The X-ray (X-ray) irradiation section 211 receives power drive from the power supply section 213. The X-ray sensing portion 212 is sized to fit within the mouth of a patient and to face behind the patient's teeth. That is, the patient's teeth are positioned between the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation section 211 and the X-ray (X-ray) sensing section 212. The X-ray (X-ray) sensing unit 212 detects X-rays (X-rays) irradiated from the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 and penetrating the teeth of the patient, converts the detected X-rays (X-rays) into digital image signals, and outputs the digital image signals.
The power supply unit 213 includes a chargeable and dischargeable battery 2132, a voltage conversion unit 2131, and a charging unit 2133. The voltage converter 2131 receives the voltage output from the battery 2132 and converts the voltage into an operation power supply for each of the X-ray (X-ray) irradiator 211 and the controller 218. The charging unit 2133 receives an external power supply through the adapter 219 to charge the battery 2132. Although not shown in fig. 1, the power supply unit 213 may be provided with an on-off switch that is driven by a control signal input from the control unit 218 between the voltage conversion unit 2131 and the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211. The power supply unit 213 is provided with an electronic element such as a fuse that restrains the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 when an overcurrent is input.
The user operation unit 214 includes a touch input unit 2141 and a key unit 2142 that sense a touch input by a user. The key part 2142 includes an UP key and a DOWN key formed at the main body part and a POWER supply key and an X-ray (X-ray) irradiation key.
The output unit 215 includes a display device 2151 for displaying an X-ray (X-ray) captured image and a buzzer 2152 for notifying the outside of the start of irradiation of X-rays (X-rays). The display device 2151 may be formed from an LCD display, an LED display, or an OLED display.
The communication unit 217 transmits and receives data to and from an external device, for example, an X-ray (X-ray) sensing unit 212, a mouse, a keyboard, or a large capacity external memory, through ethernet communication and Universal Serial Bus (USB) communication, and a connection port for connecting an ethernet cable and a USB is formed in the main body unit.

The control unit 218 drives the execution program stored in the storage unit 216 when the power supply unit 213 inputs the operation power, and controls the power supply unit 213 to output the dental image data of the patient input through the communication unit 217 to the display device 2151 based on the operation command and data input from the user operation unit 214 and the communication unit 217.
As shown in fig. 1, the control unit 218 includes: a power supply control unit 2181, an output control unit 2182, an irradiation time processing unit 2183, a patient information processing unit 2184, an X-ray (X-ray) image processing unit 2185, and an error processing unit 2186.
The POWER supply control unit 2181 receives and drives the operation POWER supply input from the POWER supply unit 213 when a POWER supply (POWER) key pressing signal is input, and controls the POWER supply unit 213 to supply a voltage from the voltage conversion unit 2131 to the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 when an X-ray (X-ray) irradiation key pressing signal is input.
When a charge start signal is input from the charging unit 2133, the power supply control unit 2181 controls the power supply unit 213 to block the voltage supplied from the voltage conversion unit 2131 to the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211. Accordingly, the portable dental X-ray imaging apparatus according to the present invention controls the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 not to be used during charging, thereby preventing an electrical accident from occurring due to simultaneous operation of the battery charging and the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211.
When the power supply unit 213 receives an operating power supply, the output control unit 2182 loads an execution program stored in the storage unit 216 and displays a standby screen on the display device 2151, and when a power supply signal to the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 is received from the power supply unit 213, displays an X-ray (X-ray) control screen on the display device 2151.
The output controller 2182 drives the buzzer 2152 when receiving an input X-ray (X-ray) irradiation key pressing signal.
The irradiation time processing unit 2183 receives an UP key press signal or a DOWN key press signal and sets an X-ray (X-ray) irradiation time, and controls the power supply unit 213 to supply a voltage from the voltage conversion unit 2131 to the X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 211 at the set X-ray (X-ray) irradiation time. The irradiation time processing unit 2183 receives X-ray (X-ray) irradiation time setting data input from the touch input unit 2141. When the patient tooth image data is input through the communication unit 217, the patient information processing unit 2184 stores the generation data generation date and the tooth identification information in the storage unit 216.
The X-ray (X-ray) image processing unit 2185 displays the tooth position information on the upper jaw and the lower jaw on the display device 2151 in a bilaterally symmetric manner. When the dental image data of the patient is input through the communication unit 217, the X-ray (X-ray) image processing unit 2185 converts the data into data that can be recognized by a person and displays the data on the display device 2151.
The error processing unit 2186 displays an error code and a text to the display device 2141 when the execution program is abnormally operated, an overcurrent is sensed, a voltage drop smaller than a set voltage is applied when X-rays (X-rays) are irradiated, a current drop smaller than a set current is applied when X-rays (X-rays) are irradiated, or an X-ray (X-rays) irradiation key is released in advance for a set irradiation time when X-rays (X-rays) are irradiated so that normal irradiation cannot be performed, or the battery capacity is low.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the portable dental x-ray imaging apparatus of the present invention may include a POWER button 6111, a DOWN button 6112, an UP button 6113, and a buzzer 6115 on the upper portion of the body 611. An X-ray (X-ray) irradiation unit 612 is formed integrally with the body 611 at the front surface of the body 611.
Referring to fig. 3, a connection port 613,614 for connecting a Universal Serial Bus (USB), a connection port 618 for connecting an ethernet cable, a connection port 617 for connecting an adapter, and an X-ray (X-ray) irradiation button 6114 are formed on the rear surface of the main body 611 around the display unit 616. A grip portion 615 for a user to grip the body portion 611 with a hand is formed on one side surface of the body portion 611.
The embodiments described above are intended to be illustrative only, and various modifications and equivalent embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be defined only by the appended claims.
