Referring to fig. 3, a gear ring 5 is fixedly sleeved on the side wall of one end, close to the feeding hopper 7, of the stir-frying cylinder 3, a mounting plate 22 is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall inside the casing 2, a driving motor 4 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 22, a gear 6 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor 4, the gear 6 is meshed with the gear ring 5, when the driving motor 4 operates, the gear 6 is fixedly connected with the output shaft and rotates, the gear 6 drives the gear ring 5 to rotate, and therefore the stir-frying cylinder 3 fixedly connected with the gear ring 5 rotates.
Referring to fig. 4, stirring vane 11 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the stir-frying cylinder 3, stirring vane 11 is inclined towards the inner wall of the stir-frying cylinder 3, the stirring vane 11 is provided with a plurality of groups in the stir-frying cylinder 3, each group contains a plurality of stirring vanes 11, the stirring vanes 11 contained in each group are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the stir-frying cylinder 3, and two adjacent groups of stirring vanes 11 are arranged in a staggered manner. A plurality of bulges 13 are fixedly arranged on the stirring blade 11, the bulges 13 are smooth arcs, and the bulges 13 and the stirring blade 11 are integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 4, the stirring blades 11 are detachably provided with a material returning part, the material returning part is set to be a material returning blade 9, the material returning blade 9 is arranged in a gap between two adjacent stirring blades 11, and an included angle between the material returning blade 9 and the stirring blades 11 is an acute angle. The height of the feed back blade 9 and the stirring blade 11 is defined as the distance from the top end of the blade to the inner wall of the stir-frying cylinder 3, and the height of the feed back blade 9 is higher than that of the stirring blade 11. The return vane 9 includes a curved section 91 and a mounting section 92, the curved section 91 is located above the mounting section 92, and the curved section 91 and the mounting section 92 are integrally formed. The bending section 91 is bent towards the direction close to the feeding hopper 7, the mounting section 92 is provided with an opening 23 along the height direction of the stirring blade 11, the stirring blade 11 is positioned in the opening 23, and a certain interval exists between the opening 23 and the stirring blade 11 close to the side wall of the stirring blade 11.
