本实用新型涉及一种阀,特别是一种隔爆电磁阀。
现有的同类产品中,或结构较复杂,性能不可靠,或体积较大,电磁效率发挥不充分。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种隔爆电磁阀的设计方案,该电磁阀融电磁铁与阀体一体,结构较简单,体积较小,性能可靠,电磁转换效率较高。
本实用新型的技术方案是:隔爆电磁阀的挡铁芯中有轴向流体孔道,阻磁圈与挡铁芯、导套焊接为一体,置于隔爆外壳内,线圈置于隔爆外壳与挡铁芯、导套间,轭铁套在导套上压柱线圈,衔铁中有轴向流体孔道,其一端有与轴向流体孔道相通的径向孔,该端顶部有出水阀口阀塞,另一端套有弹簧,衔铁装在导套内,出水阀口与导套一端连接,出水接头与隔爆外壳一端连接,线圈引出线与接线柱连接,接线柱与隔爆外壳连接,接线柱置于隔爆壳盖内,隔爆壳盖上有橡胶圈、垫圈和压圈构成的引入结构。压圈与隔爆壳盖螺纹连接,隔爆壳盖与隔爆外壳连接。阻磁铜圈和挡铁芯的结合面与阻磁铜圈轴心线夹角为28.5°±7′。出水接头内壁上有“0”型密封圈凹槽,密封圈凹槽内有密封圈。接线柱用阻燃环氧树脂固封。挡铁芯与隔爆外壳一端紧密配合。挡铁芯中流体孔道进口装有滤网。
本实用新型的主要优点:融电磁铁与阀体为一体,结构较简单,体积小,流体直接从电磁铁中通过,对电磁铁冷却,性能可靠,阻磁铜圈与挡铁芯结合面与阻磁铜圈轴芯线的夹角采用最佳角度,使电磁转换率高达52%,最高承压能力达12.0Mpa。

隔爆电磁阀(见附图)的挡铁芯1中有轴向流体孔道,阻磁圈3与挡铁芯1、导套17焊接为一体,置于隔爆外壳2内,线圈4置于隔爆外壳2与挡铁芯1、导套17之间,轭铁16套在导套17上压住线圈4,衔铁11中有轴向流体孔道,其一端有与轴向孔道相通的径向孔20,该端顶部有出水阀口橡胶阀塞15,橡胶阀塞能脱离或切合出水阀口14,衔铁另一端套有弹簧18,衔铁装在导套17内,出水阀口14与导套17一端螺纹连接,出水接头12与隔爆外壳2一端螺纹连接,线圈4的引出线与接线柱5连接,接线柱通过绝缘板与隔爆外壳2固定连接,隔爆壳盖9通过密封圈10与隔爆外壳2螺纹连接,接线柱置于隔爆壳盖内,隔爆壳盖9有引入线孔,孔内有橡胶垫圈6、垫圈7,压圈8与隔爆壳盖9螺纹连接,能压缩橡胶垫圈6变形将其与引入线紧密贴合密封。阻磁铜圈3与挡铁芯1的结合面与阻磁铜圈轴心线的夹角为28.5°±7′,出水接头12的内壁上有“0”密封圈凹槽,凹槽内嵌有密封圈13,接线柱5用阻燃环氧树脂固封。挡铁芯1与隔爆外壳2一端紧密配合。挡铁芯中流体孔道进口装有滤网19。
隔爆电磁阀的工作过程是:电磁阀通电时,衔铁11与挡铁芯1吸合,压迫弹簧18,衔铁11一端顶部的阀塞15脱离出水阀口14,打开出水阀口,流体通过阀芯流向出水口,管路导通;断电时,衔铁在弹簧18张力的作用下复位,阀塞15与出水阀口14贴合,将出水阀口14封住,管路阻断。

1、隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:挡铁芯中有轴向流体孔道,阻磁圈与挡铁芯、导套焊为一体,置于隔爆外壳内,线圈置于隔爆外壳与挡铁芯、导套间,轭铁套在导套上压住线圈,衔铁中有轴向流体孔道,其一端有与轴向流体孔道相通的经向孔,该端顶部有出水阀口阀塞,另一端套有弹簧,衔铁装在导套内,出水阀口与导套一端连接,出水接头与隔爆外壳一端连接,线圈引出线与接线柱连接,接线柱与隔爆外壳连接,接线柱置于隔爆壳盖内,隔爆壳盖上有橡胶圈、垫圈和压圈构成的引入结构,压圈与隔爆壳盖螺纹连接,隔爆壳盖与隔爆外壳连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:阻磁铜圈和挡铁芯的结合面与阻磁铜圈轴心线的夹角为28.5°±7′。
3、按照权利要求1或2所说的隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:出水接头内壁上有“0”形密封圈凹槽,密封圈凹槽内有密封圈。
4、按照专利要求1或2所说的隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:接线柱用阻燃环氧树脂固封。
5、按照权利要求1或2所说的隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:挡铁芯与隔爆外壳一端紧密配合。
6、按照权利要求1或2所说的隔爆电磁阀,其特征是:挡铁芯中流体孔道进口装有滤网。
