At this time, the controller 30 controls the fifth air valve 7 to reduce the opening degree and reduce the introduction of fresh air; meanwhile, the third air valve 5 is controlled to reduce the opening degree, the exhaust fan 9 is controlled to increase the rotating speed, the return air quantity is increased, and the indoor air quantity is kept unchanged while condensation is avoided.
Or the controller 30 calculates the mixed air dew point temperature according to the mixed air temperature and humidity, and judges whether condensation exists according to the mixed air area temperature and the mixed air dew point temperature; the controller 30 controls the opening degrees of the fifth damper 7 and the third damper 5 and the rotation speed of the exhaust fan 9 according to the determination result.
Specifically, the controller 30 calculates the dew point temperature of the air volume in the air mixing area according to the temperature and humidity of the air mixing area; and if the temperature value of the air volume of the air mixing area is less than or equal to the dew point temperature plus a set threshold value, indicating that condensation is about to occur. At this time, the controller 30 controls the fifth air valve 7 to reduce the opening degree and reduce the introduction of fresh air; meanwhile, the controller 30 controls the third air valve 5 to reduce the opening degree, increase the rotating speed of the exhaust fan 9, increase the return air volume, avoid condensation and keep the indoor air volume unchanged.
The new trend environment all-in-one of this embodiment avoids the condensation when guaranteeing new trend ratio and air supply volume, prevents occurence of failure such as leaking, promotes user experience.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the box 1 is a square box; the indoor air supply outlet 11, the outdoor fresh air inlet 13 and the outdoor air outlet 14 are respectively arranged at the tail ends of two ends of the box body 1 in the length direction; that is, the indoor air supply port 11 is provided at the end of one end in the longitudinal direction of the casing 1, and the outdoor fresh air port 13 and the outdoor air discharge port 14 are provided at the end of the other end in the longitudinal direction of the casing 1. The indoor air inlet 12 is arranged at one end of the box body 1, which is positioned indoors.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the height of the heat exchange core 2 is fitted to the height of the tank 1; the box body 1 comprises a top plate and a bottom plate; the heat exchange core body 2 is fixedly arranged in the box body 1, is respectively and fixedly connected with the top plate and the bottom plate, and divides the accommodating cavity into an indoor side and an outdoor side; when the fresh air channel 21, the turbid air channel 22 and the fourth air valve 6 are opened, the indoor side and the outdoor side are respectively communicated.
The first air valve 3 is respectively and fixedly connected with the heat exchange core body 2, the top plate and the bottom plate; the second air valve 4 is respectively and fixedly connected with the heat exchange core body 2, the top plate and the bottom plate; the fourth air valve 6 is respectively and fixedly connected with the heat exchange core body 2, the top plate and the bottom plate.
The fresh air environment all-in-one machine of this embodiment is simple in structure, and is rationally distributed, reduces the design degree of difficulty.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fresh air environment all-in-one machine further includes a wind dividing plate 70 and a stepping motor 80.
The stepping motor 80 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate or the top plate, is in communication with the controller 30, and is controlled by the controller 30.
The wind distribution plate 70 is of a plate-shaped structure, is located outside the turbid air outlet 26, between the fourth air valve 6 and the exhaust fan 9, is vertically arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor 80.
In the embodiment, the controller 30 controls the rotation amplitude of the stepping motor 80 to control the angle between the wind distributing plate 70 and the turbid air outlet 26, so as to control the proportion of the turbid air to return air and exhaust air, and the fresh air ratio control efficiency is higher.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fresh air environment all-in-one machine further includes a heat pump heat exchanger 10, which is disposed at the indoor side in the box 1 and located at the inner side of the indoor air supply outlet 11, and assists in heating or cooling the air entering the room, so that the comfort of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fresh air environment all-in-one machine further includes a first filter 20 and/or a second filter.
The first filter screen 20 is disposed inside the cabinet 1 and inside the outdoor fresh air inlet 13.
The second filter is arranged in the box body 1 and is positioned at the inner side of the indoor air supply outlet 11.
The fresh air environment all-in-one machine of the embodiment enables an indoor circulation mode, a fresh air mode and an air mixing mode to filter the air quantity entering the room, and improves the indoor air quality.

the opening of the second air valve can be controlled, the second air valve is arranged in the box body, is positioned between the indoor air supply outlet and the fresh air channel and is used for controlling whether the indoor air supply outlet is communicated with the fresh air channel or not and controlling the communication degree of the indoor air supply outlet and the fresh air channel;
the opening of the third air valve can be controlled, the third air valve is arranged in the box body, is positioned between the outdoor air outlet and the turbid air channel and is used for controlling whether the outdoor air outlet is communicated with the turbid air channel or not and controlling the degree of communication;
the indoor air supply fan is arranged in the box body and is positioned between the indoor air supply outlet and the first air valve and between the indoor air supply outlet and the second air valve;
the exhaust fan is arranged in the box body and is positioned between the turbid air channel and the third air valve;
and the controller is respectively connected with the first air valve, the second air valve, the third air valve, the indoor air supply fan and the exhaust fan and is used for controlling the opening degree of the first air valve, the second air valve and the third air valve and controlling the indoor air supply fan and the exhaust fan to run at different speeds.
2. The fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fourth air valve, which is arranged in the box body, is connected with the controller, and the opening degree of the fourth air valve is controlled by the controller;
the fresh air channel comprises a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet which are respectively close to the outdoor fresh air port and the second air valve;
the turbid air channel comprises a turbid air inlet and a turbid air outlet which are respectively close to the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet;
and the fourth air valve is positioned between the turbid air outlet and the fresh air outlet and is used for controlling whether the turbid air outlet is communicated with the fresh air outlet or not and the communication degree.

The fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a fifth air valve with controllable opening degree, arranged in the box body and located between the outdoor fresh air opening and the fresh air channel, and used for controlling whether the outdoor fresh air opening is communicated with the fresh air channel or not and the communication degree;
and the fifth air valve is connected with the controller, and the opening degree of the fifth air valve is controlled by the controller.
4. The fresh air environment all-in-one machine according to claim 3, further comprising an indoor temperature and humidity sensor, an outdoor temperature and humidity sensor and a mixed air temperature and humidity sensor;
the area between the second air valve and the fourth air valve is an air mixing area;
the indoor temperature and humidity sensor, the outdoor temperature and humidity sensor and the air mixing temperature and humidity sensor are respectively arranged in an indoor area, the outdoor fresh air inlet and the air mixing area and are in communication connection with the controller;
the indoor temperature and humidity sensor, the outdoor temperature and humidity sensor and the mixed air temperature and humidity sensor respectively measure indoor temperature and humidity, outdoor temperature and humidity and mixed air temperature and humidity and transmit the measured values to the controller; the controller judges whether condensation exists or not according to the indoor temperature and humidity, the outdoor temperature and humidity and the mixed air temperature and humidity, and controls the opening degree of the fifth air valve and the rotating speed of the exhaust fan according to a judgment result.
5. The fresh air environment all-in-one machine of claim 3, further comprising a mixed air temperature and humidity sensor;
the area between the second air valve and the fourth air valve is an air mixing area;
the air mixing temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the air mixing area, is in communication connection with the controller, measures the temperature and humidity of the air mixing area and transmits the temperature and humidity to the controller;
the controller calculates the mixed air dew point temperature according to the mixed air temperature and humidity signals, and judges whether condensation exists according to the mixed air area temperature and the mixed air dew point temperature; and the controller controls the opening degree of the fifth air valve and the rotating speed of the exhaust fan according to the judgment result.
6. Fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5,
the box body is a square box body; the indoor air supply outlet, the outdoor fresh air inlet and the outdoor air outlet are respectively arranged at the tail ends of two ends of the box body in the length direction; the indoor air inlet is formed in one end, located indoors, of the box body.

The fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the height of the heat exchange core is matched with the height of the box body in an installation mode; the heat exchange core body is fixedly arranged in the box body and divides the accommodating cavity into an indoor side and an outdoor side; and when the fresh air channel, the turbid air channel and the fourth air valve are opened, the indoor side and the outdoor side are respectively communicated.
8. The fresh air environment all-in-one machine of claim 7, further comprising a wind distribution plate and a stepping motor;
the box body comprises a bottom plate and a top plate; the stepping motor is fixedly connected with the bottom plate or the top plate, is in communication connection with the controller and is controlled by the controller;
the wind distribution plate is of a plate-shaped structure, is positioned outside the turbid air outlet, between the fourth air valve and the exhaust fan, is vertically arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor.
9. A fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a heat pump heat exchanger disposed inside the box body and located inside the indoor air supply outlet.
10. A fresh air environment all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a first filter and/or a second filter;
the first filter screen is arranged in the box body and is positioned on the inner side of the outdoor fresh air inlet;
the second filter screen is arranged in the box body and is positioned on the inner side of the indoor air supply outlet.
