Specifically, as shown in fig. 24 and 29, the elastic lock 4133 is located in the filter device 40, the limit protrusion 36 is located on the inner wall surface of the air duct 304, when the filter device 40 is installed, the filter device 40 is pushed backward, the elastic lock 4133 is elastically deformed by the filter device 40, so that the elastic lock 4133 avoids the filter device 40, and when the filter device 40 is installed in place in the air duct 304, the elastic lock 4133 is reset, so that the elastic lock 4133 is in dislocation fit with the limit protrusion 36, and the limit protrusion 36 can stop the elastic lock 4133, so that the filter device 40 is locked in the air duct 304.
Further, the wall surface of the filter device 40 has an avoiding concave portion 4134, one end of the elastic lock catch 4133 is connected with the side wall of the avoiding concave portion 4134, and the other end forms a free end, the avoiding concave portion 4134 provides a moving space for the elastic lock catch 4133, so that the elastic lock catch 4133 can be elastically deformed, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the inner wall surface of the air duct 304 has the guide portion 34, and the filter device 40 has the guide engagement portion which is slidably engaged with the guide portion 34.
Therefore, the guide part 34 is arranged on the inner wall surface of the air duct 304, the guide matching part is arranged on the filter device 40, and the guide part 34 is in sliding fit with the guide matching part, so that the guide part 34 can play a role in guiding when the filter device 40 is taken and placed, and the filter device 40 can be taken and placed smoothly.
In some embodiments, the guiding portion 34 is a guide rail extending in the front-back direction, and the guiding portion 34 can perform a limiting and guiding function, so that the filtering device 40 can move in the front-back direction, and the filtering device 40 can be smoothly taken out from the side opening 302.
In some embodiments, the two guiding portions 34 are oppositely arranged, and two ends of the filtering device 40 are respectively in one-to-one sliding fit with the two guiding portions 34, so as to further ensure the stability of the movement of the filtering device 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 28, in this embodiment, two opposite positions of the inner wall surface of the air duct 304 are respectively provided with a guide rail, so that the two guide rails are arranged oppositely, and two ends of the filtering device 40 are respectively supported on the two guide rails, so that the structure is simple.
As shown in fig. 20 to 25, the filter device 40 includes a mounting seat 41 and a filter member 42, the mounting seat 41 defines a mounting space, the mounting seat 41 has a ventilation opening 4102, the ventilation opening 4102 communicates with the mounting space, a lock engagement portion and a guide engagement portion are provided in the mounting seat 41, and the filter member 42 is provided in the mounting space.
Thus, by providing the mount 41 and providing the ventilation opening 4102 communicating with the mounting space on the mount 41, the mount 41 can provide the mounting space for the filter member 42, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the filter member 42 and also not affecting the flow of the air flow. In addition, through setting up mount pad 41, can also set up locking cooperation portion and direction cooperation portion on mount pad 41, conveniently will filter piece 42 and fix in wind channel 304 and conveniently get and put and filter piece 42.
As shown in fig. 21, in some embodiments, the mounting base 41 includes a bottom plate 411, a front panel 412 and two side plates 413, the lower end of the front panel 412 is connected to the front edge of the bottom plate 411, the lower ends of the two side plates 413 are connected to two ends of the bottom plate 411, and the front edges of the two side plates 413 are respectively connected to two ends of the front panel 412.

In some examples, the two side plates 413 have supporting protrusions 4131 on the opposite sides, and the supporting protrusions 4131 form guiding engagement portions, that is, the two supporting protrusions 4131 are respectively located on the two sides of the filtering device 40, so that the two sides of the filtering device 40 are respectively engaged with the guiding portions 34 through the two supporting protrusions 4131, thereby improving the movement stability of the filtering device 40. Wherein the lock engagement portion is provided on the support protrusion 4131.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 41 further has a top access port 4101, the top access port 4101 is in communication with the mounting space, and the filter element 42 is adapted to be accessed from the top access port 4101 to facilitate replacement and cleaning of the filter element 42.
As shown in fig. 21, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the filter device 40 further includes a first filter sheet 43, the first filter sheet 43 being detachably provided in the installation space, the first filter sheet 43 being located between the filter member 42 and the ventilation opening 4102 in the flow direction of the air flow.
Therefore, by arranging the first filter sheet 43, the air filtered by the filter element 42 can be further filtered by the first filter sheet 43, and the filtering effect of the filtering device 40 is effectively improved. Moreover, the filter element 42 and the first filter element 43 are integrated on the mounting seat 41, and can be taken and placed at the same time, so that the taking, placing and cleaning of a user are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 28, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the front support assembly further comprises a second filter 60, the second filter 60 is disposed within the air duct 304, and the second filter 60 is adapted to be accessed from the side opening 302 in the front-to-back direction, the second filter 60 being located below the filter device 40.
Therefore, by arranging the second filter sheet 60, the air entering the air duct 304 can be further filtered, the treatment effect of the clothes is improved, and the second filter sheet 60 can be taken out and cleaned when the clothes or the filter device 40 are taken out, so that the operation is simple. In addition, it is possible to prevent foreign substances accumulated in the gap between the filter device 40 and the front supporter 30 from falling into the air duct 304 during the process of separately taking out the filter device 40.
In some embodiments, the inner wall surface of the air duct 304 is provided with a fitting groove, and the edge of the second filter sheet 60 fits with the fitting groove, so that the second filter sheet 60 fits with the front support 30 stably and reliably, and the stability of the second filter sheet 60 in the air duct 304 is ensured.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a laundry treating drum defining a laundry treating chamber 201, a front support assembly of the laundry treating apparatus of the above-described embodiment, and a front support 30 connected with the laundry treating drum.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, by adopting the front support assembly, the filtering device 40 and the air inlet grille 50 can be respectively taken and placed in different time periods from different directions, and the filtering device 40 and the air inlet grille 50 can also be taken and placed simultaneously, so that the diversity of assembling and disassembling modes is increased, and the assembling and disassembling efficiency is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 20 to 25, a filter device 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting seat 41 and a filter member 42, the mounting seat 41 defining a mounting space, the mounting seat 41 having a top access port 4101 and a ventilation port 4102, the top access port 4101 and the ventilation port 4102 both communicating with the mounting space, the filter member 42 being detachably provided in the mounting space, and the filter member 42 being adapted to be accessed from the top access port 4101.
According to the filter device 40 of the embodiment of the utility model, the installation seat 41 is arranged to provide an installation space for the filter element 42, so that the filter element 42 can be conveniently arranged according to different requirements, the modular design can be realized, the top taking and placing port 4101 is arranged to facilitate taking and placing of the filter element 42, so that the filter element 42 can be conveniently replaced and cleaned, and the ventilation port 4102 is arranged to enable air filtered by the filter element 42 to be normally discharged from the ventilation port 4102, so that the air inlet and outlet can be shunted.
To ensure that the filter assembly 40 can be used properly, one of the top access port 4101 and the vent 4102 is formed as an air inlet and the other of the top access port 4101 and the vent 4102 is formed as an air outlet. For example, the top pick-and-place port 4101 is an air inlet and the vent 4102 is an air outlet; for another example, the top access port 4101 is an air outlet and the vent 4102 is an air inlet.
As shown in fig. 21, the filter device 40 further includes a first filter sheet 43, the first filter sheet 43 is detachably provided in the installation space, and the first filter sheet 43 is located between the filter member 42 and the ventilation opening 4102 in the flow direction of the air flow.
Therefore, by arranging the first filter sheet 43, the air filtered by the filter element 42 can be further filtered by the first filter sheet 43, and the filtering effect of the filtering device 40 is effectively improved. Moreover, the filter element 42 and the first filter element 43 are integrated on the mounting seat 41, and can be taken and placed at the same time, so that the taking, placing and cleaning of a user are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 41 has positioning posts 4103, the first filter sheet 43 has positioning holes 430, and the positioning posts 4103 are matched with the positioning holes 430 to position the first filter sheet 43 on the mounting base 41.
The positioning columns 4103 and the positioning holes 430 may include at least two positioning columns 4103 and at least two positioning holes 430, which are correspondingly inserted into and matched with each other one by one, so as to achieve the anti-rotation effect, and further improve the installation reliability and stability of the first filter 43 on the installation seat 41.
In order to prevent the first filter sheet 43 from being disengaged from the positioning column 4103, a retaining projection 4104 may be provided on the peripheral wall of the positioning column 4103, for example, two retaining projections 4104 arranged opposite to each other may be provided on the peripheral wall of the positioning column 4103. The first filter sheet 43 may be filter cotton.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 41 includes a bottom plate 411, a front panel 412 and two side plates 413, the lower end of the front panel 412 is connected to the front edge of the bottom plate 411, the lower ends of the two side plates 413 are connected to two ends of the bottom plate 411, and the front edges of the two side plates 413 are respectively connected to two ends of the front panel 412.
Wherein, the ventilation opening 4102 is arranged on the bottom plate 411, the filtering member 42 is supported on the front panel 412 and/or the two side plates 413, and the first filtering sheet 43 is arranged between the bottom plate 411 and the filtering member 42. In the embodiment where the mounting seat 41 has the positioning column 4103, the positioning column 4103 is disposed on the bottom plate 411, so that the first filter sheet 43 is tightly attached to the bottom plate 411, and the mounting reliability and stability of the first filter sheet 43 are further ensured.
As shown in fig. 21, in some examples, the mounting base 41 further includes a support rod 414, the support rod 414 is spaced from the bottom plate 411 in the up-down direction, the support rod 414 is spaced from the front plate 412 in the front-back direction, two ends of the support rod 414 are connected to upper portions of the two side plates 413, and the filtering element 42 is further supported on the support rod 414, so as to further ensure the mounting reliability and stability of the filtering element 42.
In some examples, the mounting base 41 further includes a decorative cover 415, and the decorative cover 415 covers at least a portion of the outer surface of the front panel 412, i.e., the decorative cover 415 covers the front panel 412, so as to form an appearance of the filtering apparatus 40, which is beneficial to enhancing the appearance.
In order to ensure the connection reliability of the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412, the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412 may be snap-connected. Of course, the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412 may be connected by a fastener, or the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412 may be connected by adhesion.
As shown in fig. 22, in some specific examples, the decorative cover 415 includes a decorative panel 4151 and a decorative flange 4152, the decorative flange 4152 extends along a circumferential direction of the decorative panel 4151, the decorative flange 4152 is connected with the circumferential edge of the decorative panel 4151, the decorative flange 4152 is provided with a plurality of buckles 417, and the plurality of buckles 417 are arranged at intervals along an extending direction of the decorative flange 4152.
The peripheral wall of the front panel 412 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 416, the clamping grooves 416 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the front panel 412, the decorative plate 4151 covers the front side surface of the front panel 412 under the state that the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412 are connected in place, the decorative flange 4152 covers at least a part of the peripheral wall of the front panel 412, and the plurality of buckles 417 and the plurality of clamping grooves 416 are in one-to-one clamping fit, so that the connection reliability of the decorative cover 415 and the front panel 412 can be further ensured.
In order to prevent the air leakage between the filter device 40 and the front support 30, the peripheral wall of the front panel 412 is provided with a mounting groove 4120, the mounting groove 4120 extends along the circumferential direction of the front panel 412, a sealing ring 44 is provided in the mounting groove 4120, and the sealing ring 44 is located between the filter device 40 and the front support 30 in a state that the filter device 40 is mounted in place in the air duct 304.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the filter member 42 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a support frame 421 and a plurality of filter screens, the support frame 421 has a plurality of air inlets, the plurality of air inlets are arranged at intervals, and the plurality of filter screens are disposed at the plurality of air inlets in a one-to-one correspondence.
Wherein, the supporting frame 421 is switchable between an unfolded state and a folded state, and when the supporting frame 421 is in the folded state, the at least two air inlets are located at different sides of the supporting frame 421, so that the at least two filter screens can filter from different directions.
According to the filter member 42 of the embodiment of the present invention, the support frame 421 switchable between the expanded state and the folded state is provided to provide a carrier for the plurality of filter screens, and the support frame 421 can increase the number and the total surface area of the filter screens in a certain space in the folded state, thereby improving the filtering effect, and can perform filtering from different directions, thereby further improving the filtering effect.
As shown in fig. 20, the support frame 421 includes a first frame 4211 and a second frame 4212, and the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 are connected to each other.
The plurality of air passing holes comprise a first air passing hole 4231 and a second air passing hole 4232, the first air passing hole 4231 is arranged on the first frame 4211, the second air passing hole 4232 is arranged on the second frame 4212, and when the support frame 421 is in a folded state, the first air passing hole 4231 and the second air passing hole 4232 are oppositely arranged, namely a filter screen arranged at the first air passing hole 4231 and a filter screen arranged at the second air passing hole 4232 are oppositely arranged, so that the effect of filtering from two sides is realized.
In some embodiments, the first and second frames 4211, 4212 extend in the same direction, and the first and second air passing ports 4231, 4232 may respectively comprise a plurality of lateral ports, wherein the plurality of lateral ports on the first frame 4211 are spaced apart along the extension direction thereof, and the plurality of lateral ports on the second frame 4212 are spaced apart along the extension direction thereof.
Therefore, by defining a plurality of lateral through openings in the first frame 4211, the filter screen at the position can be supported by the structure between two adjacent lateral through openings on the first frame 4211, so that the filter screen can be prevented from being separated from the first frame 4211 due to excessive deformation under the impact of the airflow, and the filter screen can be smoothly and reliably arranged at the first air through opening 4231.
Similarly, by defining a plurality of lateral through openings in the second frame 4212, the structure between two adjacent lateral through openings on the second frame 4212 can support the filter screen at the position, so that the filter screen can be prevented from being separated from the second frame 4212 due to excessive deformation under the impact of the air flow, and the filter screen can be smoothly and reliably arranged at the second through opening 4232, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the filter element 42.
As shown in fig. 20, in some embodiments, each of the first and second frames 4211 and 4212 comprises a first crossbar 4221, a second crossbar 4222, a first barrier 4224 and a second barrier 4225, the first crossbar 4221 and the second crossbar 4222 are spaced apart, the first barrier 4224 is connected to one end of the first crossbar 4221 and one end of the second crossbar 4222, and the second barrier 4225 is connected to the other end of the first crossbar 4221 and the other end of the second crossbar 4222.
Wherein the first flap 4224, the second flap 4225, the first crossbar 4221 and the second crossbar 4222 define an air outlet therebetween. Specifically, a first air passing opening 4231 is defined among the first baffle 4224, the second baffle 4225, the first cross bar 4221 and the second cross bar 4222 of the first frame 4211, and a second air passing opening 4232 is defined among the first baffle 4224, the second baffle 4225, the first cross bar 4221 and the second cross bar 4222 of the second frame 4212.
In some examples, in the folded state of the support frame 421, the first barrier 4224 of the first frame 4211 is engaged with the first barrier 4224 of the second frame 4212, and the second barrier 4225 of the first frame 4211 is engaged with the second barrier 4225 of the second frame 4212, so as to prevent air leakage between the first barrier 4224 of the first frame 4211 and the first barrier 4224 of the second frame 4212, and between the second barrier 4225 of the first frame 4211 and the second barrier 4225 of the second frame 4212, and ensure the filtering effect of the filter element 42.
In some specific examples, in the folded state of the support frame 421, the first flap 4224 of the first frame 4211 is in abutting engagement with and partially overlaps the first flap 4224 of the second frame 4212, and the second flap 4225 of the first frame 4211 is in abutting engagement with and partially overlaps the second flap 4225 of the second frame 4212, that is, one side of the first flap 4224 of the first frame 4211 overlaps the first flap 4224 of the second frame 4212, and one side of the second flap 4225 of the first frame 4211 overlaps the second flap 4225 of the second frame 4212, so as to further prevent air leakage between the first flap 4224 of the first frame 4211 and the first flap 4224 of the second frame 4212, and between the second flap 4225 of the first frame 4211 and the second flap 4225 of the second frame 4212, and ensure the filtering effect of the filter element 42.
In some specific examples, the first frame 4211 comprises at least one longitudinal bar 4223, two ends of the longitudinal bar 4223 are respectively connected with the first cross bar 4221 of the first frame 4211 and the second cross bar 4222 of the first frame 4211, and the longitudinal bar 4223 divides the first air passing opening into a plurality of side air passing openings.
For example, the longitudinal rod 4223 comprises one, and the longitudinal rod 4223 can divide the first air passing opening into two side air passing openings. For another example, the longitudinal bar 4223 includes a plurality of longitudinal bars 4223 arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first cross bar 4221/the second cross bar 4222, and the plurality of longitudinal bars 4223 may divide the first air passing opening into a plurality of side air passing openings.
In some specific examples, the second frame 4212 comprises at least one longitudinal bar 4223, two ends of the longitudinal bar 4223 are respectively connected with the first cross bar 4221 of the second frame 4212 and the second cross bar 4222 of the second frame 4212, and the longitudinal bar 4223 divides the second air passing opening into a plurality of side air passing openings.
For example, the longitudinal rod 4223 comprises one, and the longitudinal rod 4223 may divide the second air passing opening into two side air passing openings. For another example, the longitudinal bar 4223 includes a plurality of longitudinal bars 4223 arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first cross bar 4221/the second cross bar 4222, and the plurality of longitudinal bars 4223 may divide the second air passing opening into a plurality of side air passing openings.
Therefore, by providing the longitudinal rod 4223, the filter screen at the corresponding position can be supported at the first air passing port 4231/the second air passing port 4232 by the longitudinal rod 4223, thereby improving the filtering efficiency and the filtering effect.
In some embodiments, the support frame 421 further comprises a connecting portion connected between the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212, the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 opposing each other in the folded state of the support frame 421. By providing the connection portion, the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 are arranged at an interval, and the distance between the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 when the support frame 421 is in the folded state can be increased, so that the air filtering amount of the filter member 42 per unit time is increased, and the filtering efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of air vents includes a third air vent 4233, the third air vent 4233 being located between the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212. Through setting up third air inlet 4233, can arrange the filter screen in this position, not only can increase the quantity and the total area of filter screen, further improve filtration efficiency, can realize the air-out effect from the not equidirectional of braced frame 421 moreover.
As shown in fig. 20, in some examples, the support frame 421 further includes at least one connection rod 4226, and both ends of the connection rod 4226 are respectively connected to the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212, that is, the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 are connected by the connection rod 4226, and the connection rod 4226 may divide the third air passing hole 4233 into a plurality of bottom passing holes.
For example, the connecting rod 4226 includes one, and the connecting rod 4226 may divide the third air passing port 4233 into two bottom air passing ports. For another example, the connecting rods 4226 include a plurality of connecting rods 4226 arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first rail 4221/the second rail 4222, and the plurality of connecting rods 4226 may divide the third air passing opening 4233 into a plurality of bottom air passing openings.
Therefore, by providing the connecting rod 4226, the filter screen at the position can be supported at the third air passing port 4233 by the connecting rod 4226, thereby improving the filtering efficiency and the filtering effect.
As shown in fig. 20, one of the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 has a positioning convex portion, and the other of the first frame 4211 and the second frame 4212 has a positioning concave portion, and the positioning convex portion is engaged with the positioning concave portion in the folded state of the support stand, and the positioning convex portion is disengaged from the positioning concave portion in the unfolded state of the support stand. By providing the positioning convex portion and the positioning concave portion, the support frame 421 can be maintained in the folded state, thereby ensuring the reliability of use of the filter member 42.
The positioning convex parts form positioning rods 4241, and the positioning concave parts form positioning grooves 4242, so that the structure is simple and easy to realize.
As shown in fig. 20-22, according to some embodiments of the present invention, in the collapsed state of the support frame 421, the filter element 42 defines a filter space having a top opening, and the support frame 421 has a support flange 425, the support flange 425 extending circumferentially of the top opening.
Therefore, by arranging the supporting flange 425, the filtering piece 42 can be conveniently and stably arranged at the position to be installed, for example, the supporting flange 425 can be supported at the edge of the top taking and placing port 4101, and the filtering piece 42 can be ensured to be normally used.
The filter device 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the mounting base 41 and the filter member 42 according to the above-described embodiment, and the filter member 42 is detachably provided to the mounting base 41. Through adopting above-mentioned filtration piece 42, not only can increase the quantity and the total surface area of filter screen in certain space to improve the filter effect, can filter from different directions moreover, further improve the filter effect.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a laundry treating drum defining a laundry treating chamber 201, a front support 30 connected with the laundry treating drum, and the front support 30 defining an air duct 304, the air duct 304 communicating with the laundry treating chamber 201, the front support 30 having a side opening 302, the side opening 302 communicating with the air duct 304, and a filter device 40 according to the above-described embodiment, the filter device 40 being adapted to be provided to the air duct 304 through the side opening 302 in a push-pull manner. According to the clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, by adopting the filtering device 40 of the above embodiment, the filtering device 40 can be used for filtering foreign matters, preventing the foreign matters from entering the deep part of the air duct 304 for circulation flow or polluting and blocking components at the downstream of the air duct 304, and by arranging the side opening 302, the filtering device 40 can be conveniently taken and placed from the side opening 302, so that the filtering device 40 can be conveniently replaced or cleaned.
The second filter 60 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 27, the second filter 60 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the supporting part is provided with an air passing opening, at least one part of the supporting part forms a bending structure, the filter screen is arranged on the supporting part, and at least one part of the filter screen covers the air passing opening.
According to the second filter sheet 60 of the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the support part is arranged, and the air inlet is arranged on the support part, so that the filter screen can be integrated on the support part, the support part not only can support the filter screen, but also can conveniently arrange the filter screen in the position to be installed, the taking and placing convenience is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the supporting portion forms a supporting plate, the supporting plate sequentially comprises a first plate segment 611, a second plate segment 612 and a third plate segment 613 along a length direction of the supporting plate, the second plate segment 612 is connected between the first plate segment 611 and the second plate segment 612, and each of the first plate segment 611, the second plate segment 612 and the third plate segment 613 is provided with at least one air passing opening.
In some embodiments, first plate segment 611, second plate segment 612, and third plate segment 613 are not coplanar. In some embodiments, second plate segment 612 forms a horizontal plate segment, and first plate segment 611 and third plate segment 613 respectively form an arc-shaped plate segment. For example, first plate segment 611 and second plate segment 613 may be arranged axisymmetrically with respect to the middle of second plate segment 612, and of course, the structure of first plate segment 611, second plate segment 612, and third plate segment 613 is not limited to the above-described form.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, a first limiting rib 61711 is provided on one side surface (such as the lower side surface shown in fig. 27) of the support part, a first limiting groove (not shown) is provided on the front support 30, and the first limiting rib 61711 is matched with the first limiting groove in a state that the second filter sheet 60 is mounted in place on the front support 30, so as to ensure the mounting reliability and stability of the second filter sheet 60 on the front support 30.
In some embodiments, the first limiting rib 61711 is located at the middle of the support part in the length direction thereof, and the extending direction of the first limiting rib 61711 is perpendicular to the length direction of the support part, so that the middle of the second filter sheet 60 can be matched with the front support 30 to ensure the connection reliability of the two.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the other side surface (the upper side surface as shown in fig. 27) of the support part is provided with a second stopper rib 61712, the filter device 40 of the laundry treating device is provided with a second stopper groove, and the second stopper rib 61712 is engaged with the second stopper groove in a state that the second filter sheet 60 and the filter device 40 are mounted in place on the front supporter 30, thereby further ensuring the mounting reliability and stability of the second filter sheet 60.
In some embodiments, the second limiting rib 61712 is located in the middle of the support part in the length direction thereof, and the extending direction of the second limiting rib 61712 is perpendicular to the length direction of the support part, so that the middle of the second filter sheet 60 and the filter device 40 can be matched together to ensure the connection reliability of the two.
As shown in fig. 28 to 31, according to some embodiments of the present invention, one side edge of the support is adapted to be engaged with the first engaging groove 331 of the front support 30 of the laundry treating device 100, and the other side edge of the support is adapted to be engaged with the positioning portion of the front support 30, so that the opposite sides of the second filter 60 can be respectively engaged with the front support 30, thereby further ensuring the connection reliability of the second filter 60 with the front support 30.
As shown in fig. 29-31, in some embodiments, the other side edge of the support portion is provided with a connecting flange 6172, the connecting flange 6172 extends along the length direction of the support portion, the connecting flange 6172 is provided with positioning matching portions, each positioning matching portion is suitable for matching with a positioning portion on the front support 30, and the structure is simple and easy to mold.

In some embodiments, the extending direction of the rib 6173 is perpendicular to the length direction of the support portion.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 31, the rear side edge of the support portion is matched with the first matching groove 331 on the front support 30, the front side edge of the support portion is provided with a downwardly bent connecting flange 6172, the connecting flange 6172 is provided with a plurality of matching holes 619 arranged at intervals, the matching holes 619 are in one-to-one corresponding insertion matching with the plurality of positioning protruding columns 322 on the front support 30, the left end and the right end of the support portion are respectively provided with a clamping rib 6173 extending upwards, and the clamping rib 6173 is matched with the second matching groove 332 on the front support 30, so that the second filter sheet 60 is firmly installed on the front support 30.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the second filter 60 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the above-described embodiment. Since the second filter sheet of the laundry treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, the laundry treatment apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, by using the second filter sheet 60, the filter screen is conveniently disposed in the position to be installed, the convenience of taking and placing is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.

After the top plate 511 is installed in place, at least one part of the upper surface of the top plate 511 extends downwards from the back to the front gradually, and at least one part of the upper surface of the top plate 511 extends downwards from the clothes treatment cavity 201 to the clothes taking and placing opening 301 gradually, so that the area of the windward side can be further increased, the number and the occupied area of the top through holes 5110 are increased, the air intake in unit time is increased, and the top plate 511 of the air inlet grille 50 can guide foreign matters to the outer lower side of the top plate 511, so that the foreign matters are prevented from blocking the top through holes 5110.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the upper surface of the top plate 511 extends downward from the two ends to the middle, so that the area of the windward side can be increased, the number and the occupied area of the top through holes 5110 can be increased, the air intake amount per unit time can be increased, and foreign matters can be gathered at the middle of the top plate 511 for cleaning.
In some embodiments, the top via 5110 includes a first via 5111, and a plurality of first vias 5111 are uniformly distributed in the length direction and/or the width direction of the top plate 511, so that the uniformity of the air intake effect of the top plate 511 at different positions can be ensured. Wherein, the first via hole 5111 forms a square hole, a triangular hole, or a round hole.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the top via 5110 includes a second via 5112, a plurality of second vias 5112 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the top plate 511, and each second via 5112 is disposed near the front side edge of the top plate 511, i.e., the second via 5112 is located at a lower position on the top plate 511.

In some embodiments, the plurality of side through holes 5120 are uniformly arranged on the rear side plate 512, so that the uniformity of the air intake effect of the rear side plate 512 at different positions can be ensured. As shown in fig. 11 and 13, the rear side plate 512 is provided with a plurality of fixing portions 5124, the plurality of fixing portions 5124 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rear side plate 512, and each fixing portion 5124 is suitable for being in snap fit with the front support 30 of the clothes treatment device 100, so as to further ensure the installation reliability and stability of the air inlet grille 50 on the front support 30.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air intake grille 50 further includes a front side plate 513, the front side plate 513 is disposed opposite to the rear side plate 512, an upper end of the front side plate 513 is connected to a front side edge of the top plate 511, a lower end of the front side plate 513 is adapted to be supported on the front support 30 of the laundry treating device 100, and a front side and a rear side of the air intake grille 50 are both supported on the front support 30, thereby further ensuring the installation reliability and stability of the air intake grille 50 on the front support 30.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, in some embodiments, the air intake grille 50 further includes a mounting frame 54 and a filter net, the mounting frame 54 is connected to the grille body 51, a filter space is defined between the mounting frame 54 and the grille body 51, the mounting frame 54 has a plurality of placing openings 540 arranged at intervals, the placing openings 540 are communicated with the filter space, the filter net is provided on the mounting frame 51, and the filter net covers the plurality of placing openings 540.

As shown in fig. 10 and 18, a portion of the air intake grill 50 is concavely provided downward to form an accommodating recess 5113, the accommodating recess 5113 defines an accommodating chamber, and the emission hole 5114 is provided at a bottom wall of the accommodating recess 5113 and/or a side wall of the accommodating recess 5113. That is to say, the position of setting up of champignon is hidden relatively, can not influence air inlet grille 50's outward appearance to effectively utilized air inlet grille 50's occupation space, improved space utilization.

As shown in fig. 10 and 18, at least a portion of the air intake grill 50 is recessed downward to form a watering recess 5116, and the watering holes 5117 are provided in a bottom wall of the watering recess 5116. That is, the position of the water filling hole 5117 is relatively hidden, so that the appearance of the air inlet grille 50 is not affected, the occupied space of the air inlet grille 50 is effectively utilized, and the space utilization rate is improved.
In some embodiments, the air intake grill 50 includes a grill body 51 and a watering cover 53, the watering recess 5116 is formed on the grill body 51, and the watering cover 53 is detachably provided to the grill body 51 for opening and closing an opening of the watering recess 5116.

In some embodiments, the grille body 51 has the installation sinking platform 5118, the installation sinking platform 5118 extends along the circumferential direction of the open mouth of the watering recess 5116, and the watering cover 53 is supported on the installation sinking platform 5118, so that not only the normal opening and closing of the watering cover 53 can be ensured, but also the appearance of the watering cover 53 can be designed according to requirements, for example, the outer side surface of the watering cover 53 and the outer side surface of the grille body 51 are kept flat, and the appearance of the air intake grille 50 is more harmonious and beautiful.
In some embodiments, the water adding cover 53 has a mounting post 531 extending downward, the air intake grille 50 has a mounting hole 5119, and the mounting post 531 is engaged with the mounting hole 5119 in a state where the water adding cover 53 is mounted in place on the grille body 51. In the embodiment where the air intake grill 50 includes the top plate 511 and the rear plate 512, the water supply holes 5117 are formed in the top plate 511 to facilitate water supply, and the water supply holes 5117 are spaced apart from the top through holes 5110. Specifically, the top plate 511 defines a watering recess 5116, and the upper surface of the top plate 511 has a mounting sinker 5118 extending in the circumferential direction of the watering recess 5116.
In some embodiments, the fragrance cap 52 and the water adding cap 53 are disposed at two ends of the grill body 51, that is, fragrance can be placed at one end of the grill body 51, and the water adding port 5117 is disposed at the other end of the grill body 51, so that the position on the grill body 51 is effectively utilized, and the space utilization rate is improved.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating device 100 further comprises a laundry treating drum defining a laundry treating chamber 201, and a front support 30, the front support 30 being connected with the laundry treating drum, the front support 30 defining an air duct 304, the air duct 304 being in communication with the laundry treating chamber 201 through an air inlet grille 50, wherein the front support 30 has a top opening 303 in communication with the air duct 304, the air inlet grille 50 being detachably disposed at the top opening 303. Wherein, the emission hole 5114 is communicated with the laundry processing chamber 201 and the air duct 304, so that the laundry is dried and has fragrance, thereby increasing the user experience.
An embodiment of a laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 10, a laundry treating drum, a front support 30, a filtering device 40, an air intake grill 50, a second filter 60, and a decoration 70.
The cabinet 10 includes a front door 11 located at the front, a mounting recess 113 recessed rearward is formed in the middle of the front door 11, a first mating opening 111 and a second mating opening 112 are formed in the bottom wall of the mounting recess 113, and the first mating opening 111 is located below the second mating opening 112.

The front support 30 has a laundry loading/unloading opening 301 and an air duct 304 that are through in the front-rear direction, the laundry loading/unloading opening 301 is located above the air duct 304, the front support 30 further has a side opening 302 and a top opening 303, the side opening 302 is located in the front side of the front support 30 and is communicated with the air duct 304, and the top opening 303 is provided between the laundry loading/unloading opening 301 and the air duct 304 and communicates the two. The front side of the front support 30 is provided with an annular rib 321 extending along the circumferential direction of the side opening 302, the outer circumferential wall of the annular rib 321 is provided with a plurality of locking projections 31 arranged at intervals along the extending direction thereof, and each locking projection 31 has a guide slope 311. The support protrusions 4131 are provided on the upper portions of the outer side surfaces of the two side plates 413, and the lock protrusions 4132 are provided on the support protrusions 4131. The filter member 42 is disposed in the installation space defined by the installation base 41, and the filter member 42 is supported on the front panel 412, the two side panels 413, and the support rod 414.
The first filter sheet 43 forms filter cotton, and the first filter sheet 43 is disposed on the bottom plate 411 of the mount base 41, and the first filter sheet 43 is located below the filter member 42.
The filter device 40 is adapted to be provided to the air duct 304 to be pushably and pushably from the side opening 302, and the locking protrusion 4132 is engaged with the locking recess 35 in a state where the filter device 40 is mounted in place on the front support 30, thereby locking the filter device 40 to the front support 30.

The watering cap 53 is detachably provided above the watering recess 5116. The air inlet grill 50 is detachably installed at the top opening 303 of the front support 30 so as to communicate the laundry inlet 301 and the air duct 304.
The second filter sheet 60 comprises a support portion and a filter screen, the support portion comprises a first plate section 611, a second plate section 612 and a third plate section 613, the second plate section 612 is connected between the first plate section 611 and the second plate section 612, the second plate section 612 forms a horizontal plate section, the first plate section 611 and the third plate section 613 form an arc-shaped plate section respectively, each of the first plate section 611, the second plate section 612 and the third plate section 613 is provided with at least one air passing opening, and the filter screen is arranged on the support portion and covers the air passing openings.
