An air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 100, a wind deflection panel 200, and at least one motor 300. Among them, the air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be a floor type air conditioner.
The machine body 100 is provided with an air outlet 110, the air deflector row 200 comprises a plurality of air deflectors 210 arranged at intervals along the air outlet direction of the air outlet 110, each air deflector 210 is pivotably mounted at the air outlet 110 of the machine body 100 and is provided with a windward side 222 and a leeward side 224, at least one of the windward side 222 and the leeward side 224 of at least one of the plurality of air deflectors 210 is constructed with a wave structure 225, the wave structure 225 fluctuates in the thickness direction of the air deflector 210 and comprises wave crests and wave troughs alternately arranged along the length direction of the air deflector 210, and at least one motor 300 is mounted at the machine body 100 and is in transmission connection with the plurality of air deflectors 210 to drive the plurality of air deflectors 210.
For example, the air-conditioned air is blown out from the inside of the air conditioner 1, flows from the windward side 222 to the leeward side 224, and is guided to the room through the air outlet 110. The direction of the crests and troughs of the wave structure 225 may be freely selected, for example, the wave structure 225 undulates to the left as a crest and to the right as a trough.
According to the air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet 110 is disposed on the body 100, the air deflector row 200 includes a plurality of air deflectors 210 spaced along the air outlet direction of the air outlet 110, and the air-conditioning air will sequentially pass through the plurality of air deflectors 210 spaced along the air outlet 110 when being blown into the room from the air outlet 110. The plurality of air deflectors 210 may pivot synchronously, the plurality of air deflectors 210 guide air of an air conditioner for a plurality of times, and the air guiding effect and the air dispersing effect are better, or the plurality of air deflectors 210 may pivot asynchronously, for example, two adjacent air deflectors 210 may be in a shape of a Chinese character ' ba ', and the angle between the plurality of air deflectors 210 may be adjusted in various ways according to the user's feeling, so as to improve the comfort of the human body.
Each air deflector 210 is pivotably mounted at the air outlet 110 of the machine body 100 and has a windward side 222 and a leeward side 224, the pivoting of the air deflectors 210 can be adjusted to blow air-conditioning wind in different directions, at least one of the windward side 222 and the leeward side 224 of at least one of the air deflectors 210 is configured with a wave structure 225, and the wave structure 225 fluctuates in the thickness direction of the air deflector 210 and includes peaks 228 and valleys 229 alternately arranged along the length direction of the air deflector 210.
Therefore, the air guiding angle is larger, the function of air dispersion of the air deflector 210 can be better exerted, air conditioning air blown out of the air outlet 110 can discretize air flow under the action of the wave structure 225, namely the wave structure 225 and the air outlet direction form a certain angle, the wave structure 225 can guide the air conditioning air to different directions, and further the air conditioning air is fully dispersed, so that the air outlet 110 supplies air to different indoor directions, for example, when the air deflector 210 extends along the vertical direction, the wave structure 225 can blow the air conditioning air to different directions in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the air outlet of the air conditioning air is prevented from being too concentrated, the air conditioning air is prevented from blowing to indoor personnel directly, and more comfortable air conditioning experience is brought to users.
In addition, at least one motor 300 is installed on the machine body 100 and is in transmission connection with the plurality of air deflectors 210 to drive the plurality of air deflectors 210, the motor 300 can control the air deflectors 210 to periodically swing so as to control the air guiding direction of the air deflectors 210, and under the driving of the motor 300, the plurality of air deflectors 210 pivot to drive the wave structure 225 to rotate, so that the air supply area is further enlarged, and the air dispersing effect is better.
Thus, the air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the utility model has the advantages of large air supply area, good air dispersing effect, comfortable air feeling and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air guide plate row 200 is provided in a plurality at intervals along the width direction of the machine body 100.
The dimension of the plurality of air deflector rows 200 in the width direction of the body 100 is adapted to the width of the air outlet 110, so that the plurality of air deflector rows 200 can sufficiently dissipate and guide the air-conditioned air in the width direction of the air outlet 110, and the wave structures 225 of the plurality of air deflectors 210 can more sufficiently disperse the air-conditioned air in the width direction of the body 100, so that the air-conditioned air has a larger air dissipation area in the width direction of the body 100, and the air dissipation effect is better, thereby being beneficial to improving the comfort of the human body.
For example, multiple rows of louvers 200 may share a single motor 300 for controlled pivoting, or multiple rows of louvers 200 may be pivoted using different motors 300 for controlled pivoting. The motor 300 is used for adjusting the wind sweeping period and the swinging angle of the air guide plate rows 200, the air guide plates 210 can present various different motion control modes, motion adjustment is carried out according to different body senses of users, the wind sense of air conditioning wind is close to the natural wind effect, and the human body comfort is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the plurality of air deflectors 210 includes a first air deflector 211 and a second air deflector 212, and the motor 300 includes a first motor 310 and a second motor 320.
The first air deflector 211 is located at the upstream of the air outlet direction relative to the second air deflector 212, that is, the air-conditioned air flows through the first air deflector 211 and then flows to the second air deflector 212, so that the first air deflector 211 and the second air deflector 212 can guide the air-conditioned air, and the air dispersion and sweeping effects are further improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the first motor 310 is in driving connection with the first air guiding plate 211 of the air guiding plate rows 200 to drive the first air guiding plates 211, and the second motor 320 is in driving connection with the second air guiding plate 212 of the air guiding plate rows 200 to drive the second air guiding plates 212. The movement track of the first air deflector 211 and the movement track of the second air deflector 212 may be the same, which is beneficial to reducing wind resistance and effectively scattering air-conditioned air, or the movement track of the first air deflector 211 and the movement track of the second air deflector 212 may be different, for example, the first air deflector 211 and the second air deflector 212 may supply air in a shape of a Chinese character 'ba', so that the wind direction of the air-conditioned air can be adjusted according to the needs of users, and the comfort of human bodies is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the air conditioner 1 further includes a first link 400 and a second link 410.
The first link 400 is connected to the first air deflectors 211 of the plurality of air deflector rows 200, the first motor 310 drives the plurality of first air deflectors 211 to pivot synchronously through the first link 400, the second link 410 is connected to the second air deflectors 212 of the plurality of air deflector rows 200, and the second motor 320 drives the plurality of second air deflectors 212 to pivot synchronously through the second link 410.
Specifically, the first link 400 and the second link 410 may extend along the width direction of the body 100, and the first link 400 is connected to the same side of the first wind deflectors 211 of the wind deflector rows 200 in the wind outlet direction of the wind outlet 110, and the second link 410 is connected to the same side of the second wind deflectors 212 of the wind deflector rows 200 in the wind outlet direction of the wind outlet 110.
When the first motor 310 drives the first air guiding plate 211 of one air guiding plate row 200 to pivot, the first air guiding plate 211 can drive the first connecting rod 400 to move in the left-right direction, and the first connecting rod 400 drives the first air guiding plates 211 of the other air guiding plate rows 200 to pivot together.
When the second motor 320 drives the second air guiding plate 212 of one air guiding plate row 200 to pivot, the second air guiding plate 212 can drive the second connecting rod 410 to move in the left-right direction, and the second connecting rod 410 drives the second air guiding plates 212 of the other air guiding plate rows 200 to pivot together.
Thus, the synchronous rotation of the first air deflectors 211 of the air deflector rows 200 and the synchronous rotation of the second air deflectors 212 of the air deflector rows 200 are realized, and the structure is simple and easy to realize.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first wind deflector 211 and the second wind deflector 212 are configured with a limiting groove 250 and a rotation shaft 260 configured in the limiting groove 250, the first link 400 and the second link 410 are configured with at least two claws 420, each claw 420 of the first link 400 is fitted in the limiting groove 250 of one first wind deflector 211 and rotatably engaged with the rotation shaft 260 of the limiting groove 250, and each claw 420 of the second link 410 is fitted in the limiting groove 250 of one second wind deflector 212 and rotatably engaged with the rotation shaft 260 of the limiting groove 250.
Specifically, the limit groove 250 extends along the length direction of the first air deflector 211, the rotating shaft 260 is disposed in the limit groove 250, the central axis of the rotating shaft 260 is parallel to the length direction of the air deflector 210, the jaw 420 of the first link 400 protrudes out of the first link 400 toward the first air deflector 211, the jaw 420 of the second link 410 protrudes out of the second link 410 toward the second air deflector 212, after the jaw 420 is engaged with the rotating shaft 260, the limit groove 250 of the first air deflector 211 can limit the first link 400 from moving along the length direction of the first air deflector 211, and the limit groove 250 of the second air deflector 212 can limit the second link 410 from moving along the length direction of the second air deflector 212, so that the first link 400 and the first air deflector 211, and the second link 410 and the second air deflector 212 are more reliably connected, and power transmission can be performed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first link 400 and the second link 410 are located between the first wind deflector 211 and the second wind deflector 212 in the wind outlet direction.
In this way, the first air deflector 211 can prevent the interference between the parts inside the air conditioner 1 and the first and second connecting rods 400 and 410, and the second air deflector 212 can prevent the interference between the external objects and the first and second connecting rods 400 and 410, so as to prevent the first and second connecting rods 400 and 410 from being damaged, and the structural design is more reasonable. And the first connecting rod 400 and the second connecting rod 410 can be arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, so that the space occupied by the first connecting rod 400 and the second connecting rod 410 in the air outlet direction of the air outlet 110 can be reduced, and the distance between the first motor 310 and the second motor 320 in the air outlet direction of the air outlet 110 can be closer, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the first motor 310 and the second motor 320.

For example, the guiding groove 227 is configured in a long strip shape, and the depth of the guiding groove 227 in the middle of the width direction of the air guiding portion 220 is larger, and the depth of the guiding groove 227 in the positions adjacent to the windward side and the leeward side is smaller, so that a coanda effect can be generated when the air-conditioned air passes through the guiding groove 227, that is, the air-conditioned air can be deflected along the surface of the guiding groove 227 when passing through the guiding groove 227, thereby enhancing the air dispersing effect.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner 1 can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
