When the ear picking header gear boxes 6 work, the ear picking header gear boxes 6 are divided into two groups, and the first header gear box group and the second header gear box group receive power input respectively; one path of power is input, the lower transmission shaft 15 drives the gear box transmission shaft I8 to rotate through chain transmission, and the gear box transmission shaft I8 rotates to drive the plurality of ear picking header gear boxes 6 of the first header gear box group to work; the other path of power input is that the lower transmission shaft 15 drives an auger input chain wheel 11 to rotate through chain transmission, the auger input chain wheel 11 rotates to drive a fruit cluster conveying auger 4 to rotate, the fruit cluster conveying auger 4 rotates to drive an auger output chain wheel 9 to rotate, the auger output chain wheel 9 rotates to drive a gear box transmission shaft II 10 to rotate through chain transmission, and the gear box transmission shaft II 10 rotates to drive a picking header gear box 6 in a second header gear box group to work; the number of the ear picking header tooth boxes 6 in the first header tooth box group and the second header tooth box group can be determined and connected according to actual conditions; the plurality of ear picking header gear boxes 6 are input by two paths of power, so that the working reliability is high.
The position of the mixing port sealing plate 13 and the installation position of the movable screw blade 5 are determined according to specific conditions, when the straw and ear harvesting machine is used as a stem and ear harvesting platform, the movable screw blade 5 is installed at the middle position, the movable screw blade 5 and the fixed screw blade 2 form a continuous screw blade, the screw port sealing plate 13 seals a discharge port 12 matched with the feeding and chopping device 14, the fruit ears are collected and conveyed to an elevator which is externally connected with the discharge port 12 on one side of the ear picking rack 1, and the straws are conveyed into the feeding and chopping device 14 for chopping; when the device is used as a silage cutting table, the movable auger blade 5 is arranged at one end of a spindle of the fruit ear conveying auger 4 far away from the fixed auger blade 2, the auger opening sealing plate 13 seals the discharge opening 12 far away from the fixed auger blade 2, the movable auger blade 5 and the fixed auger blade 2 simultaneously convey materials to the discharge opening 12 in the middle, the discharge opening 12 in the middle is communicated with the feeding chopping device 14, fruit ears picked by the picking table 43 and straws harvested by the straw cutting table 16 simultaneously enter the feeding chopping device 14 for chopping, and therefore the dual-purpose of stem-ear harvesting and silage is achieved.
