Abstract

吹油烟机的风扇装在集烟罩的侧壁上，风扇鼓风 的方向对准排烟管，利用高速气流形成的负压将罩内 烟气带走。由于含油烟的气体不直接与扇叶接触，故 不会污染风扇，避免了拆卸和擦洗风扇的麻烦。并具 有集烟力强，烟气不易散逸的优点。风扇装在侧壁 上，从外部吸进新风，不会受到炉火热气流烘烤，因而 延长了电机的寿命。

Description

本实用新型涉及厨房通风用的排油烟机。
迄今厨房用的排油烟机都是抽油烟机，风扇装在集烟罩内炉灶的正上方，将烹调时的炉火烟气、油烟等通过扇叶排出。由于烟气是经扇叶的直接推动排出，必然使油烟与扇叶发生接触，长期使用后粘附在扇叶上，既污染环境，又很难清洗。虽然有各种洗涤剂，但仍需拆下后才能清洗。而抽油烟机由于结构复杂，拆卸不便，给清洗带来许多困难。经常折卸，一旦调整不当，叶片就会发生振颤，产生噪音。这种抽油烟机罩内易出现烟气滞留的死角，烟气不易抽净，造成烟气散逸。另外，炉火的热气流长时间通过风扇也会缩短电机的寿命。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能避免油烟通过风扇的排油烟机，使二者不发生接触，从而避免油烟对扇叶的污染。另一目的是提高油烟机集烟排烟的效果。
本实用新型的解决方案是：将抽油烟机的风扇装在集烟罩的侧壁上，风扇的鼓风方向对准排烟管，利用高速气流形成的负压将烟气带走。这样烟气不经过风扇即被吹走，故名吹油烟机。
以下结合附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例
图1是本实用新型一种具体结构的立体示意图。
图中，吹油烟机包括集烟罩1、排风管2、风扇3和集油盒4等。集烟罩一般用铁皮制成，通过螺钉固定在支架6上。集烟罩支架由小角钢或槽钢焊接而成。风扇固定在支架上，其鼓风的方向应对准斜上方的排风管2，仰角约为40～50°。图中鼓风机的台数为2台，但也可以是一台，视具体情况而定。风扇所在的前档板8应向前倾斜，与风扇的仰角保持一致。图中集烟罩的前档板8        后档板12和侧档板13、14的上部用螺钉固定在支架上；下部为活动抽拉板，可根据需要装上或拆下。集烟罩背部有挂钩9，用以调节集烟罩的高度，使之具有最佳集烟效果。
工作时，风扇从集烟罩外部吸进无污染的新风，鼓向排风管。由于高速气流的引射作用，吸引罩内的油烟气体进入排风管，并在罩内形成负压，罩外的气体不断由下部补充进来，从各个方向均匀压迫罩内的烟气，使之能够完全排净，不致散逸。
本实用新型与现技术相比，具有如下优点：
1、由于含油烟的气体不直接与扇叶接触，故不会污染扇叶，避免了拆卸和擦洗风扇的麻烦。
2、集烟力强，烟气不易散逸。
3、风扇装在集烟罩侧壁，从外部吸进新风，不会受到炉火热气流烘烤，因而电机使用寿命长。
4、结构简单，易于制造。由于集烟罩能够升降，集烟效果可以调节。

Claims (3)

1、吹油烟机，包括集烟罩(1)、排风管(2)和风扇(3)，其特征在于所说的风扇(3)装在集烟罩(1)的侧壁上，风扇鼓风的方向对准排烟管(2)，利用高速气流形成的负压将烟气带走。
2、如权利要求1所述的吹油烟机，其特征在于所说的风扇（3）装在集烟罩侧壁的前挡板（8）上，风扇的仰角为40～50°，前挡板（8）也相应保持倾斜状态。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的吹油烟机，其特征在于所说的风扇（3）是1～2个风扇。
