugation parts 119 may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the connecting column 11 to correspond to the first corrugation parts 121, so that the fitting degree of the massage head assembly 20 to the neck of the human body may be further improved.
In some examples, in conjunction with fig. 10, second pleated portion 119 includes a bent segment 1191 and an extended segment 1192, extended segment 1192 being connected to bent segment 1191. The cross-sectional area of the bent segment 1191 of the second corrugated portion 119 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the extended segment 1192 of the second corrugated portion 119. The "bent section 1191" refers to a portion of the second folded portion 119 that is bent and deformed when the neck massager 100 does not change its motion, and the "extended section 1192" refers to a portion that is not bent when the neck massager 100 does not change its motion. For making the activity of massage head subassembly 20 more sensitive, the wall thickness of second fold connecting piece in the part of buckling is thinnest, and second fold portion 119 can be the silica gel material, and the fold is sunken to be hidden inside host computer and electrode when the design, is difficult for hiding the dirty dirt, simultaneously, the reaction is sensitive and comparatively nimble to make massage head subassembly 20 follow shape ability reinforce.
