Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view for explaining a support structure of a vehicle rear seat back according to the present embodiment. In the figure, the direction of arrow X1 indicates the vehicle front, and the direction of arrow X2 indicates the vehicle rear. As shown in fig. 1, a rear seatback 150 supported by a vehicle rear seatback support structure (hereinafter simply referred to as a support structure) 100 according to the present embodiment is a vehicle reclining seat. The rear seat back 150 is configured to be rotatable between a standing position and a set position. Fig. 1 shows a state where the rear seat back 150 is in the laid-down position.
As shown in fig. 1, the support structure 100 includes a hinge 1 that supports the rear seatback 150 in a rotatable state, and a cross member 2 to which the hinge 1 is mounted. The hinge 1 is a center hinge and supports an inner end portion of the rear seatback 150 in the vehicle width direction. The support structure 100 further includes an outer hinge that supports the outer side of the rear seatback 150 in the vehicle width direction, but the description of the outer hinge is omitted here.
The cross member 2 is a vehicle body frame member extending in the vehicle width direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 1). The cross member 2 protrudes upward from the floor panel 200 at the rear of the vehicle. Specifically, the cross beam 2 has a hat-like cross section with its open end facing downward. Thus, the cross member 2 has a top surface 21, a front side surface 22, a rear side surface 23, and flanges 24a and 24 b.
The top surface 21 is configured to extend substantially horizontally in the vehicle length direction. The top surface 21 is formed with 1 bolt through hole. The front side surface 22 is configured to extend downward from the front end of the top surface 21. The front surface 22 is formed with 1 opening 22 a. The rear side surface 23 is configured to extend downward from the rear end of the top surface 21. The flange 24a is configured to extend forward from the lower end of the front surface 22. The flange 24b is configured to extend rearward from the lower end of the rear side surface 23. Flanges 24a and 24b are joined on the top surface of floor panel 200.
The hinge 1 includes a fixed member 11 fixedly connected to the cross member 2, a movable member 12 fixedly connected to the rear seatback 150, and a pivot shaft connecting the movable member 12 and the fixed member 11 such that the movable member 12 is pivotable relative to the fixed member 11. Therefore, the rear seatback 150 can be rotated between the upright position and the reclined position by rotating the movable member 12 about the rotation shaft 13. The movable member 12 is disposed at a lower end portion when the rear seatback 150 is in the standing position, and rotates integrally with the rear seatback 150.
The fixing member 11 has a mounting portion 111 fixedly connected to the cross member 2, and an arm portion 112 extending from the mounting portion 111. The arm portion 112 is configured to extend obliquely upward from the mounting portion 111 toward the front of the vehicle. The tip of the arm 112 is coupled to the movable member 12 via the pivot shaft 13.
Fig. 2 is a front view of the fixing member 11 as seen from the front of the vehicle. As shown in fig. 2, the arm portion 112 is plate-shaped and is disposed at one end portion of the mounting portion 111 in the vehicle width direction.
The mounting portion 111 is plate-shaped and has an L-shape when viewed from the side. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting portion 111 includes a 1 st surface portion 111a extending substantially horizontally and a 2 nd surface portion 111b extending downward from a front end of the 1 st surface portion 111 a.
On the 1 st surface part 111a, 1 bolt through hole is formed corresponding to the position of the bolt through hole on the top surface 21 of the cross beam 2. In the 2 nd surface part 111b, 1 tongue piece part 111c is formed corresponding to the position of the opening 22a in the front surface 22 of the cross beam 2. The tongue piece portion 111c is formed by cutting along the U-shape shown in fig. 2, and the cut tongue piece portion 111c is folded toward the vehicle rear along a line connecting upper ends of the U-shaped cuts as shown in fig. 1.
The bolt 3a is inserted into the bolt through holes of the 1 st surface part 111a and the top surface 21, and the bolt 3a is fastened from below by the nut 3b in a state where the 1 st surface part 111a is overlapped on the top surface 21 of the cross member 2 and the bolt through hole of the 1 st surface part 111a is aligned with the bolt through hole of the top surface 21, the 2 nd surface part 111b is brought into contact with (in this case, attached to) the front side surface 22 of the cross member 2, and the tongue piece part 111c is inserted into the opening part 22 a. In this way, the 1 st surface part 111a can be tightly coupled to the top surface 21 only by a set of bolts 3a and nuts 3 b. Here, the bolt 3a and the nut 3b are examples of the "fastening member" of the present invention.
Thus, the mounting portion 111 having an L-shape in side view is mounted on the top surface 21 of the cross member 2 in a state where the 1 st surface portion 111a is fastened to the top surface 21 by the bolt 3a and the nut 3b, the 2 nd surface portion 111b is attached to the front side surface 22, and the tongue portion 111c is engaged with the opening 22 a.
< Effect >
